Has there been some secret deal made someplace? My kids act this way from time to time.

An immigration reform group says President Bush continues to refuse to listen to the American people. The organization is questioning why the president remains determined to pass what it considers a massive amnesty bill, despite the fact that it has already been soundly rejected by the American public.
We have all missed something here.
