NATO Offered Safe Passage

This "offer" is peculiarly familiar. Remember when Al Qaeda offered US Forces safe passage out of Iraq? Well, now we have a Taliban puke offering NATO safe passage out of Afghanistan. If I recall correctly, Al Qaeda made that offer right before they were totally stomped down. Amazing.
