SCOTUS To America: Our Constitution Doesn't Matter Because We Say So

~Snooper~

From Amendment 1 of the United States Constitution: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I suppose this article from the AP that was sent to me via email from Lew and posted at Chicago Ray's place supports what some of us have stated many times. We may have the "right" for a redress of grievances but "they" are under no obligation to pay us any attention. That is how Revolutions are born.

I am calling for a National Boston Tea Party Part II. We can start by demanding a Constitutional Convention because we clearly need one.

In the AP article, they mention President-elect Obama...I was unaware that the Electoral College had voted and that Congress had counted those votes. Did I miss something? Oh. Wait. The Constitution of the United States means nothing. I see.

Now Pravda can REALLY have a grand old laugh. Curious. For years we have been hearing the whining from the left about how we should heed what other nations have to say about us...except in this case. Why is that? Oh. Wait. Never mind.
