Thirty Days And Counting

~Snooper~

Yeah but, who's counting? Why, all of us are! It is said that the McCain Camp will be coming on strong and the Czarbie Camp says that they are coming out with a preemptive strike. I find that odd in that he has said that he doesn't agree with preemptive anything. SD has a piece up from yesterday which just about covers things. Personally, I think it a good strategy of the McCain Camp to unleash the hounds at this point in time. Sarah Palin delivered the first volley and the Czarbie Camp has rejected her claims that he has close ties to terrorists. Just because he rejects something doesn't make it untrue. Silly boy that he is, more and more Americans are catching on to his stupidity.

Hindrocket at Power Line doesn't share Hugh Hewitt's conclusion as to why McCain will close the gap and win. I understand his concerns but McCain is a shrewd strategist and always has been. Remember when Biden stated at his spanking with Sarah when he said that McCain is no Maverick? He was either delusional, lying or just plain brain dead. Anyway, Hugh Hewitt said the following in a piece entitled, With One Month To Go: Why McCain Will Close and Win:
Because the country cannot afford the greatest gamble in its modern history at this moment in time. [...]

[...] We do not desire to become Europe. We do not fear our neighbors or hate our political opponents or mock religion. Large portions of Obama's most dedicated supporters do. The MoveOn.org of "General Betrayus" and the Al Franken wing of the Democrats have tried without success to moderate their rhetoric, and the issue of Michelle Obama's lack of pride in the country have been erased from the fall campaign, but as the decision grows close, mist voters will be turning over all of these things in their head, and assessing the very different futures in front of the country.

This is the choice facing the country as absentees begin to be mailed next week, and it is the seriousness of the moment and the radical nature of the Obama candidacy that favors the tried and tested McCain and his populist, optimistic running mate.

America is a great and good nation, and it will not turn itself over to a party in the grip of its hardest left cadres, its most corrupt machine and its least experienced nominee ever.

Especially not when it has a man of enormous courage and proven devotion and sacrifice at the ready to lead through difficult times. [...]
Obama ist tot.

Let us not forget the damage Czarbie has wrought upon this nation, shall we?
With his first entry in an otherwise blank foreign policy ledger, Barack Obama sabotaged America’s operational relationship with Pakistan. On August 1, 2007, during a speech at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, Senator Obama said of Pakistan's border with Afghanistan:

There are terrorists holed up in those mountains who murdered 3,000 Americans. They are plotting to strike again . . . If we have actionable intelligence about high-value terrorist targets and President Musharraf won't act, we will.

The statement was swiftly criticized by prominent Republicans and Democrats as inept and harmful to American interests. (It was actually Senator Joe Biden who leveled the most insightful charge at Obama, saying, "The last thing you want to do is telegraph to the folks in Pakistan plans that threaten their sovereignty.") [...] Read the rest
Does a true leader broadcast possible future events long before he allegedly takes up position is the most powerful political office in the world? Only if he is unfit to command, naturally. And, Czarbie is most certainly as inept a leader as inept leaders go.

For further evidence of a completely unhinged group of Czarbie Trouser Magnets, one needs to look no further than the Daily Moonbat Fruit Loops KOSmonoff Funny Farm. Their "scientific poll" shows that the 48% ceiling Democrats are at Czarbie 52 and McCain 40. Is that not insanity or what?

And, another thing. Remember back not so long ago that Czarbie gave the lame excuse of lapel pin wearing? Among other things, he said that he didn't want to anger the folks in Iran. That was just plain ignorant and all too telling and/or revealing. To top it all off, in the Arabic news outlet Asharq Alawsat English Edition, we read the following:
[...] With the US elections fast approaching, the debates on electoral issues between Republican nominee John McCain and Democratic nominee Barack Obama intensify, turning the issue of Iran and its Nuclear program to something of a punching bag, especially after Obama’s revelation that were he to become President of the United States negotiations with Iran would be a possibility. And so any Iranian threat or escalation would make life harder for the Democrats, and enhance the changes of the Republican McCain, whose presidency would clash with the interests of Iran.

The result of this is an Iranian commitment to calm for the next two months, and the withdrawal of any pretext of turning Iran into a political football to be kicked between the two Presidential hopefuls, which can be interpreted as an Iranian endorsement for Democratic nominee Barack Obama. [...]
And there you have it. Iran considers Czarbie to be an ineffective and inexperienced counter part and think they can bowl him over. Czarbie has pretty much made that known in public already.
