It's official. In a quiet and non publicized event, the Useless and Defunct Nations Disorganization inadvertently declared victory in Iraq for the United States. We didn't need them to do so because everyone already knows our Troops won, even if they cannot bring themselves to admit it. But, UN resolution 1859 said so. So, in keeping with the libtard ways and means that the UN is (god) and is correct in all things, our Troops won and the terrorists lost.
