Ignorant, Hate-Filled Anti-Americanists and 91101

Up at Digital Journal there is an article entitled, Time For Europeans To Butt Out Of American Politics and has received many moonbat comments. But, that isn't what this post is all about. However, it is a segue into several pieces over at Radarsite.
I have waited until I have regained my composure in a specific regard but I have determined that this will not transpire. The utter disgust and border-line hatred that I am experiencing needs to abate itself so I have decided to go ahead and make this post. I felt better immediately upon making this decision.
I want you to take a look at the photo to the left. Right click on it and open it up into another tab or window and study it. Study it long and hard and then I want you to take a peek at the following pieces at Radarsite. Seven Long and Safe Years

Whatever it is that has a burr under the saddle of The One, Uber Messiah Barack sure is barking up the left - wrong - tree. Those 8 years of the failed Bush foreign policies sure have kept us safe from terrorist attacks right back here at home. And thank God for it. I would hate to think about what would have happened if President Bush did lose his battles with the likes of Obama and the rest of the anti-Americanist crowds so rampantly pathetic in their zeal to lose this war.
And those failed Iraqi politicians sure have done more since The Troop Surge than our own failed and internationally embarrassed CONgress has gotten done under the DNC controlled House and Senate. And speaking of the Iraqi Benchmarks written by a defective CONgress, DNC led, designed to fail to justify their anti-Americanist slant, The Troops went ahead and made room in time long enough for the Iraqi Government to go ahead and get 15 and quite possibly 16 of the 18 Benchmarks accomplished. One will never come to pass and others are either done or close.
Some failed policy the Troop Surge. It has success written all over it thanks to the leadership of President Bush - the guy the Leftinistra consider to be the worse President in known history and the dumbest guy on the planet.
H.R. 2206, the U.S. Troop Readiness, Veterans' Care, Katrina Recovery, and Iraq Accountability Appropriations Act, 2007, stipulates that the US strategy in Iraq will be determined by the Iraqi Government's ability to meet specified benchmarks (Title I(Chapter 3(Sec 1314 (b)))), among other things...check the link to see what else makes the Iraqi Government "successful". I had no idea that American minimum wage was a factor. In Section 1314, we find the Benchmarks listed thusly: (NOTE: completed with be in BLUE, no chance of happening in RED and in process in GREEN.)
(xvi) this one must have made some folks laugh when they wrote it and more than likely, the Iraqis were questioning the mental stability of American CONgress Critters. The Troop Surge was to make it possible that the rights of the minority political parties in the Iraqi Legislature were protected. Simply amazing and darn near impossible but, our Troops got it done. This one was sure to be impossible and that is why it was written.
(xviii) this one made me almost soil myself with laughter when I first read this many moons ago. It was written intentionally to fail...Ensuring that Iraq's political authorities are not undermining or making false accusations against members of the Iraqi Security Forces. Not even our own CONgress can comply with this. Just ask Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Jack Murtha, Barack Obama and many others. Remember Haditha? Remember "the war is lost"? Please. However, our Troops made it possible for this to take place and now perhaps you will understand why our Troops are so disappointed with our politicians and fellow citizens. Yet, they continued on and succeeded.
(iv) this one will never come to pass because the Iraqi people and the Iraqi government had stated so. This one was written for the American politicians that wanted to split Iraq up into three autonomous regions with Baghdad the central government. This would be similar to chopping the USA up into sections and the central government located in Billings, Montana or something similar. The American People would reject that and so did the Iraqi people. End of that discussion.
(xii) this one is laughable seeing that in the USA we have sanctuary cities yet, the Troops made it possible for this to take place.
The others are still in process with two nearing completion and one in trouble for pretty close to the same reason stated for (iv).
With all of the rhetoric flowing from gaping mouths in DC, I find it absolutely exciting that the Iraqi government has done more in two years than the American DNC led CONgress has been able to do. In 2007 alone, the DNC led CONgress has tried to lose the War In Iraq 41 times. 41! And what the DNCers consider to be the singularly most inane man in the known universe beat them at every step and every corner. If I was a member of the 9% CONgress, I would be bowing my head in shame and slink off into a corner. After a while, I would come out and beg the American People for forgiveness for being so wrong. Then again...
In the end, the score card for President Bush in regards to Victory in Iraq is Bush-41, DNC-0.
With Barack Obama having played his hand way too early and picking a DC insider such as Biden, thus negating the "Change" meme, the McCain-Palin Ticket is rocketing passed the DNC Ticket and thank God for that as well.
Note to Barack: Americans are sick and tired of hearing how "suck" the USA is and if you don't like the way America is, why not relocate to where you would feel more at home in a socialist environment you so yearn for...we don't want that here. See you in November. I hope you enjoy that Abyss of Obscurity.

(iv) Enacting and implementing legislation on procedures to form semi-autonomous regions.
(v) Enacting and implementing legislation establishing an Independent High Electoral Commission, provincial elections law, provincial council authorities, and a date for provincial elections.
(vi) Enacting and implementing legislation addressing amnesty.
(vii) Enacting and implementing legislation establishing a strong militia disarmament program to ensure that such security forces are accountable only to the central government and loyal to the Constitution of Iraq.
(viii) Establishing supporting political, media, economic, and services committees in support of the Baghdad Security Plan.
(ix) Providing three trained and ready Iraqi brigades to support Baghdad operations.
(x) Providing Iraqi commanders with all authorities to execute this plan and to make tactical and operational decisions, in consultation with U.S commanders, without political intervention, to include the authority to pursue all extremists, including Sunni insurgents and Shiite militias.
(xi) Ensuring that the Iraqi Security Forces are providing even handed enforcement of the law.
(xii) Ensuring that, according to President Bush, Prime Minister Maliki said `the Baghdad security plan will not provide a safe haven for any outlaws, regardless of [their] sectarian or political affiliation'.
(xiii) Reducing the level of sectarian violence in Iraq and eliminating militia control of local security.
(xiv) Establishing all of the planned joint security stations in neighborhoods across Baghdad.
(xv) Increasing the number of Iraqi security forces units capable of operating independently.
(xvi) Ensuring that the rights of minority political parties in the Iraqi legislature are protected.
(xvii) Allocating and spending $10 billion in Iraqi revenues for reconstruction projects, including delivery of essential services, on an equitable basis.
(xviii) Ensuring that Iraq's political authorities are not undermining or making false accusations against members of the Iraqi Security Forces.

When was the last time anyone has seen a by-God Christian Organization promoting using children as vessels of murder? MEMRI brings you The Religion of Pieces...Islam.

When the West depicts Muslim life via cartoons, the MooSlimes get all wound up. However, if THEY do it, it is OK. Imagine that:

Next Attack Imminent: A Gift Is Coming...UPDATED!
As the 6th "anniversary", for the lack of a more appropriate term, we learn that Muslims internal CONUS have been warned to leave the United States because "there will be a "special gift on the blessed anniversary of the invasion of Manhattan".
Is this a credible threat or is it something to make us nervous? Either way with any answer the intent works...terrorism.

Counterterrorism Officials Analyzing Islamic Web Post Warning of 'Special Gift'
DEVELOPING STORY: Federal counterterrorism officials are analyzing a posting on an Islamic forum Web site that warns of "a special gift" to be given on the sixth anniversary of Sept. 11, FOX News has learned.
The warning was posted Sept. 2 on a site frequented by radical groups and said in part that "there will be a special gift coming on the day of the blessed invasion of Manhattan."
Federal officials told FOX News they are trying to determine if it might be a specific warning or just part of broad chatter that has been heard during the last few months.
Postings talking about "gifts" have been seen before in the days leading up to the anniversary of Sept. 11.

I promised myself that I wouldn't give my 'friend' Inshallahshaheed from the Wordpress hosted al Qaeda support website The Ignored Puzzle of Knowledge' any more press than he deserves. Inshallahshaheed is at the center of a network of online jihadis that include convicted terrorist Daniel Joseph Maldonado, aka Daniel al Jughaifi. Wordpress continues to host the convicted terrorists website.
After complaining to Wordpress on dozens and dozens of occasions about Inshallahshaheed I pretty much gave up on getting them to play ball. But I also knew that Inshallahshaheed was being investigated, not by the FBI, but by other interested parties. So I stopped writing about that particular website and even discouraged others (like Weasel Zip) from writing about it. Except, of course, in passing reference.
Earlier today, though, I noted that at Rabbi Abraham Cooper mentioned the website at a Simon Wiesenthal Center sponsored event. It now seems that the FBI are taking the website seriously. Finally. (at meme)

Gen. Michael V. Hayden, the C.I.A. director, just released a public summary of the agency’s internal post-mortem on its performance before the Sept. 11 attacks.
In a news release paired with the document, the C.I.A. chief explained that he preferred to keep the document secret, urging “that we keep our focus on the present and the future.” But Congress ordered him last month to release the document as part of the approval of several 9/11 commission recommendations.

Osama bin Laden was suspected of chartering a plane that carried his family and other Saudis from the United States shortly after 9/11, according to FBI documents released yesterday.
One FBI document referred to a Ryan Air 727 plane that left Los Angeles on Sept. 19, 2001, carrying Saudi nationals.
“The plane was chartered either by the Saudi Arabian royal family or Osama bin Laden,” according to the document obtained by Judicial Watch.
The flight made stops in Orlando, Washington, D.C. and Boston, and terminated in Paris.
Asked about the documents’ assertion, an FBI spokesman said, “There is no new information here. Osama bin Laden did not charter a flight out of the U.S.”

There are many that are really good hindsight quarterbacks. There are many that are really good armchair Generals. There are many that are really good second-guessers AFTER the fact.
Why did we go to war? Prior to the infamous day of 91101, the United States and her interests were being attacked on a regular basis by terrorists…enemy combatants. Most everybody poo-pooed the terrorists thinkiing that just maybe they would just quit and saying perhaps, “Hell. It is all going on over yonder.”
Well, they came over here to the land of The Paper Tiger. The Taliban and Al Quaida quickly learned that The Paper Tiger had a bunch of po’d citizens and a herd of neat and expensive toys to deliver and that we did.
Saddam Hussein had years to conform to the conditions of the cease-fire and did not. What was he hiding?
The United Nations was and is useless…a TRUE Paper Tiger…no…a Paper Gnat.
Many stated that the United States and the Western Nations could not afford for Iraq to have WMDs that he had used in the past nor could we allow Iraq to develop any. It was nearly unanimous.

WASHINGTON, March 14, 2007 – Suspected al Qaeda operative Khalid Sheikh Muhammad has admitted masterminding the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks as well as the World Trade Center bombing in 1993.
“I was responsible for the 9/11 operation, from A to Z,” an interpreter read from Muhammad’s statement to the Combatant Status Review Tribunal on March 10 in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
The tribunal was an administrative trial to determine only whether Muhammad could be designated as an enemy combatant. Muhammad used the opportunity to submit, through an interpreter, a two-part personal statement with 38 terrorism-related admissions.
He led the list by pledging his jihad allegiance to Osama bin Laden and finished with an admission to trying to destroy the American oil company in Indonesia owned by former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger.
Muhammad claimed responsibility for the 2001 attempted shoe bombing of American Airlines Flight 63 from Paris.
He offered a chilling confession to “managing and following up on the Cell for the Production of Biological Weapons, such as anthrax and others, and following up on Dirty Bomb Operations on American soil.”
He also named four other skyscrapers that were supposed to be destroyed in a “second wave” of attacks after 9/11. They were the Library Tower in Los Angeles, the Sears Tower in Chicago, the Plaza Bank in Seattle and the Empire State Building in New York City.
“I shared responsibility for the assassination attempt against Pope John Paul II while he was visiting the Philippines,” Muhammad also admitted.
Muhammad’s lengthy closing oral statement began with a pledge to Allah in Arabic followed by a refusal to take an oath as part of the tribunal. He explained that he was not lying, but that his religious beliefs prevented him taking the oath and thereby accepting, at least in part, American law and its constitution.
Muhammad went on to say that he was not trying to make himself out to be a hero, but an enemy of America.
He drew a comparison between bin Laden and George Washington, both fighting for independence, and said that the term terrorist is “deceiving.” He said that during the Revolutionary War, Washington would have been considered a terrorist by the British.
Muhammad said he did not like to kill people, especially children.
“I don’t like to kill people. I feel very sorry they been killed kids in 9/11,” Muhammad said in broken English. But, he said, their deaths are part of the “language” of war.
He closed by stating that war is part of life and that it will never stop.

Muhammad’s tribunal was one of three for the 14 high-value detainees who were transferred Sept. 6 to Guantanamo Bay from CIA custody.
Proceedings were March 9 for Abu Faraj al-Libi, an alleged senior member of al Qaeda, and Ramzi bin al-Shibh, who is said to have helped Muhammad plan the Sept. 11 attacks.
Shibh also elected to not participate in the tribunal. His personal representative said that Shibh was “uncooperative and unresponsive.”
Evidence submitted by the U.S. government against Shibh included a diary recovered in a 2004 raid detailing his involvement in the Sept. 11 attacks. He was also identified on a videotape of potential suicide operatives, the evidence cited. Shibh attempted to obtain a U.S. visa four times in 2000 for the purpose of attending flight school here, the evidence states. All applications were rejected.
Many other connections to pre-9/11 terrorist activities were cited in the evidence, including wiring money to the actual terrorist hijackers.
Libi elected to not participate in the tribunal, citing through his personal representative that his freedom “far too important to be decided by an administrative process” and that he is awaiting legal proceedings.
Evidence submitted against Libi included sources who stated that Libi was the supervisor of an al Qaeda training camp in Afghanistan. Computer and other documentation were seized during his capture that contained manuals for explosives, detonators, chemicals, military tactics, missiles and tanks.
CSRTs are a one-time administrative process used to determine whether detainees at Guantanamo Bay can be designated as enemy combatants. No decisions have been made about the detainees’ status.
Not all of the three detainees chose to participate in the CSRT proceedings. It was not released which detainees did or did not participate. The detainees have a right to personal representation and to receive an unclassified summary of evidence in advance of the hearing.
The CSRTs for the detainees were not open to media because of national security concerns.
The U.S. government established the CSRT process at Guantanamo Bay as a result of a June 2004 Supreme Court decision in the case of Salim Ahmed Hamdan, a former driver for bin Laden who challenged his detention at Guantanamo Bay. Between July 2004 and March 2005, DoD held 558 CSRTs at Guantanamo Bay. At the time, 38 detainees were determined to no longer meet the definition of enemy combatant, and 520 detainees were found to be enemy combatants.
Good News In The GWOT
Caution should never be thrown to the wind, as it were. However, with the Good News coming out of The GWOT far outweighing the Bad News, one has to wonder why the Leftinistra are still chanting defeat. Could it be that less and less people are listening to their rants of “we can’t do it”? I believe this is so.
So does President Bush. Although this veteran has been critical of the Bush Administration over several issues, I do count our Nations’ blessings that GWB is the current CIC and was the CIC on that infamous day of 91101.
WASHINGTON — Early signs show President Bush’s Iraq troop buildup plan may be working, he said, but it’s too early to know the success of the most recent operation being led by Gen. David Petreaus, the new head of Multinational Forces in Iraq.
Bush noted that more Iraqi troops have deployed in Baghdad, as promised and more joint U.S. Iraqi patrols have been doing sweeps of the Shiite stronghold of Sadr City.
“It’s too early to judge the success of this operation. … But even at this early hour there are some encouraging signs,” Bush told an audience of 860 gathered at the American Legion conference in Washington, D.C.
