Yesterday's abortion of Justice by SCOTUS was The Last Straw for me. The other elements are the retards that have swallowed the gism of Snopes, have purposefully exchanged the Truth for a Lie. Until Czarbama produces his vault birth certificate and proves his natural born status, this DAVFW officially will not recognize his "presidential" authority. He has spent close to $1,000,000 having contracted 3 law firms to fight the production of his birth certificate.

Many conservative bloggers, in fear of a fight, have lost any credibility with me in future endeavors. I have unsubscribed from their blogs and web sites and I am no longer interested in what they have to say about anything, no matter the issue. I now question their motives. They are self-absorbed whiners that are looking about for their Fairness Doctrine woes to befall them. And when it comes, no matter how many cum-shots they drink to not get caught in that wave, I will laugh profusely and will offer no help. They have made their bed. Let them lay and get left behind. We don't need any of their dead weight to slow us down.

Now that I have that of of my chest, let us MoveOn.

I voted for GWB because Al Gore and John F'n Kerry were more unacceptable and I played the "settle-for" game and I voted for Sarah Palin because I wasn't voting for the Marxist illegal alien Nobama or the socialist McCain. The settle-for game stopped on 11/5/08.

Also, remember this: Texas adheres to the US Constitution and not the President or to Congress. It matters and that is why in our State Constitution was written the way that it was and still is.

I suppose this article from the AP that was sent to me via email from Lew and posted at Chicago Ray's place supports what some of us have stated many times. We may have the "right" for a redress of grievances but "they" are under no obligation to pay us any attention. That is how Revolutions are born.

I am calling for a National Boston Tea Party Part II. We can start by demanding a Constitutional Convention because we clearly need one.

In the AP article, they mention President-elect Obama...I was unaware that the Electoral College had voted and that Congress had counted those votes. Did I miss something? Oh. Wait. The Constitution of the United States means nothing. I see.

The Coward That Is Obama - Where Is Your Birth Certificate?

Yesterday, Obama did not produce his birth certificate and neither did the DNC. This is because Obama doesn't have one and no, the COLB is not a birth certificate. Seeing that the coward hasn't done the right thing there are now 18 law suits in 12 states against the various Secretaries of State across the Nation. What is Obama hiding and why? Surely, spending $800K to not reveal his true birthplace is "Rather" telling and the Kenyan Ambassador that said he knew where Obama was born in Kenya is equally revealing. Yet, the fools that voted for the fraud will defend the sorry coward and claim that a COLB is a birth certificate which, it is not. Also, the COLB that has been placed on line has been proven to be a forgery several times. My vault of articles on this subject can be found here and my posts are located here.

To date, 133K+ people have signed an online petition and the names will be delivered to the SCOTUS on Friday before SCOTUS meets in conference (12/5/08 confirmed) to discuss whether or not to hear the case. It only takes 4 out of the 9 to bring it to Docket. Hopefully, they will do the right thing. And I stress "hopefully". I signed the petition. Have you?

Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the childs birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence. The parents would be issued a Certification of Live Birth.

This is not proof of where the child was born. It only proves that the parents claimed Hawaii as their main place of residence for the prior year.

British Nationality Act of 1948 (Part II, Section 5): Subject to the provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of this Act shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies at the time of the birth. [...]

OOPS! A COLB is what? NOT a birth certificate? What? ROFLMAO!! The definition of "natural born" is quite explicit in the Constitution but apparently, Obama and his Goons don't seem to care. Seeing that Obama's history is rife with fraud, just like a good little Marxist and American Liberal would be, he also has the Selective Service issue to deal with. He may have violated Federal Law.
