Ammunition Accountability

The moonbats are out in full swing to the left of Americanized Marxism. Ammunition accountability. This is absurd and has propelled itself beyond the pale of mental decapitation. My idea and reality check of ammunition accountability is to store it properly and safely and keeping it clean...yes, I clean my stored ammunition on a regular basis.

These people are bona fide loons. First of all, criminals normally do not buy their ammunition, they steal it. If they do buy it, they buy it off the street and not in a store. This law will insure that the criminals will absolutely never buy any ammunition ever. They will use ammunition whose "owners" will be implicated in the crime, thus DELAYING catching the real criminal. This proposal is pure idiocy. I bet they voted for Czarbie.

On the off chance that politicians think that this is a good idea, I will be going to the nearest gun show to purchase an abundant supply of my calibers of choice and when the dead line comes and goes, rest assured that I will not be destroying any that does not have the serial numbers etched at the base of the lead projectile. Now, for "plinking", I will go to the shooting ranges and buy that ammo there and use it all up at the range...maybe, if I need to. However, I will be purchasing an excess amount of the cheaper "plinking" rounds as well.

This proposal is retarded. Oh. Wait. Did I say that already? My bad.

Did I mention that the brass won't be serialized? The lead projectiles will be serialized. Where do these people come up with this stuff? Remember when the babbling idiot in the Clinton Administration, Joyclyn Elders, said that she wanted safer bullets? And, what in the hell is a bullet projectile anyway?
"The way to combat crime is with safer bullets and safer guns."
Remember that? This proposal is in the same sinking ship. The pdf is here. The following states have something in the wind about this: Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington. As you can see in the map, primarily the libtard areas are "looking into" this subject. Also note on the map, the mid-section of the country says KMA...we own most of the weapons and ammo.


Tex says the battle is on. I say bring it but bring an army with you and if you can make it that last 400 yards, you will be OK.

A Collection Of Posts, Articles and Pieces In Regards to the Obama Presidential Eligibility

In my Google Reader (enemy camp), I have collected a vast and variant compilation of COLB (Certificate Of Live Birth) pieces dating from 21 AUG 2008 to the present. To date, there are 202 entries therein and can be found here. Today, NBC Augusta published an article here and on their post, they have the now debunked and forged COLB. People, a COLB is not a "vault birth certificate". Period. The COLB originally posted to the Daily KOSmonoff web site and shortly thereafter at Obama's web site was shown to be a forgery and the fella that forged it admitted to it. The KOSmonoffs removed it and then 2 weeks later, so did Obama.

At the NBC post, a commenter made the following post: "12:57 PM Taxbilly wrote ... The Constitution needs to be changed so Obama can be president." Amazing, isn't it? PolitiFact also tried the same thing back in June. Too bad their data was flawed and were taken in by the forgery as were many others including myself until mid-August.

THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION IS OURS AND WE WANT IT RIGHT NOW!

What is up with the intolerant, racist and bigots in the alleged "gay community" in SoCal and other places? They lost the election on the "definition of marriage". Thge majority has spoken. Get over it and move on. In some twisted way of thinking, they feel that a minority should dictate to the majority. In most cases, that is how Constitutions work. Get over it and move on. If you want to see where the racism and bigotry is in this Nation look no further than the Democrat Party. That is where 99% of it lives and is fomented. Where in the HELL are Jackson, Sharpton and a host of other alleged "anti-racism" types? I can only conclude that if the gay community uses the "N" word, it must be true. Why else would they remain silent?

And, speaking of our Constitution, you know, that document that belongs to The People and not The Government, I can hardly wait for 12/1/08. That is the deadline as set by SCOTUS for the DNC and the would-be First Chicago Thug and Illegal Alien Barack Hussein Obama Czar to produce the bonafides of natural-born American Citizenship. We all know that the SCOTUS has ruled against the Constitution before but this time it will be very difficult to bypass that which is an absolute. In order to be the POTUS, one has to have been born on American soil. Clearly, Obama has not. If he had been, he would have produced his bonafides when John McCain did. He hasn't and he won't because he can't so he isn't going to.

With activist judges dictating what can be said and what cannot be said by Free Americans is an affront to the very Constitution the judge is supposed to be defending. We call it revisionism in the name of PC. Screw all that noise. As a Free American I will continue to speak my mind and if those with think skin or over sensitive childishness, that will be their problem and not mine. The fight between Judicial Watch and the Arizona Supreme Court ain't over yet.

And I will ask the following: what program, policy or legislation of note that has had a positive influence on our Nation that the SoH Pelosi or Senate Leader Reid has accomplished in their two years of service? Someone please name me one. Just one. That is all I ask. I have been searching and I have not detected any. And they dare criticize others within and without or Nation? Please. Stop insulting our intelligence.

Czarbie: Suppressor of Constitutional Rights

Not only is he a sore loser, a liar and a racist, he tries to use the legal system to shut people down that he feels is being not nice...to him. I suppose if one were to agree with him, support him and vote for him, those folks would be free to do and say what they please no questions asked and would be considered as being nice. The Big Bail Out - What To Do

As Burnanke and Paulson are urging "swift action", Newt Gingrich says to say "hell no". I agree. Kill. It. Now. As I have also stated, asked and demanded, just where in the hell in the United States Constitution does it state that every time an idiot defrauds someone else, it is the government's obligation to bail them out and "set the record straight"? Hans Bader seems to agree. ( all things on this blog "economy" here and in my reader here, videos here) If government programs of any sort cannot be reconciled with the United States Constitution, the subject or issue needs to be dropped like a dirty bomb.

Think Backwards has it sort of correct but naturally, they are highly suspect in most things. So, I would urge those folks over there to remember that the Rough Draft of the bill is a Rough Draft. However, the language in the Rough Draft scared just about everybody so I have to give them that.

We can catch the buzz over at Memeorandum, naturally but, no matter who it is that exclaims that the government has to rush in to save the day - or the planet as far as that goes - needs to be shut up. Ask them to reconcile it with the United States Constitution. If they cannot, be gone with them, no matter who it is.

Contrary to the fashion of blaming Bush for all things, one thing is perfectly clear; the sole responsibility of the current boondoggle rests in the laps of Congress, Fannie and Freddie. Period. The Foundry has been following this very closely and in this post, they have identified "attachments" by Chris Dodd that are equally unconstitutional: in part;
Provide capital to financial institutions in return for equity Allowing bankruptcy courts to revise mortgages Placing caps on executive compensation
This sounds like more of the same-same and seeing that the guy submitting this nonsense has played a LARGE part in the current DNC-induced quagmire, that alone causes my pinger-detectors to stand at attention. Along with that, this all reeks of setting a precedent to future idiocy. The Weekly Standard suggests one of these possibilities. It has something to do with the expression "we can put a man on the moon but...(fill in the blank type of thing).

Some are calling this economic shock and awe. I am calling it dumber and dumbest. I am sick and tired of the Congress looking down their collective noses at the rest of the nation when it is they and they alone that bear the entire cause of this unacceptable situation. Let them take their funds they have received; let them take their millions and pony up to the bar. Let's have them appear before an investigative panel of citizens and answer hard questions instead of them pretending that they are all surprised and demand to "get to the bottom of this". Please. They are only fooling the stupid people...themselves.

How close was the meltdown anyway and why isn't close now? I have been hearing that the world was ending and that the sky was falling and now it isn't and no one has bailed anybody out yet. So, why the panic?

I once thought that the Pelosi-Pickens land grab and water grab in the Texas Panhandle would have done the Robber Barons of yore proud. Now, I have reconsidered. So has Right Truth.

One other thing and I am sure this isn't my last post on this but, the idiots at Open Left seem to think that there are righteously indignant Democrats in Congress because this is a Republican induced issue when it clearly is not. Idiots. They even cite a pissed off lawyer...damn near laughed my ass right out of my chair. More of that utter ignorance here.

Sometimes, poetic justice cracks me up.

Naturally, their concerns are valid seeing what we know about his track record in this regard...depending on the crowd he is sucking on at the time...and Biden comes running to the rescue!

Happy Constitution Day America

Wouldn't it be nice if our political leaders instead of pretending to be adhering to the United States Constitution actually did adhere to the United States Constitution?

Wouldn't it be nice if whenever our political leaders both on the State and Federal levels of government reconcile each every piece of introduced legislation with the United States Constitution?

Wouldn't it be nice if our political leaders on the Federal level would actually state that if the powers they seek for themselves cannot be reconciled with the verbiage of the United States Constitution, then it is referred back to the States? Imagine that? Didn't we fight a Civil War over this?

Wouldn't it be nice if SCOTUS would actually have the personal and professional integrity to not hear cases petitioned to them and refer them back to the States?

Wouldn't it be nice if the Federal Judiciary didn't interfere with State Rights?

Happy Constitution Day America. What are we going to do about Judicial Tyranny?

What would our Founding Fathers say today when the SCOTUS tells any State what laws are valid and which ones are not? What would they say today when the Federal Courts stick their noses in where it doesn't belong and overturn "select" State Laws that the People of those States so choose to have by vote?

What would the Federal Judiciary namely SCOTUS say if We The People stood up and said something like, "We do not recognize your imposed authority."? Do you think they would be distraught or indignant? I would say that they would be.

Happy Constitution Day America. Let's Take Our Country Back by Taking Our Constitution Back.

We have a Federal Judiciary run amok. We have Congress Critters run amok. We have political leaders that wave a copy of the US Constitution over their heads while stump speeching yet have no idea what it says or how it applies to anything.

We have people in this country that aid, abet, enable and embolden our enemies in a time of war and claim Freedom of Speech. Freedom of Speech, my friends, has its limitations. There is such a thing as accountability for those words freely expressed. There is such a thing as consequences for rendering aid and comfort to the enemy.

We have American citizens that while referencing their Constitutional Rights, they advocate the overthrow of the United States Government by replacing it with a morphed form or convoluted socialism-communism-Americanized liberalism which is diametrically opposed to the United States Constitution. Pick a subject and see for yourselves. But, first, one must first know what the Constitution states.

For instance, National Health Care or, as some would call it, Socialized Medicine. Some are calling for the Federal Government to provide or make provisions for National Health Care. That sounds nice doesn't it? Reconcile that with the United States Constitution and I just might go along with it. However, it cannot be reconciled with the US Constitution so it shouldn't even be brought up after the first time. Good idea? Sure. Constitutional? Certainly not.

However, because a Federalized Health Care Plan is indeed unconstitutional, that doesn't mean that the individual States cannot offer their people in those individual States State Health Care if the people in those States desire that to be their particular State Law. End of discussion in that regard.

Happy Constitution Day America. Get back to that Founding Document. Learn it. Read it. Memorize it. Study it. Quote it. Apply it. Whenever you hear of some federal legislation being presented for debate, ask the following, "What is the chapter and verse as so stated in the US Constitution that backs this legislation up." Pick a subject - any subject - and find it in the US Constitution. If you cannot find it, the issue belongs to the individual States, period. End of discussion.

The Three C's: Pelosi's Disingenuous Ramblings

The Other One, Speaker Pelosi, abandoned the American People and went on vacation to pimp her floundering book, Know Your Power. The first thing that ran through my mind about this title was, how about knowing your responsibilities? Then how about knowing your limitations? That set aside, while Americans are needlessly paying astronomical prices for fuel for our vehicles, Nanna is off pretending that she actually cares about something other than the evil capitalistic manner of which her book is tanking.

She was interviewed by the Washington Compost today and the entire transcript is offered up here. In this interview, she, Nanna, exposed her true "isms". In the image to the left, one will find Nanna's Three C's that Nanna says she espouses. When I read this transcript, everything I read after this point is not computing. I will have to digest this in full before I can MoveOn.
Fargo, North Dakota: Do you believe that members of the US House should vote the way their constituents want them to vote?

Nancy Pelosi: I always encourage incoming Members of Congress to follow the three Cs - the Constitution, their conscience, and their constituents - and remind them that their title and their job description are the same: representative.

It is up to each elected official to balance their responsibilities to the three Cs and to explain that balance to their constituents. We will not always agree with our elected officials 100% of the time, but we can expect them to do what they believe is right.
She sure can speak those buzz words like Ron Paul can, doesn't she? Let us parse this.

First off, she has no understanding of the United States Constitution, or, she does and can craftily disavow it while giving the pretense that she is honoring it and complying with it. The vast majority of Americans are demanding that the Congress address this oil crisis and are demanding that the Congress conduct the nation's business at OUR will and NOT theirs. So far, everything she has espoused as a potential policy and/or procedure cannot be reconciled with the United States Constitution. Not one single item. Prove me wrong if you are able.

As for conscience, what does that have anything to do with anything? It is the will of We The People that is to drive that which Congress does or does not do whether or not Congress thinks otherwise. Right or wrong, the Congress is to do OUR bidding and NOT the other way around. Period. End of discussion. We The People don't give a damn how Congress feels about anything. That is not their job. Their job is explicitly explained and detailed in the United States Constitution.

And, another thing. When she tells her fellow Democrats in "swing states" and "districts at risk" to LIE to their constituents to retain or win power and then plan on GOING BACK ON THEIR WORD, that is intellectual depravity. That is what makes up the leadership of the Leftinistra, the armies of the socialist liberal...liars and pimps of destruction. Period. End of discussion. Conscience? Please.

Her comment about constituents is absolutely laughable. When we call her, her office hangs up on us. All we ask is for her to turn the damn lights, microphones and cameras back on so We The People can witness the nation's business being conducted. Just because Nanna didn't WANT the American People witnessing that which Nanna wrought, she once again went against her word in regards to the most open and ethical Congress in history. Nanna? Lying to your constituents to promote your ill-fated agenda is certainly not taking into consideration the will of We The People in your districts.

As soon as I can get through the rest of that article, I will comment on the rest of the deplorable and pathetic and evident lies. Simply amazing.

Op-Ed: Ron Paul Is No Constitutionalist...PERIOD! UPDATED!!

I know a little about Ronniev Pauliev. He has fooled so many people because he knows how to talk the talk but he does not know how to walk the walk. He talks pretty. He cites chapter and verse. He mouths off a lot but when he associates himself with the likes of Dennis Kucinich, Sean Penn, Adam Kokesh, the Revolutionary Communist Party, Students for Justice In Palestine (btw Palestine has never existed), American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, Cindy Sheehan, and idiots that say this:

Are they so taken aback that when he mentions the Constitution they begin to drool, froth at the mouth and say, "OH YEAH, BABY! HE CAN SAY THAT C-WORD!"? Give me a break. Sit the phuk down and shut the phuk up. Pull up a chair and lemme 'splain some thangs to yas.

A shortened history of Ron Paul is this: he is a Libertarian. WTF is he doing in the Republican Party, then? He tried to get elected as a Libertarian in a Republican district and failed. He tried to get elected as a Democrat, in a Republican district and failed. He learned to talk like a Republican and got elected. He is a fraud. He is not a Democrat or a Republican. He is a RINO and a DINO.

I hear other equally inane and uninformed and uneducated comments as such...
Then why does he keep getting elected?
That is a rhetorical and dumb question. Why does Kennedy keep getting elected? Why does Kerry keep getting elected? Why does anyone keep getting elected? They know what to say to GET elected and they know what to say to KEEP getting elected. What the hell is wrong with these people?

While we are at it, if Ron Paul is such a constitutionalist, why in the world does he say to stop the war and spend that trillion dollars on health care? Where in the hell is that in the Constitution? Hell, even I can say and spell Constitution. It doesn't mean I know anything about it. Apparently, however, I know more about it than he does. Maybe I should run for President.

Dr. Paul can just move to New Hampshire where the libertarian Free State Project might try and elect him their first governor, leveraging the boost in name ID and image that his presidential bid will have wrought. She has decided to be "brave" and is ready for the Paultard attacks and is requesting anyone woth input from the Paultards implosions to list them in her comments section:

Mathew Barakat of AP reported: "The Second Amendment's provisions protecting the right to keep and bear arms apply only to the federal government, not the 50 states and the District of Columbia, lawyers for the nation's capital argued Friday in a written brief to the U.S. Supreme Court."

Treason In Vermont...UPDATED

BDS runs deep in Vermont in these trying times. It seems a bearded fellow from Brattleboro wants President Bush and Vice-President Cheney arrested should they ever step foot in the backwoods township.

It seems that the targets of the BDS have violated the United States Constitution in some way yet this "declaration" is what has violated the United States Constitution. Go figure. Another moonbat Double Standard.
A group in Brattleboro is petitioning to put an item on a town meeting agenda in March that would make Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney subject to arrest and indictment if they visit the southeastern Vermont community.

"This petition is as radical as the Declaration of Independence, and it draws on that tradition in claiming a universal jurisdiction when governments fail to do what they're supposed to do," said Kurt Daims, 54, a retired machinist leading the drive.

As president, Bush has visited every state except Vermont.

The town meeting, an annual exercise in which residents gather to vote on everything from fire department budgets to municipal policy, requires about 1,000 signatures to place a binding item on the agenda.

The measure asks: "Shall the Selectboard instruct the Town Attorney to draft indictments against President Bush and Vice President Cheney for crimes against our Constitution, and publish said indictment for consideration by other municipalities?" [...]

AMENDMENT XIV

Passed by Congress June 13, 1866. Ratified July 9, 1868.

Note: Article I, section 2, of the Constitution was modified by section 2 of the 14th amendment.

Section 1.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Section 2.

Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age,* and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

Section 3.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section 4.

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Section 5.

The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

The Broadcaster Freedom Act

The Broadcaster Freedom Act, to outlaw return of the so-called Fairness Doctrine, has now been introduced in the House and Senate. Check here to see if your members of Congress are co-sponsors.
