Where IS The Text of the Unconstitutional Bail Out Bill?

I sure would like to read that thing that Nancy said was up for study. The Crypt wants to read it as well. Apparently Nancy lied again? I suppose there aren't enough unconstitutional proponents of the bill within the GOP? Good. Maybe the damn thing will die the death it so "richly" deserves.

It sure is confusing when even Kucinich says he will vote it down and Newt Gingrich has stated that he is supporting it. Michelle Malkin says that Newt got back onto the couch with Nancy. Video of Newt reluctantly giving the affirmative nod to the unconstitutional bail out is here.

Michelle has the pdf version of the latest travesty here. It is 110 pages of dead trees which represents an illegal attempt to defraud the American People. I sure hope this thing dies. It is being praised as a bipartisan accomplishment and I am now totally and 100% against bipartisan anything. All that means is for the American People to bend over and take a Mac truck up the anal canal. Nice.

I started this post about an hour ago and have reviewed several pages of this abortion of Congress. The people in the picture above need to be run out of town on a rail. Page 6 of the draft irritates me beyond acceptable levels. Page 6 is the Title I. Troubled Assets Relief Program, Section 101., Purchases of Troubled Assets garbage. Page 9 is the preventing unjust enrichment by participants of the program clause. Um...what about "non-participants"? Like the Congress Critters that got us into this to begin with?

SEC. 104 on page 14 really gets to me...FINANCIAL STABILITY OVERSIGHT BOARD. REALLY? What makes anyone believe that the oversight board will be any different than the one already in place that was deemed perfectly fine before? Who will be the oversight for the oversight board and where in the hell is there anything about accountability? I got all the way up to page 60 on a quick review and there isn't any accountability therein...not that I could tell.

I'm done. Kill this thing and kill it now, now, now. The majority of the nation sees this whole thing as a power grab so the minority will win. 51% say no and 49% say yes. Simply amazing. So, naturally, the worse Congress ever is going to side with the minority. How constitutional is that?

Eric Cantor is saying that the GOP hasn't signed onto this yet so Nancy is calling them unpatriotic. So now, we have yet another definition of Patriotism in this nation as issued by an anti-Americanist socialist whore, Nancy: if you don;t go along with this, you are unpatriotic. If you do not support an unconstitutional bail out bill that is not supported by the United States Constitution, you are unpatriotic. So, if you do support an unconstitutional bail out bill, you are Patriotic. I just wonder to what. I wonder what Jim DeMint says about Nancy's idiocy?

OK folks...if you haven't done so yet, sign this petition called "CALL CONGRESS BACK" put into place by Rep Cantor. So far, as of 0453 CST, there was 6343 signatures in less than 12 hours. This is OUR time, OUR House, OUR Congress, OUR oil and WE say when to drill and what to do with it and NOT Nazi Nanny.

Much to the chagrin of the Leftinistra hacks of The Other One Georgie Soros, the socialist capitalist - an oxymoron or, just a socialist pig moron - there haven't been any "windfall profits" of the alleged Big Oil that The Goracle profits from. The main issue with his "windfall theft" is that the oil companies will just turn around and pass the cost to the consumer which will RAISE the cost of fuel, not lower it. If San Fran Nazi Nanny Pelosi truly cares about the American People, she will immediately return to DC and reopen the House and comply with the demands of the vast majority of Americans. What is she afraid of? Losing the debate? Being on the record officially as being on the wrong side of yet another issue?

By now, we have all heard that President Bush is not going to recall for a special session. The libtards are squawking that even President Bush isn't backing the Republicans. That is a lie. What the libtards and frothing moron moonbats which comprise the make-up of the Czarbama consortium of communist twits aren't telling you is that the democrats show up each day thus having the Congress in session for a few moments each so the President CANNOT recall because the Congress is IN SESSION albeit adjourned. That is a trick being utilized by the liars of the left...the ones directly responsible for the current oil crisis.
