Poor Marc. I thought that such a man as he would know better than to use SNOPES of all places for confirmation of anything. SNOPES is almost as bad a Wikipedia. Good grief. Looks like I won't be trusting anything he has to say about anything for quite some time. SNOPES? Marc has swallowed the Kool Aid of SNOPES as PROOF that Obama is a natural born citizen.

This is merely one more example in a long line of examples how media types can be cowed by threat of journalistic license. Denying the facts at hand, Marc, doesn't make the denials factual. Get a clue.

For the entire airwaves, in unison, to suddenly take the position that Obama's birth certificate is out of bounds means that they've been ordered not to discuss it.

My guess is that big guns from ACORN and also from the Nation of Islam have gotten to the FCC and have told them in no uncertain terms that if Obama is blocked from becoming POTUS, there will be hell to pay all over America. And obviously these threats were deemed credible enough by those making the decisions at the FCC that they have succeeded. This is nothing less than a political coup d'état! Unless, that is, the Justices of the Supreme Court and the Electors of the Electoral College still take seriously their oaths to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution."

Dear Marc...one would think that an aspiring Presidential Aspirant would PERSONALLY put this issue to bed and not rely on SNOPES that has claimed to "see the birth certificate" that a Judge in Hawaii has sealed under Court Order. Idiot.

Monday IS The Deadline For Obama To Produce Eligibility

The issue is legitimate in spite of what James Taranto the Whiner wrote the other day or what John Hawkins wrote today. The reasons they give don't hold water nor do they pass the smell test when one gets into the nitty gritty. This is an issue because Barack Obama has made it an issue. He can put this all to bed by producing his birth certificate and not a COLB. They are not the same thing. The COLB was proven to be a forgery and that is why it has been removed from the KOS and Obama web sites.

The NIN is tracking this issue as are WND, Atlas Shrugs and many others. Some are asking, "What's there to discuss? A newspaper clipping and the Hawaiian officials have stated that Barack was born in Hawaii." We are to believe the press and officials? Sorry. That is all heresay. An official birth certificate would put this issue to bed and I wish Obama would produce it because all I want is the Truth. It's as simple as that.

Atlas Shrugs asks, "HOW COULD STANLEY ANN DUNHAM HAVE DELIVERED BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA JR. IN AUGUST OF 1961 IN HONOLULU, WHEN OFFICIAL UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON RECORDS SHOW HER 2680 MILES AWAY IN SEATTLE ATTENDING CLASSES THAT SAME MONTH?" Good question. It is because of these "disparities" that lends credence to the concerns we have. Perhaps the detractors from this argument shouldn't comment when they haven't fully investigated this issue. I was once one of those detractors until I looked into this for myself.

When Barack's family members say he was born in Kenya and the Kenyan government confirms it, what are we to think? Whatever the detractors want us to? Not hardly. RINOs do that.

I have hundreds of articles stored here and I have written on this for quite some time, long before it became fashionable.

So, Monday is the deadline to offer up the evidence and if that doesn't happen, there is the 12/5/08 SCOTUS conference and if 4 of the 9 say so it will be placed on the docket for review. If Obama doesn't do the right thing here, how can we trust him to do the right thing in other areas?

The Ever Elusive Obama Birth Certificate

Someone found it! It is in the vault to the left. If you can, hire a safe cracker and a locksmith and maybe we can find out what's inside. In my cache of articles and other items located here and the posts I have done on this issue located here, one thing is for certain. Obama is hiding something and he just might be trying to do an end-run on the United States Constitution. You know. That document the libtards hate while feigning support of it on their way to shredding it. They will make a lame claim that President Bush shredded it but as usual, they will have nothing to substantiate their idiocy.

Polarik at Townhall has the definitive post on this subject which can also be located at Free Republic, HT to Anti-Mullah. In addition, there is a SCOTUS case (screen shot to left) detailing that which the Obama Camp will try to bypass if the SCOTUS Conference scheduled for 12/5/08 decides to place the issue on the Docket. There is already talk that the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution negates the natural born status requirement for Presidential Aspirants. No where in the 14th Amendment is Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 negated or amended to reflect that the "natural born" requirement is no longer in standing. This is Clause 5:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

The Founders could not have been more specific. The Ambassador of Kenya could also not have been more specific.

The McNorman blog has a You Tube with a short segment of the radio interview of Peter Ogego and WRIF in Detroit where the Ambassador admitted that Obama was indeed born in Kenya and that his birthplace "is well known". The entire 19+ minute interview can be heard here and we will replay some of that interview on my BTR show today at 1300 hours Central (Texas) time. We will be playing 10:40 of that interview. Political Pistachio conducted a BTR show last week as did Founding Truth and the details therein are a must to have for future reference.

Like I said earlier, we will have our third show on this subject today at 1300 and tomorrow evening on Spin This, we will also be discussing this same subject. This issue is growing feet and legs but there is no telling how far it will go. It all depends on the courage of our political leaders and other leaders and I don't place much confidence in them at all, judging from their past idiocy and PC stupidity.

The evidence is piling on that Barack Hussein Obama is not a United States Citizen which makes him an illegal alien. Barack's refusal to present his birth certificate should be the last nail in the coffin and I did say "should be". Remember, it only takes 4 out of the 9 Justices to agree to take an issue from Conference to Docket. Once the issue is on the Docket, it takes 5 of the 9 to make their "opinion" The Law. There are 4 Good Guy Justices (strict Constitutionalists) and 4 Bad Guy Justices (libtards that Rule from The Bench) and 1 Flake Justice, Kennedy.

Maggie posted to this blog here and urges True American Patriots to write to the SCOTUS demanding that this issue be resolved. You can write SCOTUS as follows:

Justice Clarence Thomas has placed a discussion of Barack Obama's citizenship on the December 5th docket for conference, meaning a discussion of the merit of this particular case.

A commenter at America's Right, who has been the leading source of excellent information on the various lawsuits, is requesting that we write directly to the Supreme Court:

Go for it. When the Kenyans are stating that Barack was born in Kenya, then what are we to think about it?

A Collection Of Posts, Articles and Pieces In Regards to the Obama Presidential Eligibility

In my Google Reader (enemy camp), I have collected a vast and variant compilation of COLB (Certificate Of Live Birth) pieces dating from 21 AUG 2008 to the present. To date, there are 202 entries therein and can be found here. Today, NBC Augusta published an article here and on their post, they have the now debunked and forged COLB. People, a COLB is not a "vault birth certificate". Period. The COLB originally posted to the Daily KOSmonoff web site and shortly thereafter at Obama's web site was shown to be a forgery and the fella that forged it admitted to it. The KOSmonoffs removed it and then 2 weeks later, so did Obama.

At the NBC post, a commenter made the following post: "12:57 PM Taxbilly wrote ... The Constitution needs to be changed so Obama can be president." Amazing, isn't it? PolitiFact also tried the same thing back in June. Too bad their data was flawed and were taken in by the forgery as were many others including myself until mid-August.

This issue is long from being over no matter the spin and the ignoring.
