The War On Conservatism Will Lose

Phonies. Where do the phony conservatives crawl out from? And, why are there so many of them? Sometimes I think they are the left over Reagan Democrats.

The screen shot to the left was taken from this post here entitled, "The Folly of the Phony Conservatives". I call them Fair Weather or Eeyore Conservatives but, phony works for me as well. The picture is the meat of the post but the entire post is a must read.

The Conservative Movement, just like any other great movement, has been infiltrated by the enemy and that enemy is ourselves. We let these phonies in the front door and now they are trying to kick us out the back door. We'll see about that.

So, when you hear an idiot saying that Conservative Talk Radio is to blame for the position the GOP is in, just laugh and spit. The premise is retarded. When you hear that the "religious conservatives" are the problem, you know beyond a reasonable doubt that you are dealing with a phony conservative. When you hear that the GOP has moved too far to the right in recent years, you know that you are dealing with a phony conservative or an escapee from a mental ward someplace. None of the reasons mentioned above are the cause of the current GOP position.

The reason the GOP is in its current position is because the GOP has abandoned the Conservative Principles that propelled them to the Reagan Era Conservatism. It was during that time the GOP was infiltrated by the enemy...democrats posing as Republicans and/or Conservatives. I say this because it follows the List of 45, plain and simple. The Democrat Party has long been converted to socialism so why not get the other Party and get a single Party rule in the United States? I would like for someone to explain to me the differences between the current GOP and the current DNC. I don't see much of a difference.

Take Susan Collins, for example. She is a RINO that thinks the folks on the other side are her friends. Friends don't stab friends in the back. Ever. Her friends tried to have her replaced and now she is whining about it. But, now that the elections are over, she is wondering if they can ow all get along. That is a phony conservative.

Mort Kondrake is another fool. He is one that says that Hannity, Limbaugh and Ingraham must go. What a flake. Them and others like them are the reason why the GOP hasn't fallen into lock-step entirely with the DNC. Kondrake. Dummy and Dhimmi.

The year 2000 was my wake up call and I have been yammering about the RINOs ever since. Others are just now waking up and John Hawkins explains it all here. I used to call them the Silent Majority. Now I call them cowards that stay home and whine instead of getting involved and making a difference. We are at war and we do not have time for baby sitting the weak. Joshua P Allem has a great podcast you all need to listen to. The lead in is as follows.

There is a cancer in the Republican Party. This cancer is socialism. The McCain defeat could have been a form of chemotherapy, but it wasn't enough. The cancer lives on within the Republican Party. Merely 24 hours after the election, the cancer carriers tried blaming conservatism and Sarah Palin for the defeat while begging Joe Lieberman to join the fold. Until this cancer has been ultimately wiped out from within the Republican Party, the Republican Party will be useless. They will not stand up for you or me whenever a critical vote comes to the floor and they certainly won't win elections. Before all else, this cancer must be destroyed. Nothing else should take precedence over this goal.

He also called it a RINOectomy. That and that alone will bail the GOP out. Anything shy of that is a formula for further and future failures.

James Taranto is one of those people that seem to think his crap doesn't stink at times. Bully for him.

He has a piece up today in regards to the Obama Birth Certificate and the very tone of the piece reeks of surrendering to the enemy all in the name of playing nice-nice. This is why the GOP is in the position it is in. People are too afraid to press issues because they may seem to look like they are "going along with the in crowd". They and now he makes me sick.

No, the Supreme Court is not going to intervene and stop Barack Obama from becoming president.

Normally this would be "Bottom Story of the Day" material, but lots of crazy rumors have been going around, albeit mostly on blogs and other Web sites of the far-right fringe. Last week, however, David Serchuk of Forbes.com rehearsed one of them, giving us an opportunity to set the record straight. Here's Serchuk:

You've got to hand it to Philip J. Berg: he doesn't give up easily. You might recall that Philadelphia attorney Berg tried, and failed, to halt the presidential election of Barack Obama on the grounds that he is not a native-born citizen. Game over, right? Wrong.

Berg filed a writ of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court in late October, asking that the highest court review the decision of the U.S. District Court in Pennsylvania. The latter court dismissed Berg's claims because he lacked standing to bring them. Standing requires plaintiffs to prove they are directly affected by the issue at hand, with evidence of injury that is concrete and particular. In its decision the district court said Berg "does not, and we believe cannot, establish injury in fact." It also dismissed his claims as frivolous.

Berg takes this in stride. His writ, he says, requires Obama and the Democratic National Council to respond by December 1. . . .

One of the pillars of Berg's argument is that Obama doesn't have a legally-valid U.S. birth certificate because he was born in Kenya . . .

In fairness to Serchuk, he doesn't seem to take this seriously--but he doesn't quite explain why it is nonsense. So, here goes.

In August Berg filed a lawsuit in Philadelphia's federal trial court, alleging that Obama was not a "natural born citizen" and thus constitutionally ineligible to be president. No trial was held; on Oct. 24, the court summarily dismissed Berg v. Obama on the ground that Berg did not have standing to sue. (In fact, the judge who dismissed the case opined that Berg's efforts to establish standing "are frivolous and not worthy of discussion.")

On Oct. 30, Berg filed a petition for a writ of certiorari--in laymen's terms, he asked the Supreme Court to hear his appeal. (Note that contrary to Berg's language, which Serchuk repeats, one does not "file a writ." One files a petition, and the court decides whether to issue a writ.) On Oct. 31, according to Berg's Web site, he filed a motion asking Justice David Souter for injunctive relief in the form of halting the following week's election.

On Nov. 3, Souter denied the injunction. The next day, the election was held as scheduled. You might have read about it, it was in all the papers.

It is true that Berg's petition for certiorari is still pending before the high court. It is also true that there is a deadline for responses from the defendants (including Obama) of next Monday, Dec. 1. The defendants, however, are under no obligation to respond, and there is no reason to think they will bother.

The probability that the court will actually grant certiorari is, in theory, greater than zero, but it is such a small number as to be incomprehensible to anyone within the ordinary range of intelligence. As Judge Peter Messitte notes in an article for the State Department's eJournalUSA, the justices typically grant such petitions only for cases "raising particularly significant questions of law, and/or those where there is a division of legal authority, as where lower courts have produced conflicting interpretations of constitutional or federal law."

An additional rumor, not repeated by Forbes.com's Serchuk, is that the "response" that Obama is "required" to file next week consists of proof that he is a natural-born citizen. Those who make this claim seem to believe that cert. is two, two, two writs in one. In fact, the only question currently before the high court is whether to hear the appeal at all.

Even in the vanishingly unlikely event that the court does grant certiorari, it almost certainly would consider only the legal issue raised by the lower court's ruling--namely, whether Berg has standing to sue. In the even more vanishingly unlikely event that the justices rule in his favor, the case would be returned to a trial judge for consideration of the factual allegations.

One Leo Denofrio has a pending petition for certiorari in a similar case that was dismissed by the New Jersey Supreme Court. His prospects for success are approximately equal to Berg's, for the same reasons. We devoutly hope this is the last item we will ever have to write on this silly topic.

With all of the evidence mounting, it is no wonder that Taranto and his Band of Sycophants would be afraid of challenging the illegal alien Barack. With "conservatives" like him and them, who in the hell needs enemies?

Excommunicating The RINOs

I'm not buying into ALLAHPUNDIT's take on Romney in 2012. Why get ANOTHER RINO on the ticket? We have seen how they fare in the elections haven't we? Does 2006 and 2008 ring a bell? DING DONG! Avon calling! He doesn't like Palin or Jindal for 2012. He says they are too boiler plate. SIGH. Ialso didn;t hear the "new conservative" ideas he was alluding to either. I heard your basic Conservative Principles and Ideologies but I didn't hear anything "new". Methinks Patrick Ruffini is correct. We need to focus on 2010 first. Things change. Whatever happens, Mitt Romney is most assuredly not a Conservative's Conservative. Not by any stretch of the imagination no matter the scope and purity of the hallucinogenic taken. Playing at Opossum isn't all that smart either.

I find it interesting that foreigners that have come to this country learn faster than our own but, then again, look at our pathetic Government Sanctioned Reeducation Camps we call schools. No wonder the kids are so screwed up.

"Both" genre of socialist - Democrat and Republican - have that invisible Constitution. We need to burn that damn thing. Speaking of burning, every word that David Harsanyi yammers and spews needs to be burned as well. The guy is a flake. Now, Ramesh Ponnuru is another story. Like I said. Most foreigners get it. This guy doesn't. They must read that invisible constitution.

Nancy Salvato says that True Patriots put their country first. I agree. Party Hacks make me ill. I wrote of this earlier...Ted Nugent calling for what JPA calls a Rinoectomy. DC has an infection or an epidemic of idiots called RINOs...they have some odd belief that it is they that are Conservatives. Crazy stuff that. As the Pelosi Team shifts further left, the RINOs will as well until there exists absolutely no line of demarcation between the Democrat and Republican. This cannot be allowed to go unchallenged and undefeated because the rumors of the death of Conservatism just isn't true...life support, yes...death no.

One glimmer of hope of a successful RINOectomy is the attacks on the unconstitutional McCain-Feingold atrocity. I wrote about this many times as well and knew back then that it would only enable the Party of Corruption and Death to win elections and thew Party of RINOs to lose. Imagine that...I was right all along. What is it about DC that exhumes and reeks of a Crime Syndicate?

Like any entity that abandons basic quality control, political parties rot from within. It happened to the Democrats long ago, and now has become the case with the Republican Party, which has strayed from its conservative underpinnings.

There are really only four things I have a strong aversion to: unloaded guns, dull knives, banjos, and Republicans in Name Only (RINOs).

The Nugent family simply doesn't allow any of those things in our lives.

RINOs are Fedzilla punks who feign support for conservative principles only when it serves their political interest. RINOs are also known for their moderate positions such as supporting tax increases, federal “bailouts”, “comprehensive immigration reform”, advocating more counterproductive gun control that guarantee more innocent victims, opposing the death penalty, and growing and sustaining Fedzilla and all its toxic mongrels by going along with the liberals. RINOs have forgotten President Ronald Maximus Regan's admonition that government is the problem, not the solution.

RINOs reach across Fedzilla's aisle to cut deals and build consensus with the liberals. Consensus building means compromising values and cutting deals with the socialist prankster punksters whose goal it is to turn America into EuroAmerica.

Consensus building is for wimps and soulless people who stand for nothing. Compromise is not about being tolerant: these days, it’s about giving up conservative principles.

As the Republican Party begins to retool, rebuild and return to the "less government is best government" conservatism that makes America work, the first thing the GOP needs to do is to lock the RINOs out of the discussion. Heavily armed with an abundance of conservative attitude, my hunting buddies and I will provide security to ensure RINOs are kept downwind from the discussion. Colin Powell's Endorsement Negated by Prominent American Black Leaders

With a HT to Right Truth via this You Tube video, Colin Powell's endorsement of Barack Hussein Obama means little to nothing if it means anything at all. How a former General in the US Military can side with a man that has had a hand in the deaths and wounding of American and Coalition forces doesn't necessarily stun this DAVFW but it does raise some eyebrows.

I have been conducting very intense and in-depth research on the subject of aiding and abetting the enemy in a time of war and the results of that research is indeed astounding. All in the name of political gain, the prominent leadership of the Democrat Party here in the United States have, in their quest and lust of power and control, are directly and indirectly responsible for emboldening and enabling of the enemy. This has resulted in prolonging the war with the consequences of causing the casualties of war. Colin Powell throwing in with this group strips him of any respect he may have once had from this DAVFW. Colin Powell has become a political hack. Congratulations.

I have been a subscriber to the National Black Republican Association since its inception and know exactly where they stand on the issues and they do not support the Marxist Obama. Check out Right Truth for a listing of other prominent Black Americans and see for yourself. I suppose Colin Powell didn't want to be classified as an Uncle Tom? I suppose that is better than being considered a turn-coat on those that have served, are serving and will serve. His endorsement of Barack disgusts me but it was to be expected...birds of a feather and all that.

Democrats and terrorists, RINOs and terrorists are one in the same...the scourge of the United States.

This ill-conceived endorsement casts a dark shadow on men like Stephen Fortunato.

Gang of Ten: Rinoectomy Required

In a previous post located here entitled, #dontgo v Gang of 10, one of the comments from one of our readers had this to say:

I hate Rinos. I really really really really really really hate Rinos. These are the ones who are responsible for destroying the Republican Party. These are the ones who we think of when we talk about the conservative party being dead. We need to perform a Rinoectomy on the Republican Party immediately.

The post commented on was about the Gang of Ten either inadvertently or purposefully trying to derail the #dontgo movement that has the Leftinistra on the run and on the defensive. The Movement exposed to the American People just who and what the alleged "democrats" stand for. It has also unearthed some RINOs.

I have concluded the following. After the Mother of All Brothel Dwellers, aka Speaker of The House, Pelosi pulled her little tamper tantrum stunt by turning of the lights, the microphones and the CSPAN cameras so the American People would not find out just what she was up to, the Rightosphere exploded and the word got out anyway. So, seeing that the Old Media decided not to cover the outrage and seeing that the Rightosphere decided that this was our moment to seize - and did - apparently, the RINOs decided that they could not have the attention stolen away from them. Thus, the Gang of Ten.

Notice to the Gang of Ten Idiots - henceforth the GOTI: we don't want a compromise. We want the Leftinistra defeated, run over, trampled down, diluted and buried never to be heard from again. All "bipartisan" means is that the GOP, all in the name of Nice-Nice, bends over and does their best Rover impression. All a "compromise" means is the Democrats get it their way. Their attitudes for the past 3+ decades is this: it is our way or the highway.

It is time that the GOP take the cajones that they sprouted all of a sudden on 01 AUG 08 and build on that and step it up a notch. We have those responsible for the high costs of EVERYTHING over a barrel and now is not the time to compromise! Why compromise when we are winning?

We don't want to hear, as we did from Rep Frank Wolf, that we don't know how it works in DC and that we have to understand the "will of Congress". The "will of the Congress"? Where is that in the United States Constitution? We don't want to hear about "your friends". Your salary is not paid to you for you to make friends in DC. That is not your job to make friends in DC. Your job is to do the will of the American People, right or wrong. Period. End of discussion.

Your job is not to "save the planet". That isn't your MOS. You are not God. The planet has survived on its own without your help and, in case you haven't noticed, every time government gets involved with pretty much everything, that "project" turns to crap. Hint: socialist security, unemployment "insurance", welfare, medicaid, medicare, education "loans", bailing out banks, bailing out investors, bailing out idiots that bought houses they could not afford, and the list goes on ad nauseum.

Your job, ladies and gentlemen is to OBEY the will of the people, the very ones that elected you to perform their bidding regardless of how you feel. And THAT is indeed Constitutional and THAT is what the United States Constitution so stipulates. Get over it.

Remember, we are watching you and you are OUR employees and many of you are hereby fired and we are starting with the Gang of Ten RINOs. Begin packing your bags. A BTR show host broke this story and look where it is now. We are much more "stronger" than you care to realize and we are getting stronger day by day.

Get used to us in your faces.

By the way, your alleged "friends" across the aisle have their strings pulled by these people and I like what Weasel Zippers says about them. You'll have to go over there to read it. When your "friends" supporters send threatening letters to YOUR supporters in order to perform some sort of electoral extortion, is that not indicative of an "unfriendly" act by proxy or association?

When your "friends" supporters say that the American People are stupid and that our Troops are pretty much a bunch of losers, is it these type in which you place your "trust" and want to reach out to and for? Perhaps we should make a new movie just for you: the Five Stooges.

As progress to free America of foreign oil is on the brink of success, you all want to cut the effort off at the knees? To what end? To what purpose? Is it because the Lower House pulled a "smoothy" and stole your thunder? Is it an ego problem? If so, perhaps you are in the wrong line of work. Prepare to vacate the premises because you are fired.

And another thing. Isn't it true that Mike Gravel used to be one of your "friends"? Your "friend" is now espousing illegal stalking maneuvers to obtain favor of some sort. So, if you have friends such as these, do we really need your kind? I think not.

Your "friends" across that aisle you are so proud bending over for also has supporters that are involved in other electoral extortion activities and you feel "comfortable" reaching over across the aisle for, what, again? Pretty strange aren't they, these "friends" of yours? And why are your "friends" so eager to slander, slur and demean Jon Voight? We don't like your choice of friends. Neither does the WSJ.

While we are at it, here is another example of those that support your "friends" to whom they cater and pander to. Aren't they sweet?

A hit piece on Vets for Freedom's Back to Iraq trip came out today posted on both Salon.com and the Huff Po. It's two titles are "Embedded Reporters or Republican activists?" and "Obama-attacking, Pro-McCain group gets free trip to Iraq" the first is a reasonable construct, the second is a horseshit lie. I don't hold the writer, Alex Koppelman, responsible for the titles, but he is surely responsible for the innuendo and slurs contained in the piece. Upon reading it this morning I danced a little jig, because I knew the attack was coming and I couldn't believe how weak it was. But since it will get huge play in the fever swamps I soldiered up and began the rebuttal. I contacted the two sources he quoted, Chris Hanson of U of Maryland and Kelly McBribe of Poynter Institute. I will advise once I have spoken with them. I also contacted Alex himself and he was courteous enough to call me. The problem was, he wanted to talk off the record. I know, I laughed myself, a journo who won't go on the record with a knuckledragger like me. He said he had to consult his editor and they determined a live conversation taped so neither of us could be mis-quoted, was far too dangerous. Instead could I email some questions. Heh. [...]

And nothing is said of the Nanna from Pink City as she gallivants across the country on America's dime in her tax-paid-for Big Bird book tour? Do you know how much that cost the American People? I sure wish I could spend close to $50K on a private airliner. Then again, there could very well be valid reasons for Speakerless Oompa Loompelosi to run away and Yid With Lid has those documented. In short, here is the brief synopsis: She went to buy an air pressure gage for her tires; Personally autographing each copy of her book that comes off the press; Bret Farve. You notice that the closure of Congress coincided with Bret Farve showing up at Packer Training Camp; American Idol Auditions. Simon, Paula and Randy are choosing new contestants; Hey The Olympics Are On; Face Lift. She is secretly having a face lift and needs the recovery time. Sounds good to me. Everything else just doesn't make any sense.

Then again, your "friends" like these idiots, too. Nothing like deciding to allow something by not allowing it and then saying that you achieved something by reaching across the aisle being all giddy that you just screwed yourself and the American People and being all happy about it.

John McCain said this: "Behind all the words, Senator Obama's agenda can be summarized as this: Government's too big, he wants to grow it; taxes are too high, he wants to raise 'em; Congress spends too much, and he proposes more; we need more energy, and he's against producing it; we're finally winning in Iraq, and he wants to forfeit. The bottom line, Senator Obama's words, for all their eloquence and passion, don't mean all that much.”

In contrast, here is what the Senate RINOs say: "We know that there is a problem but we really don't care because we are reaching across the aisle making history while America suffers because of it. Besides, the Lower House rebellion wasn't our idea so, actually, it is dumb. Look at us. We aren't fighting." Yeah. We see that. Like RWN stated today: "Lindsey Graham is why Republicans lose." No doubt.
