Bill Roggio at The Long War Journal, Pat Dollard and Fox are reporting that Osama's security chief has been nabbed and is in custody. The turban wearing turd was nabbed in Pakistan.

Roggio:

A senior al Qaeda commander has been reported to have been captured in the Pakistani city of Lahore, according to a Pakistani newspaper. Dr. Amin al Haq, the security coordinator of Osama bin Laden's Black Guard, "was apprehended from Lahore couple of days back," The Nation reported, citing "credible Afghan sources." Al Haq is said to be "under interrogation" at an undisclosed location. [...]

Fox:

The alleged security coordinator and bodyguard for Al Qaeda terror chieftain Usama bin Laden was arrested in Pakistan sometime last week, the influential newspaper The Nation reported Monday.

Amin al-Haq, 48, also known under the alias Dr. Amin Ah Haq, was arrested last week in Lahore during a special police operation and is being interrogated by Pakistani intelligence, the newspaper reported citing an anonymous law enforcement source.

Pakistani officials have not yet confirmed the arrest.

I was just checking this out over at The Long War Journal when Birddog 26 e-mailed this Fox News report. Both Roggio's piece and the Fox News story are based on this unsubstantiated report from The Nation claiming that Dr. Amin Al Haq, who is described variously as a "bodyguard" for bin Laden and "security chief" for al Qaeda, was arrested.

But the most interesting part? He was arrested in Lahore. Any quick map search of Pakistan will show you that Lahore is not "tribal" Pakistan or one of the "lawless" regions where Pashtun is the main language making them ethnically related to the Afghans who made up the majority of the Taliban and their supporters. It is smack dab in the middle of Punjab and is the second largest city in the country.

The implication of this should be immediately obvious: if one of bin Laden's closest aides was busy hiding out in plain site in the middle of Pakistan's second largest city, and bin Laden is still alive, then maybe bin Laden is, as I mentioned just this morning, "in Karachi directing al Qaeda from the comfort of the top floor of a luxury apartment complex."

Yep. That confirms it all. Osama Bin Laden is an American Leftinistra Democrat. I swear this has been "uddered" from our own particular politicians and various anti-Americanist groups:

One of these days, some wise-guy terrorist trainee is going to ask OBL, "If this is so damn important, there, Osama-Llama, why isn't YOUR arse out there fighting?"

The comments section at this post at HuffPo is extremely and curiously funny. There are Paultards in there saying that Osama is a puppet of Bush...good God. Where do these pathetic cretins ooze out from? One of them posts as "Loki". D'OH! While reading the comments, I ran across this particular retard and it is, well...

While the whining Osama Bin Needin' A New Kidney For A While Now yammers and prattles on, his forces are getting the shiite kicked out of them and sympathizers are trying to smuggle in banned weapons grade "stuff" into Israel...6.5 TONS of it in bags identified as sugar. The EU is supporting "Falestinian" terrorists as OBL has made statements that he will push Israel into the sea from the Jordan River to the sea. Somebody in the EU needs their arses handed to them from the inside out.

The current SITREP in Iraq is NO different. OBL wants a flanking draw to cover the next steps in Pakistan and Afghanistan...Iraq is lost to him there. He is done. He is toast and Ramadi will not be the next capital of the Global Caliphate.

Bin Laden Warns Iraqis Of U.S. Plan To Gain Control Of Iraq's Oil

On December 29, 2007, Al-Qaeda's media production company Al-Sahab posted an audio message by Osama bin Laden on various Islamist websites, among them Al-Ikhlaas.

The message, titled "The Way to Thwart the Conspiracies," is an attempt by bin Laden to stop the increasing anti-Al-Qaeda momentum in Iraq, especially among those tribes which have joined the Awakening movement.

In it, bin Laden warns Iraqis that the new Iraqi national government is merely an American vessel through which the U.S. hopes to deepen its roots in Iraq, gain control of its oil, and destroy the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI).

Bin Laden calls upon the mujahideen to thwart the American plan to divide Iraq. He also urges national mujahideen in Iraq to join Al-Qaeda and thus to disobey their current jihad organizations which, according to him, only serve the Iraqi government, and, ultimately the American conspiracy. Finally, bin Laden criticizes Hamas for giving priority to national unity over the need to render the word of Allah supreme.

He then announces that Al-Qaeda will never relinquish the Muslims' rights over even one inch of Palestine, and that it will aspire to liberate all Islamic lands in Palestine, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea.

The Jihadim mouth piece Al Jazeera has an English version of the OBL's woeful plea to the survivors of the families he and his kind destroyed all in the name of the Caliphate and the 12th Imam.

The image of bin Laden contained in the banner found on jihadist forums is reminiscent of his last video appearance in 2004, but his beard is now completely black, as it was previously streaked with grey.

Possible New Message From Osama Bin Laden

A brief clip of an older-looking Osama bin Laden is contained in a new al Qaeda videotape praising al Qaeda martyrs posted on jihadi Web sites early this morning.

Experts who study al Qaeda videos told ABC News they had not previously seen the clip of bin Laden, which was released with little fanfare and contains no date references, but say it is most likely an unreleased portion of an earlier message.

The al Qaeda leader speaks of martyrdom for roughly one minute as he addresses an unseen group in a mountainous location, wearing fatigues, a watch and ring, and with extensive gray in his beard.

The clip is part of a 40-minute film "Scent of Heaven" from al Qaeda's as Sahab video propaganda arm discovered on the Internet by Laura Mansfield of Strategic Translations.

The clip also contains several "martyrdom" videos from various al Qaeda followers from Pakistan, Morocco, Afghanistan, Tajikistan and Turkistan.

In the clip, bin Laden talks about martyrdom as he refers to the prophet Mohammad.

"He wished to become a martyr," bin Laden says of Mohammad, before quoting a hadith (prophet saying).

"By Him, in Whose hand Mohammad's soul is, I would've liked to raid and be killed, then raid and be killed, then raid and be killed," he says.
