Responding to an Anonymous Cpmment on Reliance of the Traveller

Reliance of the Traveller: Handbook of Shari'ah was published to provide information about Islamic law, known as Shari'ah. It focuses on Reliance of the Traveller, the most widely known and accepted codification of fiqh.   That post has been receiving about four hits per day for several months.  I guess that interest in Shari'ah is being aroused by the controversy over proposed legislation to exclude foreign law from domestic court decisions. 

    A lengthy anonymous comment on the post needs more attention than the comment format permits.  I am therefore blogging it here with a post of its own. The comment is reproduced below, unedited. My point by point response follows below the horizontal line.

You are far from Jesus' teachings, and especially his message of love.

You harm your self and spread hatred with your falsehoods.

You could actually benefit from the truth and the beauty of the teachings you are slandering.

The kufar are not Christians and Jews. They are "people of the book" meaning people who have received revelations from God, however much they ignore them or distort them. Kufar are idol worshippers. If you honestly read the Quran or the Hadith, leaving behind the prejudice and hatred, you might recognize that the revelations in the Quran, the life and teachings of Muhammad, s.a.w., and the ways laid out from these in the shariah, flow from the same Divine sources as the best of the old and new testaments, and the examples and teachings of Jesus, s.a.w. and the Prophets, s.a.w..

Indeed, I found the truth of Islam first by studying the words and actions of Jesus s.a.w., the prophet, the guide, the good shepherd, the teacher, the lover of all men and women, good and bad, the one who prayed, who fell down on his face in worship, and in complete submission to God, who asked forgiveness and help from his Lord and our Lord, his Father and our Father.

This is Islam. There is nothing more to it. This is the real Shariah as well, as developed by Muslim lawyers from the Quran and the teachings and example of Muhammad s.a.w, as well as the example and teachings of the other prophets in the Quran: Ibrahim, Moses, and Jesus among others.

As for the particulars of your errors, there are too many to mention in less than a book, but for starters:

Zakat can and was given to dhimma during the time when there were actual Muslim countries that followed Shariah. It is mandatory, not just allowed. (If anyone was following Shariah).

Dhimmis (non-Muslim loyal citizens of a Muslim country) were not required (or allowed) to be in the army under shariah. They also did not pay the Zakat (state tax) which paid for the defense of the Muslim state. They paid a substitute tax, which was approximately the same, and they shared in all of the benefits of the state (today the Republicans would call them "socialist" because the state assured the health, welfare and education of all of its citizens.)

The Quran, and Islamic Law forbid offensive wars, and allow only defensive wars. Self-defense is a natural right. From its beginning Islam and Muslims have been under attack starting with the pagan Qureish and the Jews of Medina, then the Christian Emperor of Rome and the Persian fire worshippers. Later it was Crusaders, and now the Zionists and the Christians who defame and bring war to Muslim lands.

For centuries Jews, Christians, and other faiths were protected. Jews and Christians sought sanctuary in Muslim countries (Iraq, Syria, Palestine) from the Inquisition. They were received by Muslim rulers and lived peacefully for centuries with Muslims until the UN created Israel displacing Palestinians.

The oldest Christian churches and Jewish synagogues still operate and serve in Muslim majority countries. They thrived there while those countries lived under shariah law. Their ancient churches and monasteries still operate despite the despotic regimes now prevalent.

No Muslim country has followed shariah in two hundred years. The imperial powers eliminated it along with Islamic education, politics, trade, and finance systems. So today Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran and other "Muslim" countries in their institutions and law ignore the teaching and example of the prophet Mohammed, s.a.w., the Shariah, just as you ignore the teaching and example of the prophet Jesus Christ s.a.w..

My reply will not be published, so it addresses only you.
I pray that God guide you to the truth, and that the example of Jesus with his love for all, the sinner and the saint, soften your heart and lead you to see, and I pray respect the truth, and quit propaganda.

Jesus' teachings

    Invoking Jesus to defend Islam and attack disbelievers is a common tactic to which I attach the label: AssWholliness.  My supposed remoteness from the teachings of Jesus is argumentum adhominem; an irrelevant logical fallacy. The facts and opinions I utter & publish stand on their own merit, not on my own lack of divine perfection. 

    What is the relevance of Christ's universal benevolence to a blog post about a codification of Shari'ah?  None, of course; a Muslim is trying to defend the indefensible by attacking me with my own savior.  There is one little problem: the attack has no merit; its malignant malarkey.

    Search the Qur'an for "Allah loves". I tried the Hilali & Khan translation and found seven surahs containing matches. At the risk of boring you to tears,. I present the relevant ayat, with highlighting to bring out important points and links so that you can check the context. In a few important cases, I include the context here. . 

• 2:195. And spend in the Cause of Allâh (i.e. Jihâd of all kinds, etc.) and do not throw yourselves into destruction (by not spending your wealth in the Cause of Allâh), and do good. Truly, Allâh loves Al-Muhsinûn (the good-doers). 
• 2:222. They ask you concerning menstruation. Say: that is an Adha (a harmful thing for a husband to have a sexual intercourse with his wife while she is having her menses), therefore keep away from women during menses and go not unto them till they have purified (from menses and have taken a bath). And when they have purified themselves, then go in unto them as Allâh has ordained for you (go in unto them in any manner as long as it is in their vagina). Truly, Allâh loves those who turn unto Him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves (by taking a bath and cleaning and washing thoroughly their private parts, bodies, for their prayers, etc.). 
• 3:31. Say (O Muhammad  to mankind): "If you (really) love Allâh then follow me (i.e. accept Islâmic Monotheism, follow the Qur'ân and the Sunnah), Allâh will love you and forgive you of your sins. And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." 
• 3:76. Yes, whoever fulfils his pledge and fears Allâh much; verily, then Allâh loves those who are Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2). 
• 3:134. Those who spend [in Allâh's Cause - deeds of charity, alms, etc.] in prosperity and in adversity, who repress anger, and who pardon men; verily, Allâh loves Al-Muhsinûn (the good­doers).
• 3:146. And many a Prophet (i.e. many from amongst the Prophets) fought (in Allâh's Cause) and along with him (fought) large bands of religious learned men. But they never lost heart for that which did befall them in Allâh's Way, nor did they weaken nor degrade themselves. And Allâh loves As-Sâbirin (the patient ones, etc.).
• 3:147. And they said nothing but: "Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and our transgressions (in keeping our duties to You), establish our feet firmly, and give us victory over the disbelieving folk."
  3:148. So Allâh gave them the reward of this world, and the excellent reward of the Hereafter. And Allâh loves Al-Muhsinûn (the good­doers - see the footnote of V.3:134). 
• 3:156. O you who believe! Be not like those who disbelieve (hypocrites) and who say to their brethren when they travel through the earth or go out to fight: "If they had stayed with us, they would not have died or been killed," so that Allâh may make it a cause of regret in their hearts. It is Allâh that gives life and causes death. And Allâh is All­Seer of what you do.

  3:157. And if you are killed or die in the Way of Allâh, forgiveness and mercy from Allâh are far better than all that they amass (of worldly wealths, etc.).

  3:158. And whether you die, or are killed, verily, unto Allâh you shall be gathered.

  3:159. And by the Mercy of Allâh, you dealt with them gently. And had you been severe and harsh­hearted, they would have broken away from about you; so pass over (their faults), and ask (Allâh's) Forgiveness for them; and consult them in the affairs. Then when you have taken a decision, put your trust in Allâh, certainly, Allâh loves those who put their trust (in Him). 

• 5:13. So because of their breach of their covenant, We cursed them, and made their hearts grow hard. They change the words from their (right) places and have abandoned a good part of the Message that was sent to them. And you will not cease to discover deceit in them, except a few of them. But forgive them, and overlook (their misdeeds). Verily, Allâh loves Al­Muhsinûn (good­doers - see V.2:112).  
• 5:42. (They like to) listen to falsehood, to devour anything forbidden. So if they come to you (O Muhammad ), either judge between them, or turn away from them. If you turn away from them, they cannot hurt you in the least. And if you judge, judge with justice between them. Verily, Allâh loves those who act justly.
• 5:54. O you who believe! Whoever from among you turns back from his religion (Islâm), Allâh will bring a people whom He will love and they will love Him; humble towards the believers, stern towards the disbelievers, fighting in the Way of Allâh, and never afraid of the blame of the blamers. That is the Grace of Allâh which He bestows on whom He wills. And Allâh is All­Sufficient for His creatures' needs, All­Knower. 
• 5:93. Those who believe and do righteous good deeds, there is no sin on them for what they ate (in the past), if they fear Allâh (by keeping away from His forbidden things), and believe and do righteous good deeds, and again fear Allâh and believe, and once again fear Allâh and do good deeds with Ihsân (perfection). And Allâh loves the good­doers. 
• 9:3. And a declaration from Allâh and His Messenger to mankind on the greatest day (the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah - the 12th month of Islâmic calendar) that Allâh is free from (all) obligations to the Mushrikûn (see V.2:105) and so is His Messenger. So if you (Mushrikûn) repent, it is better for you, but if you turn away, then know that you cannot escape (from the Punishment of) Allâh. And give tidings (O Muhammad ) of a painful torment to those who disbelieve.

  9:4. Except those of the Mushrikûn with whom you have a treaty, and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor have supported anyone against you. So fulfill their treaty to them to the end of their term. Surely Allâh loves Al- Mattaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2).

  9:5. Then when the Sacred Months (the Ist, 7th, 11th, and 12th months of the Islâmic calendar) have passed, then kill the Mushrikûn (see V.2:105) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and prepare for them each and every ambush. But if they repent and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give Zakât, then leave their way free. Verily, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 

• 9:7. How can there be a covenant with Allâh and with His Messenger for the Mushrikûn (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) except those with whom you made a covenant near Al-Masjid-al-Harâm (at Makkah)? So long, as they are true to you, stand you true to them. Verily, Allâh loves Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2). 
• 9:108. Never stand you therein. Verily, the mosque whose foundation was laid from the first day on piety is more worthy that you stand therein (to pray). In it are men who love to clean and to purify themselves. And Allâh loves those who make themselves clean and pure (i.e. who clean their private parts with dust [i.e. to be considered as soap) and water from urine and stools, after answering the call of nature]. 
• 49:9. And if two parties or groups among the believers fall to fighting, then make peace between them both, but if one of them rebels against the other, then fight you (all) against the one that which rebels till it complies with the Command of Allâh; then if it complies, then make reconciliation between them justly, and be equitable. Verily! Allâh loves those who are equitable. 
• 60:8. Allâh does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion and did not drive you out of your homes. Verily, Allâh loves those who deal with equity.
• 61:4. Verily, Allâh loves those who fight in His Cause in rows (ranks) as if they were a solid structure .

    Allah loves those who do not throw themselves to destruction by shirking jihad. How sweet.  Allah will love you if you emulate Moe... a murdering lecher, pirate & pedophile.  Whoever fulfills his pledge is a reference to the Pledge of Ar-Ridwan: to fight to the death for Islam.  Allah loves those who spend in his cause; a reference to jihad with their lives and their wealth.  Allah forgives those who get killed in his wars.  Allah loves those who wipe their butts with sand.  Where is  Allah's love for mankind in general; for sinners?  3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.    (King James Bible, John)

    Islamic love and charity are for Muslims only. Muslims are commanded to shun their fathers and brothers if they are not Muslims.

    When you invoke Jesus Christ to condemn the facts I utter and publish,. you have a big problem, because I do not pull my punches.  Allah denies Christ's patrimony, deity, crucifixion, death & resurrection.   Moe's prophesies depict Jesus as less worthy than himself and a genocidal warlord who will return to kill the remaining Jews & Christians.  I refer doubters & dissenters to: The Defamation of Jesus Christ  for full documentation.

    Jews, Christians, Zoroastrians & Sabeans are classed by Allah as disbelievers. Allah commands Muslims to wage war against them until they are converted or subjugated and extorted.  The command is confirmed by confirmed by hadith and codified in Shari'ah.

Zakat given to dhimma

    The law codified in Reliance explicitly forbids it.  I will quote it again and provide a direct link to the page.

hS.14 The fourth category is those whose hearts
are to be reconciled. If they are non-Muslims, they
are not given zakat, but if Muslims, then they may
be given it (0: so that their certainty may increase,
or if they are recent converts to Islam and are
alienated from their kin).
Those to be reconciled include:
(1) the chief personages of a people (0: with
weak Islamic intentions) whose Islam may be
expected to improve, or whose peers may be
expected to enter Islam;
(2) or the heads of a people who collect zakat
for us from Muslims living near them who refuse
to pay it, or who fight an enemy for us at considerable
expense and trouble to themselves.

hS.24 It is not permissible to give zakat to a nonMuslim,

Dhimmis

    Nobody became a Dhimmi without first being conquered or intimidated by Muslims.  Islam is a protection racket. Dhimmis paid Moe to protect themselves from him, and in one case the jizya was one half of their annual crop yield.  I direct the attention of doubters & dissenters to this hadith which describes Moe's orders to his commanders in the field.   " If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and fight them..."

Quran, and Islamic Law forbid offensive wars

    There is no al-Taqiyya more offensive that this direct deception.  Offensive conquest is commanded, not forbidden!  The two principle jihad imperatives make no mention of being defensive or in response to attack. Read them and their tafsirs; bring forth facts with which to prove me wrong. 

• 8:38. Say to those who have disbelieved, if they cease (from disbelief) their past will be forgiven. But if they return (thereto), then the examples of those (punished) before them have already preceded (as a warning).

  8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.
  

  • The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr

    • (And fight them until there is no more Fitnah...).'' Ibn `Umar said, "We did that during the time of the Messenger of Allah, when Islam was weak and the man would be tried in religion, either tormented to death or being imprisoned. When Islam became stronger and widespread, there was no more Fitnah.'' When the man realized that Ibn `Umar would not agree to what he is saying, he asked him, "What do you say about `Ali and `Uthman'' Ibn `Umar replied, "What do I say about `Ali and `Uthman! As for `Uthman, Allah has forgiven him, but you hate that Allah forgives him. As for `Ali, he is the cousin of the Messenger of Allah and his son-in-law,'' and he pointed with his hand saying, "And this is his house over there.'' Sa`id bin Jubayr said, "Ibn `Umar came to us and was asked, "What do you say about fighting during Fitnah'' Ibn `Umar said, "Do you know what Fitnah refers to Muhammad was fighting against the idolators, and at that time, attending (or residing with) the idolators was a Fitnah (trial in religion). It is nothing like what you are doing, fighting to gain leadership!'' All these narrations were collected by Al-Bukhari, may Allah the Exalted grant him His mercy. Ad-Dahhak reported that Ibn `Abbas said about the Ayah,

  • O9.9

    The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) (n: though according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions, even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll tax, the sole exceptions to which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs, neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi' (y21), 6.48-49) ).

• 9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. 
  • The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
    • This honorable Ayah was revealed with the order to fight the People of the Book, after the pagans were defeated, the people entered Allah's religion in large numbers, and the Arabian Peninsula was secured under the Muslims' control. Allah commanded His Messenger to fight the People of the Scriptures, Jews and Christians, on the ninth year of Hijrah, and he prepared his army to fight the Romans and called the people to Jihad announcing his intent and destination.
  • O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

    The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

    "Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled" (Koran 9.29),

    the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace).  After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus' descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet's saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

    "I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,"

    this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

    Allah said "fight them... until". Not those who attack you; them. The smug, smarmy, self-righteous Muslim, convinced of the superiority of his demon and himself, while substituting his anus for the brain Allah has eaten, supposes us to be so stupid, ignorant and indolent that we can neither discover nor comprehend objective factual reality.  There is no greater arrogance than that which asserts that offensive conquest is harram!

    Defensive jihad is covered in Surahs Surah Al-Hajj 22:39 and Al-Baqarah 2:190.  In Reliance, O9.0 defines jihad as war against non-Muslims. O9.1 defines the communal obligation. Offensive jihad is fard kifaya, only defensive jihad is fard ayn.  The minimum requirement is one ghazwat in every year, without which, if it were possible, all who know of it are sinners.

• O9.1: The Obligatory Character of Jihad

  Jihad is a communal obligation (def: c3.2).  When enough people perform it to successfully accomplish it, it is no longer obligatory upon others (O: the evidence for which is the Prophet's saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

  "He who provides the equipment for a soldier in jihad has himself performed jihad,"

  and Allah Most High having said:

  "Those of the believers who are unhurt but sit behind are not equal to those who fight in Allah's path with their property and lives. Allah has preferred those who fight with their property and lives a whole degree above those who sit behind. And to each, Allah has promised great good" (Koran 4:95).

  If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it. In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

  The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, "Jihad is a communal obligation," meaning upon the Muslims each year.

  The second state is when non-Muslims invade a Muslim country or near to one, in which case jihad is personally obligatory (def: c3.2) upon the inhabitants

    Exactly what part of that does Anonymous not comprehend?  Perhaps Al-Shafi'i can clarify it for him. 

"The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims' interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse."

    "Fight them"!  "I am ordered to fight"! "The caliph makes war; fights all other peoples"!  I will pile on the evidence: from Hedaya, Volume II, Book IX, Chapter 1.

• The destruction of the sword  is incurred by infidels, although they be not the first aggressors, as appears from various passages in the  sacred writings which are generally received this effect.
• War must be carried on against the Infidels, at all times, by some party of the Muslims (Page 140)

The anonymous liar says that offensive conquest is harram. Allah, Moe & the jurists say it is required. Whom do you believe?

No Muslim country has followed shariah

    Oh? Since when are the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & Iran not Muslim?  What is the primary source of law in the Constitutions of Afghanistan & Iraq?

Gingrich: Palestinian People invented

 Newt Gingrich, in an interview with The Jewish Channel, denied the Palestinian narrative.  Washington Post has a transcript of the interview, which is more complex than the single sound byte which is drawing intense criticism.  The full quote is found on the third page of the transcript. I added bold italic emphasis to the part cited in the media.

Newt - Well, I believe that the Jewish people have the right to have a state, and I believe that the commitments that were made at a time…remember there was no Palestine as a state. It was part of the Ottoman Empire. And I think that we’ve had an invented Palestinian people, who are in fact Arabs, and were historically part of the Arab community. And they had a chance to go many places. And for a variety of political reasons we have sustained this war against Israel now since the 1940’s, and I think it’s tragic.

    Everyone who has read the Bible knows that Jerusalem was King David's capital city and that his son Solomon constructed the Temple on the Temple Mount, hundreds of years before Christ. We know that there was a Babylonian captivity, return and rebuilding.  During the lifetime of Muhammad, Israel was occupied by the Roman Empire. 

     We also know that Joseph took Mary on his trip to Bethlehem of Judea to pay his Roman taxes.  If Bethlehem was in Palestine, why was that area called Judea? 

    In 638, six years after Moe's death, Umar conquered and occupied the Roman Province of Syria.  Instead of giving the land back to its rightful owners, he occupied and oppressed them.

    The Romans renamed the area "Philistia" after suppressing a revolt. The place and people remained the same: Jews living in Judea.  Jews, not Arabs, are indigenous to Israel. 

Palestine

    I have a few questions for the omniscient experts who "know" that "Palestinians" are indigenous to "Palestine" and deserve to have a state carved out of Israel because they had a nation there. 

1. When and where did the nation of "Palestine" exist?
2. What was its capital city?
3. Who was its ruler?
4. What was its currency?
5. What was its religion?
6. What distinguishes "Palestinians" from the mill run of Arabs?

    The Ottoman Empire allied with the Axis Powers and lost. Britain was given a mandate to recreate a Jewish state. We have all heard of "next year in Jerusalem", but where were the demands for restoration of "Palestine"? 

WW2

    Britain gave 75% of Israel's land to Trans-Jordan. Where were the demands for establishing a "Palestinian" state?  The UN came up with a partition plan, which the Muslims rejected. They chose war instead of a state. Egypt illegally seized Gaza and Jordan illegally seized Judea & Samaria.  Where were the demands for restoration of "Palestine".

1967

    The Muslims attacked again and lost. In the process, Israel regained Judea & Samaria. Now the kvetching which began in 1964 increased in volume and intensity.  Who will explain why there were no loud demands for "Palestinian independence" prior to '64 when Arab dictatorships held the territories?

The Big Lie

    One crucial quote from a newspaper interview, reproduced by WND, lets the snake out of the bag: "Palestinian people" is a political fabulism!

Way back on March 31, 1977, the Dutch newspaper Trouw published an interview with Palestine Liberation Organization executive committee member Zahir Muhsein. Here's what he said:

The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct "Palestinian people" to oppose Zionism.

For tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan.

    Compare the two statements:

• I think that we’ve had an invented Palestinian people, who are in fact Arabs, and were historically part of the Arab community
• The Palestinian people does not exist...there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians ... will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan

A member of the PLO executive  committee revealed the fatal fact in 1977: "Palestine" is bogus.   How then  can you criticize Newt for restating the obvious truth?  Terms such as  "racist" & "reckless" are bandied about without merit. 

Two state solution

    Two states: Israel & Jordan. There is no need for another state. We have learned what we should have known all along: the "Palestinian people" are a political fabulism.  Israel is Palestine. Palestine is Israel. Palestinians are Jews. 

Peace

    In a pig's anus!  There is no "peace process". There is no peace and there never will be; Muslims will never tolerate Israel, for one simple reason which nobody wants to admit. Jew hatred is intrinsic to Islam.

• 1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).  
• 2:161. Verily, those who disbelieve, and die while they are disbelievers, it is they on whom is the Curse of Allâh and of the angels and of mankind, combined.
• 5:60. Say (O Muhammad  to the people of the Scripture): "Shall I inform you of something worse than that, regarding the recompense from Allâh: those (Jews) who incurred the Curse of Allâh and His Wrath, those of whom (some) He transformed into monkeys and swines, those who worshipped Tâghût (false deities); such are worse in rank (on the Day of Resurrection in the Hell­fire), and far more astray from the Right Path (in the life of this world)."
• 5:82. Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers (Muslims) the Jews and those who are Al-Mushrikûn (see V.2:105), and you will find the nearest in love to the believers (Muslims) those who say: "We are Christians." That is because amongst them are priests and monks, and they are not proud. 
• 7:167. And (remember) when your Lord declared that He would certainly keep on sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection, those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment. Verily, your Lord is Quick in Retribution (for the disobedient, wicked) and certainly He is Oft­Forgiving, Most Merciful (for the obedient and those who beg Allâh's Forgiveness).
• 9:30. And the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allâh, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allâh. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allâh's Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth! 
• 98:6. Verily, those who disbelieve (in the religion of Islâm, the Qur'ân and Prophet Muhammad ()) from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikûn will abide in the Fire of Hell. They are the worst of creatures.
• Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 53, Number 392:

  Narrated Abu Huraira:

  While we were in the Mosque, the Prophet came out and said, "Let us go to the Jews" We went out till we reached Bait-ul-Midras. He said to them, "If you embrace Islam, you will be safe. You should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I want to expel you from this land. So, if anyone amongst you owns some property, he is permitted to sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle."

  Narrated Ibn Hawalah:

      The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: It will turn out that you will be armed troops, one is Syria, one in the Yemen and one in Iraq. Ibn Hawalah said: Choose for me, Apostle of Allah, if I reach that time. He replied: Go to Syria, for it is Allah's chosen land, to which his best servants will be gathered but if you are unwilling, go to your Yemen, and draw water from your tanks, for Allah has on my account taken special charge of Syria and its people.

    Moe invested many words inculcating hatred of Jews but one hadith stands out above the rest, collected by Bukhari and Muslim, this says it all. 

• Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 177:
      Narrated Abu Huraira:

      Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him."

Muslims can not enter the Celestial Bordello until they hunt down and murder the last Jew.  This is a clue for you.

    The Arab culture is shame/honor based, which explains why they murder their daughters who are suspected of fornication.  For Muslims, there is an even greater shame: being shown up as believing in a false idol.  Allah promised them world domination: gradual, irreversible accretion of land through conquest.   Allah promised that an army of faithful believers could defeat an army twice as large. 

    They will never tolerate the existence of Israel because Israel proves the falsity of those promises, demonstrating the fact that Allah is an impotent idol.

• 8:66. Now Allâh has lightened your (task), for He knows that there is weakness in you. So if there are of you a hundred steadfast persons, they shall overcome two hundred, and if there are a thousand of you, they shall overcome two thousand with the Leave of Allâh. And Allâh is with As-Sâbirin (the patient ones, etc.). 
• 13:41. See they not that We gradually reduce the land (of disbelievers, by giving it to the believers, in war victories) from its outlying borders. And Allâh judges, there is none to put back His Judgement and He is Swift at reckoning. 

    Newt said something which is factually true. Falestinians, the Arab League and treacherous politicians accuse him of "racism"  and "inciting terrorism".  The critics cherry picked one sentence from an extensive interview in which vital national security concepts are discussed.  I hope that you will use the link to the Washington Post and read the entire interview.

Ghazi and Tauran: Exemplary Arrogance

 Catholics & Muslims came together for inter-religious dialog, and in the final analysis, demonstrated exemplary arrogance on both sides. I will begin by exposing the arrogance of Prince Ghazi.

    The Vatican Insider has a crucial quote for us to ponder. [Bold font emphasis in original.]

It is in this context that the words spoken by Prince Ghazi, referred to at the beginning of the article, are of particular interest. The words he used in relation to the question of places of Christian worship touched a raw nerve in some Muslim countries. Underlining the fact that the Site of Jesus' Baptism (where the Forum met in these past days) is “a holy place, developed, nourished and protected by Muslims for Christians,” the exact words used by the first of the letter's 138 signatories in his introductory greeting were: “perhaps our Christian colleagues are not aware of the fact that we Muslims have learned to behave in this way, from what we read in the Sunna about the prophet Muhammad, who invited the Christians of Najran to pray in his mosque before undertaking an interreligious dialogue with them.”

Muhammad invited Christians to pray  

    The Prince wants us to assume that the invitation to pray in the Mosque was a generous act of brotherhood.  But Muslims always counsel us to consider the context when studying the Qur'an and this occasion is no exception.  The verse involved is Surah Al-Imran 3:61. 

3:61. Then whoever disputes with you concerning him ['Iesa (Jesus)] after (all this) knowledge that has come to you, [i.e. 'Iesa (Jesus)] being a slave of Allâh, and having no share in Divinity) say: (O Muhammad ) "Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves - then we pray and invoke (sincerely) the Curse of Allâh upon those who lie."

    Click the link in the quote above and read through to the end of the Surah. Note especially  3:82 in the context of Surah Al Ma'idah  5:33 and Ibn Kathir's Tafsir.

3:82. Then whoever turns away after this, they are the Fâsiqûn (rebellious: those who turn away from Allâh's Obedience).

5:33. The recompense of those who wage war against Allâh and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.

The Punishment of those Who Cause Mischief in the Land  [...]`Wage war' mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways.[...]

    Saying "Jesus is Lord." or "Jesus is the son of God." is a capital offense in Islam.  Take a close second look at the first clause in 3:61.  Follow up with a close second look at the last clause.  Delve a little deeper int the context, 3:85 exhibits Islamic tolerance. .

3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.

    'If you want to be a Christian, Allah will get you ind the end, after we get you in this world.'  Of course, it could not possibly mean that, could it?   We need a little more context, this time from 3:110 and Sahih Bukhari..

3:110. You [true believers in Islâmic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad  and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma'rûf (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islâm has forbidden), and you believe in Allâh. And had the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are Al-Fâsiqûn (disobedient to Allâh - and rebellious against Allâh's Command).

Sahih Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, Number 80:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Verse:--"You (true Muslims) are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind." means, the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam.

3:111. They will do you no harm, barring a trifling annoyance; and if they fight against you, they will show you their backs, and they will not be helped.

3:112. Indignity is put over them wherever they may be, except when under a covenant (of protection) from Allâh, and from men; they have drawn on themselves the Wrath of Allâh, and destruction is put over them. This is because they disbelieved in the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh and killed the Prophets without right. This is because they disobeyed (Allâh) and used to transgress beyond bounds (in Allâh's disobedience, crimes and sins).

    Muslims are the best people ever, as they drag us to Islam with chains on our necks. We probably won't resist, and if we do, our resistance will be ineffectual. We are covered with indignity & destruction  unless we sign a pact of dhimmitude with Moe.

    Why did the rulers of the Christian community in Yemen send delegates to meet Moe in Medina?  The sponsors of  and participants in  the recent inter-religious dialog don't want you to know; I do.

    They sent delegates to Medina in response to an extortion letter sent by Moe.

This is a letter from Muhammad, the Prophet and Messenger of Allah to the Bishop of Najran. I praise and glorify the Lord of Ibrahim, Ishaq and Ya'qub, and invite you all to worship Allah instead of worshipping His creatures, so that you may come out of the guardianship of the creatures of Allah and take place under the guardianship of Allah Himself. And in case you do not accept my invitation you must (at least) pay Jizyah (tribute) to the Islamic Government (in lieu of which it will undertake the protection of your lives and property), failing which you are hereby warned of dangerous consequences.

    'If you don't convert or pay jizya, there will be dangerous consequences.' Such as?  Conquest!  If you doubt this fact, read his extortion letter to the rulers of Aqaba, which is more explicit.

[...] I do not intend to wage war against you till you receive my written reason for it. It is better for you, either to accept Islam or agree to pay Jiziya and consent to remain obedient to Allah, His prophet and his messengers.[...]  [...]f you do not accept these terms and set them aside, I do not need your presents and gifts. In that case, I shall have to wage war (to establish peace and security). Its result would be that the big ones shall be killed in war and the commoners shall be taken prisoners.[...]

    The delegation went to Medina to size up Moe and make certain of his intentions.  Moe demanded that they invoke a curse upon themselves, bluffing them; they chickened out.  Moe exploits the incident as a sign of weakness and falsity in Christian faith and belief.  I present links to source texts for those who wish to explore this matter in more depth.

      • Note: Najran which was the biggest centre of Christianity in Arabia is a district of north Yemen. There was a very splendid Cathedral which the Christians regarded as their Kaaba. Large estate attached to the Cathedrals was a source of big income. When the people of Najran received the letter of the Holy Prophet (Sal Allaho Alehe Wasallam), they sent a delegation to the Prophet (Sal Allaho Alehe Wasallam), which studied the conditions and had discussions. The Holy Prophet (Sal Allaho Alehe Wasallam), invited them to a Mubahila (Invocation of Allah's Curse an the party which is in the wrong) and asked them to pray to Allah along with their kith and kin, to send His Curse on the liars. The delegation did not accept the challenge lest they should be destroyed and agreed to conclude a pact.

    Moe sent an extortion letter, called on the delegation to curse themselves, and let them pray in his mosque. What a grand gesture, letting them pray in his mosque!

status of the holy sites

    Tauran says there won't be peace unless the status of the holy sites is resolved.  That begs the question, because there will never be a just peace so long as Islam exists. The Cardinal is, in essence, demanding Israel's surrender and national suicide.

humanity's heritage

    Tauran claims the "holy sites" as "humanity's heritage", "as each has its roots there".  Solomon, a Jew, built the First Temple on the Temple Mount. That is a Jewish site, not a Christian or Muslim site.  The fact that Jesus frequented the Temple does not confer superior title.  The fact that Umar conquered the area in 638 does not superior title.  Jordan's conquest of 1948 does not confer superior title.  In history, morality and international law, the Temple Mount and Jerusalem belong to Israel.

Islam's roots

    Islam is firmly rooted in the Kaaba; in Mecca, not in  Jerusalem.  Islam's 'claim' to the Temple Mount stems from the Miraj.  By reading accounts of the Miraj in Sahih Muslim  Book 001, Number 0309   and  Book 001, Number 0313, we learn that the Miraj is pure fantasy.  There was no mosque on the Temple Mount before 638 and no animal can make that journey in a single night. 

    Jesus and the Jewish Prophets were not Muslims!  Islam was not preached until 610, centuries after their deaths.

    If the Muslims take over those sites, they will build mosques on them.  Tauran assumes that there is  fourth possibility in possession of holy sights,  Assumptions make an ass of the one who makes them.  If Israel does not retain sovereignty and control over the holy sites, Muslims will usurp them.   Neither the Vatican nor Eastern Orthodoxy will go to war to maintain possession. The Muslims know that, and would take advantage of their pacifism.     Even Israel is stupid enough to yield control to the Waqf, letting them prohibit Jews from praying on the Temple Mount.

    Tauran wants international control over the holy sites.  That means Islamic control!  The OIC and their patrons & camp followers effectively control the UN, using it as a political weapon against Israel.  The outcome of two wolves and one lamb voting on the dinner menu is a foregone conclusion. 

    The Partition Plan set aside Jerusalem as an international zone.  What happened to Jewish sites in Jerusalem after they were seized by Jordan in 1948?  Hussein promised the Jews equal access to the Temple Mount; how did that work out? 

Republican Jewish Coalition Excludes Ron Paul From Forum

I learned from an article at the Examiner, that the Republican Jewish Coalition plans to exclude Rep. Ron Paul from their Dec. 7 candidate forum.   They object to his expressed views on foreign policy and national security issues as I do. 

    While I sympathize with Israel, I take exception to the decision to exclude Paul from the debate because I believe that the voters should be exposed to the entire range of views expressed by the potential nominees.  As a nominal Republican, I am embarrassed by his irrational rants.  As an Islam hating lover of life & liberty, I am outraged by his treachery, but I believe that contradictory speech  is the best antidote to expressed idiocy & treachery. 

    Fools who cherry pick a single position with which they agree, neglecting critically important issues with political tunnel vision risk foisting another disaster on this nation.  Both those fools and the rest of the GOP primary electorate should be exposed to the full range of ideas from the top level candidates for the nomination.

    I am not comfortable with the Jewish Coalition concept, in either party.  Participants in American electoral politics should be American citizens and identify as such.  Dividing ourselves by ethnic origin is the first step toward Balkanization, which is absolutely the wrong way to go; the polar opposite of the American way.  We should coalesce around issues, not identity. 

Respond to Zawahiri's Ransom Demands!!

ABC News reports that Zawahiri claims to have possession of an American citizen who disappeared in Pakistan. He is demanding outrageous concessions for releasing the captive. 

    If we had a President worthy of the title, he would curse Zawahiri, telling him to "go to Hell".  He would reject Zawahiri's demands and order the summary execution of one captured enemy combatant every day until Warren Weinstein is released alive and unharmed.

    There must be no concession made to Islam, no negotiation, no surrender and no submission.  Instead, Islam must be eradicated from the earth because conquest and hostage takings are intrinsic sacraments of Islam. Let all men of good will rise up and curse Islam because of this fact which is clear on the face of its scripture, confirmed by its oral tradition, clarified by exegesis and codified in Shari'ah:

8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

(It is not for a Prophet to have captives of war until he had made a great slaughter (among the enemies) in the land. You desire the commodities of this world, but Allah desires (for you) the Hereafter. Allah is Mighty and Wise. Were it not for a prior decree from Allah, a severe torment would have touched you for what you took.) (8:67-68)[The Command to strike the Enemies' Necks, tighten Their Bonds, and then free Them either by an Act of Grace or for a Ransom]

9:5. Then when the Sacred Months (the Ist, 7th, 11th, and 12th months of the Islâmic calendar) have passed, then kill the Mushrikûn (see V.2:105) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and prepare for them each and every ambush. But if they repent and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give Zakât, then leave their way free. Verily, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

(And fight not with them at Al-Masjid Al-Haram, unless they fight you there. But if they attack you, then fight them. )﴿2:191﴾ Allah said here,

﴿وَخُذُوهُمْ﴾

(and capture them), executing some and keeping some as prisoners,

﴿وَاحْصُرُوهُمْ وَاقْعُدُواْ لَهُمْ كُلَّ مَرْصَدٍ﴾

(and besiege them, and lie in wait for them in each and every ambush), do not wait until you find them. Rather, seek and besiege them in their areas and forts, gather intelligence about them in the various roads and fairways so that what is made wide looks ever smaller to them. This way, they will have no choice, but to die or embrace Islam, [This is the Ayah of the Sword]

9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

This honorable Ayah was revealed with the order to fight the People of the Book, after the pagans were defeated, the people entered Allah's religion in large numbers, and the Arabian Peninsula was secured under the Muslims' control. Allah commanded His Messenger to fight the People of the Scriptures, Jews and Christians, on the ninth year of Hijrah, and he prepared his army to fight the Romans and called the people to Jihad announcing his intent and destination. The Messenger sent his intent to various Arab areas around Al-Madinah to gather forces, and he collected an army of thirty thousand. [The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah]

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

"Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled" (Koran 9.29),

the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace).  After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus' descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet's saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

"I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,"

this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) (n: though according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions, even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll tax, the sole exceptions to which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs, neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi' (y21), 6.48-49) ).

When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman's previous marriage is immediately annulled.

O9.14

When an adult male is taken captive, the caliph (def: o25) considers the interests (O: of Islam and the Muslims) and decides between the prisoner's death, slavery, release without paying anything, or ransoming himself in exchange for money or for a Muslim captive held by the enemy.

If the prisoner becomes a Muslim (O: before the caliph chooses any of the four alternatives) then he may not be killed, and one of the other three alternatives is chosen.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 53, Number 386:
Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:-- "Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master."

In 1786 Jefferson and John Adams went to negotiate with Tripoli's envoy to London, Ambassador Sidi Haji Abdrahaman or (Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja). They asked him by what right he extorted money and took slaves. Jefferson reported to Secretary of State John Jay, and to the Congress:

The ambassador answered us that [the right] was founded on the Laws of the Prophet (Mohammed), that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and that every Mussulman (or Muslim) who should be slain in battle was sure to go to heaven.

    Exactly what part of that do you not comprehend?  What mental or moral defect prevents you from recognizing the ultimate evil and demanding its extinction?  Do you carry your brain between your buttocks?

    This is not hate speech, it is a statement of verifiable facts and valid opinion based on those facts. This is not incitement to violence, it is a demand for official recognition of the state of war declared by Moe in 623 and prosecuted against us since the War of Revolution.  This is not a call for genocide and extermination camps, it is a disrespectful demand for effective retaliation against attack and the permanent prevention of repeat attacks. There is no substitute for victory. Victory is the eradication of Islam.

    While there are Muslims living upon the face of the earth who believe Allah's promise of Paradise if they wage war against us and his threat of eternal burning if they do not, we shall have neither peace nor security.  We have two alternatives: cause them to quit believing or quit living.  Lets get started immediately, ten years  late.

Combating Intolerance, Negative Stereotyping...

The 3^rd Committee action predicts similar action in the General Assembly next month.  This is a continuation of one branch of the OIC's ten year plan. The objective is to pass and enforce international and national legislation to criminalize, prohibit and punish all criticism and questioning of Islam.

    Two relevant resolutions were recently approved by acclamation in the 3^rd Cmte.  and are expected to be approved by the General Assembly in December '11.  I present titles, links, and a few pertinent paragraphs for your examination..

• Promotion and protection of human rights: human
  rights questions, including alternative approaches
  for improving the effective enjoyment of human rights
  and fundamental freedoms
  • Elimination of all forms of intolerance and of discrimination based
    on religion or belief

6. Strongly condemns any advocacy of religious hatred that constitutes
incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, whether it involves the use of
print, audio-visual or electronic media or any other means;

10. Also emphasizes that no religion should be equated with terrorism, as this
may have adverse consequences on the enjoyment of the right to freedom of religion
or belief of all members of the religious communities concerned;

(b) Incidents of religious hatred, discrimination, intolerance and violence,
which may be manifested by the derogatory stereotyping, negative profiling and
stigmatization of persons based on their religion or belief;

(j) To take all necessary and appropriate action, in conformity with
international standards of human rights, to combat hatred, discrimination,
intolerance and acts of violence, intimidation and coercion motivated by intolerance
based on religion or belief, as well as incitement to hostility and violence, with
particular regard to members of religious minorities in all parts of the world;

      What does that mean?  The expression is so broad and ambiguous as to be stretched over anything we say or write. See the Ban Ki-moon quote about Fitna. 

no religion should be equated with terrorism

    That boilerplate expression from previous resolutions should trigger alarm bells.  Who perpetrated the accursed abomination?  Were they Buddhists?  Were they Jews?  Were they Baptists?  No, they were Muslims!  

    Why  is Islam associated with Terrorism?  Maillot, New York, Madrid, London, Beslan & Mumbai: Get a  clue!!!  "Allahu akbar!" They shouted the takbir when they mounted their attacks.  Why?

 Mohammad Atta, in his final message to the Magnificent 19, directed them to shout the Takbir while slaughtering because it terrifies disbelievers. 
Psychological warfare

When the confrontation begins, strike like champions who do not want to go back to this world. Shout, 'Allahu Akbar,' because this strikes fear in the hearts of the non-believers.

    Where did Atta get that brilliant idea? From his role model, of course.

  1. Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey.
  2. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.
  3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me.
  4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of Resurrection).
  5. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind.

   Narrated Abu Huraira:

      Allah's Apostle said, "I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand." Abu Huraira added: Allah's Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).

belief,

1. Expresses deep concern at the continued serious instances of derogatory
stereotyping, negative profiling and stigmatization of persons based on their religion
or belief, as well as programmes and agendas pursued by extremist organizations
and groups aimed at creating and perpetuating negative stereotypes about religious
groups, in particular when condoned by Governments

2. Expresses concern that the number of incidents of religious intolerance,
discrimination and related violence, as well as of negative stereotyping of
individuals on the basis of religion or belief, continues to rise around the world,
condemns, in this context, any advocacy of religious hatred against individuals that
constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, and urges States to
take effective measures, as set forth in the present resolution and consistent with
their obligations under international human rights law, to address and combat such
incidents;
3. Condemns any advocacy of religious hatred that constitutes incitement to
discrimination, hostility or violence, whether it involves the use of print, audiovisual
or electronic media or any other means;

(f) Adopting measures to criminalize the incitement to imminent violence
based on religion or belief;
(g) Understanding the need to combat denigration and the negative religious
stereotyping of persons, as well as incitement to religious hatred, by strategizing and
harmonizing actions at the local, national, regional and international levels through,
inter alia, education and awareness-raising;

(d) To make a strong effort to counter religious profiling, which is
understood to be the invidious use of religion as a criterion in conducting
questionings, searches and other law enforcement investigative procedures;

    Why waste time patting down Granny when all recent terror plots have been hatched or perpetrated by young Muslim males?  When you hear hoof beats, do you look for horses or unicorns? 

    They want to make it illegal to utter and publish any negative information about Islam.  They want to block our security personnel from scrutinizing those most likely to perpetrate terror attacks.  In fine, they are trying to disarm and disable us so that we can not mount an effective defense against their jihad.

    These resolutions have no legal force, but they have the effect of legitimizing national blasphemy laws which are used to persecute indigenous religious minorities in lands conquered and dominated by Muslims.   These resolutions are a stepping stone to their tactical objective: amending ICERD to make all questioning and criticism an offense punishable by law.
