Boston-Bombings-A-First-Look: Debunking CAIR'S Testimony to the Homeland Security Cmte.

CAIR submitted thirteen pages of written testimony to the United States House Committee on Homeland Security.  In my view, the major thrust of the testimony is condemnation of alleged profiling & entrapment.  I see it as equivalent to the Mafia telling the committee how organized crime should be investigated and prosecuted. Uncle Vladdi suggested this, with which I agree:  Or, the Nuremberg trials being boycotted until they were conducted by only officially Nazi-vetted "prosecutors" (conciliators) "because otherwise they might be prejudiced by bigots and lack legitimacy!"

Targeting al-Qaeda-Inspired Violent Extremism

Violent extremism is not limited to any one ethnicity, political ideology or religion. In January, the West Point Military Academy’s Combating Terrorism Center reported that since 2001, violent white supremacists and other far-right groups have murdered 306 Americans and injured another 1,616.ⁱ Since the events of September 11, individuals associated with or inspired by al-Qaeda or similar groups have committed 37 murders in the U.S., out of the 180,000 murders committed during that time.ⁱⁱ Moreover, since 1979 environmental and animal rights extremists have committed over 2,000 crimes and caused more than $110 million in damage.ⁱⁱⁱ

    Terrorism is not limited to the USA. It is performed all over the world.  Most of it is done by Muslims. The two attacks on the World Trade Center were not done by right wingers or Christians.  The attempted Times Square bombing was not plotted by a Jew.  Numerous foiled plots were planned and almost carried out by Muslims. The Boston Marathon bombing was carried out by Muslims, motivated by their religion. 

    No matter what anyone else does or has done, Islam; off the shelf, normative, as revealed and exemplified by Moe, motivates Muslims to maim, mutilate, kill and enslave.  Since 623, 270*10⁶ lost their lives to Islamic imperialism. 

Violent Extremism

    Terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam predating the formation of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood and its offshoot, al-Qaeda.  Allah said in the Qur'an that he would and did "cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve" and described the consequences of that act.  Allah commanded Muslims to strike terror into the hearts of disbelievers by building a mighty army and harsh treatment of defeated victims.   Allah promised to reward Muslims who take any step to injure or enrage disbelievers. 

    Moe said that he was made victorious by terror cast into the hearts of his enemies.  Allah said that Moe was an excellent example to emulate if one desired admission to his celestial bordello.

    Terrorism is not extremism; it is normative Islam, commanded by Allah and exemplified by his Messenger. Moe terrorized his victims by harsh treatment of defeated people and assassinations.  He also dictated & dispatched explicit extortion letters.

al-Qaeda-Inspired

    Terrorist groups do not inspire terrorism, they draw attention to Allah's imperatives, threat & promise, which motivate believers to do his wet work. They remind believers of the fard al-kifaya of participation in annual attacks against infidels. 

    While al-Qaeda and other groups exploit real and perceived provocations and grievances to pressure believers to engage in violence,  Allah's imperatives, threat & promise and Moe's exemplary conduct are the real sources of the terrorist impulse. 

For the government to responsibly counter domestic acts of terrorism carried out or inspired by al-Qaeda or similar groups it is important for law enforcement to develop a uniform and shared understanding of the ideology that motivates al-Qaeda’s violent extremism as opposed to the religious beliefs and principles of Islam.

The Marathon’s accused bombers, Tamerlan, 26, and Dzhokhar, 19, Tsarnaev, journey to violent extremism had in part begun online through social networking sites linked to al-Qaeda-inspired videos and content. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has told investigators that he and his brother learned to build the improvised explosive devices (IEDs) used in the Boston attacks from the English-language online magazine Inspire, circulated by al-Qaeda's Yemen branch, and were influenced partly by the online sermons of Anwar al-Awlaki, an al-Qaeda linked leader.iv It has been reported that Tamerlan had posted to his personal YouTube account a video extolling al-Qaeda.”^v The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) also allege that Tamerlan was in contact by message board with at least two individuals who were killed in a battle by Russian security forces in the Russian republic of Dagestan in 2012.^vi

FBI warns: Al Qaeda targets malls in LA, Chicago this holiday season

The FBI is warning that al Qaeda may be preparing a series of holiday attacks on U.S. shopping malls in Los Angeles and Chicago, according to an intelligence bulletin distributed to law enforcement authorities across the country this morning.

The alert said al Qaeda “hoped to disrupt the U.S. economy and has been planning the attack for the past two years.”

Law enforcement officials tell ABCNews.com that the FBI received the information in late September and declassified it yesterday for wide distribution.

Just as soon as the Leftinistra get their collective heads out of their collective asses, we just might be ready.

I have been "outraged" at this travesty of a department since its inception. I saw it as a dinosaur and a tax money sponge from the get go.

I’ve written extensively on the mess at DHS and the crony appointments with little to no experience in immigration law enforcement who populate the upper echelons of DHS management. This is called sucking up, pandering and catering to the enemy in the name of "negotiating" of which the enemy sees as a major weakness. Why should our tax dollars go to a useless project such as slipping into bed with the enemy? Name me ONE time that negotiations with the Jihadists has EVER helped bring peace anywhere. Just one. JULIE Myers, the head of the U.S. Immigration and Cus toms Enforcement agency (ICE), is set to deliver tonight's keynote address in Dearborn, Mich., to a group that honors lax judges - including ones who interfere with enforcement of our immigration laws. What's worse, the head of the group - the Michigan American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee - is a suspected former terrorist who repeatedly violated U.S. immigration laws, then used political ties to avoid deportation.

The venue: a place known to local cops and federal agents as "The Hezbollah Social Club." Yes, Dearborn, Mich.'s Bint Jebail Cultural Center is named after the village in south Lebanon that sheltered the terror group's chief, Hassan Nasrallah, during last year's Hezbollah-Israel war. Rockets are shot from Bint Jebail into Israel even today.

The Dearborn center has hosted many pro-Hezbollah rallies featuring fiery anti-Semitic, anti-Christian and anti-American speeches. (At one rally I attended last year, Haj Mohammed Turfe, the center's founding chairman, won raucous applause for saying he looked forward to Armageddon because "only a few thousand Jews will survive.") Federal agents tell me it has also been the site of gatherings of Hezbollah agents and money launderers.

But it's the man who's hosting Myers that has ICE agents aghast. The head of the Michigan ADC is Imad Hamad - who, while living in California, allegedly recruited, organized and fund-raised for the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). More, federal officials fought for almost two decades to deport him.

Immigration officials believed they had solid evidence that Hamad had stayed in America long after his visa expired, engaged in marriage fraud to stay here and concealed his PFLP ties on various immigration documents. Surveillance videos showed him engaged in various activities for PFLP. But Sen. Carl Levin (D-Michigan) got the Clinton administration to end the fight to deport Hamad, and instead grant him citizenship

Hamad's recent behavior has also been interesting. He openly supports Hezbollah, Hamas and other anti-Israel terror groups. And federal official are investigating his close ties to LIFE For Relief and Development, a Muslim charity raided by both the FBI (in America) and U.S. troops (in Iraq). The charity gave millions to a group the FBI identified as Hamas' Jordanian operation; law-enforcement sources also tell me it's suspected of funding al Qaeda insurgents in Iraq.

It sends the wrong message to those who are trying to come to America the right way and abiding by our immigration laws.

Then's there is the event's purpose. The stated point of the ADC's "Judges Night" is to honor judges who go out of their way for the "civil liberties" of Arab defendants. One recent honoree had stopped ICE agents from deporting over 100 Muslim illegal aliens who'd allegedly been caught paying off an immigration official. Another honoree refused to allow ICE agents to testify in court on the terrorism aspects of a case of a man they stopped at Detroit Metro Airport carrying a fake bank check for $12 million.

That our nation's top immigration enforcer would attend an event hosted by a multiple immigration-law violator and terrorism supporter - an event that honors judges who make it harder for ICE agents to do their job - is a travesty.

This is unacceptable.

The Islamist website www.ekhlaas.org/forum/, which is hosted by Layered Technologies, Inc. in Texas, USA, posted, on September 20, 2007, an 80-minute video of Al-Qaeda second-in-command Ayman Al-Zawahiri speaking on the occasion of the sixth anniversary of 9/11.

The video was produced by the Al-Sahab media company in the month of Sha'ban, 1428 (August-September 2007), apparently prior to September 11, 2007, and is subtitled in English.

In the video, statements by Al-Zawahiri are interspersed with footage of jihad fighters in various places around the world, audio clips from Osama bin Laden's speeches, statements by Western commentators and U.S. officials, and more. The al Qaeda communications accuse the Americans of the grave error of failing to take seriously the videotape released by the American al Qaeda spokesman Adam Gaddahn last week. “They will soon realize their mistake when American cities are hit by quality operations,” said one message.

Another said the attacks would be carried out “by means of trucks loaded with radio-active material against America’s biggest city and financial nerve center.”

Why are the words of the president so widely ignored? And, to what end. And, for what cause?

The War In Iraq is central to the current war. As I have said privately I will now say in the open. "We" watched AQ and Taliban flee from the onslaught of Superior Military Might in Afghanistan. Those which remained were canon fodder to bide the time required for the enemy to regroup. They knew they could not withstand a head to head battle with American and American led forces. They ran like good little moonbats do.

To where did they run off to? "We" watched them flee through the mountains of the "Stan" countries to the northwest and northeast of the "entry" points. "We" watched them run west. "We" watched them run east. The majority ran nearly due west...Iraq. About as half as many ran west...Pakistan. The remaining stood their short-lived ground in Afghanistan. They did not expect the United States to fulfill the bluff. To cover for their mistakes, they began their propaganda machines and said that the United States took the bait. If anyone believes that, I can show them that a dead gnat has more brain power and common sense than they do.

OK. Stop With The Stupid Investigations Already

News Max reports that they "investigated" and found that no matter how much money NYC gets from HLS, they are not even remotely close to being prepared for a WMD attack.

All this money being thrown around to "prepare" for a WMD attack is truly a waste of funds, in my estimation. All this program is for is to make people "feel better" and "feel safer". BAH! Waste of our tax dollars to say the least.

If the United States has enough funds on hand to throw it all away on programs such as this, all this tells me is that someone has their head so far up someone's arse it isn't even worth a scornful chuckle.

Here is a suggestion. Take all the BILLIONS of dollars lining someone's undeserving pockets, and take it ALL away and redirect it to HUMINT and get folks ON THE GROUND mingling (like I used to do) and get The Big Scoop the proper way.

Our HUMINT capabilities right now is embarrassingly at an extremely dangerous level.

Alas, our CONgress Critters would "Rather" deal with an "incident" after the fact so they can blame someone else for their ineptness to lead.

The FBI is saying there is no immediate threat after police in Goose Creek discovered what they believed were explosives during a traffic stop.

Highway 176 near Crowfield Boulevard and Old Mt. Holly Road was shut down around 7:00pm Saturday while local and federal authorities investigated the situation.

Explosives Found Near Goose Creek; FBI on Scene — Goose Creek - Berkeley County police pulled over a vehicle in a routine traffic stop near Meyers Road and Highway 1-76 around 6 p.m. The vehicle with Florida tags was driven by two men of Middle Eastern descent. Inside police found explosive devices.
