NEW YORK — A majority of Americans say they would feel more comfortable with Rudy Giuliani in the White House than Hillary Clinton if another terrorist attack were to happen in the United States, according to a new FOX News poll.

When compared to other top Republican candidates, more voters see Giuliani as hardworking and as a strong leader, while Clinton leads the Democratic field for not only having the right experience, but also being able to bring about change — as well as doing whatever it takes to win. Views are divided on whether it’s appropriate for Oprah Winfrey to use her celebrity status to encourage support of Barack Obama.

The latest FOX News poll shows that if the United States were hit with a terrorist attack, by a 50 percent to 36 percent margin, Americans would rather have Giuliani in charge than Clinton, including 28 percent of Democrats and an overwhelming 80 percent of Republicans. Independents split in Giuliani’s favor 47 percent to Clinton’s 28 percent.

Dems rebuke Giuliani over attack comment…awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!

WASHINGTON - Democratic presidential candidates on Wednesday rebuked Republican rival Rudy Giuliani for suggesting that the United States could face another major terrorist attack if a Democrat is elected in 2008. The former New York mayor did not back down.

Illinois Sen. Barack Obama said Giuliani, who was in office on Sept. 11, 2001, should not be making the terrorist threat into “the punchline of another political attack.”

“Rudy Giuliani today has taken the politics of fear to a new low and I believe Americans are ready to reject those kind of politics,” Obama said in a statement.

Former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards said Giuliani knows better than to suggest there is a “superior Republican way to fight terrorism.” Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton said protecting the country from terrorism “shouldn’t be a political football.”

“It should be a solemn responsibility that all of us pledge to fulfill regardless of what party we’re in,” she said when asked about her fellow New Yorker’s comment at a Capitol Hill news conference.

WHAT DID HILLARY SAY? She has GOT to be kidding! Political football? What in the hell does she think her fellow Leftinistra (socialist liberals) are doing at this VERY moment? They are sending GWB the CIC a bill that he will veto. What a MORON she and her Komrades are!
