I have been saying this for almost an eternity and it is about time someone that has the wherewithal to actually do it.

For decades the DNC has been hell-bent on rendering the United States Constitution null and void.

For decades the United States Supreme Court has been hell-bent on rendering the United States Constitution null and void.

For decades the Special Interest Groups has been hell-bent on rendering the United States Constitution null and void.

For decades the Lobbyists have been hell-bent on rendering the United States Constitution null and void.

For decades the Federal Judges and Courts across this Nation have been hell-bent on rendering the United States Constitution null and void.

For decades Academia have been hell-bent on rendering the United States Constitution null and void.

For decades the Enemies of The State both foreign and domestic have been hell-bent on rendering the United States Constitution null and void.

I challenge any and all to viably refute the above allegations. But, first, bring your ammunition. My ammunition will be the United States Constitution. My arsenal will include the List of 45. I know the Communist Manifesto nearly by heart so I already know what the enemy arsenal will be. Bring it.

A telling tale will be the next case involving the United States Supreme Court. Barack Hussein Illegal Alien Obama and the DNC has until 01 DEC 2008 to provide proof of natural-born American status. He and they have had two years to provide such documentation. Last month, by default, the DNC and Barack the Illegal Alien admitted that they had no proof but the powers that be were too cowardly to force the issue...a Clinton Era Marxist Judge ruled that an American Citizen cannot challenge the Illegal Alien That Would Be First Czar of the United Socialist States of KKK America.

What this Nation needs to do is to return to the United States Constitution. Period. Nothing less than that will seal the demise of Traditional America that once was the Beacon of Freedom. At the moment, it is just one more Third World Socialist POS with a Marxist illegal alien as its leader. The Nation might recover but it will take time. Perhaps this might be a route to pursue:

As Republicans, we face a choice.

Either we can spend the next several months -- or years -- trying to figure out what just happened, excusing our defeat away as a temporary blip or the result of a poor environment, and waiting for Barack Obama to trip up. Or we can refuse to take this defeat lying down, and start building the future of our party now.

2008 made one thing clear: if allowed to go unchecked, the Democrats' structural advantages, including their use of the Internet, their more than 2-to-1 advantage with young voters, their discovery of a better grassroots model -- will be as big a threat to the future of the GOP as the toxic political environment we have faced the last few years.

The time is now to set in motion the changes needed to rebuild our party from the grassroots up, modernize the way we run campaigns, and attract different, energetic, and younger candidates at all levels.

We must be conservative in philosophy -- but bold in our approach. We don't need a slight tweak here or there. We need transformation. We can't keep fighting a 21st century war with 20th century weapons.

This is a document about bringing the Republican Party into the future -- and it isn't just about strategies and tactics.

Revitalizing the party will have much to do with how we talk about issues and standing on principle. And, above all, it will require leadership.

At the same time, waiting for a political savior to materialize out of thin air is not an option. Eventually, strong new leaders will emerge. And when they do, they must inherit a party stronger than the one in its current state. Our grassroots must be stronger and more open. We must inspire young leaders to want to run for office as Republicans.

We are asking all the candidates for RNC Chairman to pledge their support for this plan as a starting point for our way out of the wilderness.

Our focus will not end with the current party leadership race. We will continue advancing the tenets of this plan throughout the next election cycle. We will hold our leaders accountable for implementing the plan. And we'll continue to refine with feedback from smart, up-and-coming leaders in the GOP, and help our local parties implement this strategy at the local level.

They have obviously not been paying attention to their surroundings. I knew this when Bush Sr took office as VP where this nation was heading.

Replace "Republicans" with "Conservative Americans" and replace the "Complacency is no longer an option" with "Complacency is never an option and will be unacceptable. If you want to be complacent, drop dead. We don't want cowards in the ranks."

While in NH endorsing Jeb Bradley I attended a debate between Bradley and Carol Shea Porter. Congressman Bradley used his opening minutes of the debate to acknowledge Natalie Healey and myself and the sacrifice our sons, Dan and Marc, both Navy SEALs. One of the questions asked the candidates was about the importance of staying in touch with their constituents. The Bradley campaign had released a radio ad that Natalie had made exposing the lack of Carol Shea-Porter to return phone calls to Natalie after numerous attempts requesting to talk with her. Jeb responded how important his constituents are and referenced staying in touch with Gold Star Mother Natalie Healey. Carol Shea responded that it was important to her and that she had in fact spoken with Natalie. Nat and I both could not believe what we just heard? Carol had just lied publicly on the platform. After the debate we approached the stage and confronted Carol about her bold faced lie. She responded that she had contacted Natalie and had just released a press release to counter the accusations in the radio ad. I told her that our sons had given up their tomorrows so that she could have her today and how dare her that she couldn't use 10 minutes out of her day to return a phone call to a Gold Star Mother. At that point she quickly went back stage. I turned around and in disgust commented that Carol had just lied. A man in the crowd chanted, "Where's the proof? Prove it. Prove it!" I pointed to Natalie who was speaking with media and said. "She's the proof. That's the Mother who Carol refused to call." I repeated to the man "Our son's gave their tomorrows, their futures, so that she could have her today's and she can't even return a phone call? That's disgraceful. He then told me he had served in Viet Nam and had friends who were POW-MIA. I compassionately touched his arm thanked him for his service and told him I was sorry for his loss. I told him that no matter where you stood on the politics of the War on Terror that a Congressman or Senator out of respect should return a phone call to a Gold Star family member. He stated his disgust for what we were doing in Iraq and said "We've all lost things." THINGS????? My son is not a thing. He was a hero who stood out in the direct line of fire 3 times that day and gave his life for this man and he has the audacity to compare his sacrifice with a thing???? I was livid!!! How dare him. At this point the man in charge of the debate came over and said we would need to take this outside. I could not believe what had just taken place. I knew I was wasting my time and started to walk away when the man I had the confrontation with told me "Your just being used by the campaign." Oh my goodness again, I can't believe the antics of this idiot. He obviously doesn't know that nobody uses me. I turn around and tell him "NOBODY uses me!" You don't raise a son to be a Navy SEAL by having a character that is used by people. Unbelievable! As I approached the other Blues Star Moms and campaign staff that was there they asked what had just taken place. I retold the confrontation with the condescending, heartless man. They asked me to point him out. I was informed that his name was Ray Buckley and that he was the Chairman of the Democrat Party in NH. I was even more appalled that the man who had disgraced my son and insulted me was a high ranking official in the Democrat Party. I'm calling for back up. This is unacceptable! I am calling for a public apology and Ray Buckley's resignation. If anyone can help set up an on-line petition let me know. Everyone that knows me personally having met me at one time or another, or have spoken with me on the phone, or have had contact via email or blogging know how I feel about Barack Hussein Obama. They also know how I feel about John McCain, Joe Biden, Sarah Palin, John Jerk-Off Murtha, Spineless Reid, Nancy Liar Pelosi and a host of others that dwell in the Dishonorable Halls of Anti-Progress CONgress. They also know how I feel about President Bush, a fellow Texican. All one needs to do really is to scroll through the Tag Lines in the side-bar of this blog located near the bottom of this blog to get an inside glimpse of me and my inner thoughts - that I and I alone reveal at my pleasure. Some things are not nor will ever be revealed. These are reserved for personal contact after I read the body language of the people I meet.

With that said, I will at this time express myself as a Free American.

You can draw a 50-mile radius from where I live and within that 50-mile radius, I have in the last few months visited every institute of higher learning that I could and have spread the word about the impending dangers to this nation in the person of one Barack Hussein Obama and others like him. Fortunately, there are others in the blogosphere that have also been talking about these same issues and I can utilize their thoughts as well as my own. Unfortunately, these bloggers aren't really doing all that there is need to be done. Writing is fine but are they getting out on a one-on-one basis? For the most part I will have to say no because I don't see them out there. I may be wrong.

I have been preaching and teaching that which I believe for decades but have only been writing in the blogs and forums since 1999. In internet time, that is almost an eternity. Most of my talking and preaching - others would call it opining - has been with the youth of this nation both internal and external of the United States Armed Forces up until 2004. In 2004, I hit the streets but it wasn't until July of 2008 that embarks on a journey of which I am currently undertaking.

If we are to Take Our Country Back, we must reeducate the youth of America. For decades and decades, our youth have been sold a bill of goods from people like Barack Hussein Obama that have a deep-rooted hatred for everything Traditional America. It stems from being suckered into the ideologies of "revolutionaries" such as Che Guevara, Saul Alinsky, Karl Marx and other social engineers. They have all been both Godless and godless. The void they feel because of it cannot be sated so they turn to violence, murder, madness and mayhem. Has Barack turned to this? Not yet but it is coming. Why else would he tell his "people" to "get in their faces"? Sounds confrontational to me.

The List of 45 that I have been passing around by the thousands will eventually take root in this nation and none too soon. I only wish that more would do what I do...make one-on-one contact with the youth because they are starving for something better than America Sucks that they hear from their teachers and professors. I know. I see it nearly every day. I have talked to thousands of students now and have had run-ins with Marxist teachers and professors that are quite upset that I dare inform their students that America doesn't suck. They are livid and several have threatened me with bodily injury much to the dismay of the students "in the audience", as it were. I merely smirk, look at the students and say something to the affect, "See?" They invariably shake their heads and ask to hear and see more.

I prove to those I speak with that Obama is buying the election or at least trying to. That much was obvious back in February. I also prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Obama, if he cannot buy the election, he will most assuredly try and steal it - it is the only way he can win it.

Many times I have proven that Obama's mystical tax cuts for 95% of Americans is a myth even without Mark Steyn's help but his recent article will help in the days to come. I have proven that the War In Iraq has been a smashing success with the primary proof being that the DNC no longer uses it as an election issue. That in itself is pretty much the only indicator one needs.

Among many issues, the issue about Barack's citizenship has become a talking point on several North Texas college campuses. If he is indeed a US Citizen - a belief that I once held emphatically but no more - why then hasn't he produced his birth certificate or COLB? Armed with a recent report from Chicago Ray, I will charge forward with the issue. The law suits to remove Barack Hussein Obama from the ballots across this nation are on the rise. Barack can stop it in its tracks by producing his PROOF that he is a natural-born citizen of the United States. What id he hiding and why?

He is hiding this for several reasons. If he is elected and I doubt that he will be, he will create a constitution conundrum such as this nation has never seen if he is proven to be a non-citizen. It is one more attempt in a very long list of attempts to rewrite our history and our Constitution which, by the way, is the Law of The Land, much to the chagrin of SCOTUS in recent decades.

Obama is a Marxist. Of that there is no doubt. His reactions and the reactions of his most adamant supporters to Joe the Plumber hold that as proof positive. Why else would they scurry to "change the subject"?

When I explain to the students and then show them the record versus the rhetoric, the scales are lifted from their eyes. I even had a professor of Humanities shrieking to students not to listen to me. The students asked why and this idiot pretty much said because "he is screwing up everything I have been teaching for years". I smiled. I smirked and said, "See?"

Facts are facts folks and when they are presented in such a way as to create an atmosphere to allow the student to honestly ask a question without fear of getting bad or poor grades because of it, they do ask questions and they do learn Truth.

I have no idea where these seeds will go or how much they will grow or even take root. I just know that I am doing my part.

We Had A Patriotic Nation Once Part 2

A long time ago in a time when I forsook this blog and where it was going, I penned a piece entitled, "We Had A Patriotic Nation Once". At this moment in time, I would like to continue that posting with a slightly different track. The original piece was penned and published on 28 SEPT 07 at 2235 hours Texas time and I present the original below.

Once upon a time, our national leaders knew how to rally the population towards a patriotic goal...victory. Yes, there were the malcontents with socialistic leanings but they were widely ignored and placed in their proper place...obscurity. Then, politics entered into the equation because they thought they knew better because after all, they were edjumakatid. I suppose had we lost WWI and WWII, the politicos would not have to be too big for their britches. In WWI and WWII, our nation was able to determine the wickedness of the ways of the enemy. Apparently, not any longer. The nation would "Rather" play with their TIVOs and Nintendos and all manner of instant gratification. The threats we face as a nation both from without and within are masked by the inherent desire to be uninterrupted from our everyday and selfish lives as seen through a glass darkly. At one time, if one of our citizens was kidnapped by a maniacal dictator, and their head was severed to make a point, the people saddled up and prepared to do battle. Not any more. This kind of patriotism died during the Carter administration and was slighty revived during the Reagan administration. It was completely buried by the likes of the Clintonistra and GWB, God bless him, doesn't have what it takes to rally the nation. It is up to us in The New Media. Some of us old salts know the deal and we know the drill. Time to ruck up and saddle up. We have work to do.

I was criticized by many for that piece and one can see from the comments section that many despise this nation both from within and without. The piece came on the tail end of taking our streets back from the anti-Americanists and when the Leftinistra such as Reid and Pelosi surrendered their War on Bush to George Bush. They failed to lose the War On Terror.

Now, we are in a different war and we have to win this one as well.

On 30 SEPT 2007 at 2314 hours, I published another piece entitled, "The 'Peace Activists' Are Actually Anti-Americanists". This applies to today at this time at this hour as it did then and as far back as WWII. The professional protesters of today are the descendants of the washed up, used up hippies of yore and they are the by products of the useless government run education or indoctrination camps called Public School and the alleged institutions of Higher Learning. I know. I talk to students nearly every day and I am amazed each and every time I visit various campuses what these children are being taught. Yes, I said children because they haven't grown up yet.

Howard Stern did his own version of Man On the Street and he revealed that the Obama supporters are dumber than crates of boxes of turtle turds. The audio released was a man conducting on the streets interviews asking every day folks if they believed in Barack's dogma by telling them what McCain stands on and for. They were also asked if Barack made a wise choice choosing Sarah Palin as his running mate. Every single one said that Barack's (really McCain's) stands on issues were right on and Sarah Palin was a very good choice as VP.

Howard Stern's findings are EXACTLY what I have found on college campuses across Texas and in Michigan when this fact-finding mission started some months ago.. I was told by many in Michigan that the country was going to hell in a hand basket because of those idiot Republicans Murtha, Pelosi and Reid. I was SHOCKED I tell you. I didn't know that it was this bad. When shown beyond a shadow of a doubt that Murtha, Reid and Pelosi (and many others they mentioned) were Democrats, it was their turn to be shocked. Handily, a professor of a Michigan College in Kalamazoo was present at one of these interviews and she was pissed off because 5 of her students found out while she was present that she was a damned liar. She was the one that told these kids that Murtha, Reid and Pelosi were Republicans. I have found the same here in Texas.

A small portion of that experience is expressed in this post and therein the beginnings of a Snooper Movement began. This, I believe, is why Patriotism no longer means what it once did. Nowadays, patriotism is defined as to how much you are WILLING to pay in taxes. The more you pay, the more patriotic one is. So, patriotism can be bought now, according to the DNC as expressed by Joe Biden. Doesn't this belay what True Patriotism is? I think so.

Approximately eight hours ago, I posted a piece entitled, "America? When Will Enough Be Enough?". I hear many politicians utter that we are at a crossroads and yadayadayadayada. They are correct but for the wrong reasons. In that post, I cited some nonsense that has been swallowed up by the shallow-minded and ignorant ones that believe socialism actually works. They obviously don't know their history. Or they do and they have been taught that socialism fails because the "wrong people have tried it". (See if you can recall which politician said that). I will place that citation here once more, emphasis mine...

[...] I realize there are people uncomfortable with aggressive language and action. That's the difference between liberal weenies and movement progressives. Liberal weenies sit around thinking that "the truth" is enough for victory, and that if we simply explain to voters why Democrats are better, why, we can't possibly lose any elections! There's no ambiguity about where I belong. So to my fellow movement progressives, embrace that killer instinct and let's finish the job. We've got conservatives demoralized and on the run. They are retrenching around their most important voices. So let's pick off those they've left exposed and go after their best defended leaders as well. Let's get rid of John Shadegg and Mitch McConnell and Liddy Dole and the rest of them. Leave them leaderless, and susceptible to takeover by the Evangelical Right that so freaked out Wall Street conservatives during the primaries (when Huckabee was briefly in the lead). [...]

And there you have it. So, tell me, if you could, on which side of the fence are the Enemies of The State dwelling? Is it within the GOP or the DNC? Help me out here - or yourself - if you have the courage to do so. FYI, progressives are socialists. Socialism cannot co-exist in the same country as a Federal Republic whose Constitution is diametrically opposed to the very tenets of socialism, communism or Marxism. Prove me wrong...I triple dog dare you. One or the other must go. Either socialism reigns supreme or the United States Constitution reigns supreme. There is no middle ground. There is no room for negotiation. There is no room for compromise.

This is the Battle we True American Patriots face. We believe in Freedom and not slavery via entitlements. Remember, Barack has instructed his Yoots Gangs to "get in their face" much like Markos the Coward said in the citation above. He wants to crush the Conservatives because Conservatism stands in the way of remaking this nation as the United Socialist States of America much like the United States Armed Forces stand in the way of the Caliphate.

So, America. What will it be? Fight or roll over?

Why I Am Not A Party Hack

I don't give a tinkers' damn about The Party whether that Party is a D, R, I or erstwhile. I care about my country first and foremost, Party Hacks be damned. This isn't about getting ones' Party either into power, out of power, holding onto power or any other combination one can invent and whine about.

This DAVFW didn't do what I did for God, Flag and Country so any particular Party remained in power, ceded power to another; nor did I spill blood and have my own shed for God, Flag and Country for some idiot and whining snot-nosed twit allow through inaction, empathy, and attitudes of "woe is me" or the "look how smart I am" to fumble along giving the projection that they know better than anyone else. However, for the most part, the vast majority of moonbats dwell among the Living Dead within the Leftinistra Party which consists of those members that espouse the ideals which cannot be reconciled with the United States Constitution. Say what you will but Senator John McCain absolutely buried Senator Obama the other night at the Saddleback non-Debate Debate. He buried him so completely that the Leftosphere went silent for nearly 24 hours while the handlers met and developed a Spin Plan.

I watched the entire exchange from start to finish four times. For those that have merely seen You Tube clips and have read others' thoughts and impressions to conclude one way or another, I shun your input. Find out for yourself. Do your own research and if you write about it, offer up links supporting or in polar opposite of your views and/or conclusion. I do that in almost every post I write.

I have been "slow in posting" because I have undertaken a project and aired some of that project in the afternoon ATW BTR show via the TOCB outlet. In a short few hours, I will air Part 2 of that project. The project? I recorded the entire Saddleback meeting including the Talking Bobble Brain commentary, took notes and listened intently. Unfairly to most, I utilized my "special skills" to hear what wasn't being said as opposed to what was being said and observed the body language...that is why I watched it four times. And you? Just once? None? Already have a pre-manufactured and contrived outlook? Sucks to be you "my friends"...sucks to be you.

Every day I receive mail complaining of the many depredations of the three branches of government. They violate evry part of the constitution that forbids them to impose on the God-given rights of the people. Then I am asked to send money to support legislation to restore these rights.

Let me admonish you letter writers that this is not the way to accomplish this purpose. Since the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, and if the "rule of law" truly exists, any further action to correct these violations should be against the violator. We can accomplish this purpose on ELECTION DAY. To petition a politician is to give him or her a way out. You will hear excuses even better than a sinner before the Devil.

The only way to recover the "rule of law" will be to clear our government of all those self-serving, corrupt politicians who promptly forget their oath of office as soon as they are on the payroll.

The real power lies with the voters. However, we must be circumspect with who we select to represent us.

We see the evidence that you are all in the death throes of unbelievable catastrophes in that your side(s) have lost the battles and you will soon lose your wars here in The United States. There is nothing wrong with being a Democrat, Republican or an Independent. The politicos would have us believe that their particular party has all the answers. They are wrong. "WE THE PEOPLE" have all the answers and the theoretical representatives in the Halls of Shame (congress) have lost their way.

Unfortunately, the Democratic Party has been taken over by those that would bring Death and Destruction to the Constitution of the United States of America. Unfortunately, there are Republicans that have succumb to the same ideologies of the Democratic Party Leadership.

It is our constitutional right to "change our government" should that government become intrusive and, it has. There are members of CONgress that have determined that it is they and only they that know what is good for "We The People". Where is that in the United States Constitution? And I mean Chapter and Verse. Where is it?

I have received a sentiment in my email from Norm. And I present it here, today. Until our political leadership gets their heads removed from their hinder holes, I will donate not one single penny to their cause because their cause is Wrong For America. I suggest and ask that you all do the same. You want to send a message? This is an avenue to take.

MOST Americans know that burning our nation's flag is protected by the First Amendment. No matter how distasteful to some, the Supreme Court has consistently held flag-burning to be protected as expressive political conduct.

So if burning an American flag is protected speech, burning other flags - say, the flags of political parties considered to be terrorist groups by our government - would also be protected speech, right?

Right - except at San Francisco State University (SFSU), where the First Amendment takes a backseat to Hamas and Hezbollah. As part of an anti-terrorism rally held on campus last October, SFSU's College Republicans stepped on homemade replicas of Hamas and Hezbollah flags drawn on butcher paper. Unbeknownst to the group, both flags contain the word "Allah" in Arabic - prompting a student to file a complaint accusing the College Republicans of "walking on a banner with the word 'Allah' written in Arabic script."

Even though the flag-stomping was protected speech - a fact pointed out twice to SFSU President Robert Corrigan in letters from the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education - SFSU administrators decided to put the College Republicans on trial for "attempts to incite violence and create a hostile environment" and "actions of incivility." An SFSU spokesperson even told the San Francisco Chronicle that the real issue was "the desecration of Allah." The ensuing investigation and hearing lasted more than five months before SFSU finally dropped the charges against the group under intense public criticism.

The College Republicans filed a federal lawsuit this week, arguing that SFSU violated the group's First Amendment rights by subjecting the group to an investigation instead of dismissing the charges out of hand. The suit also challenges SFSU's speech code, which requires students "to be civil" to one another - a rule that can only be selectively enforced against dissenting opinions on a campus as polarized as SFSU.

Constitutionally speaking, this case isn't even close: There's no exception for Hamas, Hezbollah or even Allah under the First Amendment. Now SFSU has to answer for violating the Constitution in court.

The desecration of Allah? So much for the Separation of Church and State? Morons. Double Standard Leftinistra subversives.

On June 12, 1987, President Ronald Reagan declared, “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!” It was our generation’s equivalent to “Remember the Alamo!” This month we celebrate the 20th anniversary of this wonderful declaration for the cause of freedom on behalf of repressed people in Central and Eastern Europe. We should renew our shared commitment with our allies in Europe because it is the transatlantic relationship that is America’s anchor for global engagement.

Mr. Grzebski is, of course, thrilled to see the wife who cared for him and the 11 grandchildren he didn’t even know he had. But he is also shocked at how his homeland has changed. “When I went into a coma, there was only tea and vinegar in the shops, meat was rationed, and huge gas lines were everywhere,” he told Polish TV. “Now I see people on the streets with cell phones and there are so many goods in the shops it makes my head spin. What amazes me is all these people who walk around with their mobile phones and never stop moaning. I’ve got nothing to complain about.”

We need to start all over again. And THAT is a fact. Our CONgress Critters NO LONGER represent We The People. That includes at LEAST half of the Republicans and about 99% of the Democrats. Since the end of President #41, CONgress has gone to hell not in a hand basket but in an SST.

FINALLY, someone with some clout has begun to echo what more Americans think about CONgress than Congress thinks about CONgress. Currently, the Leftinistra are doing their best selling the country down the river into Jihadom Slavery and VERY FEW Republicans are standing up to them but 50+ Blue Dog Democrats are. That right there is a sad state of affairs for the once mighty GOP.

The article is very well written and I agree. The Leftinistra constantly remind us that the President’s approval rating is ini the 30s…which is NORMAL if one knows our history and PAYS ATTENTION to it. What is NOT normal is the pathetic approval ratings of CONgress as a whole. The Leftinistra rely HEAVILY on the opinion polls EXCEPT when it deals with THEM in particular. WHY IS THAT???

I have always stated that politicians should NOT hold ANY political positions. Let them go out into the public and prattle all they so desire. I think we should have a draft; NOT for military service but CONgressional Service. There would be stipulations, however. Convicted felons and folks with run-ins with the law would be noneligible. Starting at the age of 25 with a max of 50, every eligible citizen serves 6 years in the Halls of A Respectable Congress…like it once was and is now a travesty. Just a thought which needs further evaluation, direction and critical thought and discussion.
