This Blog Is Moving

Greetings. After this weekend, this Take Our Country Back Blog will be moving to the new web site. Too many conservatives are getting zapped by the intolerant dweebs of the Obama Goons and seeing that this editing platform is a free site, Blogger can do pretty much what it feels like doing. Hence, I now have a paid site and will be migrating the last 1400+ posts shortly.

So, one day, you just may click this page somewhere and it will show up as "private". It has been fun but the intolerant Czarbie Goon Squads are brain dead idiots. They can come play at the new site which I OWN outright.

The Terrorists' Tet

~Snooper~

As usual for Austin Bay, he has penned an excellent piece art Townhall.
Sometime within the next six months or so, al Qaeda or Saddamist terrorists will attempt a Tet offensive.

No, Middle Eastern mass murderers don't celebrate the Vietnamese festival of Tet, but trust that America's enemies everywhere do celebrate and systematically seek to emulate the strategic political effects North Vietnam's 1968 attack obtained.

This spring marks the 40th anniversary of Hanoi's offensive (yes, 40 years, two generations). It will also mark the umpteenth time American enemies have attempted to win in the psychological and political clash of an American election what they cannot win on the battlefield. [...] (read the rest)
He is indeed spot on.

Rest easy, Jimmy. I've got your back...this time.

Among Other Issues, Remember This In 2008

~Snooper~

The current political crisis in Lebanon, which began following the August 2006 Israel-Hizbullah war, is now coming to a head. Two of the country's biggest camps - the March 14 Forces, which constitute the majority in the Lebanese parliament, and the Lebanese opposition headed by Hizbullah - have failed to reach agreement over who will be the country's next president and over the makeup of the next government. [...]
Coupled with this crisis in Lebanon, we have people that think like the following and the idgits in the American Congress turn a blind eye in the name of political correctness, multiculturalism and identity politics.
Jamal Al-Din: "Our problem today - not only in Iraq, but in all Arab and Islamic countries - is the duality of the shari'a and the law. This duality is lethal. Our countries do not fully abide by the shari'a of Allah, nor do they follow a man-made law, like in France and other countries - including Turkey. There is nothing wrong with a country that bases itself exclusively on shari'a law, with no regard for the civil law. We believe the Koran to be the book sent by Allah - a complete book, with no additions and no omissions. Indeed, we believe that the Koran and Islam are the solution. Why, then, do we mix elements of the French and other laws in our shari'a law? Let the brothers who demand the establishment of a religious state adhere exclusively to shari'a law. Let them, for example, collect the jizya poll tax from their Christian citizens. Let them annihilate the Yazidis because they do not belong to the People of the Book. Let them raise doubts about the status of the Sabaeans in Iraq, because it is unclear whether they belong to the People of the Book or not."
Can it be related any clearer than this? Remember the Al-Qaeda attack a short time ago? The one that was called the 911 of Algiers? The one where the cowards of Islamic Jihad attacked the United Nations? It turns out that the Terrorist News Network has been exposed and called out:
The Algerian press made a rare show of unanimity in angrily denouncing the Al-Jazeera poll. The director-general of Algerian national television, Hamraoui Habib Chawki, addressed the issue during primetime, calling the poll "a grave slip that has made this station [Al-Jazeera] into an official spokesman for Al-Qaeda, terrorism, and crime."(3) The director-general of the national press service APS, Nacer Mehal, made similar remarks in Jeddah during a meeting with the Saudi Minister of Information.(4) In addition, the National Liberation Front (FLN) released a statement saying that the poll was "an implicit show of support for terrorist organizations."(5)

The director of Al-Jazeera's website, Ahmad Al-Sheikh, told the Algerian daily El-Shorouq El-Yawmi that the poll had been posted without his knowledge, called it a grave error, and said that it had been removed from the website. He also accused Al-Qaeda members and other interested parties of having thrown the poll results, saying that no one supported "barbaric acts" like the Algiers bombings.(6)
UH OH!! Looks like due to the corner market on cigars that Bill Clinton owns has caused the AQ Mouth Piece to have to wait for their cigar delivery...no cigars for them. With all of that going on and OBL openly admitting that they have lost the War In Iraq, much to Reid's disappointment, now we have the Terrorist Union competing with when the Global Caliphate is going to be established. It seems as though OBL wants to redeploy to Pakistan...go figure; we have been telling people this for well over three years that I know about...but Hamas has other ideas.
[...] As a religious-social movement confined to the West Bank and Gaza, Hamas has to date focused primarily on implementing a domestic socio-religious program. However, Hamas' victory in the 2005 municipal elections and 2006 parliamentary elections, and its subsequent takeover of Gaza, have raised questions regarding the future orientation of the movement's political activities. The issue most frequently debated is whether Hamas will continue to pursue its locally oriented agenda, or, taking advantage of its political momentum, will extend its influence beyond the boundaries of the West Bank and Gaza by becoming active in the arena of global jihad.

This paper assesses the possibility that Hamas will establish operative ties with global jihad movements, especially with Salafi movements such as Al-Qaeda, and join them in their global enterprises. Based on a consideration of its ideology, its roots in the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood movement, and the policies it has adopted since the Gaza takeover, the paper concludes that Hamas' local orientation is grounded in its ideology, and that the movement is therefore unlikely to engage in global jihad and to take part in initiatives aimed at restoring the global Islamic caliphate, which was dismantled de facto in 1918 and officially abolished by Turkish leader Kamal Ataturk in 1924. [...]
It seems as though OBL is more insignificant these days and Hamas is feeling their oats. I wonder how that is going to play out. These poor fools don't even see what is going on, do they? OBL trying to unite all and every Jihadi coward troll and fruit loop and they just aren't paying attention...typical divide and conquer ploy. It always works especially among the backward. With that, we have Sudan whining about the usual and typical Big Bad Satan that doesn't go around murdering people for not complying with Christian Doctrine.
[...] "When Alberto Fernandez was appointed U.S. Charge d'Affaires in Sudan, I expressed my deep sorrow that our country would be subjected to the torment of this arrogant man. I had seen him many times on Al-Jazeera and on other [TV] channels representing and defending America's foreign policy in Iraq, [the cradle of] civilization, [land of the great Caliph] Haroun Al-Rasheed.(3) The American forces have killed a million [Iraqis] and exiled millions more, and have driven Iraq and its civilization decades into the past, in terms of education and medical services and electricity and water infrastructures. So when [Fernandez], a speaker of Arabic, arrived [in Sudan], I knew that we were [facing] a new age of violence, tyranny and moral decay. [...]
Gee. I just have to wonder who it is exactly that possesses the Moral Higher Ground here. Listening to this fool, he just admitted that the American Moonbat Squads are, once again, with no surprise, wrong about the "education, medical services, electrical and water infrastructures". Imagine that. The poor slog just admitted that vast improvements have been made in this regard and he would rather the people NOT have these amenities. Now we know where these same Moonbats get their "1M Iraqi dead" figure. That myth has been debunked many times over.

Just for argument's sake, let's say that there are that many. If so, then, the following murderous Jihadi coward troll said the following back in the beginning of December:
Following are excerpts from a speech by Muhammad Taher Al-Farouq, leader of the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan [...]

[...] "Allah willing, we will reach America. The men of this nation will reach America. The goal of this campaign is not only Kabul, Kandahar, or Baghdad. The eyes of the nation of Muhammad are set on Washington, London, Moscow, Paris, Delhi, Beijing, and other countries. This is our goal and, Allah willing, we will get there." [...]
I wonder how many dead would take place in the quest of such an unholy graille. That sounds like an open declaration of war to me.

Remember these things posted above as we head into the 2008 American Elections Duck Soup Quagmire and laughing stock of the world.

Global Jihad...Reality Or Myth

~Snooper~

So many misguided individuals in the ever shrinking world have an intellectual pitfall when it comes to understanding the Jihad Menace the world faces in these modern times. Some say the Jihad Menace is a reaction to the policies of the United States.

However, the policies of the United States doesn't explain the rising Jihad in countries like Thailand, India, Russian Provinces and colonies and various other nations not necessarily friendly to the United States. To a degree, they are correct but for the wrong reasons. (For a snap-shot view of terrorist activities across the globe we call Earth, check out the Global Incident Map. Most of the "incidents" involve Al Qaeda and associated groups.)

In August of 1996, Osama Bin Laden issued a declaration of war against the United States and few, if any, paid them serious attention.
Fast and light forces must be used and must operate in absolute secrecy. All effort must be directed at this enemy; kill it, fight it, destroy it, break it down, plot against it, ambush it, God the Almighty willing, until it is gone.

The ruling to kill the Americans and their allies - civilians and military - is an individual duty for every Muslim who can do it in any country in which it is possible to do it...

In February of 1998, the following Fatwa was issued against the United States and Western Allies:
Text of Fatwa Urging Jihad Against Americans

Published in Al-Quds al-'Arabi on Febuary 23, 1998

Statement signed by Sheikh Usamah Bin-Muhammad Bin-Ladin; Ayman al-Zawahiri, leader of the Jihad Group in Egypt; Abu-Yasir Rifa'i Ahmad Taha, a leader of the Islamic Group; Sheikh Mir Hamzah, secretary of the Jamiat-ul-Ulema-e-Pakistan; and Fazlul Rahman, leader of the Jihad Movement in Bangladesh

Praise be to God, who revealed the Book, controls the clouds, defeats factionalism, and says in His Book "But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the pagans wherever ye find them, seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war)"; and peace be upon our Prophet, Muhammad Bin-'Abdallah, who said "I have been sent with the sword between my hands to ensure that no one but God is worshipped, God who put my livelihood under the shadow of my spear and who inflicts humiliation and scorn on those who disobey my orders." The Arabian Peninsula has never--since God made it flat, created its desert, and encircled it with seas--been stormed by any forces like the crusader armies now spreading in it like locusts, consuming its riches and destroying its plantations. All this is happening at a time when nations are attacking Muslims like people fighting over a plate of food. In the light of the grave situation and the lack of support, we and you are obliged to discuss current events, and we should all agree on how to settle the matter...(read the rest)

If there is religious fanaticisms, the above fits the mold. For further details, one can visit AIJAC for the tip of the iceberg learning curve. The review is dated October 2001. We have learned much more since then but this review has data to begin an earnest study. Some of us began our studies of Islamic Jihad in 1974.

Studying Islam and the ruthless tenets therein, the ever importance of the 12th Imam is a belief or concept worthy of notice and study. For those not familiar with the 12th Imam, the Islamic Messiah, in a nutshell, this Imam will be revealed in the spring equinox of Mecca and then Medina. This person is expected to "conquer all of Arabia, Syria, Iraq, destroy Israel and then set up a 'global government' based in Iraq."

Based in Iraq. The United States stands in the way. We don't need to be worrying about Global Warming or Global Orgasms. We need to be worried about or at least keeping a watchful out out on Global Jihad/Islam. At this point Jihad and Islam are one in the same, unfortunate as that may sound.

Others studying this are many and are considered as non-PC and that is a dangerous mind-set...similar to the mind-set of pre-1940. Hitler could have been stopped had the do-gooders been placed in check.
After [the Twelfth Imam's] uprising from Mecca, all of Arabia will submit to him and then other parts of the world as he marches upon Iraq and establishes his seat of global government in the city of Kufa. Then the Imam will send 10,000 of his forces to the east and west to uproot the oppressors. At this time, God will facilitate things for him and lands will come under his control one after the other. ... He will appear as a handsome young man, clad in neat clothes and exuding the fragrance of paradise. His face will glow with love and kindness for the human beings. ... He has a radiant forehead, black piercing eyes and a broad chest. He very much resembles his ancestor Prophet Mohammad. Heavenly light and justice accompany him. He will overcome enemies and oppressors with the help of God, and as per the promise of the Almighty the Mahdi will eradicate all corruption and injustice from the face of the earth and establish the global government of peace, justice and equity.

The Myth of Global Jihad is no Myth...it is real. The Caliphate once ruled from the Plains of Iberia to Indonesia.

180,000 +/- Muslims in Germany...6% of the Muslim population there, support violence in the name of Jihad.
In speeches in Saudi Arabia during his Hajj pilgrimage, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stated that the goal of Islam was to establish a global government. He said that Iran was opposed to the American hegemony in the world,...
This isn't going away no matter the political yammering and bluster. The United States could go into isolationism on Christmas Day and the Global Jihad will grow exponentially. The United States is all there is that stands in the way.

Former Palestinian foreign minister Mahmoud Al-Zahar said that Jerusalem will be the capital of the state of the Islamic Caliphate in Palestine.
Hopefully, cooler heads will prevail but it doesn't look all that promising.

The Latest and Greatest Iraq War Myths...It Is the Time of the Year For Them

~Snooper~

In a post we made waaaaaaaaaay back on 12/14/2007, we brought our readers the following post: Moonbat Intelligence - The Myth. We discussed the continuing psycho-babble from the idgits still yammering and contorting themselves because the once vaunted myths of the Iraq War have one by one, been placed in the Abyss of Obscurity the moonbats and the Leftinistra kook fringe have dug for themselves. As the writers of Strategy Page so predicted, around this time of year, the moonbats will ooze from under their algae coated mud ponds and slither around on their bellies as the reptiles they are. Juan Cole is one of these. The idgit just doesn't get it.

Apparently, the "old myths" didn't hunt anymore so the Leftinistra have invented new ones...simply amazing. We informed our readers many times that the Leftinistra would have to do this very thing...invent new issues because their "issues" and attacks on America went down in flames in 2007...their target of hatred became their conqueror. GWB defeated them at every turn and on every issue.

The "old myths" of the Iraq War:
MYTH ONE...No Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD)
MYTH TWO...The 2003 Invasion was Illegal
MYTH THREE...Sanctions were working
MYTH FOUR...Overthrowing Saddam Only Helped Iran
MYTH FIVE...The Invasion Was a Failure
MYTH SIX...The Invasion Helped Al Qaeda
MYTH SEVEN...Iraq Is In A State of Civil War
MYTH EIGHT...Iraqis Were Better Off Under Saddam
MYTH NINE...The Iraq War Caused Islamic Terrorism to Increase in Europe
MYTH TEN...The War in Iraq is Lost
All of the above are no longer issues, correct? New myths have been created for us for the BDS injected Bush Loathers and fellow anti-Americanists:

10. Myth: The US public no longer sees Iraq as a central issue in the 2008 presidential campaign.
9. Myth: There have been steps toward religious and political reconciliation in Iraq in 2007.
8. Myth: The US troop surge stopped the civil war that had been raging between Sunni Arabs and Shiites in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.
7. Myth: Iran was supplying explosively formed projectiles (a deadly form of roadside bomb) to Salafi Jihadi (radical Sunni) guerrilla groups in Iraq.
6. Myth: The US overthrow of the Baath regime and military occupation of Iraq has helped liberate Iraqi women.
5. Myth: Some progress has been made by the Iraqi government in meeting the "benchmarks" worked out with the Bush administration.
4. Myth: The Sunni Arab "Awakening Councils," who are on the US payroll, are reconciling with the Shiite government of PM Nuri al-Maliki even as they take on al-Qaeda remnants.
3. Myth: The Iraqi north is relatively quiet and a site of economic growth.
2. Myth: Iraq has been "calm" in fall of 2007 and the Iraqi public, despite some grumbling, is not eager for the US to depart.
1. Myth: The reduction in violence in Iraq is mostly because of the escalation in the number of US troops, or "surge."
This is great stuff here...the Libtards really are in need of psychiatric aid. One of these days, America will rid itself of such ignorant and pompous anti-Americanists...the sooner the better.

Reade the old myths and compare them to the new myths...are they really that much different?

Just askin'.

The Worse CONgress In American History Is To Tout Their Achievements

~Snooper~

If I were the current SoH, touting the achievements of the 110th Congress would be no where near or even close by to the Things To Do List. It is said that Nancy Pelosi is going to start 2008 with the achievements made by the "majority" controlling(?) both Houses. "IS" that insane or what?

They are going to be boasting about their approval ratings LOWER than when the CONgress was GOP controlled and their disapprovals HIGHER than when the GOP was the "majority"?

Please, Nancy. Don't go there. You will only confirm what the world already knows...y'all suck.

Break a leg...we are ready for you.
[...]In a year-end "fact sheet," her office proclaimed that "the Democratic-led House is listening to the American people and providing the New Direction the people voted for in November. The House has passed a wide range of measures to make America safer, restore the American dream and restore accountability. We are proud of the progress made this session and recognize that more needs to be done." [...]
When I read this just a few moments ago, all I could do was sigh. She can't possibly be serious. Not with The New Media knowing what we know and the power we wield.

Uh, Nancy? Y'all failed dismally in a war y'all started and y'all lied to get into power. We know it. You know it. STFU and STFD.

On The Assassination of Benazir Bhutto

~Snooper~

For Snooper's collection of news and blog items in regards to the assassination of Benazir Bhutto, go here.

Sonlit Knight has a post here that has a strong statement and therein, one will find no bluster. The strong statement that kind of grew on me when I first read it this morning is this. Not one single offering from the DNC is remotely qualified to deal with the Islamic Jihadi Menace. Not one.

On the GOP side, there are only two...perhaps three. Sonlit mentioned McCain and Thompson. I would add Hunter to that list. Neither of the three get a lot of press coverage and I have to ask myself and others, "Why is that?"

I placed a link at the very beginning of this post to my Reader shared items for Bhutto. There is a distinct difference in the presidential aspirants' knee-jerk reactions and those that have on-the-spot responses in the stead of reactions. Fred Thompson, by far, has the most intelligent thing to say.

Not one single member of the DNC hopefuls have a clue. If one were to read the nearly 100 or so collected Bhutto pieces, the evidence is clear. This country is in grave danger should anyone other than Thompson, McCain or Hunter gain the White House.

Embattled & Beleaguered, Bush Is Still The Most Admired Man

December 26, 2007

In spite of 7 years of negative press, continual assaults from opponents and leading America in another unpopular war, President George W. Bush, 43rd President of the nation, tops Gallup's recent poll again for the Most Admired Man.

The Gallup Poll, based on random telephone interviews with 1,011 adults, was conducted from December 14 to 16 of this year. For the seventh year in a row, President Bush ranked number one as the Most Admired Man with 10% choosing him. Coming in second as Most Admired Man was former President Bill Clinton with 8% choosing him.

Traditionally, sitting Presidents have topped Gallup's Most Admired Polls each year. During his Presidency, Clinton ranked at the top every year with between 20% selecting him as he took office to just 6% choosing him as he left, tying him for the top spot that year was Pope John Paul II. President Bush enjoys a similar spread during his administration, ranging from a high of 39% in Dec 2001 to the current low of 10%.

Sitting President's have topped this poll every year since 1981, outgoing former President Carter being edged out also by Pope John Paul II in 1980.

Of Bush winning with just 10% of those voting, Gallup says,

"That score is Bush's lowest in the seven years he has been named most admired man, and the fact that it is enough to win suggests that no dominant male personality has captured the public's admiration this year."
A curious claim from Gallup as in their December 2000 polling, they said,
"Bill Clinton has been at the top of this list of most admired men every year since he took office in 1993, with totals that ranged from 20% in 1993 to 18% in both 1996 and 1998. Last year, Clinton was on top with 10% of the vote,"
neglecting to mention that in that current poll, President Clinton tied with Pope John Paul II for Most Admired with just 6% of the vote.

Detractors of President Bush have a difficult time admitting it, but indicators show that America continues to prosper under President Bush's leadership. The Troop reinforcement is working in the Iraqi theater of the War on Terror, unemployment remains very low, the predicted recession has not occurred, inflation remains modest, consumer spending is the best in two years, while naysayers and those predicting doom and gloom continue to be proven wrong.

As the economy continues improving and even the War On Terror results in increased security at home and abroad, Republicans stand a chance of retaking control of the government in the upcoming elections, provided they can show they have learned their lesson on excessive and out of control spending.

With one year left in his second and final term as President, George W. Bush, in spite of everything thrown at him by the opposition, has remained strong and ignored attacks designed to cripple his ability to lead. Even with low overall approval numbers, he still leads the list of Most Admired, with the possibility of finishing his administration with even higher approval.

How history will judge the Bush years remains to be seen. Once all the smoke and dust settles from what is shaping up to be one of the dirtiest and nastiest campaigns in our history, suffering the worst attack upon our soil in our history, enduring unprecedented assaults on his character and abilities and leading a war to put an end to the three decades of terrorist attacks against American interests, George W. Bush will leave office with his head held high and many in America will look back fondly at him.

Ron Paul Exhibits Cluelessness on MTP

~Snooper~

One would think that an individual running for the highest political office in the United States would know better than to say that Iran has no Army, no Navy or no Air Force. And, because Iran doesn't have a military, Iran would never attack Israel.

As incredulous as that sounds, incredulous is the wrong word. Mr Ron Paul, an American Presidential Aspirant, making such statements on a national level news show, leads one to question whether or not the cluelessness extends into other areas.

One can also surmise that Mr Paul doesn't know that for many years, Iran and Iraq were the "super-powers" in that region up until Saddam was ejected from power. One can also pretend that the extremely bloody war Iraq and Iran fought for nearly 10 years was fought with toothpicks and spit balls.

Allahpundit pretty much sums the interview up thusly:
[...] Ron Paul, quite incredibly, thinks Iran has no army, no navy and no air force at all and therefore would never attack Israel. Evidently Paul doesn't realize the utility that ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons would offer an Iran whose president has repeatedly declared his personal desire to wipe Israel off the map. A couple of well-placed nukes could in fact do that, whether Iran has an army or not. Which, by the way, it does. Really. Iran does have an army. A navy and an air force, too, with an indigenously constructed fighter airplane leading the latter into the skies. Paul might want to bone up on that a bit. He'd do well to Google the Shahab series of missiles while he's at it.

Paul also might want to bone up on the US military's presence overseas and who actually pays for it. He's against it, though he doesn't even know how many troops we have overseas or what they're doing or why they're there. That also came out in the interview. And he thinks the US taxpayer pays the entire bill, which isn't true. We pay the bulk of it, but we don't pay all of it. Host countries pick up a sizable portion of the tab, funding everything from the cost of living allowances to the housing that our overseas troops need. All of that and more was packed into an interview that demonstrated once and for all that however well-meaning Paul is on the small government front (an area where he could and does make some sense), he's simply too ignorant on foreign policy and too quick to blame America for just about every bad thing in the world to be trusted with the power of the presidency. No good can come of it. [...]

Merry Christmas from the Learned Scholars of Islam

I found at New Media Journal, a reference to a Yahoo News article about the Ulama's Christmas greeting. The text of the greeting is reproduced below, followed by a quote from a statement about the sanctity of innocent lives. After quoting the documents, I will dissect them and expose the deceptions therein contained.

A Muslim Message of Thanks and of Christmas and New Year Greetings, December 2007

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

May God bless Muhammad and his kin and bless Abraham and his kin

Al-Salaamu Aleikum; Peace be upon you; Pax Vobiscum

Peace be upon Jesus Christ who says: Peace is upon me the day I was born, the day I die, and the day I am resurrected (Chapter of Mary; the Holy Qur’an; 19:34).

During these joyful holidays we write to you, our Christian neighbors all over the world, to express our thanks for the beautiful and gracious responses that we Muslims have been receiving from the very first day we issued our invitation to come together to ‘A Common Word’ based on ‘Love of God and Love of Neighbor’ (see www.acommonword.com for the document and the responses).

We thank you and wish you all a joyous and peaceful Christmas Holiday Season commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ, may peace be upon him.

We Muslims bear witness that: There is no god but God, without associate, and that Muhammad is His Servant and Messenger, and that Jesus is His Servant, His Messenger, His Word cast to Mary, and a Spirit from Him …. (Sahih Bukhari, Kitab Ahadith al-Anbiya’).

We pray, during these blessed days, which have coincided with the Muslim feast of the Hajj or Pilgrimage, which commemorates the faith of the Prophet Abraham (peace be upon him), that the New Year may bring healing and peace to our suffering world. God’s refusal to let Abraham (peace be upon him) sacrifice his son—granting him instead a ram—is to this day a Divine warrant and a most powerful social lesson for all the followers of the Abrahamic faiths, to ever do their utmost to save, uphold and treasure every single human life and especially the life of every single child. Indeed, it is worthy of note that this year Muslim scholars issued a historic declaration affirming the sanctity of human life—of every human life—as an essential and foundational teaching in Islam upon which all Muslim scholars are in unanimous agreement (see details at www.duaatalislam.com). May the coming year be one in which the sanctity and dignity of human life is upheld by all. May it be a year of humble repentance before God, and mutual forgiveness within and between communities.

Praise be to God, the Lord of the worlds.

The sanctity of human life: God has forbidden the killing of innocents whether
they be Muslim, Christian, or otherwise. All who take life without legitimate
justification commit a major crime and an atrocity before God.

  • May God bless Muhammad and his kin and bless Abraham and his kin.
"Abraham and his kin" includes the Jews, of whom Allah said "They are the worst of creatures." ; do the Ulama sincerely bless those whom Moe has cursed or are they unaware of 9:30?

  • Al-Salaamu Aleikum; Peace be upon you; Pax Vobiscum
This greeting contravenes Moe's explicit command concerning greeting Kufar.
Sahih Muslim Book 026, Number 5389:

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Do not greet the Jews and the Christians before they greet you and when you meet any one of them on the roads force him to go to the narrowest part of it.

  • Peace be upon Jesus Christ who says: Peace is upon me the day I was born, the day I die, and the day I am resurrected (Chapter of Mary; the Holy Qur’an; 19:34) [Ref. preceding ayeh 33.]
  1. PBUH: why? PBU Moe is explained.
    • 33:56. "Allâh sends His Salât (Graces, Honours, Blessings, Mercy, etc.) on the Prophet (Muhammad ) and also His angels too (ask Allâh to bless and forgive him). O you who believe! Send your Salât on (ask Allâh to bless) him (Muhammad ), and (you should) greet (salute) him with the Islâmic way of greeting (salutation i.e. AsSalâmu 'Alaikum)" .[TheCommand to Say Salah upon the Propht] Clearly, Moe had some doubt concerning his own salvation and was seeking reinforcement, knowing that he was a sinner. Is there any doubt about Jesus Christ's eternal destination?
  2. On what day did Jesus die? 4:157. And because of their saying (in boast), "We killed Messiah 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), the Messenger of Allâh," - but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but the resemblance of 'Iesa (Jesus) was put over another man (and they killed that man), and those who differ therein are full of doubts. They have no (certain) knowledge, they follow nothing but conjecture. For surely; they killed him not [i.e. 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary) ]:

4:158. But Allâh raised him ['Iesa (Jesus)] up (with his body and soul) unto Himself (and he is in the heavens). And Allâh is Ever All Powerful All Wise.
  • uphold and treasure every single human life and especially the life of every single child. Indeed, it is worthy of note that this year Muslim scholars issued a historic declaration affirming the sanctity of human life—of every human life—as an essential and foundational teaching in Islam upon which all Muslim scholars are in unanimous agreement
Is that so? Every human life is sacred to Islam, especially the children? In Sahih Muslim, Muslim Book 019, Number 4294, we read: "do not kill the children". But in Book 019, Number 4321 we read: "It is reported on the authority of Sa'b b. Jaththama that the Prophet of Allah (may peace be upon him), when asked about the women and children of the polytheists being killed during the night raid, said: They are from them."

What is the reason for the injunction and for the exception, if life is sacred? In Sahih Bukhari Volume 5, Book 59, Number 512 we read: "Then the inhabitants of Khaibar came out running on the roads. The Prophet had their warriors killed, their offspring and woman taken as captives." Does that give you a hint? What did they do with captives? See 8:67 & 47:4. What happened to Safiya? What happened to the adolescent boys of the Banu Qurayzah tribe? But all human life is sacred, particularly the children, right?

If all human life is sacred to Islam, why did Moe say: "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Clearly, our lives ain't sacred to Muslims until we submit to Islam!!

  • The sanctity of human life: God has forbidden the killing of innocents whether
they be Muslim, Christian, or otherwise. All who take life without legitimate
justification commit a major crime and an atrocity before God.
Who is innocent? 5:33 establishes the punishment for making mischief against Allah: 5:33. "The recompense of those who wage war against Allâh and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter. " Who incurs that penalty? Ibn Kathir lets the cat out of the bag in his tafsir of this ayeh: "Wage war' mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways. Mischief in the land refers to various types of evil. " You are subject to the penalties imposed by 5:33 for disbelief!!! If you do not believe in and obey Allah and his Messenger, you ain't innocent. Whenever a Muslim's lips are moving, his pen is writing or his fingers are on a keyboard, look out for the weasel words!!!

Reid's War...The Losing One (Pelosi Too)

~Snooper~

This year, 2007, has been the happiest in Reid's and Pelosi's tenure on the planet. They has vested so much in defeat that their failures to lose in Iraq must be the best thing in the world for the Chief Defeatists and the most defeatist politicians in American history. Seeing that they revel in defeat, they should be happy and they should have had the merriest Merry Christmas in their life-times.

Lieutenant Colonel Willaim Russell On ATW BTR

~Snooper~

You won't want to miss this show, folks. A snippet from William Russell's Campaign site:

My name is William T Russell. I am running for Congress against John Murtha as a Republican in the 12th Congressional District of Pennsylvania in the November 2008 election.

I would like to introduce myself to you. I am a family man, a husband, and a father. I am also a small business owner and entrepreneur, as well as an American Soldier. [...]

[...] I grew up in the shadow of the US defeat in Vietnam. On an intellectual level, I have long understood that a war may be lost politically, in spite of military victories. But seeing those Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, and Airmen who have given so much to this nation, both enraged and saddened me. It also forced me to recognize that the United States is now engaged in a great political battle to determine whether this nation, founded in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal, can maintain the political resolve in its fight against a totalitarian political system, cloaked in religion, which is dedicated to the destruction of our liberty. I believe I must stand up and make a difference in this fight and not wait for two more years until I retire.

Congressman Murtha's actions have done more to lead us toward political defeat in this war than the enemy could ever hope to accomplish by their own devices. His calls for withdrawal of our forces and limiting the authority of the Commander-in-Chief in executing this war, plays directly into the hands of our enemy. He is undermining our Soldiers in the fight and encourages the enemy to kill or maim a few more of our Soldiers and kill large numbers of Iraqi civilians on a weekly basis. The Islamic extremists, just like the communists in Vietnam, see his weakness of political resolve as the reason to keep fighting in spite of their military losses. He must be replaced with a candidate who understands the importance of an integrated political, military, and economic strategy that does not pit political ends against military and economic, but synchronizes and orchestrates them with the recognition of the imperative to achieve the victory that this war demands for the safety of our children and grandchildren. [...]

Jihadi Fruitloops...Leftinistra Fruit Loops...Same-Same

~Snooper~

Way back on 12/18/2007, MEMRI put out a translation of a Jihadi Troll Moonbat. Now, we on the Right, read that correct, side have our suspicions as to who listens and/or teaches and/or learns from whom...either way, the American Leftinistra Moonbat Troll anti-Americanist uses the same lingo as the Jihadi Moonbat Troll anti-Americanist. Sometimes, it is hard to distinguish one from another.

This is the title of the "subject": Muslim Brotherhood Leader Sheikh Mahdi 'Akef: We Are Ready to Send 10,000 Men to Palestine, But Egyptian Government Should Arm Them; There's No Such Thing as Al-Qaeda - The Americans Made It Up

Does that not sound all too familiar? The rest of the article reveals how similar the two groups are...hate America and want the government to fund all there is to do.

Amazing.

When caught in a lie or a disingenuous statement in the interview, the Jihadi Troll changes the subject.

Check it out.

Hot On The Trail...Top Stories of 2007

~Snooper~

Looking back on the American politics during 2007, we see nothing but more political victories for the Right side (correct side) going into 2008. The Leftinistra have given "BushCo" and "Darth Vader" their best shots and have come up smelling like a gallon of milk after it has been sitting out in the West Texas sun for 2 weeks...rank.

If the GOP listens to the post at Red State, the gains we have made in the aftermath of the consummate failures of the DNC Political Machinations of 2007 will be relatively NIL. We do NOT need to paint ourselves as Moderates. Moderates are what is wrong...they are People Pleasers and no one can please every one. That is what has gotten the Leftinistra into trouble.

America is indeed polarized and that is due, mostly, to neither Party understanding what their jobs are. Each Party has their die-hards and, that is a bad thing. Either die-hard members will vote the Party for no other reason than to vote the Party line, whatever that may be. Some vote DNC or GOP because their parents did and their parents before them did. This stems from a Party Platform that neither Party sticks to after they have had the elections. Ronald Wilson Reagan is a prime example of bringing the country together...twice.

RWR won both elections in landslides and mandates. There is no escaping or denying that fact. He was true to his word and true to the Nation and not to the individual small minority in numbers groups. He was a staunch Conservative. Period. He was no Moderate. Period. Red State is wrong. Period. We don't need no stinkin' moderates. Jeff Emanuel agrees:
If there are two lessons that we as a party and as a movement should have learned from 2006, they are the following:

(1) Republicans do not succeed when they abandon First Principles. Losing the high ground on spending, ethics, and leadership cost the party dearly in last year's election -- yet we seem to have largely forgotten that already (or to have projected blame for that loss onto other issues, like foreign policy).

(2) Republicans do not succeed when they campaign as, or nominate people who are, Democrat-lite.
Democrat-lite...Romney, Rudy and Huckabee. Imagine that. No wonder they are the media darlings onh the GOP side of the fence. I know we will never have another RWR but at least we can get relatively close and Mitt, Rudy and Mike ain't it. The only ones that are close are Fred and Duncan. Period. This is why they are not the media darlings. Period.

Having said all of that, here are the top 10 stories as so designated by the AP:
1. VIRGINIA TECH KILLINGS
2. MORTGAGE CRISIS
3. IRAQ WAR
4. OIL PRICES
5. CHINESE EXPORTS
6. GLOBAL WARMING
7. BRIDGE COLLAPSE
8. PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN
9. IMMIGRATION DEBATE
10. IRAN'S NUCLEAR PROGRAM
If you will notice, please, why is the Iraq War in the #3 slot? Was it not the #1 Campaign Issue of 2006/2007? How did it slide into third place? And, why? Read carefully, please, if you will, each on the list and contemplate the stories. The reason is obvious. Try to focus on each one before reading on. Go.

The TOP story, the most "toppest" (I like making up my words) of all top stories...the MOAS...the Mother of All Stories is The Surge. Is it not? The Surge drove the Leftinistra into feeding frenzies as they tried 45 times to lose the War In Iraq. Why isn't The Surge the #1 story? I'll tell you why. It spells VICTORY and the Party of Defeat has been eviscerated by The Surge. Period.

We discussed this on my BTR show this evening, 12/25/2007 and now I read it on Michelle's site she posted yesterday:
[...] Remember when the Associated Press told you what the top 10 stories of the year were-and that was the end of discussion? No more. One of the wonderful benefits of the Internet is that it ended the monopoly of the MSM Deciders. Permanently. [...]
Exactly so.

As we sit on our collective rumps, let us pray for our troops...they are still working for us so we can sit on our collective rumps in relative comfort and security.

Coalition forces target al-Qaeda foreign terrorist facilitators, media networks

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Coalition forces detained 10 suspected terrorists today during operations targeting al-Qaeda networks in central and northern Iraq.

During an operation in Baghdad, Coalition forces captured a wanted individual believed to be associated with a foreign terrorist and weapons facilitation network. Reports indicate the wanted individual is related to one of the key facilitators in the network, who is also allegedly involved in al-Qaeda media and propaganda operations. In addition to the wanted individual, two suspected terrorists were detained during the operation.

Also in the capital city, Coalition forces captured another wanted individual believed to be an Ansar al-Islam leader involved in media and propaganda operations. The wanted individual is reportedly associated with numerous terrorist leaders involved in media operations who operate in and outside of Iraq.

During a series of operations in Samarra, Coalition forces detained five suspected terrorists while targeting another alleged foreign terrorist facilitator. Reports indicate the targeted individual is associated with an al-Qaeda leader who facilitates logistics, to include finances and weapons.

Farther north in Mosul, Coalition forces detained one suspect while targeting an alleged terrorist responsible for coordinating and directing numerous attacks in the region.

"We are targeting terrorists at every level of their networks," said Navy Capt. Vic Beck, MNF-I spokesman. "Foreign terrorists who come to Iraq with the help of al-Qaeda and commit murderous acts against the people have no place in the future of this country."

RELEASE No. 20071224-02

U.S. Soldiers detain suspected insurgent south of Baghdad
Multi-National Division - Center PAO

BAGHDAD - Soldiers from Troop A, 3rd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, detained one suspected insurgent in a night raid just south of a local shopping area known as "Four Corners," in Nahrwan, Iraq, Dec. 19.

According to Sgt. 1st Class James Mattwig, from Ashtabula, Ohio, a platoon sergeant in Troop A, a local resident called the troop with information that a known insurgent was seen visiting his cousin for the Muslim holiday Eid al-Adha.

"Once we got the call, we got a platoon together and prepared to capture the individual at his cousin's house," Mattwig said.

Mattwig explained the targeted suspected insurgent ran from the house; however, Troop A Soldiers detained another known insurgent.

"Although we didn't get the individual we were after, we didn't fail," he said. "We cleared three houses and found another guy on the squadron's top 10 list."

"The tip leading to the capture of the suspected insurgent is a demonstration of trust between 3-1 Cav. Regt. Soldiers and local residents," said Capt. Troy Thomas, commander of Troop A, from Litchfield, Minn.

Troop A, 3-1 Cav. Regt. is assigned to the 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, and has been deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom since March.
