    When I viewed two videos of Stand Up For America's counter demonstration, I discovered that Andy Choudary did not show up in front of the White House. I saw a small group of Christians and about half as many Muslims with one of the latter caterwauling in Arabic.  Now, through the news feed at Facebook, I discovered that the grand demonstration has been postponed indefinitely.

    Choudary blames 'media distortion' of his message for the delay. Then he launches into a long screed, condemning our nation and way of life, offering to substitute a combination of Islam & Socialism as the solution. 

    Choderhead declares that Shari'ah is about "enjoining good" & "forbidding wrong".  Who can argue with that concept?  The problem is  is in the definition of terms.  In their minds, anything that ain't Islam is wrong. 

    A marquee runs along the top of  Shariah4America, with blurbs for three articles. The third article is particularly insulting to the logical mind.

The Islamic Punishment for Paedophiles

Probably one of the most wicked and disturbing acts conceivable to the human mind, paedophilia ranks high on the list of crimes worthy of severe punishment – not so in America, it seems.

Unfortunately, with a US constitution so dogged in the false creed that is freedom, it appears that even paedophilia can find solace in a society that virulently promotes perversion and indecency. Organisations such as NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love Association), which seek to legalise this vile act demonstrate clearly the severity of the situation at hand as well as the need America has for a divine solution.

The Islamic constitution or Shari’ah, mete out rules and regulations sourced directly from divine revelation and as such compliment the natural disposition of human beings perfectly; indeed those who have not been polluted by the false traditions and customs of their society will undoubtedly find the Shari’ah very agreeable, and it is because of this very reason that we find Islam is the fastest growing religion on earth.

The Islamic punishment for paedophilia not only eradicates this savage behaviour from society, but also provides a feeling that real justice has been delivered, particularly for close relatives of innocent children cruelly subjected to this criminal act.

So what is the punishment, you may ask? If an individual is found guilty of paedophilia in Islam, then he or she will be impaled on a sharp spike, known in Arabic as the Kashabah, and left until death overcomes them; the Kashabah, is also typically placed on public display as a vivid warning to all those wishing to engage in this loathsome act.

As part of the Shariah4America campaign, we propose that the Washington Monument be used as a fitting mechanism to execute this very just punishment.

So ask yourself, would you rather a paedophile receive free healthcare, accommodation and food in California’s Coalinga Mental Hospital or does the Islamic verdict on the matter sound much more reasonable?

    There is something you need to know; something few others will reveal to you. Because I do not give a damn who is offended, I will reveal it, making the fatal facts of Islam easy for the incredulous reader to verify.   We turn first to Allah's word, with critical phrases highlighted for clarity.  This is the Hilali & Khan translation, which includes parenthetical expressions supplied from tafsir by the translators.

65:4. And those of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them the 'Iddah (prescribed period), if you have doubts (about their periods), is three months, and for those who have no courses [(i.e. they are still immature) their 'Iddah (prescribed period) is three months likewise, except in case of death] . And for those who are pregnant (whether they are divorced or their husbands are dead), their 'Iddah (prescribed period) is until they deliver (their burdens), and whosoever fears Allâh and keeps his duty to Him, He will make his matter easy for him.

Of course, that translation is widely considered to be polemical and non-standard, so lets consult another; that of Aisha Bewley, a convert to Islam.

In the case of those of your wives who are past the age of menstruation, if you have any doubt, their ‘idda should be three months, and that also applies to those who have not yet menstruated.     Why does Allah make provision for a post divorce waiting period for pre-pubescent girls?   Its Shari'ah, stupid!  What Moe said while speaking for Allah and what he did is the law.  Lets consult the all purpose handbook of Shari'ah: Reliance of the Traveller, Book N (Divorce)

Chapter N9.0: A Woman's Postmarital Waiting Period (`Idda)

(O: Meaning the period in which a woman waits (N: before she may remarry) to verify that she is not pregnant, or out of mourning for her deceased husband.)

(N: If the waiting period finishes after a once-or twice-pronounced divorce, the wife is free to marry another man or to remarry the husband with a new contract-returning to the latter with the number of times left (one or two) needed to enact a threefold, finalized divorce (dis: n7.7); while if the waiting period of a less-than-thrice-pronounced divorce has not yet expired, the husband may take her back (def: n7) without a new contract.)

(n: The husband's obligation to support her during the waiting period is discussed at m11.10 above.)

N9.1

There is no waiting period for a woman divorced before having had sexual intercourse with her husband.

N9.2

A waiting period is obligatory for a woman divorced after intercourse, whether the husband and wife are prepubescent, have reached puberty, or one has and the other has not.

Intercourse means copulation (def: n7.7).  If the husband was alone with her but did not copulate with her, and then divorced her, there is no waiting period.

    Islamic law anticipates the consummation of marriage with pre-pubescent girls!  Is that not pedophilia?  Lets delve a little deeper, this time into Book M (Marriage).

M3.13: Guardians Who May Marry a Virgin to a Man Without Her Consent

Guardians are of two types, those who may compel their female charges to marry someone, and those who may not.

-1- The only guardians who may compel their charge to marry are a virgin bride's father or father's father, compel meaning to marry her to a suitable match (def: m4) without her consent.

-2- Those who may not compel her are not entitled to marry her to someone unless she accepts and gives her permission.

Whenever the bride is a virgin, the father or father's father may marry her to someone without her permission, though it is recommended to ask her permission if she has reached puberty. A virgin's silence is considered as permission.

As for the nonvirgin of sound mind, no one may marry her to another after she has reached puberty without her express permission, no matter whether the guardian is the father, father's father, or someone else.

    A Muslim  can compel his virgin daughter to marry whomever he chooses, but if she has reached puberty, it is recommended to ask her assent!  Let that sink in for a moment. That is an integral part of the Islamic Law Muslims want to impose upon us.

    Who the Hell would marry a pre-pubescent girl?   Who indeed!

Sahih Bukhari volume 7, Book 62, Number 64:

Narrated 'Aisha:

that the Prophet married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death).

That hadith comes from the most authentic of the six canonical collections.  It is mutawir, that is, backed up by other narrations.

Hillary's Freudian Slip?

    The first paragraph of this excerpt from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's address to the opening of the UNHRC should raise some concern. I have highlighted the last two sentences of that paragraph.  It appears that she conceives of the HRC as a country instead of a council.  Even the United Nations is not a nation, a sovereign entity. The footnote does not help.  If she did not intend to expand the HRC or its parent organization into a sovereign entity, then the footnote should have corrected the slip.

    The paragraph begins with the first sign of insanity: assertion of a possibility of improving a failed institution whose majority bloc is fundamentally opposed to the council's mission.  Any sane person would know that there is no possibility that one out of 47 members of the council could move it onto the right track. 

    A few paragraphs later, Hillary launches into a sore subject: the annual ritual of condemning 'defamation of Islam'.  She pretends opposition to the ritual & resolution, but we know from the "Freedom of Belief and Expression" jointly sponsored by the State Department and Egypt, that Obomination actually favors censorship.   The transparently false distinction between 'defamation of Islam' and 'negative stereotyping of Islam' stinks like an open sewer.

    Insults?  Stating the fact that Islam's 52 year old founder married the six year old daughter of his bosom buddy, as recorded in muttawir ahadith, is not an insult, it is a statement of historical fact, as is his consummation of that marriage three years later, when Aisha was nine.

    Stating the fact that Islam declared and is prosecuting perpetual warfare against the rest of the human race is not an insult, it is a statement of fact. Since the Qur'an has been translated into multiple languages and posted on the internet, it is possible for us to read it and discover the truth for ourselves.

    Stating the fact that terrorism is an intrinsic, foundational sacrament of Islam is not an insult, it is a statement of fact.  The six canonical hadith collections, like the Qur'an, have been translated and uploaded so that we can  learn that Moe was made victorious by terror. The fatal facts become clear  when certain Qur'an verses are read in the light of Sahih Bukhari 4.52.220 and 1.7.331.  Those are 3:151, 8:12, 8:57, 8:60, 9:120,  33:26, 59:2 & 59:13. Yet the resolutions complain that "Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with terrorism and human rights violations.".

    So Hillary proposes replacing the resolutions with "concrete steps to fight intolerance".  Would she tolerate vampires if they were real instead of mythological?  But she insists that we tolerate the continued existence and expansion of a piracy cult which has murdered an estimated 270,000,000 people since it began its depredations in 622.

    Why  would any sane person tolerate a piracy cult that asserts a divine mandate to conquer the entire world;  declaring the lives and property of non-believers  not to be sacred?  They declare open season on us and we are supposed to tolerate it.  Someone's  head is so far up her anus that she can  perceive neither objective factual reality nor justice. 

    Respect & tolerance must be reciprocal, but Islam is supremely intolerant.  The Qur'an curses us and calls us the worst of living creatures. Islam can not tolerate criticism or questioning because it is false, woven of stories plagiarized from previous faiths. 

    Islam's Shari'ah law prescribes the death penalty for any negative expression about Allah, Moe and their damned cult. The same draconian rule is imposed on conquered Christians.  This annual attempt to impose their rule on us is part of their program of world conquest. We must elect a President who will jam it up their snouts!

The site sports some articles which may help you to comprehend the full import of this abominable movement. In case you have not guessed, this is an extension of the bloody revolt inflaming the middle east at the present time.  They want to include America in the bloodbath & aftermath: slavery in an Islamic theocracy.

    I did not find any clear sign that the site is a joke or parody. It bears every evidence of being a sincere attempt to foment Islamic revolution. As such, it is clearly seditious and stands as due and timely notice of the absolute necessity of removing Islam's fifth column from our shores.

Chapter O16.0: The Penalty for Drinking

O16.1

Any beverage that intoxicates when taken in large quantities is unlawful both in small and large quantities, is unlawful both is small and large quantities.whether it is wine, (A: fermented) raisin drink, or something else.

O16.2

The penalty for drinking is obligatorily enforced against anyone who:

(a) drinks;

(b) has reached puberty;

(c) is sane;

(d) is Muslim;

(e) does so voluntarily;

(f) and knows it is unlawful (A: the restrictions mentioned above (o12.4) about the ignorance of the prohibition of adultery also applying here).

O16.3

The penalty for drinking is to be scourged forty stripes, with hands, sandals, and ends of clothes. It may be administered with a whip, but if the offender dies, an indemnity (def: o4.4) is due (A: from the scourger) for his death. If the caliph (def: o25) increases the penalty to eighty stripes, it is legally valid, but if the offender dies from the increase, the caliph must pay an adjusted indemnity, such that if he is given forty-one stripes and dies, the caliph must pay 1/41 of a full indemnity.

    Shari'ah says women and Christians are worth less than Muslims; yeah, right, thats the ticket.

(A: For the rulings below, one multiplies the fraction named by the indemnity appropriate to the death or injury's type of intentionality and other relevant circumstances that determine the amount of a male Muslim's indemnity (def: o4.2-6 and o4.13). )

The indemnity for the death or injury of a woman is one-half the indemnity paid for a man.

The indemnity paid for a Jew or Christian is one-third of the indemnity paid for a Muslim. The indemnity paid of a Zoroastrian is one-fifteenth of that a Muslim.

Piracy: A Token of Islamic Arrogance

The Somalian capture of the QUEST followed by the murder of its crew and passengers has been in the news but has it been properly analyzed and answered?   This CBS News article has some interesting quotes.

    `A pirate had this to say about killing hostages:   "now become part of our rules," Murder is one of their objectives, a higher priority than collecting ransom.

"From now on, anyone who tries to rescue the hostages in our hands will only collect dead bodies," he said. "It will never ever happen that hostages are rescued and we are hauled to prison."

    After the recent conviction of one pirate, they said this:

"If they still want a solution and safety for their citizens in the oceans, let them release our men they arrested."

    Those two obnoxious statements stand alone as light posts to guide the policy of a proud and powerful nation which the U.S.A. once was.  Consider these elements:

• release of convicts.

    At one time, we had a half assed President, who swore we would never negotiate with terrorists. Of course, he violated that oath, with horrific consequences.  His successors in office failed to learn from his experience. At the time of the murders, two pirates were aboard our naval vessel to negotiate ransom payment. 

    Rational citizens can only curse and condemn any and every attempt to negotiate with hostage takers.  Rewarding evil invites more evil.  Piracy can not be stopped by escalating rewards, it can only be stopped by an ocean of pirate's blood. 

    After decades of beeding our treasury with tribute payments, President Jefferson finally wised up and sent the Marines to Tripoli so that piracy was reduced for a season.  Now, because of the profligate insanity of his successors in office, piracy is resurgent.

After the death of Caliph Abu Bakr, Caliph Umar sent the Muslim army "to the great countries to fight the pagans".  When they met the Persians, they asked who they were. Their answer speaks volumes; nobody is listening. [Sahih Bukhari 4.53.386]

Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute)¹; and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:-- "Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen^2,3, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master."

   
    More than 1000 years later, T. Jefferson & J.Q. Adams  asked an Ambassador from Tripoli by what right they attacked our shipping. His answer is obviously based on the same source as the Muslim general's.

    Jefferson subsequently took the first step toward solving the problem, but left it there, and his successors ignored it.  Now we are back in the same old trap because nobody learned from history. 

    There is a group of people who believe that they have a divine commission to conquer the world; that they will be richly rewarded if they pursue the mission and condemned to the fire if they shirk it.  Why do they believe that? 

9:38. O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked to march forth in the Cause of Allâh (i.e. Jihâd) you cling heavily to the earth? Are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared with the Hereafter.

9:39. If you march not forth, He will punish you with a painful torment and will replace you by another people, and you cannot harm Him at all, and Allâh is Able to do all things.

61:10. O You who believe! Shall I guide you to a commerce that will save you from a painful torment.

61:11.  That you believe in Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad), and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allâh with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know!

61:12. (If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwelling in Gardens of 'Adn ­ Eternity ['Adn (Edn) Paradise], that is indeed the great success.

    If you want to make international waters safe for recreational sailing and commercial shipping, then you must either destroy the faith of the Muslims or usher them into Hell.  There are no other solutions.  Which will it be?  Will you show them that Allah is an impotent idol whose promises & threats are vain
or will you nuke them?   Nuking them is probably the most efficient way to destroy their faith. 

    Nobody in power, particularly not the Muslim occupying the White House, is willing to nuke Somalia.   Mark Levin suggesting anchoring a battleship off the coast and shelling the pirate's bases of operation to smithereens.  That is a great idea, but our battleships were decommissioned.   So lets make a good start: drop a Daisy Cutter on each and every one of those coastal villages.

    Announce to the world that anyone who objects can have a taste of the same treatment. Tell them that Islam is going back to Hell, with or without their consent. 

    When pirates are captured, slit their throats and throw them overboard to feed the sharks. They do not deserve trials; they are not entitled to the rights, privileges & immunities of U.S. citizens.  While in captivity, they are bait, an inducement to take more hostages.  Send them to Hell and be done with them.

    When ships are captured, the crews and passengers are dead already, according to the latest pronouncements.  Hold their funerals, pay off on their insurance policies and sink those vessels in place.  Then obliterate another Somalian village or two.

    The only way such common sense policies will be enacted is if we rise up as one disrespectfully demanding them with  a loud voice.  Copy this blog post, paste it into an email or fax and send it to your Congressmen & Senators.  Tell them that their re-election depends on their signatures and votes on Congressional resolutions calling for the death of pirates, sinking of vessels and obliteration of pirate nests.  If not us, who? If not now, when?? 

White House Shari'ah Rally: What Do They Want?

I learned from a Daily Mail article that three infamous British Muslims have been asked to address a pro Shari'ah rally at the White House March 3, 2011. The event is sponsored by the International Institute of Islamic Thought.   If we had rational and patriotic leaders in power, Anjem Choudary, Abu Izzadeen and Sayful Islam would be denied visas.

    The theme of the rally is supposed to be exhortation to rise up and impose Shari'ah on America. Literally the "path to life giving waters", Shari'ah is a codification of the laws laid down in the Qur'an & hadith. 

    The Sunnis comprise the majority of Muslims and the Shafi'ite school of jurisprudence is the most widely accepted of the Sunni schools. Its handbook of fiqh is Reliance of the Traveller and Guide to the Faithful.

    I have included images from a pdf file scanned from Reliance of the Traveller. Click them to view full sized images. Lest you doubt the authenticity of the text, I included two certifications of authenticity, from al-Azhar & IIIT. 

    Reliance is divided into topical books. Book o treats of "Justice"; chapter 9 treats the law of jihad, beginning with a definition:

09.0 JIHAD
(0: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims,
and is etymologically derived from the word
mujahada, signifying warfare to establish the
religion.[...]

The text cites several verses of the Qur'an and hadith to back that up.  o9.1 discusses the communal obligation of waging war against infidels, which is "meaning upon the Muslims each year"  Islamic law requires a minimum of one military expedition against infidels in every year. 

    O9.8 reveals the practical application of that communal obligation.

o9.8 Thc caliph (025) makes war upon Jews,
Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has
first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice,
and if they will not, then invited them to
enter the social order of Islam by paying the nonMuslim

The text continues with the scriptural basis of the ruling, which is 9:29.  Note the similarity of expression used by J.M. Rodwell.

Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been given as believe not in God, or in the last day, and who forbid not that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they be humbled.

    O9.9 follows up with warfare against pagans.

09.9 The caliph fights all other peoples until
they become Muslim (0: because they are not a
people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are
not permited to settle with paying the poll tax...

Imam Faisal Abdul Rauf and other advocates of Shari'ah won't tell you about those provisions, why not? 

    There are important considerations other than violence. The concept of equality is one of them.  Consider what chapter 24 says about testimony.

024.2 Legal testimony is only acceptable from a
witness who:
(a) is free;
(b) is fully legally responsible (mukallaf, def:
c8.1) (0: as testimony is not accepted from a child
or insane person, even when the child's testimony
regards injuries among ehildren that oeeurred at
play);
(e) is able to speak;
(d) is mentally awake;
(e) is religious (0: meaning upright (024.4)
(A: and Muslim), for Allah Most High says,
"Let those of rectitude among you testify"
(Koran 65:2),
and unbelief is the vilest form of corruption, as
goes without saying);

If you ain't Muslim, you can't be a witness!  Let that sink in for a moment. Read it again.  What do you think about Shari'ah now?  The testimony of a man is worth that of two women.

024.7 The testimony of the following is legally
acceptable when it concerns cases involving property,
or transactions dealing with property, such
as sales:
(1) two men;
(2) two women and a man;
(3) or a male witness together with the oath
of the plaintiff.

Why is the feminist movement silent about this?

    In England and some American states, there is pressure for application of Shari'ah to domestic matters; family disputes.  The laws concerning marriage are laid out in book m.  I will raise one quote from that book, containing a concept which will cause any rational and compassionate person to reject Shari'ah.

GUARDIANS WHO MAY MARRY A VIRGIN
TO A MAN WITHOUT HER CONSENT
m3.13 Guardians are of two types, those who
may compel their female charges to marry someone,
and those who may not.
(1) The only guardians who may compel
their charge to marry are a virgin bride's father or
father's father, compel meaning to marry her to a
suitable match (def: m4) without her consent.
(2) Those who may not compel her are not
entitled to marry her to someone unless she
accepts and gives her permission.
Whenever the bride is a virgin, the father or
father's father may marry her to someone without
her permission, though it is recommended to ask
her permission if she has reached puberty. A virgin's
silence is considered as permission.
As for the nonvirgin of sound mind, no one
may marry her to another after she has reached
puberty without her express permission, no matter
whether the guardian is the father, father's
father, or someone else.

Let that sink in for a moment.  Read it again. Do you want Shari'ah to be applied here?  Why/why not??

    Divorce is one of the more important family law matters. Under Shari'ah, a husband need only declare divorce three times to give it legal effect.

n1.3 The person conducting the divorce may
effect it himself or commission another (def:
k17.5-6) to do so, even if the person commissioned
is a woman.
The person commissioned may effect the
divorce at any time (0: provided the one who
commissions him does not cancel the commission
before the divorce takes place (dis: k17.16»,
though when a husband tells his wife. "Divorce
yourself," then if she immediately says, "I divorce
myself," she is divorced, but if she delays, she is
not divorced unless the husband has said, "Divorce
yourself whenever you wish."

divorce (0: because of the word of Allah Most

"Divorce is two times, then retain with kindness
or graciously release" (Koran 2:229),
and when the Prophet (Allah bless him and give
him peace) was asked about the third time, he
said,

release' ").

N2.2 Divorce

    Reliance is not the only handbook of Islamic law, though it is the most popular. Others are generally less detailed in some matters. Al-Hedaya is not as easy to read but it explains the differences between Shafi'ite and Hanifi fiqh. 

    For the Maliki fiqh on jihad, turn to chapter 30 of Risala, which offers less detail than Reliance.  The Hanifi fiqh of jihad is in  al-Hedaya, Vol. II, Book IX, Chapter 1.

    The fiqh of wudu & prayer tends to be arcane, nonsensical and harmless to us. But the Islamic law regarding war is totally unacceptable, as is the inequality of women and religious minorities.  The concepts of arbitrary divorce & forced marriage are so repugnant as to compel vigorous objection to imposition of Shari'ah. 

    Let us therefore rise up as one with a loud voice shouting HELL NO!!! to those who demand imposition of Islamic law.  Let us support the state legislation designed to ban it and make demands for national legislation to prevent the imposition of Shari'ah in the federal courts. 

Hector Aleem Update 02-16-11

This latest report on the persecution of Hector Aleem provides an reason to remind you of the Freedom House report on Blasphemy Laws.  Hector's case is covered on page 83 of the report.

    This is not a light, trifling or transient matter. Imagine being thrown into prison on trumped up charges, beaten, tortured, denied justice and falsely convicted.  Imagine being dragged into court through a mob chanting for your head.   That is what happens where Allah's writ runs and Muslims are dominant. 

    How is a family to survive when the breadwinner is imprisoned and all are threatened with impending mob violence so that they can not continue to pursue work or education?  This is what happens to minorities under persecution by an arrogant, intolerant majority.

As we told you that Hector Aleem was sentenced but when asked for the decision we came to know that the judge has not ordered a written order. So we continuously asked for the decision copy because we had to appeal against the decision but we did not get it. Now we came to know that the judge is being investigated for not writing the decision early. So I hope we will get the copy, as soon as we get it we will post it here.

Iranium: Watch it Now!

Sean Hannity's tv show features Iranium tonight.  The documentary has a run time of 56 minutes. I doubt that Sean will show the entire documentary in his one hour program because of commercials. 

    The documentary can be viewed free on line at the link provided above for a limited time. After viewing it, I urge you to view it and tell your friends, family and associates about it.

    It is likely that you have been exposed to many of the quotes featured in the documentary, such as the infamous Rafsanjani quote about the duty to obtain and use nuclear weapons. You probably sloughed them off.  But when they are assembled and presented as they are in Iranium, they can not be so easily dismissed. 

    Iranium features statements by Woolsey, Bolton, Gaffney and other qualified security experts who bring great clarity to the issues brought forth.  Taken together, the statements of Ahmadinejad, Rafsanjani & others are a red flag which should warn the world of impending danger.  They are determined & persistent, they will not cease from reaching for weapons of mass destruction and will not shrink from applying them in their quest for world domination.

Tom Trento Exposes the Muslim Brotherhood

Tom Trento of the Florida Security Council has a new video documenting recent attitudes & actions of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood and a PEW poll whose results might open your eyes. 

    The Brotherhood's founder, Hassan  al-Banna, wrote five tracts, one of them, On Jihad, will help to clue you in.  It quotes the Qur'an, hadith and various scholars.  Another Ikhwan member, Abdullah Azzam, wrote Join The Caravan,

    A wise man wrote these words: "Its Islam, stupid!".  Examine the two books cited above. Why do the quote the Qur'an & hadith?  Hamas is the Falestinian branch of al-Ikhwan. Its charter exposes the fatal fact in Art. 8.

Article Eight:

Allah is its target, the Prophet is its model, the Koran its constitution: Jihad is its path and death for the sake of Allah is the loftiest of its wishes.

That slogan establishes the identity; as the wise man wrote, "Its Islam, stupid!".  Please give this video your undivided attention for a few minutes.

Geert Wilders Defines the Issues: Free Speech & Civilization

Bare Naked Islam posted a video clip of Geert Wilders addressing the judicial panel of his retrial.  The video is in Dutch with English sub titles. 

    In this speech, Wilders asserts that the light of Western Civilization is being snuffed out by Islamization.  He also drives home the issue of freedom of expression.

"The lights are going out slowly all over Europe.  All over the continent where our culture flourished and where man created freedom, prosperity and civilization.  the foundation of the West is under attack everywhere.

    All over Europe the elites are acting as the protectors of an ideology that has been bent on destroying us four fourteen centuries.  An ideology that has sprung from the desert and that can produce only deserts because it does not give people freedom.

    The Islamic Mozart, the Islamic Gerard Reve, the Islamic Bill Gates; they do not exist because without freedom there is no creativity.

    With everything in me I believe the ideology of Islam is especially noted for killing and oppression and  can only produce societies that are b ackwaqrd and impoverished.

     Surprisingly, the elites do not want to hear any criticism of this ideology. My trial is not an isolated incident.  Only fools believe it is.  All over Europe multicultural elites are waging total war against their populations.Their goal is to continue the strategy of mass immigration, which will ultimately result in an Islamic Europe - a Europe without freedom: Eurabia.

My opinion is that Wilders is more relaxed and fluent in the retrial than he was in the first round.  He appears to sense impending victory. I suspect that he may have had some coaching.  This trial is likely to make history no matter what the outcome.

Why I Must Reject Rep. Allen West

An old friend of my father had a great sense of humor and was skillful in telling even the most lengthy and complex complex jokes.  His business card was short and to the point, including a profanity which I will omit. " If you are going to say no, say it now before I waste my ... time on you."

    Last week I said yes,  joining a Facebook page which supports Representative Allen West for President. Since then I received information which compels me to revoke the sale and say no.

    I will not support Rep. West for the nomination, nor will I vote for him if he is nominated for President. I demand honesty and consistency in my candidates. I can not tolerate pandering to prejudice and bigotry.

    I have seen and heard previous statements by West in which he related the truth with clarity and conviction. I was ready to support him based on that.  Others had a different reaction and several of them set a letter of complaint. West's reaction to that letter, revealed by the Miami herald,  turned me off.

    West responded to two Rabis and two preachers representing a LefTard group  with a letter which included the following disgusting expressions of pandering cowardice.

Let me start off by clarifying my position as it pertains to the Islamic faith.   I am neither anti-Muslim nor anti-lslam.   l respect every religion, and the Constitutionally·protected right to practice that faith in a peaceful manner.

In a town hall meeting that I held in Boynton Beach, Florida on Monday, January 31, 2011, Nezar Hamze, Executive Director of the South Florida chapter of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), asked me a question about my stance on Islam.

1 told Mr. Hamze  --    in a room full ofapproxinately 400 constituents - that "I will always defend your right to practice a free religion under the First Amendment.''  I want you to know that 1 will always support religious freedom practiced in a way that is peaceful for all Americans.  Throughout my more than 22 year career in the U„S„  Army and working for the government, including 43 months serving in the Middle East, I worked with and befriended many who practice the Islamic faith, and have known these people to be peaceful, patriotic Americans.

Let me be clear.   It is the extremist, radical element that has hijacked Islam that presents a dangerous threat to both our country and our allies throughout the world.  This radical jihadist movement has no place in the United States of America or anywhere on earth.  I've seen firsthand the vicious hatred that stems their radical interpretation of the Koran, and I condemn it fully.

 

I am neither anti-Muslim nor anti-lslam

    If any seeker or holder of high office is not against Islam, then I am against him.  Once you know what it is, you must be opposed to it if you have any morality.

l respect every religion

    Islam is not a religion, it is a way of life: intra-species predation. Respect is given where respect is due, Islam is not owed any.

    Islam's faith component serves as a troop motivator and camouflage. It promises Muslims eternity in a celestial bordello if they wage jihad and threatens them with eternal torment in the fire if they refuse.  If it is a religion, it must be peaceful and beneficent.

    War is a required part of Islam, ordained by 2:216. It is not like "cafeteria Catholicism" it is all or nothing: ..."Then do you believe in a part of the Scripture and reject the rest? "...2:85.  Islamic law requires a minimum of one military expedition against disbelivers in every year, if it is not performed when possible, all who know of the obligation are in sin.

    Islam is slavery, not freedom. Believers are Allah's slaves, purchased to fight his wars; 9:111. Is there a right to engage in world conquest?  In 8:39, Allah orders Muslims to fight until only Allah is worshiped, "alltogether and everywhere".  3:110 tells Muslims that they are "the best of peoples". Bukhari's collection  of authentic hadith informs us that the expression means: "the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam."

    Islamic law informs us that when women and children are captured by Muslims, "they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman's previous marriage is immediately annulled".

    Is there a right to rape?  The hadith also inform us that Moe gave tacit approval to the practice of raping captives and the Noble Qur'an has seven references to "right hands possess".

    Religious freedom is for legitimate religions, not crime syndicates. Islam's mission is mercenary and its method is martial.  Islam does not reciprocate, it demands a monopoly.

    The Qur'an contains eight verses which prohibit friendship with disbelievers. Tafsir Ibn Kathir sheds some light on this issue in "The Prohibition of Supporting the Disbelievers"; "We smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them.'' .

Thereafter none in Arabia and Ajam (Iran) shall dare cast an evil eye on you. But the rights of Allah and His Prophet can at no time be waived.

If you do not accept these terms and set them aside, I do not need your presents and gifts. In that case, I shall have to wage war (to establish peace and security). Its result would be that the big ones shall be killed in war and the commoners shall be taken prisoners.

I assure you that I am a true Prophet of Allah. I believe in Allah, and His Books, and His Prophets and am of the faith that Maseeh (Messiah) son of Mariam (Mary), is a Prophet of Allah and His word.

Hurmala (Raziallah AnhoA.) who brought to me 3 wasaq (about 6 quintals) of barley, recommended your case. Had it not been in compliance of the command of Allah and the good opinion of Hurmala for you, it would not have been necessary for me to correspond with you and instead of it, there would have been a war. If you will obey my messengers, you shall immediately have my support and the help and support of everyone who is attached to me.

My messengers are Shuraih-beel, Obaiy, Hurmala and Hurais (Raziallah AnhoA.) and whatever decision they take in respect of you, shall be acceptable to me.

Your people are under the protection and responsibility of Allah and His Prophet.

Supply provisions to the Jews of Maqna, for their journey to their country.

If you accept obedience, may peace be on you.'
