This Blog Is Moving

Greetings. After this weekend, this Take Our Country Back Blog will be moving to the new web site. Too many conservatives are getting zapped by the intolerant dweebs of the Obama Goons and seeing that this editing platform is a free site, Blogger can do pretty much what it feels like doing. Hence, I now have a paid site and will be migrating the last 1400+ posts shortly.

So, one day, you just may click this page somewhere and it will show up as "private". It has been fun but the intolerant Czarbie Goon Squads are brain dead idiots. They can come play at the new site which I OWN outright.

Obamination: Treachery at the U.N.; Global Economy~Exporting Jobs

Quotes are taken from a transcript of President Obama's remarks to the General Assembly, published by the New York Times. [Emphasis added.]

And this leads me to the final pillar that must fortify our future: a global economy that advances opportunity for all people.
Does anyone recall the one export the Democrats & their willing accomplices in the mass media were complaining about in the last decade? What was it? Oh, thats it, good jobs. We were exporting good jobs, leaving hard working Americans unemployed or under employed. About twenty years ago I spent several weeks as a Temp., making wiring harnesses for G.M. vehicles. When the job was finished, the machines were packed up and shipped to Mexico. Michigan jobs were exported.

President Obama is a Marxist, he believes in redistribution in a zero sum game, not "growing the pie". Mexicans, Africans & Asians want jobs. Will yours be one of the jobs he exports?
The world is still recovering from the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. In America, we see the engine of growth beginning to churn, and yet many still struggle to find a job or pay their bills. Across the globe, we find promising signs, but little certainty about what lies ahead. And far too many people in far too many places live through the daily crises that challenge our humanity -- the despair of an empty stomach; the thirst brought on by dwindling water supplies; the injustice of a child dying from a treatable disease; or a mother losing her life as she gives birth.
Translation: people are suffering in third world countries wracked by war, corruption & mis-management. You must be made to suffer more in order to give them a false promise of relief. That child dying in Kenya has a right to the drugs & medical treatment required to save his life; you have an obligation to pay for that treatment, his food, clothing, shelter and education. That twelve year old mother dying because they sewed her birth canal shut resulting in permanent injury, has a right to the services of a surgeon; you have an obligation to pay for it, including the hospital and to feed, clothe and shelter her baby and the ten more she will produce in the next decade. Perhaps some of her progeny will come here to perform their Jihad when they grow up.
In Pittsburgh, we will work with the world's largest economies to chart a course for growth that is balanced and sustained. That means vigilance to ensure that we do not let up until our people are back to work. That means taking steps to rekindle demand so that global recovery can be sustained. And that means setting new rules of the road and strengthening regulation for all financial centers, so that we put an end to the greed and the excess and the abuse that led us into this disaster, and prevent a crisis like this from ever happening again.
Growth: More people, producing, exchanging and consuming more. "Rekindle demand"? While many economists complain that we spend too much and save too little, our President wants to increase consumption so that people can return to work. Investment is required to put them back to work, and investment must come from surplus or delayed consumption. Catch 22!

Greed, excess & abuse? Could that relate to what went on at Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae? Of course not! It must refer to the greedy Wall Street bankers, the crooks in Washington had nothing to do with the housing bubble. Yeah, right.
At a time of such interdependence, we have a moral and pragmatic interest, however, in broader questions of development -- the questions of development that existed even before this crisis happened. And so America will continue our historic effort to help people feed themselves. We have set aside $63 billion to carry forward the fight against HIV/AIDS, to end deaths from tuberculosis and malaria, to eradicate polio, and to strengthen public health systems. We are joining with other countries to contribute H1N1 vaccines to the World Health Organization. We will integrate more economies into a system of global trade. We will support the Millennium Development Goals, and approach next year's summit with a global plan to make them a reality. And we will set our sights on the eradication of extreme poverty in our time.
If you will reduce the death rate, you will increase the population. How will you feed all those people? How will you provide the infrastructure they need? You are going to develop their economies, which translates to industrialization. That translates to their exporting goods for our consumption. That translates to fewer American jobs. That translates to a higher tax burden imposed on a smaller number of tax payers. And how about the CO2 produced by their growing economies? How will that affect the global warming crisis?
Now is the time for all of us to do our part. Growth will not be sustained or shared unless all nations embrace their responsibilities. And that means that wealthy nations must open their markets to more goods and extend a hand to those with less, while reforming international institutions to give more nations a greater voice. And developing nations must root out the corruption that is an obstacle to progress -- for opportunity cannot thrive where individuals are oppressed and business have to pay bribes. That is why we support honest police and independent judges; civil society and a vibrant private sector. Our goal is simple: a global economy in which growth is sustained, and opportunity is available to all.
While he shrinks the private sector at home, he talks about growing it elsewhere. Can you read between the lines? While he talks about reducing corruption abroad, he increases it at home.
I believe that the people of the world want this future for their children. And that is why we must champion those principles which ensure that governments reflect the will of the people.
Consider the difference between form and content. Our founders did, that is why they diluted democracy with multiple layers of representatives. Republicanism and limited government were designed to prevent the excesses of mob rule. Our founders did not want the urgent impulse of the moment to convert our government into an agency of predation.

If the people are peaceful, diligent, productive and honest, government reflecting their will can be harmless. But if the people are aggressive, lustful after plunder and swift to shed blood, government reflecting thiner will can be a most malignant institution.

Did Imperial Japan reflect the will of its people or contravene it? Did the Third Reich reflect the Volk or contravene them?
These principles cannot be afterthoughts -- democracy and human rights are essential to achieving each of the goals that I've discussed today, because governments of the people and by the people are more likely to act in the broader interests of their own people, rather than narrow interests of those in power.
Limited, constitutional government is more essential, secondary only to widespread morality & virtue among the populace. If the people are interested in pillaging, plundering and enslaving others and their leaders are interested in expanding their domains and building empires, democracy will not prevent them from pursuing those interests.
The test of our leadership will not be the degree to which we feed the fears and old hatreds of our people. True leadership will not be measured by the ability to muzzle dissent, or to intimidate and harass political opponents at home. The people of the world want change. They will not long tolerate those who are on the wrong side of history.
The President whose minions label domestic dissenters "mobs", "haters", "extremists" & "racists" and feign fear that we are about to riot demonstrated his arrogance with that paragraph. His party seeks to censor their critics by seizing control of radio broadcasting and the Internet. What a hypocrite!
This Assembly's Charter commits each of us -- and I quote -- "to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women." Among those rights is the freedom to speak your mind and worship as you please; the promise of equality of the races, and the opportunity for women and girls to pursue their own potential; the ability of citizens to have a say in how you are governed, and to have confidence in the administration of justice. For just as no nation should be forced to accept the tyranny of another nation, no individual should be forced to accept the tyranny of their own people. (Applause.)
President Obama listed several concepts which are diametrically opposed to the tenets of Islam. If he were sincere, he would be offending the tyrants he seeks to appease.
As an African American, I will never forget that I would not be here today without the steady pursuit of a more perfect union in my country. And that guides my belief that no matter how dark the day may seem, transformative change can be forged by those who choose to side with justice. And I pledge that America will always stand with those who stand up for their dignity and their rights -- for the student who seeks to learn; the voter who demands to be heard; the innocent who longs to be free; the oppressed who yearns to be equal.
Yes sir, you did a fine job of standing up with the Iranian dissidents after their election was stolen and many of them were imprisoned, tortured and murdered for seeking justice. No, instead you dithered and pandered to the tyrant who oppresses and torments those who stand up for their dignity & rights. Hypocrite!
Democracy cannot be imposed on any nation from the outside. Each society must search for its own path, and no path is perfect. Each country will pursue a path rooted in the culture of its people and in its past traditions. And I admit that America has too often been selective in its promotion of democracy. But that does not weaken our commitment; it only reinforces it. There are basic principles that are universal; there are certain truths which are self-evident -- and the United States of America will never waver in our efforts to stand up for the right of people everywhere to determine their own destiny. (Applause.)
After WW2, the victors imposed democratic systems on the vanquished. We turned a monarch into a figurehead. It worked to some degree. Was that a bad thing to do? Who prospered in liberty, East Germany under the regime imposed by Stalinists or West Germany with a system modeled on western democracy?

The people of Afghanistan have an Arabic culture and war cult imposed upon them by invading Arab Muslims centuries ago. Those Arab invaders sought to destroy the indigenous culture and replace it with their own. What would be the harm in undoing what they did?

You declared that people must have human dignity and rights, gender & racial equality and the right to choose their own religion. Later you declared that each society must search for its own path based on their culture and traditions. The two declarations are contradictory because the culture of Islam is inimical to racial & gender equality as well as to freedom of religion. Whats more, you want them to have democracy, but Islam is inimical to democracy because only Allah has the right to rule. Allah's decision must not be questioned.

Liberating the people of Afghanistan & Iraq from tyranny, preventing them from reverting to it, ensuring their rights & dignity and preventing them from engaging in and promoting terrorism requires emancipating them from Allah's yoke of slavery. They can not be Muslim and free. Their governments can not be Muslim and democratic. They can not be Muslim and peaceful. While they are Muslim, we have lost the war, wasting our blood and treasure.
Sixty-five years ago, a weary Franklin Roosevelt spoke to the American people in his fourth and final inaugural address. After years of war, he sought to sum up the lessons that could be drawn from the terrible suffering, the enormous sacrifice that had taken place. "We have learned," he said, "to be citizens of the world, members of the human community."

The world is not a city. It has no sovereign governmental authority; it has no citizens. In another speech, you declared yourself a citizen of the world, very well, then, resign and get elected President of the world, the office you belong in.

The U.S.A. was founded to preserve the rights of minorities, each citizen being a minority of one. We are jealous of our rights, liberties & prosperity and unwilling to subject our selves to be outvoted by a greedy world envious of our prosperity. We will not subject ourselves to their dictates. We will retain the
sovereignty of this nation, our sovereignty; it is not yours to give away!

The United Nations was built by men and women like Roosevelt from every corner of the world -- from Africa and Asia, from Europe to the Americas. These architects of international cooperation had an idealism that was anything but naïve -- it was rooted in the hard-earned lessons of war; rooted in the wisdom that nations could advance their interests by acting together instead of splitting apart.

The tin horn dictators & empire building tyrants have no common interest with those they seek to conquer and enslave. They will rarely cooperate unless they perceive that it will advance their strategic objectives.

Now it falls to us -- for this institution will be what we make of it. The United Nations does extraordinary good around the world -- feeding the hungry, caring for the sick, mending places that have been broken. But it also struggles to enforce its will, and to live up to the ideals of its founding.

The institution was founded in the vain hope of maintaining peace. Where has it make peace? Where has it maintained peace? Where have its peace keepers kept peace? When and where have they been dispatched in good time; in sufficient numbers, with sufficient equipment & resources and practical missions & rules of engagement? Never and no place because the institution operates by consensus and stake holders have veto power.

I believe that those imperfections are not a reason to walk away from this institution -- they are a calling to redouble our efforts. The United Nations can either be a place where we bicker about outdated grievances, or forge common ground; a place where we focus on what drives us apart, or what brings us together; a place where we indulge tyranny, or a source of moral authority.

Did you listen to the other speakers at the opening of the present session? What did they do; did they nurture old and contrived grievances or forge common ground? Common ground is in cemeteries, not in the U.N.

The U.N.H.R.C. is a place where tyranny is indulged and rights eroded. Considering the corruption of its peacekeeping forces and bureaucrats, the U.N. certainly is not a source of moral authority!

By advocating International Socialism you promote the erosion of our rights and destruction of our prosperity. By false assertion of common ground with and mischaracteriztion of our enemy, you indulge tyranny & the terrorism it engages in.

In short, the United Nations can be an institution that is disconnected from what matters in the lives of our citizens, or it can be an indispensable factor in advancing the interests of the people we serve.

We do not want Washington dictating the details of our daily lives; what in Hell makes you think we want Geneva's paws in our pockets??? We want government to protect us from predators, we do not want it acting as their agent! We have enough government, we do not want another layer of it superimposed on us!

We have reached a pivotal moment. The United States stands ready to begin a new chapter of international cooperation -- one that recognizes the rights and responsibilities of all nations. And so, with confidence in our cause, and with a commitment to our values, we call on all nations to join us in building the future that our people so richly deserve.

Obamination:Treachery at the U.N.; Global Malarkey

Quotes are taken from a transcript of President Obama's remarks to the General Assembly, published by the New York Times. [Emphasis added.]

Third, we must recognize that in the 21st century, there will be no peace unless we take responsibility for the preservation of our planet. And I thank the Secretary General for hosting the subject of climate change yesterday.
Those words show us what resonates in the cavity between Obama's ears. "My audience is composed of ignorant, stupid, gullible fools who will take any bait I present to them, hook, line and sinker." War is caused by narcissism: the irrational assumption that one is uniquely predestined to rule or ruin. War is caused by the lust for power. War is caused by greed; the urge to seize wealth from producers rather than become producers. War is of human origin, the evil which grows in the minds of prideful men. CO2 does not cause war, war criminals do.
The danger posed by climate change cannot be denied. Our responsibility to meet it must not be deferred. If we continue down our current course, every member of this Assembly will see irreversible changes within their borders. Our efforts to end conflicts will be eclipsed by wars over refugees and resources. Development will be devastated by drought and famine. Land that human beings have lived on for millennia will disappear. Future generations will look back and wonder why we refused to act; why we failed to pass on -- why we failed to pass on an environment that was worthy of our inheritance.
With that paragraph, Obama paints the false atmosphere of crisis whose purpose is to suspend rational thought and stifle critical debate, greasing the skids for a power grab.
And that is why the days when America dragged its feet on this issue are over. We will move forward with investments to transform our energy economy, while providing incentives to make clean energy the profitable kind of energy. We will press ahead with deep cuts in emissions to reach the goals that we set for 2020, and eventually 2050. We will continue to promote renewable energy and efficiency, and share new technologies with countries around the world. And we will seize every opportunity for progress to address this threat in a cooperative effort with the entire world.
"Investments" ? No! Unjust, usurpations designed to impose grinding poverty and concentrate power in Washington. Investment means allocating surplus funds or deferred consumption to an enterprise which will hopefully yield gain, recognizing its potential for producing a loss instead. If you mortgage your home and suffer deprivations to start a new business, that is investment. When the government doubles your energy bill artificially, that is usurpation, it is not investment.

Obama deals in fantasies, not facts. "Renewable energy" is not a realistic alternative to fossil fuels. How many tons of coal are used to produce electricity each year? How many tons of whatever biomass fantasy will be required to replace that coal? What factors of production will be needed to produce, process, transport and utilize it? Is it possible to produce enough 'alternative' fuels? What are the opportunity costs involved?

How many million gallons of petroleum distillates are used to move people and goods on our highways each year? How much vegetable oil will be needed to replace them? Where will you grow the corn and soy beans? What will be needed to harvest and process them, transport & distribute the finished product? Where will you get the hydrogen for your fantasy fuel cells? Where will you get the electricity to break up water to obtain the hydrogen? Those details have not been worked out, and will not be. The sales pitch is full of horse feathers and snake oil.

Efficiency, another buzz word. Lets reduce the abstraction slightly. The President wants you to replace your existing appliances with new, more efficient appliances which will supposedly use less power. Have you examined the price tags of the super efficient appliances? Can you afford to buy them? Can you make the payments on your existing equipment, scrap it and make the payments on more expensive replacements? Will the anticipated reduction in consumption make the payments? If you use less electricity, you will wind up paying more for each KWH because the utilities have fixed costs to recoup plus the new carbon tax. Your chances of remaining above water are slim indeed in the real world. These are matters requiring cold, iterative calculation, not unreasoning emotion and urgency.

"Share new technologies" translates to subsidize Africa & Asia with tax dollars from your pocket. "Cooperative effort" translates to more tax dollars from your pocket.
And those wealthy nations that did so much damage to the environment in the 20th century must accept our obligation to lead. But responsibility does not end there. While we must acknowledge the need for differentiated responses, any effort to curb carbon emissions must include the fast-growing carbon emitters who can do more to reduce their air pollution without inhibiting growth. And any effort that fails to help the poorest nations both adapt to the problems that climate change have already wrought and help them travel a path of clean development simply will not work.
You see, its the white man's burden. You will be poorer, colder in winter, hotter in summer, in the dark at night, and hobbled & impeded on the way to work. Your standard of living is about to decline substantially.
It's hard to change something as fundamental as how we use energy. I know that. It's even harder to do so in the midst of a global recession. Certainly, it will be tempting to sit back and wait for others to move first. But we cannot make this journey unless we all move forward together. As we head into Copenhagen, let us resolve to focus on what each of us can do for the sake of our common future.
Translation: you are the golden goose, prepare to be sacrificed.

Obamination: Treachery at the U.N.; War Path

Quotes are taken from a transcript of President Obama's remarks to the General Assembly, published by the New York Times. [Emphasis added.]

That brings me to the second pillar for our future: the pursuit of peace.

The United Nations was born of the belief that the people of the world can live their lives, raise their families, and resolve their differences peacefully.

Perhaps they could, if there were no predators. But while there are predators, there will be war unless the prey are united and strong enough to deter the predators. Establishing and maintaining peace with an international institution would require an institution of sufficient power and authority to act effectively against any predator or collection of predators. Such an institution would become a threat to the innocent if it would become a predator itself or ally itself with the predators.

Nobody wanted the UN to become a predator or be manipulated to their disadvantage, so it was set up to act by consensus, with five powers having vetoes. Thus it is impossible for the UN to take decisive, effective action to stop genocidal aggression perpetrated by client states of the wielders of vetoes.

And yet we know that in too many parts of the world, this ideal remains an abstraction -- a distant dream. We can either accept that outcome as inevitable, and tolerate constant and crippling conflict, or we can recognize that the yearning for peace is universal, and reassert our resolve to end conflicts around the world.

At present, the principal threat to peace comes from Islam. The conflict with Islam is existential; Islam demands a total monopoly on faith and practice on a global scale, declaring that "only Allah has the right to be worshiped". The peace Muslims yearn for is the peace pertaining after they have conquered the entire world, when Dar ul-Islam has engulfed Dar ul-Harb. To Islam, justice means rule by Muslims according to Islamic law derived from the Qur'an. Rule by Kufars is deemed to be oppression & injustice which they must eliminate by force.

To us, peace means the absence of war and threat of war. To Islam, it means victory. There is no possibility of resolving existential conflict without making one side extinct. Our choices are final total victory or "constant and crippling conflict".

That effort must begin with an unshakeable determination that the murder of innocent men, women and children will never be tolerated. On this, no one can be -- there can be no dispute.

Define innocent. Islam defines it as Muslim. If you are not Muslim, you are a rebel against Allah, not innocent. As such, you are subject to the hudud listed in 5:33.

The violent extremists who promote conflict by distorting faith have discredited and isolated themselves.

The emphasized clause above is totally false. There are no violent extremists, only believers; faithful, zealous Muslims who obey Allah and emulate Moe. Allah ordained Jihad for Muslims. Allah established participation in Jihad as the commerce of salvation from Hellfire. Allah purchased the Muslims, with the promise of admission to Paradise, so they fight in his cause, kill and are killed. 8:12 sanctifies terrorism. 8:39 sanctifies Jihad against pagans until all resistance ceases and only Allah is worshiped. 9:29 sanctifies Jihad against Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians until they are subjugated and extorted.

Moe said that he was "ordered to fight the people". Moe said that he was "made victorious with terror". The Qur'an records Allah's imperatives to genocidal conquest. The hadith bears record of Moe's battles and genocide. Jihad, genocide and terrorism are standard issue Islamic doctrines, not distortions.

They offer nothing but hatred and destruction. In confronting them, America will forge lasting partnerships to target terrorists, share intelligence, and coordinate law enforcement and protect our people.

Partnerships with Muslims are forgeries, because Muslims are strictly commanded not to have any such relationship.

We will permit no safe haven for al Qaeda to launch attacks from Afghanistan or any other nation.

What will you do about the training camps and staging areas in Iran, Syria, Somalia & Pakistan? Why did Shrub allow them to exist for the last eight years? How will you prevent their re-establishment in Iraq after you pull out? Will you keep troops in Afghanistan forever to prevent its return to status quo ante?

We will stand by our friends on the front lines, as we and many nations will do in pledging support for the Pakistani people tomorrow. And we will pursue positive engagement that builds bridges among faiths, and new partnerships for opportunity.

When our troops leave Iraq, the locals who collaborated with them will be killed. You can't prevent that from happening. It will be the same way in Afghanistan. Muslims are obligated to convert, enslave or kill us, no bridge is possible; Islam can not be reconciled to Kufar! Partnership with Kufar is explicitly forbidden.

Our efforts to promote peace, however, cannot be limited to defeating violent extremists. For the most powerful weapon in our arsenal is the hope of human beings -- the belief that the future belongs to those who would build and not destroy; the confidence that conflicts can end and a new day can begin.

The most powerful weapon in our arsenal is truth: proof of the fact that Allah is a warlord's ventriloquist dummy and Moe was a lecherous pedophile, murderer and warlord, not a holy man. We could liberate Muslims from slavery to Allah by proving to them that Islamic Paradise and Hellfire are Moe's carrot and stick used to manipulate them so that they engage in warfare for his enrichment through skimming the spoils and collecting Jizya.

Muslims hope to obtain admission to Paradise where they will spend eternity sporting with virgins and drinking from rivers of wine, eating low hanging fruit always in season. Muslims fear being condemned to Hellfire for their sins, particularly for shirking Jihad. Moe told them that Allah would make disgrace prevail over them if they ever abandon Jihad in favor of productive pursuits.

And that is why we will support -- we will strengthen our support for effective peacekeeping,

Can you keep light? Can you keep a breath? Neither can you keep peace. "Peace keepers" are not sent to places where peace prevails, they are sent where there is no peace, where they observe the slaughter and rape children and goats. Where has a U.N. peace keeping force ever established or preserved peace?

while energizing our efforts to prevent conflicts before they take hold. We will pursue a lasting peace in Sudan through support for the people of Darfur and the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement, so that we secure the peace that the Sudanese people deserve. (Applause.) And in countries ravaged by violence -- from Haiti to Congo to East Timor -- we will work with the U.N. and other partners to support an enduring peace.

Peace can only be obtained in Darfur by killing the predators who prey on the people; by eliminating the Islamic regime that misrules Sudan. That is not going to happen, no matter what you promise us.

I will also continue to seek a just and lasting peace between Israel, Palestine, and the Arab world.
In Hell you will! You can not continue what you are not doing. You seek a Muslim victory over Israel; policide and genocide, not a just and lasting peace. To you, as to other Muslims, justice means 'just us' and 'peace' means victory. A just peace means the Muslims cease attacking and threatening Israel, allowing her to live in peace within secure borders. Any outcome that constricts Israel's borders and leaves Muslims within rocket range is neither peace nor justice! They have no interest in a state along side Israel, their intention is a state instead of Israel. They have never implemented the terms of any peace agreement and never will, no matter what you promise or give them. Every promise and concession, every 'good will gesture' weakens Israel and strengthens her enemy.

From the Islamic viewpoint, Caliph Umar's conquest of the Levant made it permanently Islamic. Allah will never allow Kufar to regain control over it. By regaining a tiny fragment of her ancient patrimony, Israel proves Allah to be an impotent idol whose promises are vain. No Muslim can tolerate that. Islam is under a divine mandate to make Jews extinct. Moe's prophecy informs them that they can not obtain Paradise until they murder the last Jew.

(Applause.) We will continue to work on that issue. Yesterday, I had a constructive meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Abbas. We have made some progress. Palestinians have strengthened their efforts on security.
Exactly what has Abbas done to increase Israel's security? Has he disbanded the Al-Aqsa Brigades or is he still paying their salaries? Has he arrested and imprisoned terrorists who launch rockets and mortars at Israel or is he paying them? Does he rebuke them or honor them? Does he punish them or name schools, sporting events, summer camps and streets in their honor? Like Arafat, he controls the spigot of blood. Nothing lasting is gained if he closes the spigot for a few months, such 'security' is an illusion, not a reality.

Israelis have facilitated greater freedom of movement for the Palestinians.
And that suicidal error has cost several Israelis their lives and left others severely injured. When roadblocks and check points are removed, attacks always increase.
As a result of these efforts on both sides, the economy in the West Bank has begun to grow. But more progress is needed. We continue to call on Palestinians to end incitement against Israel, and we continue to emphasize that America does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements. (Applause.)
Genuine Americans recognize the legitimacy of Israel's victory in 1967 and her moral & legal right to annex, settle, live in and retain the land she won back when the Arab League launched another genocidal attack. Muslims and their hind teat sucking apologists deny it.

The time has come -- the time has come to re-launch negotiations without preconditions that address the permanent status issues: security for Israelis and Palestinians, borders, refugees, and Jerusalem. And the goal is clear: Two states living side by side in peace and security -- a Jewish state of Israel, with true security for all Israelis; and a viable, independent Palestinian state with contiguous territory that ends the occupation that began in 1967, and realizes the potential of the Palestinian people. (Applause.)

Your insane demand for settlement freeze is a precondition! Can any truth ever pass your lying lips? Security? Israel will never be secure while there are Muslims within rocket range!

Refugees? Muslims displaced by the invading Arab army to clear the way for a much anticipated genocide. The 'right of return' is warfare by other means: demographic conquest, a thin disguise indeed.

Jerusalem, illegally seized by Jordan in 1948. Synagogues were torn down, tomb stones used as paving stones and urinals. Jews were excluded from the Temple Mount. Why should that ever be allowed again?

The goal is clearly stated in the charters of Hamas & PLO: genocide & policide, the elimination of Israel! Occupation? Israel is occupied by Muslims, not occupying!

As we pursue this goal, we will also pursue peace between Israel and Lebanon, Israel and Syria, and a broader peace between Israel and its many neighbors. In pursuit of that goal, we will develop regional initiatives with multilateral participation, alongside bilateral negotiations.

Which Muslim nation has established trade and diplomatic relations with Israel? Which of them is not enforcing their boycott? Which one makes sincere, unconditional assurance of genuine, lasting normal relations? None ever will, and you blessed well know it.

Now, I am not naïve. I know this will be difficult.

Naive? No,. arrogant, narcissistic & treacherous, yes! Difficult? No, impossible!

But all of us -- not just the Israelis and the Palestinians, but all of us -- must decide whether we are serious about peace, or whether we will only lend it lip service.

That decision was made long ago; and confirmed in 1967 & 1983, Muslims offer lip service, just like you and your predecessors in office. Sincerity is sorely lacking.

To break the old patterns, to break the cycle of insecurity and despair, all of us must say publicly what we would acknowledge in private. The United States does Israel no favors when we fail to couple an unwavering commitment to its security with an insistence that Israel respect the legitimate claims and rights of the Palestinians.

Genuine Americans are committed to Israel's existence ans security, you obviously have no such commitment. Falestinians have no legitimate claims or rights against Israel. The whole thing is a polemic fabrication woven of the whole cloth.

(Applause.) And -- and nations within this body do the Palestinians no favors when they choose vitriolic attacks against Israel over constructive willingness to recognize Israel's legitimacy and its right to exist in peace and security. (Applause.)

We must remember that the greatest price of this conflict is not paid by us. It's not paid by politicians. It's paid by the Israeli girl in Sderot who closes her eyes in fear that a rocket will take her life in the middle of the night. It's paid for by the Palestinian boy in Gaza who has no clean water and no country to call his own. These are all God's children. And after all the politics and all the posturing, this is about the right of every human being to live with dignity and security.

Islam recognizes no such right!!! Our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims and it affords us no rights. Security only comes with submission to Islam. By such palaver you expose yourself as a liar!

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

That is a lesson embedded in the three great faiths that call one small slice of Earth the Holy Land. And that is why, even though there will be setbacks and false starts and tough days, I will not waver in my pursuit of peace. (Applause.)

If you desire peace, then eliminate Moe's war cult, which is Islam; it prevents peace!

Obamination: Treachery at the U.N.; Unilateral Disarmament

Quotes are taken from a transcript of President Obama's remarks to the General Assembly, published by the New York Times. [Emphasis added.]

I have outlined a comprehensive agenda to seek the goal of a world without nuclear weapons. In Moscow, the United States and Russia announced that we would pursue substantial reductions in our strategic warheads and launchers. At the Conference on Disarmament, we agreed on a work plan to negotiate an end to the production of fissile materials for nuclear weapons. And this week, my Secretary of State will become the first senior American representative to the annual Members Conference of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty.
At first glance, the stated objective appears to be a desirable condition. Consider what it would have cost us if Harry Truman shared that objective. How many GIs would have been killed in a land invasion of Japan? How many of us would not be here because of those unnecessary deaths? How much time, money and material did Little Boy and Fat Man save us?

First, we must stop the spread of nuclear weapons, and seek the goal of a world without them.

North Korea and Iran want nukes. Give them nukes! No, not on a silver platter, on a mushroom cloud as they were given to Japan 64 years ago. Nothing short of that will prevent them from building and using nukes.

This institution was founded at the dawn of the atomic age, in part because man's capacity to kill had to be contained.

The problem is will, not capacity. Nukes can kill more people and destroy more infrastructure more quickly and efficiently than conventional explosives. Nuke, MOAB, Daisy Cutter, Block Buster, grenade, machine gun or rifle, the difference is one of scope, scale and efficiency. The narcissistic tyrants and Islamic ideologues who seek to maintain and expand totalitarian power will use any weapon, but they seek the best. Common sense dictates doing it to them first.

For decades, we averted disaster, even under the shadow of a superpower stand-off. But today, the threat of proliferation is growing in scope and complexity. If we fail to act, we will invite nuclear arms races in every region, and the prospect of wars and acts of terror on a scale that we can hardly imagine.

A fragile consensus stands in the way of this frightening outcome, and that is the basic bargain that shapes the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. It says that all nations have the right to peaceful nuclear energy; that nations with nuclear weapons have a responsibility to move toward disarmament; and those without them have the responsibility to forsake them. The next 12 months could be pivotal in determining whether this compact will be strengthened or will slowly dissolve.

Enriched Uranium is a dual use material. It can power electric generators and it can destroy cities. The difference is in the degree of enrichment. The efficiency and number of centrifuges available makes the difference. You could not stop Pakistan, you could not stop N. Korea, and you won't stop Iran. No will; no power.

If they can have nuclear power plants, they can produce plutonium for fission devices and other toxic isotopes for dirty bombs. You can't stop them from doing either or both. While China and Russia have veto power, the U.N. won't stop anyone, including Iran.

America intends to keep our end of the bargain. We will pursue a new agreement with Russia to substantially reduce our strategic warheads and launchers. We will move forward with ratification of the Test Ban Treaty, and work with others to bring the treaty into force so that nuclear testing is permanently prohibited. We will complete a Nuclear Posture Review that opens the door to deeper cuts and reduces the role of nuclear weapons. And we will call upon countries to begin negotiations in January on a treaty to end the production of fissile material for weapons.

Have you forgotten China? China is engaged in a rapid military build up. Why? China has been making threats. Why? The same weapons that deterred Russia also deter China. The same missiles that would be used to retaliate against Russia would be used to retaliate against China. Without them, we can not effectively retaliate against either or both.

I will also host a summit next April that reaffirms each nation's responsibility to secure nuclear material on its territory, and to help those who can't -- because we must never allow a single nuclear device to fall into the hands of a violent extremist.
It happened while you weren't looking. Pakistan is governed by Muslims. Islam is 'violent extremism'. Evidently President Obama has not read General S.K. Malik's Quranic Concept of War, which has a forward by Zia-ul-Haq. It was published in 1979. Turn to Chapter VII, The Strategy for War, and page 59.
Terror struck into the hearts of the enemies is not only a means, it is the end in itself. Once a condition of terror into the opponent's heart is obtained, hardly anything is left to be achieved. It is the point where the means and the end meet and merge. Terror is not a means of imposing decision upon the enemy; it is the decision we wish to impose upon him.
That was written by a Pakistani General and endorsed by the President of Pakistan close to the time when Pakistan developed their bomb That doctrine is not Taliban, it is official Pakistan doctrine. Pakistan is Islamic, therefore aggressively violent.

All of this must support efforts to strengthen the NPT. Those nations that refuse to live up to their obligations must face consequences. Let me be clear, this is not about singling out individual nations -- it is about standing up for the rights of all nations that do live up to their responsibilities. Because a world in which IAEA inspections are avoided and the United Nation's demands are ignored will leave all people less safe, and all nations less secure.

What has Iran done consistently from the beginning? What did Iraq do when the U.N. was seeking to inspect their WMD programs? Does the term "cheat and retreat" have meaning for you? Have you forgotten trucks leaving the loading dock as inspectors arrived at the front door? Muslims Hellbent on igniting Armageddon are not going to comply with inspection regimens in any case.

In their actions to date, the governments of North Korea and Iran threaten to take us down this dangerous slope. We respect their rights as members of the community of nations. I've said before and I will repeat, I am committed to diplomacy that opens a path to greater prosperity and more secure peace for both nations if they live up to their obligations.

But if the governments of Iran and North Korea choose to ignore international standards; if they put the pursuit of nuclear weapons ahead of regional stability and the security and opportunity of their own people; if they are oblivious to the dangers of escalating nuclear arms races in both East Asia and the Middle East -- then they must be held accountable. The world must stand together to demonstrate that international law is not an empty promise, and that treaties will be enforced. We must insist that the future does not belong to fear.

After Israel goes up in a flash of fire you will hold Iran accountable. How, exactly? How do you restore millions of lives after they are vaporized. What justice can there be for Iran's victims? If you won't stop Iran from acquiring the bomb, what will you do after they use it, with a second in reserve?

And we will work to strengthen the institutions and initiatives that combat nuclear smuggling and theft.
What institutions and initiatives stopped Pakistan from proliferating nukes through Dr. Khan and his network of fronts?
Reconsider the cold war. Would the outcome be the same if we did not have nuclear weapons? What if Russia had them and we did not? Would we still be alive and free?

The Jinn is out of the bottle, it can not be captured and re-confined. Knowledge of the physics and mathematics of fission is widespread and can not be erased. If every nuke were disassembled and rendered safe today, someone would build another beginning tomorrow and subsequently threaten us with it.

Are you really stupid and gullible enough to believe that Russia, China, Pakistan, Israel and India would all dismantle all their nukes and never produce another? How about Iran? What damned fool wants to live in a world where demented ideologues Hellbent on world domination and seeking 'martyrdom' possess the only nuclear warheads? Obama: one of them, not one of us.

If we are fortunate, we will have another chance in '12. Be careful when voting and make no mistakes!

Obamination: Treachery at the UN; National Interest, common interests, faith and technology

Quotes are taken from a transcript of President Obama's remarks to the General Assembly, published by the New York Times. [Emphasis added.]

I took office at a time when many around the world had come to view America with skepticism and distrust.

When have skepticism and distrust of America not been rampant? From Rome to Moscow and from Istanbul to London, the world is full of ex-colonial powers stewing in resentment over lost empire and glory. Envy of American prosperity and power are natural, regardless of our policies and actions.

Part of this was due to misperceptions and misinformation about my country. Part of this was due to opposition to specific policies, and a belief that on certain critical issues, America has acted unilaterally, without regard for the interests of others. And this has fed an almost reflexive anti-Americanism, which too often has served as an excuse for collective inaction.

It is obvious that the reference to unilateral action is about the invasion of Iraq. Several important nations had economic interests in Iraq, with caused them to oppose taking effective action to stop Iraq's aggression and quest for weapons of mass destruction. The U.N. can't accomplish anything when stake holders veto necessary action against their client states. They are protecting Iran's quest for nukes just as they stalled action against Iraq. .

Now, like all of you, my responsibility is to act in the interest of my nation and my people, and I will never apologize for defending those interests.

Never? Not in Cairo? Not in Berlin? Of course not!

But it is my deeply held belief that in the year 2009 -- more than at any point in human history -- the interests of nations and peoples are shared. The religious convictions that we hold in our hearts can forge new bonds among people, or they can tear us apart.

This is old ground, which should be familiar to regular readers of my blog posts. Russia seeks to regain lost hegemony. China seeks increased power and influence. The Islamic nations seek to restore the Caliphate and conquer the world. We seek peace and prosperity, others seek empire. There are no common interests not superceeded by ambitious greed, envy and pride.

Christians believe that Jesus Christ was the only begotten son of God, sent to implement a divine plan of salvation. Muslims believe that Jesus was Allah's slave who will return as a genocidal warlord to complete their conquest of the world and final genocide of the Jews. How in Hell can those diametrically opposed beliefs forge new bonds of unity? Because of their beliefs, Muslims have been engaged in genocidal conquest for the last 1386 years. President Obama would have us believe that he can make that stop by wagging his tongue and waving his magic wand.

The technology we harness can light the path to peace, or forever darken it.

Years before I was born, Germany began researching the possibility of using nuclear fission to create a devastating explosive device. Physicists and mathematicians who pioneered the bomb development brought their knowledge to America, enabling us to be the first to develop the bombs which ended the Second World War. How would the outcome have differed if our enemies had developed the bomb first? Fat Man & Little Boy made peace, saving countless lives that would have been lost in an invasion of Japan.

The energy we use can sustain our planet, or destroy it.

President Obama is playing domestic politics with this slogan, trying to build support for idiotic policies that will devastate our economy, deepen and prolong the depression and ruin our standard of living. Anthropogenic global warming is a fallacy based on incomplete data and limited models which do not reflect reality. Bluff & bluster supplemented by a crisis atmosphere ginned up by Obama and his Socialist allies have replaced scientific inquiry and debate.

What happens to the hope of a single child -- anywhere -- can enrich our world, or impoverish it.

President Obama did not complete that thought in the next paragraph. He left it hanging as an ambiguous framework on which the needy & greedy can plant and cultivate their hopes of tapping our treasury. That is an obvious appeal to the International Socialist impulse which is popular in certain parts of Europe. Keep that slogan fresh in your mind, it is important to comprehending the depraved depths of Obama's hypocrisy.

Obamination: Treachery at the UN; False Promises and Narcissism

My quest for a transcript of President Obama's remarks to the General Assembly led me to the New York Times. The transcript was divided into seven pages. When I finished the preliminary round of highlighting, my working file was 34kb.

In order to keep my reaction to Obama's UN treachery readable, I will divide it into several posts. This first post in the series will concentrate on the issue of President Obama's narcissism. [Emphasis added.]

I come before you humbled by the responsibility that the American people have placed upon me
Yeah, right. He holds the office of President on his own initiative, having spent hundreds of millions of dollars in an effort to deceive enough people long enough to win election. We shall see just how humble Barack Hussein Obama is, through his own words.
I am well aware of the expectations that accompany my presidency around the world. These expectations are not about me. Rather, they are rooted, I believe, in a discontent with a status quo that has allowed us to be increasingly defined by our differences, and outpaced by our problems. But they are also rooted in hope -- the hope that real change is possible, and the hope that America will be a leader in bringing about such change.
As ignorant, simple minded, gullible Americans expected that President Obama would wave a magic wand to solve all their problems once and for all, the greedy & gullible idiots of the world expect Uncle Sam, in the person of President Obama, to come bearing a magic toy bag, always full for their pleasure. In promising to make them healthy, wealthy & educated by grossly expanding our national debt, President Obama lifts the world's tail aside, displaces the flies and plants his lips for a wet kiss.

Is President Obama running for a new post: Global Dictator ? Why else would he continue with his "hope and change" mantra which mesmerized so many American voters? Of course, as Sean Hannity pointed out in his radio broadcast Tuesday, "its all about I and me". There are 36 occurrences of "I" in the speech. [Repetitions omitted from lists.]

Zakat,Islamic law

On September 11, '09, the eighth anniversary of the accursed abomination, President Obama spoke at a wreath laying ceremony. I have extracted the most important part of the remarks and added my comments.

Let us renew our resolve against those who perpetrated this barbaric act and who plot against us still. In defense of our nation we will never waver; in pursuit of al Qaeda and its extremist allies, we will never falter.

What resolve? If President Bush had resolve, he would have nuked bin Laden at Tora Bora. The perpetrators are dead, we can do nothing to them. The planners, supporters and sponsors live. We know who planned the abomination. We know who sponsored and supported it. Yet we allow the continued existence of training camps and staging areas in Iran, Pakistan and Syria. There should be resolve, but there is none. Instead, there is weakness and indecision.

Let us renew our commitment to all those who serve in our defense -- our courageous men and women in uniform and their families and all those who protect us here at home. Mindful that the work of protecting America is never finished, we will do everything in our power to keep America safe.

Commitment? God help me, I need to curse. President Obama issued new rules of engagement which are costing our soldiers their lives, refusing air and artillery support in a critical situation out of unreasoning fear of civilian casualties. The president compounds hypocrisy on top of treason.

Let us renew the true spirit of that day. Not the human capacity for evil, but the human capacity for good. Not the desire to destroy, but the impulse to save, and to serve, and to build. On this first National Day of Service and Remembrance, we can summon once more that ordinary goodness of America -- to serve our communities, to strengthen our country, and to better our world.

By displaying weakness, indecision & lack of resolve to the enemy, you renew, reinforce and strengthen their capacity for evil; you give them aid and comfort, which is treason. If you will not destroy the enemy, they will continue to attack us. With your "day of service" slogan, you politicize the anniversary of the Abomination, the exact same sin your party accused Shrub of committing. That is shameful hypocrisy at its worst!

Most of all, on a day when others sought to sap our confidence, let us renew our common purpose. Let us remember how we came together as one nation, as one people, as Americans, united not only in our grief, but in our resolve to stand with one another, to stand up for the country we all love.

Resolve? Resolve to see the fight to the end? Resolve to terminate the existence of the war cult which sponsored and supported the accursed Abomination? No! There was and is no such resolve. There should be, but there is not. The idiotic and treasonous policies of you as well as your predecessor in office see to that. The enemy must be clearly identified and accurately characterized. The memory of the loss, grief and destruction must be kept hot and fresh, not allowed to erode. The enemies intentions and his will & ability to execute them must be kept at the forefront of public awareness.

Resolve is not demonstrated by withdrawing from Iraq while it remains Islamic& unstable. Resolve is not demonstrated by bleeding our men to death in Afghanistan because you are afraid of killing the enemy's human shields.

This may be the greatest lesson of this day, the strongest rebuke to those who attacked us, the highest tribute to those taken from us -- that such sense of purpose need not be a fleeting moment. It can be a lasting virtue.
It could be; it should be, but it ain't. Shrub's and your gluteal osculation saw to that. Instead of demonstrating resolve you apologize for living and attempt to appease the enemy. By doing so, you weaken us and strengthen them. Instead of being truthful, Shrub proclaimed the enemy "a great religion of peace". You pander to them, proclaiming America an "Islamic nation". If our leaders will not declare the truth: Islam's perpetual and absolutely existential enmity to free men and resolve firmly to remove it from the face of the earth, either ideologically or militarily, then we shall never have peace or security; we will be attacked again and again until we are bled to death. Shrub declared the ideological war, but could not steel himself to list the ideas involved. Shrub failed to compare and contrast our ideas with those of the enemy; he failed to prove the superiority of our ideology and culture over that of Islam. You continue on the same slippery slope to defeat.

Obamination: Eid-Mubarak

President Barack Hussein Obama issued this statement September 19 '09.

"As Muslims in the United States and around the world complete the month of Ramadan and celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr, Michelle and I would like to extend our personal greetings on this joyous occasion. Eid is a time to celebrate the completion of 30 days and nights of devotion. But even on this festive occasion, Muslims remember those less fortunate, including those impacted by poverty, hunger, conflict, and disease. Throughout the month, Muslim communities collect and distribute zakat-ul-fitr so that all Muslims are able to participate in this day of celebration. As I said in Cairo, my Administration is working to ensure that Muslims are able to fulfill their charitable obligations not just during Ramadan, but throughout the year. On behalf of the American people, we congratulate Muslims in the United States and around the world on this blessed day. Eid Mubarak."
One sentence stands out from the rest.
As I said in Cairo, my Administration is working to ensure that Muslims are able to fulfill their charitable obligations not just during Ramadan, but throughout the year.
What are their 'charitable obligations'? Book H, Chapter 8 of Reliance of the Traveller lists eight categories of Zakat recipients. H8.17 lists the seventh category.

H8.17: Those Fighting for Allah

The seventh category is those fighting for Allah, meaning people engaged in Islamic military operations for whom no salary has been allotted in the army roster (O: but who are volunteers for jihad without remuneration). They are given enough to suffice them for the operation, even if affluent; of weapons, mounts, clothing, and expenses (O: for the duration of the journey, round trip, and the time they spend there, even if prolonged. Though nothing has been mentioned here of the expense involved in supporting such people's families during this period, it seems clear that they should also be given it).

How is the Zakat allocated?

H8.7: The Eight Categories of Recipients

It is obligatory to distribute one's zakat among eight categories of recipients (O: meaning that zakat goes to none besides them), one-eighth of the zakat to each category. (n: In the Hanafi school, it is valid for the giver to distribute his zakat to all of the categories, some of them, or to confine himself to just one of them (al-Lubab fi sharh al-Kitab(y88), 1.155). )

So the terrorists and their dependents would receive a one eighth share of the total Zakat.

What is due? Zakat is a complex subject, I will confine this to one issue: earned income.

H4.2

The zakat-payable minimum for gold is 84.7 grams, on which 2.1175 grams (2.5 percent) is due. The zakat-payable minimum for silver is 592-9 grams, on which 1408225 grams (2.5 percent) is due. There is no zakat on less that this.

(N: One must pay zakat (n: 2.5 percent) on all money that has been saved for a year if it equals at least the market value of 592.9 grams of silver (n:that is current during the year). While there is a considerable difference between the value of the gold zakat minimum and the silver zakat minimum, the minimum for monetary currency should correspond to that of silver, since it is better for the poor.)

  • Assume a silver price of $17.00 per ounce.
    • 1oz = 28.3495231 gm.
    • 592.9 gm = 20.91 ounces [Rounded for display, not for calculation.]
      • 20.91*17 = $355.54
A Muslim who saved more than $355.54 would pay 2.5% of the savings exceeding that minimum.

Here is the report of one organization.

2008 Annual Report (PDF)

Zakat Foundation raised $2,052,038 in 2008 and dedicated 87% to our programs, 5% to management, and 2% towards fund raising.

That represents a potential provision of $51,300.95 for terrorism from one organization in one year. Why; what did Allah's Messenger say about this subject?

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2497:

Narrated AbuUmamah:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: He who does not join the warlike expedition (jihad), or equip, or looks well after a warrior's family when he is away, will be smitten by Allah with a sudden calamity. Yazid ibn Abdu Rabbihi said in his tradition: 'before the Day of Resurrection.

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2520:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: The warrior gets his reward, and the one who equips him gets his own reward and that of the warrior.

Sahih Muslim Book 020, Number 4668:

It has been narrated on the authority of Zaid b. Kbalid al-Juhani that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Anybody who equips a warrior (going to fight) in the way of Allah (is like one who actually) fights. And anybody who looks well after his family in his absence (is also like one who actually) fights.

Islamic Deception: Cherry Picking

Omar Sley, of Egypt posted a lengthy comment on the International Qur'an Petition. I have dissected the comment into its main points for the sake of legibility and to facilitate my responses.

  • Islam = Peace and hormony [sic]
The literal meaning of Islam is submission. Submit to Allah and to us or we will attack you. This fact becomes clear when we read the extortion letters which Moe dictated to scribes and dispatched by private courier. Read his letter to the Chiefs of Aqaba, from which the following quote is taken.
I do not intend to wage war against you till you receive my written reason for it. It is better for you, either to accept Islam or agree to pay Jiziya and consent to remain obedient to Allah, His prophet and his messengers..
  • ".....if any one slew a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land - it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people"
The quote is from 5:32, which Muslims love to quote. Why don't they continue the context by quoting 5:33, which prescribes hudud for "waging war against Allah" ?
The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. ...
What is the meaning of "wage war against Allah"? Ibn Kathir's Tafsir answers this question " ...`Wage war' mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways...". If you don't believe in Allah, Muslims are free to kill or mutilate you because you are waging war against Allah.
  • Nor can goodness and Evil be equal. Repel (Evil) with what is better: Then will he between whom and thee was hatred become as it were thy friend and intimate! "
The quote is from 41:34. Omar wants us to assume that Islam operates by gentle persuasion, like Christianity. Nothing could be further from the truth, as proved by the extortion letter quoted above.
  • Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) said : “Kindness is a mark of faith, and whoever is not kind has no faith.”
This diversion from Islamic violence is likely to succeed because most non-Muslims are unaware of Islamic duality. Islamic mercy, kindness & charity are for Muslims only.
  • The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said : "One who kills a non-Muslim person under protection (Arabic: dhimmi) will not even smell the fragrance of Paradise."
Those "under protection" were either conquered or intimidated by Moe's extortion letters. They lived a sub-human existence of humiliation and extortionate taxation, deprived of civil rights. If you are not living under Muslim rule, you are not protected, you are subject to open season.
  • " Allah forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for Allah loveth those who are just." 60:8
Keep reading, five more ayat to the contradiction..
60:13. O you who believe! Take not as friends the people who incurred the Wrath of Allâh (i.e. the Jews). Surely, they have been in despair to receive any good in the Hereafter, just as the disbelievers have been in despair about those (buried) in graves (that they will not be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection).
  • Even during war he was teaching us to be civilized and merciful to the innocents : Muhammad, pbuh, has set a very well defined path for warriors to follow. During the sending off the Muslim army to a battle, the prophet issued the following ‘battle field code of conduct’: “You shall not break a promise you make, you shall not mutilate the dead”, and “You shall not kill an elder, a child or a woman”. He gave clear instructions not to kill the injured and unarmed enemy members (equivalent to army civilians, and non-combat support troops in modern times).
The rules of warfare were laid out in Sahih Muslim 19.4294. Omar wants us to assume that the proscription on killing women and children is moral. In fact, the proscription is economic, because the women and children are enslaved, they are property for Muslims; part of the booty. Ibn Kathir's Tafsir of 33:27 hints at this. "...(a group you killed, and a group you made captives.) Those who were killed were their warriors, and the prisoners were their children and women...."

Two provisions of Islamic law are crucial to comprehending the deception involved in Omar's cherry picking. These are from Reliance of The Traveller.[Emphasis added.]

O9.12

Whoever enters Islam before being captured may not be killed or his property confiscated, or his young children taken captive.

O9.13

When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman's previous marriage is immediately annulled.

It was asserted that Moe was civilized and merciful to the innocents. Give a close and careful examination to the following hadith to discover the falsity of that assertion.
Sunan Abu Dawud Book 38, Number 4390:
Narrated Atiyyah al-Qurazi:
I was among the captives of Banu Qurayzah. They (the Companions) examined us, and those who had begun to grow hair (pubes) were killed, and those who had not were not killed. I was among those who had not grown hair.
