Terrorism: Islamic Sacrament

Two pending United Nations resolutions share a common deception with previous resolutions and common dogma. Lets examine them closely. [Bold red font added for clarity.]

How frequently is the association between Islam and rights violations & terrorism made? Is there an acceptable threshold of frequency, or is any single suggestion of association unacceptable to the UN morality police? Could they perhaps be persuaded to list & enumerated the offensive statements that cause them deep concern?

The deep concern expressed is that Islam is "Wrongly associated" with rights violations & terrorism. The unstated premise is that Islam neither violates human rights nor engages in terrorism. We must examine that premise in the light of truth.

• 4:34. Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient (to Allah and to their husbands), and guard in the husband's absence what Allah orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their husband's property, etc.). As to those women on whose part you see illconduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful), but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allah is Ever Most High, Most Great.
• Indeed, Allah ordered the wife to obey her husband and prohibited her from disobeying him, because of the enormity of his rights and all that he does for her. [Dealing with the Wife's Ill-Conduct]
• 4:11. Allah commands you as regards your children's (inheritance); to the male, a portion equal to that of two females;
• Allah commands that both males and females take a share in the inheritance, although the portion of the males is twice as much as that of the females. There is a distinction because men need money to spend on their dependants, commercial transactions, work and fulfillling their obligations. Consequently, men get twice the portion of the inheritance that females get. [Males Get Two Times the Share of Females for Inheritance]
• 2:282. ...And if there are not two men (available), then a man and two women, such as you agree for witnesses, so that if one of them (two women) errs, the other can remind her...

• 3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.

You [true believers in Islmic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma'rûf (i.e. Islmic Monotheism and all that Islm has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islm has forbidden), and you believe in Allah. And had the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are Al-Fsiqûn (disobedient to Allah - and rebellious against Allh's Command).

• O11.5.2 are distinguished from Muslims in dress, wearing a wide cloth belt (zunnar);
• O11.5.4 must keep to the side of the street;
• O11.5.6 are forbidden to openly display wine or pork, (A: to ring church bells or display crosses,) recite the Torah or Evangel aloud, or make public display of their funerals and feastdays;
• O11.5.7 and are forbidden to build new churches

The authors of the resolutions assert that Islam is wrongly associated with human rights violations; implying that Islam is innocent of violating human rights. I haveproved that Islam is a human rights violator.

I used used quotations from Islam's canon of scripture to prove the fact that Islam considers women to be chattle property, tilth for men to plow. It allocates to them half the inheritance a male receives and their testimony is weighted as half that of a male.

I used quotations from Islam's canon of scripture and jurisprudence to prove the fact that Islam violates the rights of religious minorities. How can the authors of the resolutions disprove those indisputable facts?

• 8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, "Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes."
• I will cast fear, disgrace and humiliation over those who defied My command and denied My Messenger [Allah commands the Angels to fight and support the Believers]
• 33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allah brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.
• (and cast terror into their hearts;) means fear, because they had supported the idolators in their war against the Messenger of Allah and the one who knows is not like the one who does not know. [The Campaign against Banu Qurayzah]
• 59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Bani An-Nadir) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! But Allah's (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).
• (and He cast terror into their hearts) means, Allah cast fear, terror and fright in their hearts, and why would that not happen to them He who was given victory, by Allah frightening his enemies the distance of a month, laid siege to them. [The Reason behind the Battle of Bani An-Nadir]
• 59:13. Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Bani An-Nadir) breasts than Allah. That is because they are a people who comprehend not (the Majesty and Power of Allah).

• (Verily, you are more fearful in their breasts than Allah.) meaning, the hypocrites fear you more than they fear Allah, as He says; (Behold! a section of them fear men as they fear Allah or even more.)(4:77) [The False Promise of Support the Hypocrites gave to the Jews]

• Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey. [Bukhari 1.7.331]
• I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), [Bukhari 4.52.220]

The authors of the resolutions assert that Islam is wrongly associated/equated with terrorism, implying that Islam is innocent of it.

I have displayed to you ayat which show beyond doubt that Allah sanctified and Moe engaged in terrorizing his intended victims. One of them, 59:2, ends with a warning to future victims. Another ayeh has a similar theme.

8:57. So if you gain the mastery over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.

It is clear, on the face of Islam's canon of scripture that terrorism is an intrinsic sacramental tactic of Islam. I have also displayed quotes from two hadith in which Moe braggs about being made victorious by terror. That is the clincher.

Beat them to death so that others will see and be scared defenceless. I have been made victorious by terror. But, no, Islam has no association with terrorism. Let the authors of the resolutions come forth and offer relevant, verifiable evidence to substantiate their assertion. If they shall quote the Qur'an, let them make first ascertain that their ayat have not been abrogated by latter recitations.

What is the big deal; the cause of deep concern ? Why shouldn't Islam be associated with or equated with terrorism?

Oh mercy! Some curmudgeon might demand impairment of Muslim's right to practice Islam! Where in Hell are these rights ordained:

If Muslims have a right to practice Islam then we have no rights. This is because:

1. Allah commands Muslims to fight pagans & atheists until only Allah is worshiped in the entire world. This commandment is contained in 8:38-39. This commandment is confirmed by Ibn Kathir in the following tafsir; its title is dispositive. The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
2. Allah commands Muslims to fight 'people of the book' until we are subjugated and pay extortion. This commandment is contained in 9:29. This commandment is confirmed by Ibn Kathir in the following tafsir: its title is dispositive. The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
3. In confirming those two commands, Moe declared that our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until we become Muslims by submitting to Allah. "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah."[Bukhari 1.8.387]
4. The relationship between Allah and the Ummah al Islamiyaa is that of master:slave. This fact is made clear in 9:111. Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allh's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurt (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur'n. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success .
5. The compact with Satan is confirmed in Surah As-Saff. 61:10-13 tell Muslims of a commerce that will save them from Hellfire and assurre their admission to Paradise. That commerce is Jihad: holy fighting in Allah's cause.
6. Only Allah has the right to be worshipped. 3:2. Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists.
7. Jihad, genocide and terrorism are intrinsic Islamic sacraments; part of the regular practice of Islam. Jihad is defined in Shariah and prescribed as an annual practice.

O9.0: Jihad

(O: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion....

O9.1 As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, "Jihad is a communal obligation," meaning upon the Muslims each year.

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,...

The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) (n: though according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions, even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll tax, the sole exceptions to which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs, neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi' (y21), 6.48-49) ).

So long as Islam is practiced, human rights are violated and we have neither peace nor security.

Shari'ah Bailout Bucks

Um, this didn't come up in the talks with Congress.

AIG, the company of magicians that turned its bailout from $60 billion to $150 billion almost over night, is taking some of that money to become more Islamofriendly.

Risk Specialists Companies, Inc. (RSC), a subsidiary of AIG Commercial Insurance, is introducing what it says is a first in the U.S.: a homeowners insurance product that is compliant with key Islamic finance tenets and based on the concept of mutual insurance.

So we know the "A" in "AIG" doesn't stand for "assimilation".

The Takaful home policy is the first installment in Lexington Takaful Solutions, a series of Shari'ah-compliant (Takaful) product offerings in the U.S.

It's one thing if they want to start a local credit union but something entirely different if an American company that just got fat on taxpayer money is tailoring any part of its business to make it "Shari'ah-compliant".

Takaful is similar to mutual insurance and cooperative risk sharing but there are key differences including a clear segregation of funds owned by participants and those owned by the insurance operations entity. Investments of funds are also restricted to avoid companies involved in entertainment, alcohol, pork and other elements prohibited by Islamic law.

I'm Catholic. Is AIG going to offer a policy backed by a mutual insurance company that promises not to invest in hospitals that perform abortions? Anyone? Bueller?

Didn't think so.

Durban II: Egregious Arrogance Part 2

The preliminary draft is in five Microsoft Word files linked at the bottom of this page. Section one is comprised mainly of 305 items in an ordered list. In this post I will deal with selections from Item39 to 68.

39. Calls for the elimination of all forms of gender-based violence in the family, within the general community and where perpetrated or condoned by the State, in accordance with the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence against Women;

Where is wife beating endemic? What does Allah's word say about it?

• 4:34. [...]As to those women on whose part you see ill­conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful),[...]

Allah Most High says:

"Men are the guardians of women, since Allah has been more generous to one than the other, and because of what they (men) spend from their wealth. So righteous women will be obedient, and in absence watchful, for Allah is watchful. And if you fear their intractability, warn them, desert them in bed(1), or hit them. But if they obey you, seek no way to blame them" (Koran 4:34).

Muslims must be free to practice their religion, to obey Allah's word, and his word can not be changed.

40. Expresses concern over the persistence of institutionalised social intolerance and discrimination practised against many in the name of religion or belief;

Could that be a reference to the Dhimmitude of Jews & Christians living in lands conquered by Islam? Refer to Reliance of the Traveller Book O (Justice): O11.1 to 11.11.

41. Expresses its concern at the increase in anti-Semitic ideas and violence in many parts of the world and urges States to take appropriate action to end the dissemination of anti-Semitic ideas including through the media, school curricula or by political platforms;

What is the ultimate source of those offensive ideas? Why is there no mention of that source? Why is there no effort to do anything about it?

• 1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).
• 2:83. And (remember) when We took a covenant from the Children of Israel, (saying): Worship none but Allâh (Alone) and be dutiful and good to parents, and to kindred, and to orphans and Al-Masâkîn (the poor), [Tafsir At-Tabarî, Vol. 10, Page 158 (Verse 9:60)] and speak good to people [i.e. enjoin righteousness and forbid evil, and say the truth about Muhammad Peace be upon him ], and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give Zakât. Then you slid back, except a few of you, while you are backsliders. (Tafsir Al-Qurtubî, Vol. 2, Page 392).
• 2:88. And they say, "Our hearts are wrapped (i.e. do not hear or understand Allâh's Word)." Nay, Allâh has cursed them for their disbelief, so little is that which they believe.
• 2:89. And when there came to them (the Jews), a Book (this Qur'ân) from Allâh confirming what is with them [the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], although aforetime they had invoked Allâh (for coming of Muhammad Peace be upon him ) in order to gain victory over those who disbelieved, then when there came to them that which they had recognised, they disbelieved in it. So let the Curse of Allâh be on the disbelievers.
• 2:96. And verily, you will find them (the Jews) the greediest of mankind for life and (even greedier) than those who - ascribe partners to Allâh (and do not believe in Resurrection - Magians, pagans, and idolaters, etc.). Everyone of them wishes that he could be given a life of a thousand years. But the grant of such life will not save him even a little from (due) punishment. And Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

42. Recognizes that there have been increasing risks of stereotyping Muslims and other groups and expresses its commitment to combat this phenomenon;

What is the ultimate source of that stereotype?

• 49:15. Only those are the believers who have believed in Allâh and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allâh. Those! They are the truthful.
  

Participation in Jihad is the test of a believer. That is the source of the stereotype. What do you propose to do about it? Allah's word can not be changed.

43. Expresses regret that fight against racial and religious hatred is increasingly being used as pretext legitimising impermissible limitations to freedom of expression;

Does anyone believe that line will remain in the final draft? The same forces behind the Durban II draft are behind the recent General Assembly & UNHRC resolutions demanding censorship. It also conflicts with the Durban II draft.

44. Condemns any advocacy of racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence;

Condemning the Qur'an is a death penalty offense under Sharia. That is the law you are attempting to enforce upon us Kuffar. You are in conflict with yourself. The Qur'an incites hatred and enjoins warfare. Perhaps you should try reading it; it is easy to find in the Compendium of Islamic Texts at USC-MSA, along with the traditional sayings which confirm, reinforce & exemplify it. 45. Underlines the challenges and obstacles to changing discriminatory attitudes and gender stereotypes, and stresses that challenges and obstacles remain in the implementation of international standards and norms to address the inequality between men and women;

Allah said that men were made to excel women. He set men to rule women, and made women chattle property of their husbands. His messenger, the greatest and best of men; the example for all mankind, declared women to be inferior in intelligence & religion. How do you propose to overcome those obstacles?

46. Recognizes that racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance are still among the root causes of armed conflict and very often one of its consequences;

Islamic doctrine is the root cause of most of the present armed conflicts. Jihad is enjoined, ordered, and exhorted by Allah & his messenger. How will you remove this primary cause of war?

47. Deplores the numerous occurrences of internal conflicts and inter-ethnic and intra-religious or communal violence, including those that appear to be based on tribal lines which have lead to casualties and killings, torture, massive displacement, rape and destruction of property and infrastructures, war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide;

Oh, yes, Darfur; what do you propose to do about it? Deploring it saves how many lives; prevents how many rapes & mutilations??

48. Deplores also the use of Government aligned or organised irregular militia to oppress, murder and displace ethnic populations;

This must surely be a great comfort to the many women and children being raped, mutilated and enslaved in Darfur.

49. Emphasizes that among the multiple factors of a situation that might lead to genocide as defined in the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, there are the resurgence of systematic discrimination, the prevalence of expressions of hate speech targeting persons belonging to national, ethnic, racial or religious groups, especially if they are uttered in the context of an actual or potential outbreak of violence and serious and systematic violation of human rights;

Would that include the Kutbah exhorting genocide of the Jews & conquest of Israel? Would that include recitation of Bukhari 4.52.177 at Juma Salat? Would that include the constant stream of incitement in all Falestinian media? Would that include the glorification of Jihad & martyrdom in Islamic school texts? What are you going to do about those factors?

53. Emphasize that racist ideologies based on race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin as well as on culture, religion and language are responsible for fomenting, promoting and spreading racial discrimination, xenophobia and stereotyping;

You have described Islam.

54. Confirm that lack of respect for cultural diversity in most societies leads to racism and increased discrimination;

We should respect Jihad, genocide, terrorism, rape, plunder, female genital mutilation, wife beating, polygamy, honor killing and extreme corporal punishment. Why, exactly?

55. Express deep concern at the use of new information technologies, such as the Internet, to propagate racial hatred, xenophobia, racial discrimination and related intolerance and that children and youth have access to this material;

This is a code phrase for criticism of Islam: "racial hatred, xenophobia, racial discrimination and related intolerance" .

Reuters quotes U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon about Fitna:

"There is no justification for hate speech or incitement to violence," Ban said in a statement. "The right of free expression is not at stake here."

Fitna displays verses from the Qur'an with rabble rousing Imams, Islamic mob scenes and the aftermath of terrorism. It shows cause & effect. That is neither hate speech nor incitement; it is objective factual reality.

56. Condemn all political platforms and systems based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and discrimination which are incompatible with democracy and transparent and accountable governance;

Remember that the Durban Conference conflates racism with opposition to Islam. Resistance to Jihad & demographic conquest is not racism, it is rational and warranted by the facts. Exposing Islamic doctrines & practices is not hate speech; it is warning Islam's intended victims.

57. Reaffirm that a foreign occupation founded on settlements, its laws based on racial discrimination with the aim of continuing domination of the occupied territory, as well as its practices, which consist of reinforcing a total military blockade, isolating towns, cities and villages under occupation from each other, totally contradict the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and constitute a serious violation of international human rights and humanitarian law, a new kind of apartheid, a crime against humanity, a form of genocide and a serious threat to international peace and security;

The pot is denigrating the kettle. Islam accuses Israel of colonization while in reality, Caliph Umar's conquest of the Roman province of Syria in 638 killed, forcibly converted, dispossessed & displaced native Jews and Christians. The Ottoman Empire fought on the wrong side in WW I and lost. Israel's final conqueror was driven off, and Israel restored her sovereignty over a tiny fragment of her ancient patrimony. That is neither conquest nor colonization. The Muslims immediately attacked. Egypt seized Gaza and Jordan seized the West Bank. Israel won them back when they set out on the path of genocidal conquest in 1967. Israel is occupied, not an occupier. Israel is the victim, not the perpetrator of genocide.

Moe hated the Jews because most of them saw through his plagiarized blend of paganism, Zoroastrianism, Judaism & Christianity. Examine what Moe said.

Narrated Abu Huraira:

While we were in the Mosque, the Prophet came out and said, "Let us go to the Jews" We went out till we reached Bait-ul-Midras. He said to them, "If you embrace Islam, you will be safe.You should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I want to expel you from this land. So, if anyone amongst you owns some property, he is permitted to sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle."

Narrated Ibn Hawalah:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: It will turn out that you will be armed troops, one is Syria, one in the Yemen and one in Iraq. Ibn Hawalah said: Choose for me, Apostle of Allah, if I reach that time. He replied: Go to Syria, for it is Allah's chosen land, to which his best servants will be gathered but if you are unwilling, go to your Yemen, and draw water from your tanks, for Allah has on my account taken special charge of Syria and its people.

The earth belongs to Allah and his Apostle, who takes possession by the sword. Once Muslims conquer any land, it belongs to Allah and can never be alienated. 66. Urges States to discontinue discriminatory security practices that single out individuals or groups on the basis of their race, religion or belief, names and appearance;

Muslims are commanded to make war on us. 8:39 & 9:39 are clear commands, reflected in Sharia and confirmed by tafsir. Durban II: Egregious Arrogance Part 1

The following quote is from Preliminary document of the African Regional Conference Preparatory to the Durban Review Conference [Emphasis added.]

4. Emphasizes the urgent need to address the scourges of anti-Semitism, Christianophobia, and Islamophobia as contemporary forms of racism as well as racial and violent movements based on racism and discriminatory ideas directed at African, Arab, Christian, Jewish, Muslim and other communities;

Our language has been molested!!! anti-Semitism, Christianophobia & Islamophobia = racism ! Christianity & Islam are not races, they each include people of varying racial and geographic backgrounds. Hating a man on the basis of his skin color is irrational. Skin color is not a valid predictor of behavior and it is a genetic trait not under the control of the individual. A believing, practicing Christian, who follows the Golden Rule, is a threat to no one; there is no reason to hate him. A believing, practicing Muslim, is obligated to engage in war against pagans, Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians; our blood and property are not sacred to him, its open season! Fear of Islam is not irrational, it is intended,[3:151] [59:2] and is valid, based upon Islam's history of violent expansion.

Whenever 'racism' is mentioned in the draft, you can substitute 'Islamophobia' or criticism of Islam; its doctrines & practices. If you object to Islam's absolutism, triumphalism, supremacism, Jihad, genocide & terrorism then you are a racist and stand condemned by the U.N., whose member states are urged to legislate against expression of your objections. 'Related intolerance' is another frequently used code phrase for objection to Islam.

This is an artfully crafted condemnation careful examination of potential terrorists at border entry points. Since Islam sanctifies casting terror and mandates attacks upon Kuffar, every believing Muslim is a potential terrorist.

15. Recognize that colonialism and slavery have been the prime sources and manifestation of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and the people of Asian decent were victims of colonialism and continue to be victims of its consequences;

Reiterates that slavery and the transatlantic slave trade are, and should always have been, a crime against humanity; notes that the transatlantic slave trade has contributed to the modern-day legacy of the alienation, poverty and social exclusion of peoples of African descent, and calls upon States to take urgent action to make available actual and fitting resources, compensation, redress and other measures at the national, regional and international levels for peoples of African descent;

This sets the pretext for extorting reparations from us. Who enslaved and sold those Africans? Hint: it wasn't the Jews.

19. Draws attention to the impact of counter-terrorism measures on the rise of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, including the practice of racial, ethnic, national and religious profiling;

They are trying to blame the victims of terrorism for racism? Islam is not a race, it is a professional piracy cult The 'related intolerance' code phrase is our clue to their intention. There would be no counter-terrorism measures if Islam was not attacking us with terror tactics. This is an example of political attack against America and Israel because we attempt to defend ourselves instead of supinely submitting to Islam's terror attacks.

Where have we seen this code phrase before: 'contemporary forms of racism' ? Islam and Christianity are not races, both have members from diverse racial origins. It ain't ideas directed at Christians in Africa, Egypt, Iraq, Indonesia & Pakistan; its bullets, bombs, mashetis stones & fire. It ain't ideas directed at Jews in Israel; its rockets with high explosive warheads. Why is there no urgency to address Islamic aggression, which maims and kills innocent people? Our honest & accurate descriptions of Islamic doctrine & practice harm no one.

23. Calls upon the Durban Review Conference to demonstrate the political will to confront those phenomena, and acknowledges that a failure of the Durban review process would, above all, pave the way for intensification of worrying racist and xenophobic trends, namely, the upsurge in racist violence and the political use of racism and its intellectual legitimization;

"Political will" is a code phrase for legislation. They want laws passed to prevent us from exposing Islam in the hot light of truth. They want to outlaw anti-Islamic political parties & platforms.

25. Acknowledge that intellectual and political resistance to multiculturalism is one of the root causes of the resurgence of racist and xenophobic violence. Rejection of diversity has led to negation of the very humanity of the immigrants, foreigners and minorities. The most serious manifestation of racism is the democratic legitimization of racism and xenophobia in the guise of defending 'national identity or preference'. No country, religion or minority should be discriminated on the grounds of its race, colour and creed.

Translation: "Shame on you for not letting the Muslims invade & conquer you by demographic conquest.". Who the Hell negates the humanity of minorities? Moe said that our blood & property become sacred to Muslims when we become Muslim. Until we submit, we are subject to open season.

26. Note that As regards the debate of contemporary forms of racism, some of the most worrying trends since 2001 include racio-religious profiling and discrimination, defamation of Muslims, their faith and beliefs, incitement to religious hatred and its concomitant effects on multiculturalism, national and international peace and stability as well as human rights of the affected communities.

Who bombed the subways? Who hijacked the jets? British Nuns? Jewish Rabbis? Young Muslim males of African, Arab & Asian origin? Who defamed Muslims but those Muslims who murdered innocents in Allah's name? Muslims believe they have a divine mandate to conquer the world, killing or enslaving us in the process. Is there some legitimate reason why that belief, expressed to Thomas Jefferson by Tripoli's Ambassador, should not be infamous? Is there any incitement to hatred & violence more egregious than the Qur'an, hadith & the Sharia derived from them? Islamic law requires a minimum of one military expedition against the Kuffar in every year unless the Muslims are too weak to mount an attack. Crack open Reliance of the Traveller and read Book O9.1 and 9.8 before calling me a liar.

27. Agrees with the Special Rapporteur on Racism that defamation of religions cannot be dissociated from a profound reflection on the trends of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance that are developing in the current political and ideological context.

They continue to conflate religion with race. Islam started among Arabs and was transmitted by the sword. With Arabs, Africans & Asians enslaved to Allah, Islam is not a race, it is polyglot. They bitterly bitch about "defamation of religions", meaning Islam, in total disregard of Moe's condemnation of Judaism & Christianity in the Qur'an. Try reading 9:29-41; if that ain't defamation & incitement, what is?

Shares the Special Rapporteur's assessment that the most serious manifestations of defamation of religions are the increase in Islamophobia and the worsening of the situation of Muslim minorities around the world. 29. Recognizes with deep concern the overall rise in instances of intolerance and violence directed against members of many religious and other communities including religious minorities in various parts of the world, including cases motivated by Islamophobia, anti-Semitism and Christianophobia;

So where is it happening? Who are the victims? Who is directing violence against Muslims?

30. Acknowledges that the most disturbing phenomenon is the intellectual and ideological validation of Islamophobia. When it is expressed against migrants it takes the form of religo-ethnic or religo-racial tones, when it is expressed in the form of defamation of religions, it takes cover behind the freedom of expression and when it is expressed in the form of profiling. It hides behind the war against terrorism. Believes that association of terrorism and violence with Islam or any other religion including through publication of offensive caricatures and making of hate documentaries would purposely complicate our common endeavours to address several contemporary issues including fight against terrorism and occupation of foreign territories and peoples.

Islamophobia implies irrational fear & loathing. What is irrational about fear & loathing of a murder cult Hellbent on conquering & subjugating the entire world? What is irrational about loathing a murder cult that has murdered millions of innocent people?

How is it possible to defame Islam? It is infamous by design. Allah commanded genocidal conquest. Moe dispatched extortion letters and followed up with his army.

Who but Allah & Moe associated Islam with terrorism & genocidal conquest?

"Hate documentaries"? Fitna juxtaposes the curse worthy Qur'an with images of rabble raising Imams & terrorism. There is no falsehood in it. Fitna demonstrates cause and effect. What the West Needs to Know about Islam further documents the cause. Obsession documents the effects. We who expose Islam don't give them Hell, we expose the truth and Muslims perceive it as Hell.

Besides strengthening discrimination against Muslims, this insidious association is preventing Muslim communities from practicing their religion freely or integration in the society, in many countries. Discrimination on multiple grounds of religion, ethnicity or culture further affects enjoyment of their basic human rights including economic, social and cultural rights. Durban Review Conference, therefore, must look into this contemporary manifestation of racism and seek proscription of this practice through legal and administrative measures. As the existing national laws and courts have failed to address the issue, internationally binding normative standards need to be devised that can provide adequate guarantees against defamation of religions and religious intolerance. *

"Practicing their religion freely" means Jihad: genocidal world conquest by terrorism, subterfuge & out breeding us. Muslims do not assimilate & integrate, they build and expand enclaves, gradually taking over. Why should that be tolerated? Why should it be concealed by preventing us from revealing it?

32. Condemns all forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, including all forms intolerance based on religion or belief;

Then you must condemn Allah and his Qur'an.

• 3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.
• 3:19. Truly, the religion with Allâh is Islâm. Those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) did not differ except, out of mutual jealousy, after knowledge had come to them. And whoever disbelieves in the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh, then surely, Allâh is Swift in calling to account.

Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

  Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Do not greet the Jews and the Christians before they greet you and when you meet any one of them on the roads force him to go to the narrowest part of it.

From J. Sekulow at ACLJ comes word that Egypt has submitted the annual Defamation of Religions resolution to a U.N. committee. Sekulow expects a vote to occur within a few weeks.

He reports that the ECLJ has been engaged in heavy lobbying this week, attempting to preserve our precious liberty. A recent blog post: U.N. O11.10 [Dhimmitude: the treaty 'protecting' conquered Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians from further egregious predation.]

The agreement is also violated (A: with respect to the offender alone) if the state has stipulated that any of the following things break it, and one of the subjects does so anyway, though if the state has not stipulated that these break the agreement, then they do not; namely, if one of the subject people:

-1- commits adultery with a Muslim woman or marries her;

-2- conceals spies of hostile forces;

O8.7: Acts that Entail Leaving Islam

(O: Among the things that entail apostasy from Islam (may Allah protect us from them) are:

-1- to prostrate to an idol, whether sarcastically, out of mere contrariness, or in actual conviction, like that of someone who believes the Creator to be something that has originated in time. Like idols in this respect are the sun or moon, and like prostration is bowing to other than Allah, if one intends reverence towards it like the reverence due to Allah;

-2- to intend to commit unbelief, even if in the future. And like this intention is hesitating whether to do so or not: one thereby immediately commits unbelief;

-3- to speak words that imply unbelief such as ``Allah is the third of three,'' or ``I am Allah''-unless one's tongue has run away with one, or one is quoting another, or is one of the friends of Allah Most High (wali, def: w33) in a spiritually intoxicated state of total oblivion (A: friend of Allah or not, someone totally oblivious is as if insane, and is not held legally responsible (dis: k13.1(O:) ) ), for these latter do not entail unbelief;

-4- to revile Allah or His messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace);

-5- to deny the existence of Allah, His beginingless eternality, His endless eternality, or to deny any of His attributes which the consensus of Muslims ascribes to Him (dis: v1);

-6- to be sarcastic about Allah's name, His command, His interdiction, His promise, or His threat;

-7- to deny any verse of the Koran or anything which by scholarly consensus (def: b7) belongs to it, or to add a verse that does belong to it;

-8- to mockingly say, ``I don't know what faith is'';

-9- to reply to someone who says, ``There is no power or strength save through Allah''; ``Your saying `There's no power or strength, etc,' won't save you from hunger'';

-10- for a tyrant, after an oppressed person says, ``This is through the decree of Allah,'' to reply, ``I act without the decree of Allah'';

-11- to say that a Muslim is an unbeliever (kafir) (dis: w47) in words that are uninterpretable as merely meaning he is an ingrate towards Allah for divinely given blessings (n: in Arabic, also ``kafir'');

-12- when someone asks to be taught the Testification of Faith (Ar. Shahada, the words, ``La ilaha ill Allahu Muhammadun rasulu Llah'' (There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah) ), and a Muslim refuses to teach him it;

-13- to describe a Muslim or someone who wants to become a Muslim in terms of unbelief (kufr);

-14- to deny the obligatory character of something which by the consensus of Muslims (ijma`, def: B7) is part of Islam, when it is well known as such, like the prayer (salat) or even one rak'a from one of the five obligatory prayers, if there is no excuse (def: u2.4);

-15- to hold that any of Allah's messengers or prophets are liars, or to deny their being sent;

(n: `Ala' al-din' Abidin adds the following:

-16- to revile the religion of Islam;

-17- to believe that things in themselves or by their own nature have any causal influence independent of the will of Allah;

-18- to deny the existence of angels or jinn (def: w22), or the heavens;

-19- to be sarcastic about any ruling of the Sacred Law;

-20- or to deny that Allah intended the Prophet's message (Allah bless him and give him peace) to be the religion followed by the entire world (dis: w4.3-4) (al-Hadiyya al-`Ala'iyya (y4), 423-24). )

There are others, for the subject is nearly limitless. May Allah Most High save us and all Muslims from it.)

Such non-Muslim subjects are obliged to comply with Islamic rules that pertain to the safety and indemnity of life, reputation, and property. In addition, they:

-1- are penalized for committing adultery or theft, thought not for drunkenness;

-2- are distinguished from Muslims in dress, wearing a wide cloth belt (zunnar);

-3- are not greeted with "as-Salamu 'alaykum";

-4- must keep to the side of the street;

-5- may not build higher than or as high as the Muslims' buildings, though if they acquire a tall house, it is not razed;

-6- are forbidden to openly display wine or pork, (A: to ring church bells or display crosses,) recite the Torah or Evangel aloud, or make public display of their funerals and feastdays;

-7- and are forbidden to build new churches.
