Pat Condell Speaks up for Free Speech, Join Him!

Pat Condell has once again turned his wit on the opponents of free speech. He specifically condemns the persecution of Geert Wilders and Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff.  Austria and Holland are not the only countries with hate speech laws that can condemn innocent critics of Islam.  When warning of an existential threat becomes a crime, justice is a dead issue

    Condell rips into corrupt judges and corrupt, cowardly appeasers and journalists.   But if we remain silent, we, too will be complicit in the death of justice and liberty.  We must rise up  as one with a loud voice demanding the dropping of charges against the  innocents unjustly accused and  reimbursement for their legal expenses.  We must demand the repeal of hate speech & blasphemy laws.  We must tell the United Nations to go to Hell with its resolution "Combating Defamation of Religions", soon to be voted on by the Third Committee.

Accordingly, I urge fellow Member States of the United Nations to focus on protecting the fundamental freedom of individuals to express their religion or beliefs and to oppose the so called “defamation of religions resolutions.”

These resolutions seek to criminalize dissenting ideas and peaceful expression of non-favored religious beliefs. The “defamation of religions” resolutions are in direct infringement of the guarantees to free speech and belief found in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

For these reasons, I ask all Member States to vote NO on “defamation of religions resolutions.”

The Pope's Vain Hope

My Google Alert for UN Interreligious Dialogue  triggered on  UPI NewsTrack TopNews which revealed that Pope  Benedict XVI issued an apostolic exhortation in which he called upon Islamic countries to reciprocate in religious freedom.

    The full text of  "Verbum Domini" is available at Zenit. It begins with an index, which indicates that it is rather long.  The section of interest to me comes just before the conclusion.

  ...Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

•  Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387 :   ..."I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us...

Our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims and we have no rights; a great basis for dialogue indeed. Reliance of the Traveller, book o, Chapter 4 details the indemnity to be paid in the case of manslaughter. Few things reflect Islam's inequity better than this provision of Islamic law.

All the same, dialogue would not prove fruitful unless it included authentic respect for each person and the ability of all freely to practise their religion. Hence the Synod, while encouraging cooperation between the followers of the different religions, also pointed out "the need for the freedom to profess one's religion, privately and publicly, and freedom of conscience to be effectively guaranteed to all believers":[381] indeed, "respect and dialogue require reciprocity in all spheres, especially in that which concerns basic freedoms, more particularly religious freedom. Such respect and dialogue foster peace and understanding between peoples".

Islamic doctrine holds that only Islam is true, that all other belief systems are false or defiled by demonic interjection.  Where Allah's writ runs, Christians are persecuted; that is not going to change.  Islamic doctrine is fixed & immutable.  The relationship between Islam and Christianity is predator : prey.

    As far as Muslims are concerned, they alone have the truth, you have error & doubt.  There is only monologue, no dialogue; it is a one way street.  Religious freedom is for Muslims only. Dignity & rights are for Muslims only. 

    We have a desperate need for leaders, elected, academic & ecclesiastic who know the truth about Islam and have the courage to stand up and declare it.  The rest of us need to be sufficiently informed so that we can detect lies when we hear or read them.

Spiegel: Trapping Wilders

Spiegel tried to entrap Geert Wilders in a confrontational interview.  The interview is displayed in three parts, the link is to the second part, which contains the quote excerpted below.  Navigation links to the other two parts are at the end of the article.

SPIEGEL: Are you familiar with this quote from the Prophet? "But these enemies of mine, who did not want me to be their king, bring them here and slay them before me"?

Wilders: I have read many such passages.

SPIEGEL: The Prophet cited in this case was Jesus, from Luke, Chapter 19, Verse 27. Do you admit that there are also calls for violence in the Bible?

Wilders: There are brutal passages in the Old Testament; the New Testament takes a more moderate approach. But a key difference between Christianity and Islam is that Muslims believe that the Koran contains verbatim the word of God; it is written in the imperative. This precludes a comparison with Christianity.

    The interviewer sprang Luke 19:27 on Wilders without identifying it.  The tactic is cherry picking,  secondary to argumentum Tu-quoque.  That is an attempt to utilize Jesus Christ as a straw man, attributing to him meaning which he did not intend. Jesus was relating the parable of the talents, not issuing a command.  Examine the context.

    Nothing in the Bible and nothing Christians have done whether in obedience  or disobedience, subtracts anything from the absolute evil of Allah's conquest imperatives.  8:39 & 9:29 are imperatives, clear commands to wage offensive warfare.  Reliance of the Traveller, the handbook of Islamic law describes the religious obligation to wage war against disbelievers in these words: "Jihad is a communal obligation," meaning upon the Muslims each year. [o9.1]

    In that same section, we learn that jihad is obligatory: "If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it. ".  The apologists for Islam will assert that jihad means jihad an-nafs: struggling with your conscience. Unfortunately for them, o9.0 defines it differently: "Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion. ". 

    The imperative to wage war upon Jews & Christians, found in Surah At-Taubah, is codified in o9.8: "The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4)...".

     The imperative to wage war upon pagans, found in Surah Al-Anfal, is codified in o9.9: "The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax ...". 

    Those grasping at straws to defend Islam will claim that those imperatives are anachronisms, out of date and not being followed by modern Muslims. They can not explain the fact that Muslims are attempting to reconquer Israel.  They can not explain the fact that most of the wars currently being fought have Muslims as the aggressors. 

    Those same apologists can not explain the sermons in which Imams rant about conquering and dominating Israel, America and Rome. They can not explain the signs carried in European demonstrations declaring "Islam will dominate the world".  But I can: Islamic supremacism & triumphalism flow directly from the Qur'an & hadith. Examine these titles from Ibn Kathir's Tafsir, click them and read the explanation of the verses.

• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
• The Good News that Muslims will conquer the Known World, and ultimately the Entire World
• The Good News that Muslims will Dominate the People of the Book
• The Good News that Islam shall prevail

    Islam's apologists in the media, academy & government pretend that Islam is a "great religion of peace".  They can not disprove the clear evidence found in Islam's canon of scripture, tradition, exegesis & jurisprudence so they resort to logical fallacies.  Islam is not a race, it is a predatory way of life. Opposition to predation is not racism.  They are fond of implying that Islam's critics are Nazis or Fascists; they will not acknowledge the fact that we oppose Islam because it is intrinsically evil and a real, immediate & persistent threat to our security and liberty.

That post did not bear out its promise; I found nothing but boiler plate about economic development & education projects.  The following quotes were mined from an AP story carried by AOL News.

"Relations between the United States and Muslim nations have been frayed over many years. As president, I have made it a priority to begin to repair these relations,"

The relationship between Islam and the United States is predator : prey and can never be anything else.  Muslims are under a "religious obligation"
(fard al-kifaya) to conquer and subjugate the entire world. That relationship began when we gained independence and the Barbary Pirates sacked our shipping.

    Jefferson & Adams asked Tripoli's Ambassador by what right they attacked us. His answer speaks volumes. Too bad nobody will listen.

When caliph Umar sent the Muslim army to Persia, a similar question was asked and answer returned. This quote comes from Sahih Bukhari 4.53.386.

Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:-- "Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master."

No lying demagogue is ever going to tell you about that.  They seek to conceal, not to reveal the fatal facts of Islam.   Examine Rodwell's translation of 9:29 and compare it to Reliance of the Traveller, o9.8.

• Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been given as believe not in God, or in the last day, and who forbid not that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they be humbled.

You have seen Allah's command to fight "people of the book" and the resulting Islamic law. What part of that is not clear to you?  What part of it requires explanation?  What part of it is subject to distortion, twisting, perversion or misinterpretation?  What did Allah command Muslims to do? What does the caliph do and why?  What did the Barbary Pirates do and why?  What does al-Qaeda do and why?  What is the difference between al-Qaeda and Islam?

"We can choose to be defined by our differences and give in to a future of suspicion and mistrust. Or we can choose to do the hard work of forging common ground and commit ourselves to the steady pursuit of progress."

    Is treachery apparent to you yet?  There is no common ground between predator and prey.  Islam will attack us and continue to attack until it conquers and subjugates us.

    `Obama never fails to outrage me when he blathers about Israel.  The outcome he describes is an absolute impossibility, always was and always will be.  Israel can only obtain peace by ushering her enemies into Hell.  There is no alternative to total, absolute victory.  While there are Muslims, there is no peace.

    Politicians can not acknowledge objective factual reality because they view the existential necessity of eliminating Islam with the same revulsion engendered by the Holocaust.  They can not comprehend the fact that, while the Jews were innocent, Islam is perpetual war; genocidal conquest.  If vampires were real instead of mythological, they would be Muslims.  Muslims are people who have been conquered and co-opted to conquer others.  Politicians can not comprehend that fatal fact. 

    Politicians will not tap the wide and deep river of knowledge which flows through Islam's canon of scripture, tradition, exegesis & jurisprudence.  They will not read Allah's demonic conquest imperatives contained in Surahs Al-Anfal & At-Taubah.  Those are 8:39 & 9:29.  They will not read Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387 which confirms those imperatives.  They will not read 13:41 to learn how Allah gradually gives the land to Muslims in conquests, irreversibly. They will not read 2:191 to learn that Muslims must drive out those who drove them out.  They will not read 7:167 to learn that Allah will continually send someone to torment the Jews. Neither will they read Ibn Kathir's tafsir of that verse to learn that Jesus will return to lead the Muslims in the final genocide.

    Politicians will not read Sunan Abu Dawud  14.2477  to learn that Allah, on Moe's account, took a "special interest" in the "people of Syria". Neither will they read Sahih  Muslim Book 041, Number 6985 to learn that the Muslims can  not obtain Paradise without first completing the genocide of the Jews.

    Allah promised the Muslims victory. They conquered the Levant, later Jews recovered a tiny fragment of their ancient patrimony, in contravention of Allah's promise in 13:41. Muslims will never tolerate that. They must obey 2:191. They must complete the genocide. They have no alternative if they wish to obtain Paradise and avoid the fire.  Politicians can't comprehend this; if they could, they would never acknowledge it.   They must pretend that peace is possible. It ain't; unless Islam is eliminated.

In 1801-1805 and 1815 we had to send in the Marines to stop the Barbary Pirates from attacking our merchantmen.  Now Islam has twice attacked  our mainland. President Obama will not recognize the fact that Islam is at war against us and reciprocate.  Al-Qaeda is Islam; Islam is al-Qaeda; it is a branch of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Qur'an is their constitution. Allah is their goal. Shahid is their highest aspiration.  Barack Hussein Obama and the traitors who proceeded him in office refuse to acknowledge objective factual reality.  They misidentify and misrepresent the enemy.

    Obama is a liar. Islam has not been hijacked, perverted, distorted or twisted. It is what it is: a war cult created for Moe's personal emolument through the profession of piracy & plunder. If you harbor doubts, read 8:1, 8:41 & 8:67. Who gets the spoils?  What was Moe's motivation?  Moe, speaking for Allah, commanded Muslims to fight pagans until only Allah is worshiped.  He commanded them to fight "people of the book" until they are subjugated and make annual extortion payments.  Moe said that our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until we submit.

    What does the caliph do?  Reliance of the Traveller, Book o, Chapter 9 tells us. o9.8 says he makes war upon Jews & Christians until they are subjugated and pay extortion.  O9.9 says that he fights all other peoples until they become Muslim.  Rational and honest persons can connect the data points and draw logical conclusions. Politicians will not. 

Parallel Tracks to Censorship

This table is intended to show the similarities between the current draft resolutions on Elimination of all forms of intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief, combating defamation of religions and the 2009 draft protocol to ICERD.

    These documents equate racism & opposition to Islam, conflate the right of free expression with an imaginary right to be shielded from criticism and subordinate it to that fiction. The resolutions are not enforcible; they only lend immoral support to local blasphemy laws which are used to persecute minorities. The protocol, if passed, signed and ratified, will have the force of law as part of ICERD.

    These are three parallel tracks condemning criticism of Islam; one of them will criminalize it.  The United Nations, driven by the OIC, are trying to make criticism of Islam a criminal offense.  In essence, anything that offends Muslims will become illegal. Reliance of the Traveller, Book o, Chapter 8.7 lists twenty forbidden acts and attitudes which entail apostasy subjecting the perpetrator to the death penalty. Jews & Christians living as dhimmis under Islamic domination are subject to the same provision, by reference in o11.10 -5- or mentions something impermissible about Allah, the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), or Islam.

o8.7: Acts that Entail Leaving Islam

(O: Among the things that entail apostasy from Islam (may Allah protect us from them) are:

-1- to prostrate to an idol, whether sarcastically, out of mere contrariness, or in actual conviction, like that of someone who believes the Creator to be something that has originated in time. Like idols in this respect are the sun or moon, and like prostration is bowing to other than Allah, if one intends reverence towards it like the reverence due to Allah;

-2- to intend to commit unbelief, even if in the future. And like this intention is hesitating whether to do so or not: one thereby immediately commits unbelief;

-3- to speak words that imply unbelief such as ``Allah is the third of three,'' or ``I am Allah''-unless one's tongue has run away with one, or one is quoting another, or is one of the friends of Allah Most High (wali, def: w33) in a spiritually intoxicated state of total oblivion (A: friend of Allah or not, someone totally oblivious is as if insane, and is not held legally responsible (dis: k13.1(O:) ) ), for these latter do not entail unbelief;

-4- to revile Allah or His messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace);

-5- to deny the existence of Allah, His beginingless eternality, His endless eternality, or to deny any of His attributes which the consensus of Muslims ascribes to Him (dis: v1);

-6- to be sarcastic about Allah's name, His command, His interdiction, His promise, or His threat;

-7- to deny any verse of the Koran or anything which by scholarly consensus (def: b7) belongs to it, or to add a verse that does belong to it;

-8- to mockingly say, ``I don't know what faith is'';

-9- to reply to someone who says, ``There is no power or strength save through Allah''; ``Your saying `There's no power or strength, etc,' won't save you from hunger'';

-10- for a tyrant, after an oppressed person says, ``This is through the decree of Allah,'' to reply, ``I act without the decree of Allah'';

-11- to say that a Muslim is an unbeliever (kafir) (dis: w47) in words that are uninterpretable as merely meaning he is an ingrate towards Allah for divinely given blessings (n: in Arabic, also ``kafir'');

-12- when someone asks to be taught the Testification of Faith (Ar. Shahada, the words, ``La ilaha ill Allahu Muhammadun rasulu Llah'' (There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah) ), and a Muslim refuses to teach him it;

-13- to describe a Muslim or someone who wants to become a Muslim in terms of unbelief (kufr);

-14- to deny the obligatory character of something which by the consensus of Muslims (ijma`, def: B7) is part of Islam, when it is well known as such, like the prayer (salat) or even one rak'a from one of the five obligatory prayers, if there is no excuse (def: u2.4);

-15- to hold that any of Allah's messengers or prophets are liars, or to deny their being sent;

(n: `Ala' al-din' Abidin adds the following:

-16- to revile the religion of Islam;

-17- to believe that things in themselves or by their own nature have any causal influence independent of the will of Allah;

-18- to deny the existence of angels or jinn (def: w22), or the heavens;

-19- to be sarcastic about any ruling of the Sacred Law;

-20- or to deny that Allah intended the Prophet's message (Allah bless him and give him peace) to be the religion followed by the entire world (dis: w4.3-4) (al-Hadiyya al-`Ala'iyya (y4), 423-24). )

There are others, for the subject is nearly limitless. May Allah Most High save us and all Muslims from it.)

Muslims demand that those laws be enforced so that revealing the fact that terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam or that Muhammad was a pedophile, plunderer and terrorist will be a criminal offense punishable by fine and imprisonment.

    The United States officially rejects the concept of defamation of religions, yet it is a sponsor of A/C.3/65/L.32, which substitutes negative stereotyping with essentially the same denotation.  Note the "deep concern" expressed about negative stereotyping & association with terrorism.

incitement	Condemns any advocacy of religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, whether it involves the use of print, audiovisual or electronic media or any other means;	Reaffirms the obligation of all States to enact the legislation necessary to prohibit the advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, and encourages States, in their follow-up to the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, to include aspects relating to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities in their national plans of action and in this context to take forms of multiple discrimination against minorities fully into account;	The fundamental characteristic common to all events to discredit certain religions and insult people or groups who have religion in common, commonly called "defamation of religions" and that all phobias and religious discrimination is incitement to racial hatred For religious and address the issue of defamation of religions in a universal manner, it is essential to reduce this discussion to the international instruments on human rights. Thanks and a tip of the hat to Logan's Warning for alerting me to Barack Hussein Obama's al-Taqiyya. Indian Express carries the story of Obamination at Xavier's College, where a Muslim student asked for his views on jihad.

Lets break it down point by point.

  • What's great about Islam?  It built an empire that stretched from the border of China to the border of France. That is political/imperial greatness, not religious greatness.

  • Religion is generally understood to be a benign, beneficent & anodyne institution dealing with spiritual, theological & cosmological matters. Islam is a predatory way of life: predation upon the remainder of the human race.
    
    • Bukhari  Ch 61 # 2756: ...It is mentioned from Ibn 'Umar from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, "My provision has been placed under the shadow of my spear, and abasement and humility have been placed on the one who disobeys my command.

      • 8:1. They ask you (O Muhammad ) about the spoils of war. Say: "The spoils are for Allâh and the Messenger." So fear Allâh and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad ), if you are believers. 
      • 6:124. And when there comes to them a sign (from Allâh) they say: "We shall not believe until we receive the like of that which the Messengers of Allâh had received." Allâh knows best with whom to place His Message. Humiliation and disgrace from Allâh and a severe torment will overtake the criminals (polytheists, sinners, etc.) for that which they used to plot.

And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. 
  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
    Narrated Anas bin Malik:
    Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have." 
  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
     Narrated Abu Huraira:

        Allah's Apostle said, "I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand." Abu Huraira added: Allah's Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).

Moe defined Islam with his recitation and set the standard with his Sunnah. Normative Islam is extreme; there is no extremism over and above it.

    The standard of Islam is open on the face of the Qur'an & hadith. What is distorted about it?  "Ordered to fight" & "made victorious with terror" are the standard, not distortions.

justify violence

    What did Allah say about "fighting" ?  What did Moe say about it?  "Fight them until", "ordered to fight".  How do you justify offensive wars of conquest?  In Mecca, outnumbered, in a position of weakness, Moe preached tolerance & forbearance. In Medina, as he accrued an army, he preached defensive & retaliatory warfare.

• 22:39. Permission to fight is given to those (i.e. believers against disbelievers), who are fighting them, (and) because they (believers) have been wronged, and surely, Allâh is Able to give them (believers) victory 
• 2:190. And fight in the Way of Allâh those who fight you, but transgress not the limits. Truly, Allâh likes not the transgressors. [This Verse is the first one that was revealed in connection with Jihâd, but it was supplemented by another (V.9:36)].

Click the link to 2:190, read the translator's footnote and the surrounding context. While the verse relates directly to defensive warfare, the definition of jihad in the footnote is anything but defensive.

    Al-Anfal 39 & At-Taubah 29, quoted above, command offensive, not defensive warfare. When they were revealed, Moe's army had grown in numbers and skill, he was ready for the conquest of Mecca and neighboring kingdoms & empires.  Ibn Kathir's Tafsir describes these as orders "to fight". 

• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
  • This honorable Ayah was revealed with the order to fight the People of the Book, after the pagans were defeated, the people entered Allah's religion in large numbers, and the Arabian Peninsula was secured under the Muslims' control. Allah commanded His Messenger to fight the People of the Scriptures, Jews and Christians, on the ninth year of Hijrah, and he prepared his army to fight the Romans and called the people to Jihad announcing his intent and destination. The Messenger sent his intent to various Arab areas around Al-Madinah to gather forces, and he collected an army of thirty thousand.

Those abominable imperatives are codified in Shari'ah: Reliance of the Traveller, Book o, Chapter 9, Sections 8 & 9.

• o9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

  The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

  "Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled" (Koran 9.29),

  the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace).  After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus' descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet's saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

  "I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,"

  this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

  The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) (n: though according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions, even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll tax, the sole exceptions to which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs, neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi' (y21), 6.48-49) ).

    Reliance of the Traveller o9.1 defines the religious obligation of offensive conquest.  The closing paragraphs of the section convey vital information.

• In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

  The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, "Jihad is a communal obligation," meaning upon the Muslims each year.

  The second state is when non-Muslims invade a Muslim country or near to one, in which case jihad is personally obligatory (def: c3.2) upon the inhabitants of that country, who must repel the non-Muslims with whatever they can).

What does this mean: "meaning upon the Muslims each year"?   Muslims are required to mount at least one military expedition against kuffar in every year. The question is answered with extreme clarity by this quote from Al-Shafi'i.

"The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims' interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse."

innocent people

    In Islam's view, only Muslims are innocent. All others are rebels against Allah who must be warred against.  Scroll up to the quote of Bukhari 1.8.387 and read it again. Our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until we become Muslims. We only obtain rights by becoming Muslims.  That should be a clue for you.

    Muslims love to quote Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:32, which says that killing one innocent person is equivalent to killing the entire population of the world, but never quote the succeeding verse. That is because 5:33 prescribes hudud for those who "wage war" against Allah. It says that they can be crucified, killed, mutilated or expelled.  But it does not define "wage war". Ibn Kathir's Tafsir fills in that gap for us. If you do not believe in Allah; if you are not a Muslim, then you are waging war against him, subject to the punishments listed in 5:33.

The Punishment of those Who Cause Mischief in the Land 
`Wage war' mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways.

    President Barack Hussein Obama is an accursed liar, a traitor to the human race as well as the nation over which he has been elected to preside.  He lies about the nature and identity of our sworn existential enemy and demands that we tolerate its existence & perpetual aggression. 

    It is not possible for a sane and sentient person, a lover of life & liberty, apprised of the damnable doctrines & practices of Islam, to tolerate the perpetuation & propagation of a belief in divine mandate to conquer, subjugate, enslave, dispossess and kill everyone who does not immediately submit to Islam.

    Islam must be confronted and resisted, both ideologically & militarily. President Barack Hussein Obama won't do it. He must be removed from office  and replaced by someone who will.
