This Blog Is Moving

Greetings. After this weekend, this Take Our Country Back Blog will be moving to the new web site. Too many conservatives are getting zapped by the intolerant dweebs of the Obama Goons and seeing that this editing platform is a free site, Blogger can do pretty much what it feels like doing. Hence, I now have a paid site and will be migrating the last 1400+ posts shortly.

So, one day, you just may click this page somewhere and it will show up as "private". It has been fun but the intolerant Czarbie Goon Squads are brain dead idiots. They can come play at the new site which I OWN outright.

Media Bias = Journalistic Malpractice

~Snooper~

Published at Canada Free Press

Journalistic Malpractice. Shouldn't that be a crime? I think so. I ran across a video of which I took the audio and saved it just in case some Obamatard whines to the point that the video gets removed. The audio is stored right here. Another video that I have the audio segments to is stored in two places, one being the full audio complete with Howard Stern "isms" and the other is filtered out and stored here. Both videos can be viewed here for the time being. If that won't load for you, feel free to go here or here.

What the videos and audio segments reveal is what we already have known for quite some time. The American News Media has lost its way and can no longer report the news as their own ethics creed requires them to. They have betrayed the trust that the American People once held them in high esteem for.

In the videos and audio segments, you will see and/or hear the most ignorant people in the known universe describing their political prowess. From my personal evaluation, I have determined that these people are so dumb and/or ignorant that a cargo ship loaded with crates of turtle turds has more political prowess than these interviewees. Not knowing who or what you are voting for is tantamount to serious mental deficiencies.

Who, however, is to "blame" for this? Logically, it is the individual's fault for not being informed. However, they have been swindled into believing that the National News Media is properly informing them. Where in the world did they get that from? We can start in the government run reeducation camps we call the American School System which has been compromised in a very large way.

We have quite a bit of work before us people and at times I wonder if we are up to the task. What will we do when the going gets tough? What will we do when ridiculed and scoffed upon? As for myself, I press onward with more and more energy and determination. How about you? Are you up to the task take our country back from the Marxist socialists or is it too hard? Are you willing to hit the streets? Are you willing to set aside the video games? Are you willing to turn the television off?

I have learned quite a bit from my ventures out onto the various theoretical facilities of Higher Learning we call colleges and universities. I have learned that the students are not taught critical thinking nor are they instructed in ethics or thinking for themselves. They most certainly are not taught American Politics. I ran across so many that could not tell you which political party was in "control" and if they did tell me what they thought, it was wrong. Several told me that they were voting democrat because those republicans Pelosi, Reid and Murtha were screwing the country up. I wonder where they learned the wrong things from.

Some told me that their "teachers" did. I was shocked, truly. When I proved to them that they were "ill-informed", it was their turn to be shocked. Quite a few of them said they get their information from the "media". I told them that exposing the Lame Stream Media was "Rather" fun back on 7 JUL 2007. They looked at me curiously so I showed them that post. More shock waves were formed.

If there is any doubt whatsoever, I suggest that you read, study, memorize, save, print and distribute the List of 45. And then, buy the book The Naked Communist. Only then will you be able to understand that which we face as a Nation. Wake Up People.

For further reading and study, if you have the courage to set aside video game and TV time aside, take a look at the following and have fun learning.

Republicans and Media Bias

~Snooper~

Please vote this up at Digital Journal, thanks.

In a long history of factual media bias, let us take a look at some recent history.

Breitbart brings us an account of CBS News: Palin Shuns Reporters Traveling With Her on Campaign Trail. After all, did she not say in her VP speech at the GOP Convention that she wasn't going to DC to make nice-nice with the dinosaur media?

Maggie's Notebook brings us the story of how the media distorted Sarah Palin's words and tried to twist them into her linking Saddam's Iraq with 91101 which, clearly has never been stated by anyone in the Bush Administration. The moonbats have tried to convince people that GWB did connect that dot but most of us know better than that.

Bradley Burston brings us a story about What is truly frightening about Sarah Palin. And, it does my heart good that such a Conservative Republican Libertarian scares the hell out of the status quo. Screw them and screw Bradley. Sarah Palin supports Israel you big dummy and Barack does not. You, Bradley, scare the hell out of me. More on this at Memeorandum.

Michelle Malkin brings us a story that reminds us all that we have to continuously fact-check the liberal fact-checkers. This was all so obvious when FactCheck presented some erroneous facts in regards to Nancy Pelosi, T Boone Pickens and the largest land and water grab in US history. More on that later.

Sonlit Knight brings us the story on how the GOP is fighting the Palin smear in regards to yet another non-issue issue in regards to the Non-Troopergate issue. The press was all over that one and it now appears that the witch hunt has died a painful death.

JWF brings us the story on the emotional break down Wolf Blitzer of CNN experienced when he heard tell of a prominent Hillary backer endorsing John McCain. That doesn't appear to be objective to me. How about you? More of that story at Memeorandum.

Gateway Pundit brings us the story about Donald Trump now endorsing John McCain and the media is just passing softball sized kidney stones over it.

Bash brings us the story on the discovery that the chief Palin smear dude is a fraud. What is it with these Winter Soldier cowards anyway?

MEMRI brings us a story about an interview of Howard Zinn at Al Jazeera news as he explains that the only thing they can hope for is a rebellion in the United States. He has always subscribed to the overthrow of the United States. I wonder why the media doesn't "expose" him. (snort worthy question btw)

Naturally, DarkSyde at the KOSmonoffs whines about the "socialist republicans" trying to brush off what DarkSyde and company are and project their standings in life onto someone else. Typical libtard moron tactic.

Reid Wilson brings us a story of how the Iraq War is not a campaign issue in 2008. I wonder where this guy has been hiding. We will rename him Clueless Reid Wilson and change that first name, OK?

Donald Douglas brings us a story with a video on how the Leftinistra - the lap lickers of Czarbie - are bed-wetting over the tanking of The Used To Be The One.

HWT brings us a story in regards to the blatant stupidity of DNC leaders trying to pass themselves off as disgruntled republicans and using letterhead with their position as a DNC member to make a point. I found that pretty interesting.

Warner Todd Huston brings us this story: Here is Where we WILL Hurt if Journalists Lose Their Jobs En Masse. He is concerned that if journalism dies due to partisan journalism, government corruption will blossom. As he states, that is where we come into play, The Main Street Media. Let not your heart be troubled.

Protein Wisdom brings a story on how Czarbie is trying to use courts and the media to squelch questions about his associations with people. Troubling as that is, I wonder how far je is willing to take that and why.

Allahpundit brought us the scandal that the media was all over in regards to the tanning bed that Sarah Palin owns. EGADS!! After all, she also wears designer clothes! What is this world coming to?

Now, what if all of this was a Republican? Just once and only once, I would like to see if the folks calling themselves journalists actually adhere to their ethics creed.

New York Times Tips Off Bin Laden ..... Again

~Snooper~

In previous posts here at ANO here and here, in regards to Pakistan and Al Qaeda, now we bring this current post in regards to the treasonous NYT and the fools that leak this data from inside the leftist CIA. BDS runs deep and rampant. Is it any wonder why none of us in the field trusted these fools?

Is it also any wonder why the news media, once the main stream, is now the Lame Stream? Why is it that our news media finds it a requirement to broadcast to our enemies our next moves?

I often wonder why action is not taken against slimes like this...

Journalistic Malpractice: Crickets

~Snooper~

When a theoretical Main Stream Media, as they like to be referred to as, purposefully "buries" a Good News story developing in the GWOT, it can be argued that the journalistic entity is conducting journalistic malpractice.

We have Medical Malpractice. We have Legal Malpractice and in recent times, we have Accounting Malpractice. I think we are due for some good old Journalistic Malpractice. It can be argued that such "cover ups" create a false perception, damaging morale within the Armed Forces and the American Public as a whole. A good attorney could have a Field Day second to none in this regard. Get a good Crash and Burn firm to lead the charge to hold the journalists to a standard to which they hold all others...except their moppets, naturally.

We in the New Media have shown that the Media Darlings are never held to as a higher plateau of honesty and integrity they demand so much of from others. It doesn't mesh with their personal agendas or tenets of dishonesty.

Case in point: Musa Qala, Afghanistan. Where is the "Main Stream Media"? A blog at ABC has some good coverage, does it not? Or, not.

The "Main Stream" coverage "IS" "Rather" relegated to the Boredom Pages...why is that?

The self-vaunted "Main Stream Media" said that the rebels fled or Afghan Troops over-ran a rebel position and 50 rebels were killed where the truth is this: the Taliban was seriously routed, defeated and crushed by overwhelming and superior firepower.

Ace of Spades:
The US Military had a "temper tantrum," I guess ABCNews would say.

A wonderful temper tantrum. "Hundreds killed," not the 50 or so reported earlier. [...]

[...] Now you may wonder why a major victory in the, ahem, "Forgotten War" (the first forgotten war Afghanistan, and not Forgotten War II, Iraq) isn't being reported by the media.

It's because they're Patriots, buddy! They don't want to leak out the sensitive intelligence to the Taliban that they just got their asses kicked unholy. They might not know yet, so keep it on the QT, all right?

All hail the Patriotic MSM for its discretion. Huzzah, sirs!

Thanks to dri.

IBD Editorials:
Coalition forces captured the Taliban's biggest stronghold on Tuesday in a major military victory. Funny, isn't it, how the good guys winning doesn't make banner front-page headlines?

Musa Qala was the only town in the strategically vital Helmand province under Taliban control. The enemy had seized it in February after the collapse of a local truce between the British military and Afghan elders. But this week Afghan and NATO-led troops changed that by killing, wounding or capturing hundreds of Taliban fighters, including several commanders, in retaking the town.

On Pearl Harbor Day, Dec. 7, U.S. infantry were participating in one of the biggest air assaults in Afghanistan since the toppling of the Taliban government a few weeks after 9/11. So many of the enemy were killed that Afghan Defense Ministry spokesman Zahir Azimi told reporters, "We are still busy collecting dead bodies from Musa Qala." Azimi also said an important Taliban meeting in the mountains of Sangin and Musa Qala district was also bombed, resulting in many casualties. [...]

[...] Far from just an important Taliban command post, Musa Qala was also a training base for both Afghan and foreign Islamist militants. Azimi has said hundreds of foreign terrorists had gathered there. That makes this week's victory a big win in the global war on terror.

On top of that, though, is the fact that the town was home to as many as 70 heroin labs, profits from which were used to fund Taliban terrorism. Afghanistan makes over 90% of the world's opium, more than half of which is grown in Helmand province. So chalk up a victory in the war on drugs, too. [...]

[...] Major media outlets are only too happy to report things falling apart in Afghanistan, while Democrats just complain that Osama bin Laden hasn't been caught yet. This week we saw all the signs of a major victory in the global war on terror, and a victory for freedom for the Afghan people. That's nothing to be quiet about.
Simply amazing and, this DAV now has a burning hatred for the Leftinistra and their idgits in the now defunct and untrustworthy once Main Stream Media.

Yes. It is time for Journalistic Malpractice to become a reality.

The Sins of the Lame Stream Media

~Snooper~

No matter the subject, there is always a "but". Straight shooting reporting has as all but vanished from the pages and screens of the once Main Stream Media. No, longer do we hear the "straight skinny" on any story unless the object of the story or, the subject of the story is hated or at a minimum, disliked for whatever reason. Gone are the once "worshiped" Ethics of Journalism: I will place the preamble in this post and will include the headings for the rest.
Preamble

Members of the Society of Professional Journalists believe that public enlightenment is the forerunner of justice and the foundation of democracy. The duty of the journalist is to further those ends by seeking truth and providing a fair and comprehensive account of events and issues. Conscientious journalists from all media and specialties strive to serve the public with thoroughness and honesty. Professional integrity is the cornerstone of a journalist's credibility. Members of the Society share a dedication to ethical behavior and adopt this code to declare the Society's principles and standards of practice.

Seek Truth and Report It

Minimize Harm

Act Independently

Be Accountable

In all areas, the alleged Main Stream Media sorely fails in all regards.

In these modern times of instant gratification and information at our fingertips, there is no viable explanation as to why whenever there is good news to report, it goes largely ignored in the hopes that it will be over-shadowed by any amount of bad news which can be scrounged up.
[...] Why is it that the Democrats ad the MSM won't acknowledge this? Could it be that they have a vested interest in losing? The MSM, because that is how they have sold it, and the Democrats, because that is how they got elected...Both the MSM and the Democrats worked in tandem to get the message out: We will not be successful in Iraq. When evidence points to the contrary, silence, or people who should have remained silent or fired. When will this cone of silence be lifted? Could this be what Kristol was talking about? [...]

There are thousands of examples of the Lame Stream being "Rather" lame in their reporting. It stems from never having to be pressured to report the Real Deal. It stems from never having to be accountable to anyone before The New Media came into being.

NBC still chirps to the tune of their moppets that Iraq is still in a civil war. I guess they don't know what the definition of a civil war "IS". Go here for a piece I wrote some time ago. Therein, one will find the exact definitions of "civil war".

There never seems to be a balance in the current and modern day stories. It seems the once Main Stream dwell upon and wallow in negativities and a "woe is me" aura. We all know that there is Bad News as well as Good News. What is the harm in printing or airing both? Printing or airing one side to any story certainly violates the Ethics of Journalism. It leads one to believe that a prerequisite to be a journalist is to be unethical, biased and perform slanted reporting...just like our very own CONgress.

This sickness in the media isn't limited to the American Media...not by a long shot. The Guardian rarely if ever gets any story right the first time...just like TNR. Remember TNR?

Ray Robison says Good News from Iraq gets mauled by the NYT on a regular basis. Why is that? What harm is there to report on the Good News? What journalistic gravitas is there to dwell on Bad News and negativity? Isn't negativity against the mantra of Political Correctness?

Lynn Davidson reports on the incredulous Dishonest Journalists Award. Why does this even have to be? If journalists would be journalists and not the mouth pieces for their moppets, topics as this need not be.

The ethics of journalism has become the unethical misrepresentation of truth, justice and the American Way...at least here in the States. As I said earlier, unethical journalism isn't limited to the United States...it takes place in Canada as well.

Atlas Shrugs claims that the disease of journalistic ethical nose-dive into lies, deceit and more lies, is due to BDS. The nose-dive is also due to "former MSM" types forming "independent" leftist blogs. Some journalists so-called are very much and deeply invested in defeat for America due to their hatred of what this country stands for. If they don't like this country and what she stands for, I am with Mike Ditka...get the hell out and don't let the door hit you on the ass on your way out. Stop trying to change the country to suit your desires and wants when the majority of Americans demand the Traditional America to remain in tact.

Thank God for the milbloggers.

There is no viable reason and/or cause for the News Media to NOT talk and/or write or report on Iraq because the news is too good. This is an unethical practice and it infuriates me to no end and the old adage of "Bad news sells" is no longer acceptable. The only ones, or so it seems, that love to hear the bad news for America are the old hippies that haven't died off yet.

The LATimes committed an atrocity against the United States in regards to Military Families and the story was shown to be false...no apologies or retractions came forward. That was a clear violation of the Ethics of Journalism.

I have written extensively on this subject and it still never ceases to amaze me how many people tell me that such and such is so and true because it is in the newspaper on the evening news shows. We have shown that the vast majority of the journalists so-called give "liberally" to the DNC and their writings bolster that party time and time again...another clear violation of the Ethics of Journalism. I don't care who they give to...just report fairly and without the editorializing within the reports.

More journalistic insanity here, here, here, here, and here.

Ethics In Media? What?

‘UNETHICAL’ WRITER TOLD: MOVE ON

RIGHT ON!!

Randy Cohen

Randy Cohen

A newspaper in Washington state announced yesterday it was dumping the “The Ethicist” column of New York Times writer Randy Cohen after he was fingered for forking over campaign cash to the liberal MoveOn.org.

The Spokane Spokesman-Review had planned to start running Cohen’s nationally syndicated column today but instead spiked his prose from its pages after learning of the payout.

“It would by hypocritical of us to run an ethics column by a journalist in violation of our own ethics policy,” editor Steven Smith wrote online.

“Had he been a Spokesman-Review staff member, he would have faced suspension, at least . . . So we’re dropping the column. We’ll look elsewhere for a publishable ethicist.”

Dozens of readers responded to Smith’s Web notification, the vast majority commending the paper’s decision.

Cohen was named this week in an MSNBC report detailing the political donations of 144 reporters, editors, TV producers and other workers at media organizations, nearly 90 percent of whom were found to have given money to Democrats and other left-leaning political outfits.

Cohen gave $585 in 2004 to MoveOn.org as it worked to replace President Bush with Democrat John Kerry.

Cohen, ignoring MoveOn.org’s transparent political purpose, initially claimed his contribution was on a par with a reporter donating to the Boy Scouts or the Catholic church.

But later, in an e-mail to MSNBC, he wrote: “That said, Times policy does forbid my making such donations, and I will not do so in the future.”

Cohen was one of three Times staffers identified in the report. Two people from The Daily News also donated to Democrats. No Post journalists were named.
