The rally was GREAT!! I estimate about a little over a 150 Good Guys and EXACTLY 13 Ron Paul Fruit Loop Brigade members.

DPD kept them at bay so the flanks were covered. They tried to shout down Buzz as he was speaking but it was indeed a futile endeavor. They did that twice...once as Buzz actually thanked them for coming and then as they were giving up and going back to their goats. I think one of them was a goat, actually.

I don't think there was a dry eye when all was said and done.

MAF Fight For Victory Tour...Day 4

It is a short one, more than likely due to the exhaustion.

Patience is the silver bullet to the surrender crowd

Debbie Lee stood still, her hands clutching a poster-size photo of her son who gave his life for America’s freedom and security. Standing nearby was Deborah Johns, a proud mother whose son has served three tours in Iraq and signed on for a fourth.

The two women told their sons’ stories as more than a hundred individuals stood and stand in silence.

This was only our second stop at Move America Forward on our “Fight for Victory Tour.” We were very late - more than an hour. But there was a crowd, some dressed in their retired military uniforms, some with their dogs dressed in red, white and blue.

What was missing were the loud-mouthed, whining protesters. It was then, during the solemn, respectful gathering that I knew for sure that America will win this war against radical Muslim Jihadists.

Our biggest critics, the enemy within, didn’t have the chutzpah too wait an hour so they could prattle on with their tired protests. It’s no wonder they can’t stand more than a few years of war.

Yes. We will win this war, in spite of the ReidCos and the PelosiCos and the SchumerCos.

Move America Forward Update...Day 3

The debt of gratitude that this country owes the individuals and organizations sacrificing their time, money and undying loyalties to our troops and that which they offer up, cannot be repaid. In the dace of the viral opposition up to and including death threats, they plod along bringing the message of hope and Patriotism second to none, stateside.

As our troops fight the war "over there", these fight the war "over here".

We had San Diego this morning. I can’t even believe that at 9:00 today we were in San Diego and now we’re on our way to Tucson. I can’t say enough how slowly time passes on these trips. Except during the rallies, those are always so fun an exhilarating. Time totally flies by when the crowd is there and Diana is singing or one of the Debs is giving a speech.

Something else that keeps bothering me is that I think fatigue is starting to set in. My arms and legs ache and you can hear everyone groaning between stops. I feel like we’re barely surviving out here…haha. It’s funny but I remember watching something called Survivorman on Discovery Channel. Basically this guy goes out to the woods and tries to see if he can go a whole week by inventing ways to get water, food, shelter and not dying from something. I remember him saying once that when you’re trying to survive all by yourself and you don’t have access to a sustained source of food and water, you have to eat every possible chance you get.

He emphasizes this by walking through the jungle wherever he is and eating a little bit of everything he can find, even if it’s just a little bug or plant or something that seems insignificant, but when you don’t have a dependable source of food, you don’t know if that one little meal you have the opportunity to eat could be your last piece of sustenance for the next 3 days. So you can’t ignore it or pass up the opportunity. Likewise for us, food, sleep and bathroom breaks are a commodity we take advantage of every minute whenever possible. The problem is that it seems sleep is the commodity in shortest supply.

Keep them in your prayers. This coming Saturday, Snooper and Company will be linking up with the caravan and we will bring you updates as well.

The Move America Forward Fight For Victory Tour Day 2 in Fresno and Modesto updates are up. (I am sure our troll had ITS agents there as well...LOL...what a moron).

Wake Up America has an outstanding exclusive interview with Melanie Morgan, the thorn in the side of the KOSmonoffs and the MoveOverMoonbat.Moron crowds.

It seems as the Lame Stream Media was in attendance of these events this time and the message was given but we shall see what comes of this. Please note that NBC and MSLSD were not there:

Some interesting news, in addition to the usual news report where we have one camera off to the side just observing, Buzz actually had an interview with three reporters from Fox, ABC, and CBS.

They asked him all about the tour and what we were doing. Buzz gave them the run down. They asked what we hoped to accomplish and why we were doing the tour. Buzz told him they we are trying to raise public consciousness about the true goings on of the war and to raise public awareness that Iraq is part of the global war on terror. He also told them that we want people to understand the need to get behind General Patraeus.

We all know what the deal is.

Move America Forward Report Day One

Wow! What an incredible first day for the Move America Forward "Fight for Victory Tour." We launched the tour just as the news media was reporting that President Bush had timed a special surprise trip to Iraq to thank U.S. troops for their service to this nation. Needless to say this inspired our crowds and the Move America Forward team alike.

The staff at Move America Forward are writing this report at 1:44 AM after a wonderful, and long, first day.

In Carson City we had 150-200 people show up, waving American Flags and singing. Congressman Duncan Hunter of the House Armed Services Committee gave a fabulous speech, as did Gold Star Mom Debbie Lee and Blue Star Mom Deborah Johns. TV cameras reported on the event.... We were the top story on the local news/talk radio station, the local newspaper covered the event. It was fantastic!

We hit lots of traffic crossing the Sierra Nevada mountain range as we left Carson City, Nevada and headed for Sacramento, California. We arrived a bit late, but there were still over 100 proud patriotic Americans on hand. Again, more TV cameras, and the local country music station was there to sponsor the event and broadcast reports.

We next had to get to San Francisco, but with the Bay Bridge closed for repairs we were forced to take a long circuitous route into the most liberal, anti-war bastion in this nation. But nothing could seem to stop our momentum, and the CBS and NBC affiliates were on hand to interview the big crowd in San Francisco. That crowd cheered and waved flags as our caravan arrived, and we felt so proud to be standing with so many wonderful Americans who will not allow the media, nor political activists, to undermine the missions of our troops serving overseas.

By the end of the day we had rallied several hundred Americans before a phalanx of media outlets who were reporting to the general public that there is a resurgence of activity and support from the pro-troop movement.

On Tuesday we start off in Modesto, California with a pro-troop rally at 7:00 AM before heading to Fresno, California for a 10:00 AM rally and then to Los Angeles, California for a 3:15 PM rally, and then we head to San Diego to get situated at our hotel there (and probably greet more people who will gather to greet our arrival there).

We're making outstanding progress - so much so that it has even surpassed our best expectations, and while we are all very tired from the strenuous pace and enormous amount of work that is involved we are nevertheless driven forward by motivation, determination and pride.

Singer Diana Nagy will knock your socks off, you HAVE to come to one of our stops to see her perform. She has touched our hearts and souls! Melanie Morgan and Lt. Colonel Buzz Patterson of Move America Forward kicked off each event with such dynamic power and enthusiasm that it set the tone for our positive, uplifting, patriotic effort. We just cannot come up with enough adjectives to convey to you how extraordinarily exciting this first day has been!

The below account is unedited and uncensored...

LOL. Well I'm a little late with this but here goes.

Long drive up and physically taxing. I arrived early and reconnoitered the area to locate enemy encampments and patrols. None sighted at 07:00. Moved position to locate the main body of friendly forces at Holiday Inn Express. They were there so after a short break and head call for me and the dog I returned to the area of operations at Mills Park. Another recon revealed no enemy activity at 07:45. Two groups of friendlies were found so I mustered them to roll call and helped with planning. Assisted these people setting up a couple of booths, flags, tents, and established a perimeter. Another recon indicated enemy activity was light and well away form our camp.

08:30 many friendly forces begin arriving. Reconned the perimeter once more and picked up one lone moonbat carrying a sign that read, "End The War - Out of Iraq Now". He attempted to infiltrate the camp but was stopped before he could do damage by me. I confronted the aging hippie who, by the way, smelled of goats, ganja, and feces. Yellow teeth too. He made several attempts to go around my confrontation but I countered moving swiftly to head him off each time. He was told by me that he was not welcome here and was not invited to this party.

He screamed I was infringing on his 1st Amendment rights to which I responded "Get your sorry smelly ass out of here". He made one more attempt to get by me by getting in my face using his sign as a shield. Once again I stopped him with a stern warning, "Get the sign out of my face and go away before I take "that" sign and shove it up your ass." He began frothing at the mouth screaming more unintelligible raves about 1st Amendment rights and being threatened.

For some reason he suddenly turned away and exited the area in much haste. Thinking I had won a major firefight all by my lonesome, I turned to go back to camp and was immediately met by 8 or 9 friendlies all laughing their asses off. They congratulated me laughing, shaking hands stating "We had your back bro." The enemy infiltrator never returned.

This ends military after action report.

Man what a day! All major players showed up at the scheduled time 09:00 including Duncan Hunter who was apparently on his way east. Perhaps pictures will show more than I can say, see attached.

I had the honor to meet Debbie Lee, Duncan Hunter, Debborah Johns, Col. "Buzz" Patterson and was able to speak with them for a brief period. Amazing people and well motivated! After a few minutes of friendly chat I once again returned to the perimeter to check enemy positions. See attached.

According to some reports there were over 200 friendlies and around 40 or so protesters. My assessment was at least 170 friendlies and 12 enemy counted. All in front of hairy "dickweeds" office on our side of the road. If there were more enemies they remained in the shadows and undetected. We had them outnumbered at least 14 to 1. And it goes without saying outclassed.

I am always impressed by the conduct of our people. They are clean, well groomed, well spoken and fired up. Lots of happy faces and lots of Red, White, and Blue. HOOYAH! My kind of people...PATRIOTS everyone of them.

The return trip was delayed by at least an hour due to heavy traffic...bumper to bumper for at least 100 miles.

No major incidents to report in Sacramento as the caravan arrived and continued with the festivities.

Moonbats had vandalized and defaced the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the Capitol grounds. Volunteers were busy cleaning up the mess and today I am headed back there to help. Apparently the damage was done in the wee hours or late night and went undetected by police patrolling the grounds. Coffee break perhaps? The dribbling little creeps aren't stupid so they probably had lookouts. From the looks of the damage it was done quickly with no method to the madness. Damage was minor but ugly. I didn't take pictures mainly because I don't want to be reminded of the incident. The news stations have it recorded.

Returned home checked e-mail and visited your blog and Spree's to make sure that she was able to live blog the event. I checked in with Deb Johns and another lady to make sure Spree was on the list for live updates and pictures. Could not enlist any additional volunteers to aid in the effort but didn't spend alot of time at it considering I was just a little bit busy with perimeter control. LOL.

I begged the moonbats to move a little closer and they responded by moving further away except for two brave mindless wonders who were picked up by others on patrol. I got pictures of these two fools..."We Support The Troops - Bring Them Home Now." Fucking idiots..........

Twas' the night before the "Fight for Victory Tour" launched and all through the hotel...

Hello, everyone, Melanie Morgan here, writing to you on the eve of the most ambitious cross-country pro-troop effort of its kind that's ever been undertaken - the "Fight for Victory Tour."

It's Sunday night, and I have just driven up from San Francisco, California to Carson City, Nevada after stopping by Vacaville, California to pick up Catherine Moy - the award-winning journalist who is the lead blogger for Move America Forward.

I'm on the way to the Reno airport to pick up Lt. Colonel Buzz Patterson (USAF, Ret.) who serves as Vice Chairman of Move America Forward. Gold Star Mom Debbie Lee has flown in to Sacramento to join Blue Star Mom Deborah Johns and the rest of the Move America Forward staff who are driving up to Carson City, Nevada for the kickoff of our historic pro-troop caravan.

We will be traveling more than 4,384 miles across this nation for this effort - stopping to hold 27 pro-troop rallies along the way.

What else can I possibly say to thank you for all the support you have shown Move America Forward? How else can I stress the importance of having you and others join our caravan for all or part of the way - and to attend one or more of our pro-troop rallies.

You have heard from all of us at Move America Forward explaining how critical this effort is - given the mid-September debate that will occur in Congress about whether our troops will be forced to surrender to al-Qaida.

I will ask for your continued prayers and well-wishes as we launch this massive undertaking tomorrow morning with our 9:00 AM rally in Carson City.

Fellow Americans,

We are now just 45 hours until the kickoff of the historic pro-troop "Fight for Victory Tour." For the next 2 weeks, military families, everyday patriotic Americans and the staff of Move America Forward will travel 4,384 miles across the country in a caravan of cars, trucks, motorhomes and motorcycles to show our support for our troops and their missions in the war on terror.

We are not backed by billionaires, unlike MoveOn.org and the coalition of anti-war/anti-victory groups who are funded by George Soros.

Instead, we in the pro-troop/pro-victory movement will band together, standing side-by-side, united by our shared belief that our troops are heroes who need our support here on the home front while they battle Islamic jihadists (Islamofascists as many people call them) half a world away.

Here's what I need of each of you in these next 45 hours:

*Help us get the word out. Contact friends, relatives and loved ones - anyone you know who believes in the missions of our troops, and get them to either join our caravan in their own vehicle for all or part of the way, and/or to show up to one of our 27 pro-troop rallies across this great nation. *Contact veterans groups, pro-military organizations, and patriotic organizations and get them to help us turn out crowds at each rally stop. Contact the media and urge them to cover this event. Contact talk radio hosts and implore them to help publicize this effort.

*Finally, continue to help us fund the radio, TV and Internet advertising we are currently doing to help promote these 27 pro-troop rallies, the national pro-troop caravan, and our message that we will NOT force our troops to surrender to al-Qaida and the jihadists. The timing of this effort is so critical - you all know this. The commander of U.S. troops in Iraq, General David Petraeus, must report to Congress by mid-September on the progress of "the surge" of U.S. troops in Iraq. We cannot allow Congress to turn their backs on General Petraeus and the men and women of the United States military.

We have the opportunity to inspire huge numbers of Americans to set aside a small amount of time to come out and publicly proclaim their support for our troops and their missions. *** Our kickoff event in Carson City, Nevada on Monday, September 3rd (at 9:00 AM in Mills Park) will have presidential candidate (and Congressman) Duncan Hunter speaking, a prominent Nevada State Senator, representatives from Congressman Dean Heller's and Senator John Ensign's offices, and a large contingent of veterans, military families and pro-troop supporters.

We've learned that Senator Harry Reid's office and anti-victory, anti-war activists are trying to organize their own counter protest in Carson City, Nevada.

It's important with all the media attention that will be given to our kickoff event that we have a huge crowd of supporters present. So if there is any way you can make it to this event (no matter how far you have to travel) can you please join us?

You can also then "caravan along" with us in your own vehicle as we head on to our 2nd pro-troop rally stop in Sacramento, California.

It seems as though Rep Baird (D-XX), is getting the Lieberman Treatment from the Moonbat Fruit Loop Brigade members of MoveOnDotTreason.

Issuing Fatwahs against those that can see and smell Victory In Iraq is getting to be common place by those that can see and smell Defeat On The Home Front. Clearly, the "anti-war" armadas are losing steam and their numbers are indeed dwindling. Don't get me wrong. They are still a formidable force to contend with but the Silent Majority Silent No More forces are growing faster than the the Fruit Loop Brigades are losing members.

And why are their numbers dwindling? True patriots are speaking out...that's why.

Jeff Hubbard, the retired California police officer who lost two sons in Iraq, spoke to reporters for the first time since the death of his son U.S. Army Cpl. Nathan Hubbard, who was killed last week in a Blackhawk helicopter crash.

Despite his family's devastating loss, Hubbard told reporters that his support for the country's campaign to combat global terror is undiminished. "We just want people to support the nation in what it's doing to make the world a better place," he said.

More and more Americans are stepping up and shouting down the former loudest of the loud. We are fed up, sick and tired and are no longer tolerant of the Hate America and blame America First mutants of our society. Dissent is one thing but openly seditious, subversive and treasonous acts for the sake of political gain is unconscionable. I just wish the PC Cowards in DC would actually enforce those laws. I doubt if there are any in DC with a spine left that is willing to do so...they WON"T even enforce our immigration laws for fear of fellow PC Cowards.

My eldest son will soon deploy to Iraq and I have made the commitment to join the Move America Forward Caravan and the Fight For Victory Tour. I don't have very many days remaining on this planet we call earth and I will be damned if I allow a repeat of the days of Vietnam. If verbiage, blogging and common sense fails, there are indeed other means.

Back in the late 1960's and the early 1970's, I was TOLD to stop what I was doing because the actions of the hippies, zippies and other such fools was merely a fad and this too shall pass. It didn't pass. Now, the OLDER hippies, zippies and other such fools are at it again but they have their stupid children with them now. It is indeed a target rich environment.

It seems as though the closer we get to the Good News from General Petraeus, the more the moonbats screech, whine and convulse.
