Durban II: Execrable Hyprocrisy

The Durban II Draft document is divided into five sections . This article examines the hypocrisy involved in demands for censorship. Quotes are taken from sections one and five, with the headings linked to source documents. Emphasis has been added for clarity.

• Section 1
• 26. Note that As regards the debate of contemporary forms of racism, some of the most worrying trends since 2001 include racio-religious profiling and discrimination, defamation of Muslims, their faith and beliefs, incitement to religious hatred and its concomitant effects on multiculturalism, national and international peace and stability as well as human rights of the affected communities.
• 27. Agrees with the Special Rapporteur on Racism that defamation of religions cannot be dissociated from a profound reflection on the trends of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance that are developing in the current political and ideological context.
• 28. Shares the Special Rapporteur's assessment that the most serious manifestations of defamation of religions are the increase in Islamophobia and the worsening of the situation of Muslim minorities around the world. He has mentioned three main developments in this context; a) the stereotypical association of Islam (and Muslims) with violence and terrorism; b) the determination to impose restrictions on manifestation of Islam including construction of mosques and its minarets; and c) monitoring and surveillance of places of worship, culture and teaching of Islam.
• 29. Recognizes with deep concern the overall rise in instances of intolerance and violence directed against members of many religious and other communities including religious minorities in various parts of the world, including cases motivated by Islamophobia, anti-Semitism and Christianophobia;
• 30. Acknowledges that the most disturbing phenomenon is the intellectual and ideological validation of Islamophobia. When it is expressed against migrants it takes the form of religo-ethnic or religo-racial tones, when it is expressed in the form of defamation of religions, it takes cover behind the freedom of expression and when it is expressed in the form of profiling. It hides behind the war against terrorism. Believes that association of terrorism and violence with Islam or any other religion including through publication of offensive caricatures and making of hate documentaries would purposely complicate our common endeavours to address several contemporary issues including fight against terrorism and occupation of foreign territories and peoples.
• 31. Besides strengthening discrimination against Muslims, this insidious association is preventing Muslim communities from practicing their religion freely or integration in the society, in many countries. Discrimination on multiple grounds of religion, ethnicity or culture further affects enjoyment of their basic human rights including economic, social and cultural rights. Durban Review Conference, therefore, must look into this contemporary manifestation of racism and seek proscription of this practice through legal and administrative measures. As the existing national laws and courts have failed to address the issue, internationally binding normative standards need to be devised that can provide adequate guarantees against defamation of religions and religious intolerance. *
• Section 5
• 100. Urges States to take serious steps to address the contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and in this context to take firm action against negative stereotyping of religions and defamation of religious personalities, holy books, scriptures and symbols;
• 142. National laws alone cannot deal with the rising tide of defamation and hatred against Muslims, especially if such trends are spreading to the grass root communities. A framework is needed to analyze national laws and understand their provisions. This could then be compiled in a single "universal document" as guidelines for legislation – aimed at countering "defamation of religions".
• 146. Calls upon the Durban Review Conference to provide guidelines for States taking into account the assessment of various Durban follow up mechanisms as well as the recommendations of the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance on the issue of defamation or negative stereotyping of religions;

Lets take a closer look.

• religious profiling

Durban II attacks our attempts at homeland security. The most destructive recent mass casualty attacks were all perpetrated by young Muslim males, not by little old Nuns. Their actions were motivated by the damnable doctrines of Islam which sanctify & mandate:

• terrorism

Common sense dictates careful scrutiny of those most likely to be motivated to attack us. Objections to "profiling" boil down to a desire to facilitate Jihad. The UN has been co-opted by our enemy; it is part of the problem, not the solution.

• Islamophobia

Phobia implies an irrational, unfounded fear & loathing. Given the past genocides perpetrated by Muslims against Hindus, Assyrians & Armenians and more recent attacks against America, Britain, Russia & Spain, fear & loathing of Islam are rational & well founded.

• 8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.
• 9:29.Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
• Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387: "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah."
• 3:151.We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allâh, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong­doers).
• 8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, "Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes."
• 33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives [27] And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh is Able to do all things.
• Bukhari Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331: Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey.
• Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220: I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy),

What is false about that association?

• the most disturbing phenomenon is the intellectual and ideological validation of Islamophobia.

What better validation is there than what Allah & Moe said and did? What did Allah say about Jihad ? What did Allah say about casting terror? What did Moe say?

Is there a better validation than the most accepted exegeses?

• The Command for Jihad against the Disbelievers and the Hypocrites
• The Command to strike the Enemies' Necks, tighten Their Bonds, and then free Them either by an Act of Grace or for a Ransom
• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers, the Closest, then the Farthest Areas
• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr

O-9.8: The Objectives of Jihad
The caliph (o-25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o-11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,
"Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled" (Koran 9.29),
the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace). After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus' descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet's saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),
"I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,"
this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

• association of terrorism and violence with Islam or any other religion including through publication of offensive caricatures and making of hate documentaries would purposely complicate our common endeavours to address several contemporary issues including fight against terrorism and occupation of foreign territories and peoples.

The Danish cartoons depicted Moe as a terrorist, which, by his own bragging, he damn well was.

• Allah made me victorious by awe
• I have been made victorious with terror

Moe went to Hell before the invention of gunpowder, so he never threw a bomb, but he did cast terror as a battle tactic.

FITNA displayed verses from theQur'an, followed by rabble rousing Imams and the results of their rants. Cause & effect.

Terrorism is an intrinsic Islamic sacrament. It can only be ended by eliminating Islam. The cartoons & documentaries have no connection with Islam's illegal occupation of & genocide against Israel.

That means preventing Muslims from practicing Jihad! Jihad is "your original religion".

• Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455:

  Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:

  I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

Don't hand me that Jihad an-Nafs crap. The translators of the Noble Qur'an defined Jihad for us:

V. 2:190) Al-Jihad (holy fighting) ln AlIah's Cause (with full force of numbers
and weaponry) is given the utmost importance in Islam and is one of its pillars (on
which it stands). By Jihad Islam is established, Allah's Word is made superior, (His
Word belng La Haha illallah which means none has the right to be worshipped but
Allah), and His Religion (Islam) is propagated. By abandoning Jihad (may Allah
protect us from that) Islam is destroyed and the Muslims fall into an inferior
position; their honour is lost, their lands are stolen, their rule and authority vanish.
Jihad is an obligatory duty In Islam on every Muslim, and he who tries to escape
from this duty, or does not in his innermost heart wish to fulfil this duty, dies with
one of the qualities of a hypocrite.

Islamic law has a similar definition.

O9.0 Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion.

The OIC & UN are demanding passage & enforcement of legislation to prevent exposure of Islam's damnable doctrines & practices. They want to outlaw FITNA, Obsession & What the West Needs to Know About Islam. They want to outlaw the Danish cartoons. They want to outlaw this blog post. Tell those hypocrites to go to Hell and be damned!

Look a little deeper into their abominable hypocrisy.

• 8:22. Verily! The worst of (moving) living creatures with Allâh are the deaf and the dumb, those who understand not (i.e. the disbelievers).
• 8:55. Verily, The worst of moving (living) creatures before Allâh are those who disbelieve , - so they shall not believe
• 98:6. Verily, those who disbelieve (in the religion of Islâm, the Qur'ân and Prophet Muhammad ()) from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikûn will abide in the Fire of Hell. They are the worst of creatures.
• 9:30. And the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allâh, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allâh. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allâh's Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth!
• 9:34. O you who believe! Verily, there are many of the (Jewish) rabbis and the (Christian) monks who devour the wealth of mankind in falsehood, and hinder (them) from the Way of Allâh (i.e. Allâh's Religion of Islâmic Monotheism). And those who hoard up gold and silver [Al-Kanz: the money, the Zakât of which has not been paid], and spend it not in the Way of Allâh, -announce unto them a painful torment.
• 9:123. O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allâh is with those who are the Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2).

And because of their saying (in boast), "We killed Messiah 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), the Messenger of Allâh," - but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but the resemblance of 'Iesa (Jesus) was put over another man (and they killed that man), and those who differ therein are full of doubts. They have no (certain) knowledge, they follow nothing but conjecture. For surely; they killed him not [i.e. 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary) ]:
  
  4:158. But Allâh raised him ['Iesa (Jesus)] up (with his body and soul) unto Himself (and he is in the heavens). And Allâh is Ever All­Powerful, All­Wise.
  
  4:159. And there is none of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), but must believe in him ['Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), as only a Messenger of Allâh and a human being], before his ['Iesa (Jesus) or a Jew's or a Christian's] death (at the time of the appearance of the angel of death). And on the Day of Resurrection, he ['Iesa (Jesus)] will be a witness against them.
• and the Muslims, along with `Isa, son of Mary, will kill the Jews.
• Jesus will say, 'I am not fit for this undertaking, go to Muhammad
• 61:14. O you who believe! Be you helpers (in the Cause) of Allâh as said 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), to Al­Hawârîûn (the disciples): "Who are my helpers (in the Cause) of Allâh?" Al­Hawârîeen (the disciples) said: "We are Allâh's helpers" (i.e. we will strive in His Cause!). Then a group of the Children of Israel believed and a group disbelieved. So We gave power to those who believed against their enemies, and they became the uppermost.
  

Islam describes Jesus Christ as:

Does anyone wonder why I tell Islam, the OIC & the UN to kiss my foot? If you read this far and don't comprehend my burning outrage, you are too stupid to learn; lacking in reading comprehension skills. Hypocrisy is the key word. Censorship follows close behind it. They pretend that Islam: Moe's Murder Cult, the genocidal predator is an innocent victim of racism & Islamophobia from which it must be shielded by law. While it bitterly bitches about exposing Moe's pederasty, murder, terrorism & piracy, it defames Jesus and says he will practice genocide. If anything should be banned, it is Islam's damnable canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence!

I stand upon my first amendment right to free expression. I claim it; and seek to preserve it. If you stand with me, then you will join me in disrespectfully demanding the outlawing of Islam and immediate withdrawal from the UN. We absolutely must retain the right to name the enemy and accurately describe its doctrines & practices.

4. (Believes) that freedom of expression and considers it as is a corner stone of contemporary human rights regime. However, misuse or abuse, as provided in Article 20 of the ICCPR and Article 4 of the ICERD must be taken into account to avoid possible negative fall outs. Therefore, while elaborating specific laws on combating incitement to racial and religious hatred, these must conform to the relevant provision of ICCPR and ICERD.

Article 20

1. Any propaganda for war shall be prohibited by law.

2. Any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence shall be prohibited by law.

Article 4

States Parties condemn all propaganda and all organizations which are based on ideas or theories of superiority of one race or group of persons of one colour or ethnic origin, or which attempt to justify or promote racial hatred and discrimination in any form, and undertake to adopt immediate and positive measures designed to eradicate all incitement to, or acts of, such discrimination and, to this end, with due regard to the principles embodied in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the rights expressly set forth in article 5 of this Convention, inter alia:

(a) Shall declare an offence punishable by law all dissemination of ideas based on racial superiority or hatred, incitement to racial discrimination, as well as all acts of violence or incitement to such acts against any race or group of persons of another colour or ethnic origin, and also the provision of any assistance to racist activities, including the financing thereof;

(b) Shall declare illegal and prohibit organizations, and also organized and all other propaganda activities, which promote and incite racial discrimination, and shall recognize participation in such organizations or activities as an offence punishable by law;

(c) Shall not permit public authorities or public institutions, national or local, to promote or incite racial discrimination.

• "Any propaganda for war shall be prohibited by law." Then you must ban the Qur'an, hadith & Sharia. Al-Anfal, Al-Taubah, Bukhari 52, 53 & 59 and Umdat al-Salik O9 are pure, unmitigated warmongering. In fact, war is what a Muslim must do to escape Hellfire and enter Paradise. We need to outlaw Islam.

• "Any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence shall be prohibited by law." Western civilization is under attack by Islam. Given that fact, exhortations to effective national defense does not fall under that provision. Neither does factual exposure of the doctrines & practices of Moe's murder cult. I am warning about Islam's genocidal & totalitarian intentions, not warmongering.

Ban Ki-Moon condemned FITNA as hate speech. It only documents the cause/effect relationship between Islamic scripture, preaching & violence. That ain't hate speech and there is no justification for attempting to censor it!

• 3:110. You [true believers in Islâmic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma'rûf (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islâm has forbidden), and you believe in Allâh. And had the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are Al-Fâsiqûn (disobedient to Allâh - and rebellious against Allâh's Command).
• Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, Number 80:
  Narrated Abu Huraira:
  The Verse:--"You (true Muslims) are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind." means, the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam.
• 9:35. It is He Who has sent His Messenger (Muhammad) with guidance and the religion of truth (Islâm), to make it superior over all religions even though the Mushrikûn (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) hate (it).

• "and undertake to adopt immediate and positive measures designed to eradicate all incitement to, or acts of, such discrimination"
• 8:65. O Prophet (Muhammad)! Urge the believers to fight. If there are twenty steadfast persons amongst you, they will overcome two hundred, and if there be a hundred steadfast persons they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they (the disbelievers) are people who do not understand.
• 9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

International law requires you to condemn and prohibit the practice of Islam because Jihad is one of its mandatory intrinsic sacraments. Instead you seek, under color of law, to shield it from exposure. Shame on you!!!

5. (Underlines that) an important element in the fight against racism is the need to raise awareness and enhance understanding between and among different cultures and societies, some useful steps have been taken such as Interfaith Dialogue and Cooperation for Peace and Alliance of Civilizations. Such mechanisms must not only be supported but enhanced and multiplied at all possible forums. At the national level such mechanisms should be created to reach out to all the religious ethnic and linguistic minorities and vulnerable groups. This approach will bring about better understanding of the problems and misconceptions at different level as well as provide ownership in the programmes designed for the betterment of vulnerable groups. The benefits of interfaith cooperation and dialogue should be taught at the basic level to ensure effective integration of minorities and better understanding and tolerance among societies.

Islam is supremely intolerant.

• 3:19. Truly, the religion with Allâh is Islâm. Those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) did not differ except, out of mutual jealousy, after knowledge had come to them. And whoever disbelieves in the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh, then surely, Allâh is Swift in calling to account.
• 3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.

What is there to discuss with those who are obligated to conquer and subjugate us?

10. (Urges) States should to ensure a comprehensive and universal approach to the fight against racism and discrimination, in particular by ensuring the same treatment and protection to all victims of racism and discrimination and recommends the following best practices:

(a) - Adopting a comprehensive legal framework to fight racism and all forms of discrimination, including multiple and aggravated forms of discrimination;



(b) - Ensuring access to justice for victims as a means to fight against impunity for racist and xenophobic crimes as well as appropriate remedies;



(c) - Preventing impunity for crimes motivated by racist or xenophobic attitudes. Considering the racist motivation as an aggravated circumstance;



(d) - Stressing that States should promote and ensure democracy, accountable and participatory good governance which is responsive to the needs of the people and the rule of law as an essential element in the fight against racism and discrimination;



(e) - Highlighting the important role to be played by parliaments, not only as a forum to promote debate around the problem of discrimination but also as a key actor in the creation of national legal frameworks in tune with international human rights instruments and fostering the effective implementation of the latter;



(f) - Stressing the freedom of expression as a necessity to counter racism and discrimination, while at the same time avoiding incitement to violence and hatred in accordance with articles 19 and 20 ICCPR;



(g) - Supporting the positive role Media can play in the fight against racism and discrimination;



(h) - Adopting measures to address the issue of hate speech in the Media, including on the Internet;

Islam defines every criticism as hate speech. Ban Ki-Moon condemned FITNA because it exposed the source of Islamic violence. You would ban this series of blog posts because it condemns Islam with its own texts as irrefutable evidence of its mercenary & aggressive nature.

(i) - Taking effective measures to promote diversity in the work place, including in public services;



(j) - Promoting measures to strengthen the role of education, training and awareness raising measures in the fight against racism and discrimination;

We do not want our children being indoctrinated with lies about our sworn enemy being a "great religion of peace" and an "equally valid path to God". We want education to be reserved for objective factual information, not enemy political propaganda.

(k) - Promoting mediation measures to fight against racism and discrimination;

U.N. Bans Criticism of Islam

On Tuesday, December 24, 2007, The United Nations General Assembly, passed by a vote of 108 to 51; 25 members abstaining, a resolution of the most despicable hypocrisy. " Combating defamation of religions".

In fact, the title is the first lie; only Islam is of interest to the General Assembly. The resolution was sponsored by Pakistan with the support of the OIC.

Herein you will find excerpts taken out of context, in block quotes, followed by my comments. Note that the resolution is one long run on sentence worthy of Faulkner. [Emphasis added.]

Recalling that all States have pledged themselves, under the Charter of the
United Nations, to promote and encourage universal respect for and observance of
all human rights and fundamental freedoms without distinction as to race, sex,
language or religion,

How about the right to live unmolested, secure in one's person & property, and to believe and worship or disbelieve and abstain from worship as one sees fit? These fundamental rights are denied by Islam. Allah said:

• And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do. 8:39

What institution directly contravenes the rights above referenced? The very institution we are exhorted to protect from defamation: Islam! The resolution reeks of hypocrisy.

• We shall not build, in our cities or in their neighborhood, new monasteries, Churches, convents, or monks' cells, nor shall we repair, by day or by night, such of them as fall in ruins or are situated in the quarters of the Muslims.
• We shall not manifest our religion publicly nor convert anyone to it. We shall not prevent any of our kin from entering Islam if they wish it.
• We shall show respect toward the Muslims, and we shall rise from our seats when they wish to sit.
• We shall not display our crosses or our books in the roads or markets of the Muslims. We shall use only clappers in our churches very softly. We shall not raise our voices when following our dead. We shall not show lights on any of the roads of the Muslims or in their markets. We shall not bury our dead near the Muslims.

If a man has knowledge of this, yet does not curse Islam, he has no soul and ought to be cast directly into Hell!

and nations of the world, while manifestations of cultural prejudice, intolerance and

The U.N. does not give a damn about that injustice.
