The image to the left is not acceptable. Neither is the one that FactCheck, an organization that the Annenberg Foundation owns, said was real just before it was proven to be a forgery and the one that photo shopped the COLB admitted his product was indeed a forgery. Unfortunately, somehow forging a Birth Certificate isn't illegal. Silly me thought that it was. I guess it all depends who the "criminal" is.

There are now 12 States that have suits filed demanding the almost president-elect to provide his bonafides. The Marxist Fraud and illegal alien Barack Hussein Obama, unaffectionately called Czarbama, Czarbie, Nobama and a host of other non-flattering titles has gone to great lengths to avoid this issue. I can only surmise that he cannot provide any tangible evidence as to his natural-born American status because he has none. If he did, he would have produced it as a political coup. It would have been a good one. But he didn't so he won't because he doesn't.

THEORY: he has been a constitutional professor and is planning on "holding out" until after the ACTUAL election for the Presidency by the Electoral College. If the Electoral College does in fact elect the fraud and illegal alien Obama there is going to be a Constitutional conundrum over electing an ineligible Presidential aspirant. Hang on...it is going to be a bumpy ride.

Obama has until December 1, 2008 to produce his documentation as so ordered by Justice Souter via a writ. The details can be found in much better detail at Right Side News. Naturally, all of the libtard blogs and news sites are understandably silent. Other sites are at People's Passion, Obama Crimes (other than his cocaine dealing and usage which explains his inability to speak coherently for more than 3 words at a time - called cocaine brain), Remote Viewer, SCOTUS web site (view of docket) and Power Line Forum.

The questions (too many at this point) is how far is Obama willing to take this? Is he counting on a complete disarming of the United States Constitution? If this goes passed the Electoral College session on 12/13/08 with Electoral College votes being thrown out because Obama is not eligible, will Congress step in and say something like this?: "Well he was elected and the Constitution is a flexible document so the eligibility clause regarding the eligibility requirements for the President is outdated therefore we need to forgo this clause at this time". Will this be the breaking point? And, if so, which way will it break?

The birth certificate issue is a major issue and I know this because the media is silent. So are the moonbats. Other issues are Barack's medical and education records which he has failed to produce and reveal for no reason other than to hide his acute inability to be honest and forthright. What else is he hiding? Is it his cocaine use did cause the brain damage the substance causes? It would explain his speech patterns...he has difficulty carrying on a conversation on the fly unless he is talking smack.

We will find out by 12/1/08. In Hawaii, we have until 11/10/08 when the theoretical and mystical and ever allusive birth certificate is going to magically appear after better people at forgery have had ample time to create a "valid" birth certificate.

Berg v Obama: Ph.D. Says "Standing" is not in The Constitution

Edwin Vieira, Jr., holds four degrees from Harvard: A.B. (Harvard College), A.M. and Ph.D. (Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences), and J.D. (Harvard Law School).

For more than thirty years he has practiced law, with emphasis on constitutional issues. In the Supreme Court of the United States he successfully argued or briefed the cases leading to the landmark decisions...

This is one you must read for yourself, and please, do not read the following as this blog speaking for Dr. Vieira - because I'm not. Here's my interpretion, and what I consider to be the short story:

Background: Barack Obama's natural-born citizenship has been questioned. A Philadelphia attorney, Philip Berg, filed suit in a Philadelphia Federal Court to require that Obama show proof of his natural-born status. The Court dismissed that case with Judge Surrick saying that Berg did not have "standing," meaning that he was not eligible to bring the case, and also that no injury had happened to the American people and until there was an "injury" there was no case.

Dr. Vieira has a differing opinion:

Vieira thinks Philip Berg has a case - meaning that in Dr. Vieira's opinion, America has the right to know that Obama is a natural-born citizen.

"Standing" - Not constitutional, but "judicial intervention"
Vieira says that the term "standing" is not to be found in the Constitution and is simply something derived within the legal system. He points to Article II, Section 1, Claure 4 of the Constitution, and says that "every American has what lawyers call 'a implied cause of action.' He goes on to say that the people have the implied cause of action "to require that anyone standing for "the Office of President" must verify his eligibility for that position, when "serious" allegations have been put forward. It appears that Vieira believes those serious allegations have been presented.

"Injury" - We have already, indeed, been injured.
Vieira believes that if Obama is not a natural-born citizen, then "injury" has already happened - just as many of us have expressed. He mentions Hillary Clinton's lost White House bid and the States that illegally placed Obama's name on their ballots. Obviously, if Obama's White House bid is fraudulent, the entire country has been harmed, and as he says - it could destroy the country.

Ironically, Vieira points out that should any "usurper" ascend to the office of the President of the United States, Congress could not impeach him to get him out of the office.

He muses about the possibility of having an "outright usurper" elected...a "poser" in the Presidency. Vieira says this would set our country on a "course of judicially assisted political suicide." He discusses the crime of perjury or false swearing, and he says that every act committed under such a fraud would render every act by that person as a criminal offense.

I did not find in the article, Dr. Vieira discussing why it seems there is no Law requiring that candidates show proof of natural-born status before being allowed to file for office.

He points out what an exasperated populace has been saying: it is Obama's moral duty to produce the evidence of his natural-born status. I will add that if the Democrat National Committee has vetted this issue, and DOES know, without a doubt that he is qualified for the Oval Office...then it is unconscionable that they would not have gotten the message to America.

Is this the simple arrogance of Obama having the proof but refusing to produce it...just because he can. If so, why would the DNC and Congress do this to "the people?"

This is the final straw if there ever was a final straw. If anyone votes for this NON US CITIZEN they are aiding and abetting a criminal, an ILLEGAL ALIEN! Barack Hussein Obama is NOT a US Citizen. He can't be. If in fact the judge out in Hawaii has indeed SEALED the Obama birth certificate from public scrutiny there is indeed something to hide for sure for sure.

If the birth certificate revealed that Barack was indeed a citizen, why was it sealed? If Barack is in fact a US Citizen and is therefore eligible to be President and is indeed eligible to run for the top political job, why was the birth certificate sealed? What is up with that?

I first learned of this at McNorman's blog and they link to WND here. In addition, Kenyan officials have also placed all Obama records under seal until AFTER the US Presidential elections. Is this because he intends to announce an April Fool's announcement? Perhaps it will go like this...

"I was just kidding anyway. I was just testing the waters to see if an illegal alien could steal the American Presidency. I knew I wasn't eligible but, Pelosi, Reid and Soros made me do it and I was pissed off at the Clinton's so I went along with the gag. Sorry America. I'll move back to socialist Kenya now and try to live in peace and harmony with my broke brother and smoke dope with the terrorists down there."

We know that there are now NINE US States that have filed cases to demand the production of Barack's eligibility much like the Barack Campaign demanded McCain produce...and he did.

I thought that it was odd that Obama suddenly had to skip town and head to Hawaii to visit his ailing Grandmother that he threw under the bus some time ago because, after all, she is just another one of those typical white people.

As far as I understand, when one does not show up or comply with or respond to legal action within our US Court System, the Judge must rule in favor of the Party that does appear. Obama was ordered by the Courts to produce his Birth Certificate...the real one and not the forged COLB that was on his web site and the Daily Kosmonoff web site.

The DNC was also ordered to produce the documents required and they failed to comply as well. Someone has some explaining to do.

It should not be a surprise that the Democrats can’t agree on how best to extricate America from the war in Iraq; after all, a party whose leaders still can’t talk coherently about the past can hardly be expected to talk coherently about the future. And the fact is, some of the top Democratic presidential contenders are still having problems explaining how and why they enabled this war in the first place.

Case in point: John Edwards and Hillary Clinton.

And they want to be THE leaders in the free world and turn it into a socialist state? Why on God’s green earth would anyone with any sense of honor or dignity want these liars and frauds in the White House?

Both have said that they were “misled” by GWB and they both have said that they read ALL the data presented to them. As it turns out, NEITHER one has read the SNIE and they BOTH lied about having read it. Imagine that.

I find it curious that there aren’t more folks of the opposition bringing this subject up as well. Oh. Wait. That wouldn’t be politically correct, would it? Calling a spade a spade might get the spade angry. Calling a spade a small shovel might make the spade angry also. So, what do we call the spade? To be multicultural about it, we could say that the spade, being a small shovel, could be called a shovel. There. It is no longer what it is and it is no longer classified as being “smaller” than any other shovels.

But what of the shovels that are larger than the smaller shovel? Why should a spade be called what they are and have been? Isn’t that unfair to the large shovels? Who is watching out for the large shovels while the small shovels are now indistinguishable? Alas! I digressed.

Senator and Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has unveiled her economic vision. Should she be given the power to implement it, we can say goodbye to the prosperity and opportunity we have enjoyed since the Reagan years.

Clinton said she prefers a “we’re all in it together” society: “I believe our government can once again work for all Americans. It can promote the great American tradition of opportunity for all and special privileges for none.”

Doesn’t such a society already exist elsewhere? It’s called socialism, where government has sought to make all things economically equal and the only equality is that all are equally poor. Wasn’t defeating such a society precisely why we fought and won the Cold War? Why does Senator Clinton wish to embrace the principles of the losing side?

Clinton has merely updated the old and discredited (except among socialist dictators) Karl Marx saying: “From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.”

It is time to put this dying horse to sleep, Hillary. We see through your facade and find you incredibally disingenuous at best. At worse, you Hillary, are a fraud.

What does that mean? Is that more journalistic political correctness garbage? No wonder someone once told me not to go into journalism. I was told that it was a dying “art”. Popular? By whose standards? And by whose definition?

I remember WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY back in High School days when certain people were “popular”. The anti-establishment crowds were “popular”. The criminal elements were “popular”. The girls that slept around were “popular”. I figured out way back then that being “popular” was not really a good thing. I wasn’t “popular” but I did have one of the fastest cars in 5 counties, I was a track star (always in the paper) and I was one of the best right wingers (go figure) on the soccer teams and had an AWESOME corner kick down to a science.

“Popular”? No thanks. Perhaps when wars become “popular”, the aliens from Andromeda will come save us.

Semantics. Troublesome, yes?

Why, YES, she IS and, I know what “IS” means!! Hat Tip to Silvio Canto, Jr. from The Canto Group, Executive Search in Texas.

This socialist, hitlery, which borders on being a full-blown communist, wants to rule the United States with an iron fist. She blows with the wind to garner support from various groups and once she has folks solid in her corner with no way to get out of that corner, she will change direction(s) to garner more support from a different set of voters. It is both smart and dumb. The tactic works for her, I guess.

Silvio Canto has nailed it down:

“…Between now and election day, Hillary Clinton will take many positions on Iraq.

Between now and the primaries, she will move to the left to react to the pressure coming from Edwards and Obama.

After the primaries, she will move to the right and position herself against McCain, Guiliani or Romney…”

I guess she learned this tactic from kerry?

This statement sums it up pretty well:

2007-04-20) — Attempting to clarify yesterday’s statement that the war in Iraq is “lost“, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said today that he “supports the troops who lost the war.”

In an audiotape recorded from an undisclosed location and released through Al-Jazeera TV, Sen. Reid said, “The troops who lost the war should hold their heads high, because not everyone can be a winner, and they gave it a good try.”

CIA analysis of the tape indicates the voice is “almost certainly” Sen. Reid’s and that references to recent events show that the Democrat leader may still be at large, in good health and “substantially in charge” of his network of Democrat senators.

On the tape, Sen. Reid also said, “It’s not the fault of our troops that they represent an evil regime, or that they wear the uniform of the nation viewed by many as ‘the Great Satan.’”

The Nevada Democrat said he looks forward to welcoming the troops home, so that many of them can “lay down their weapons and return to the world of decent and honorable work.”

Is there ANY doubt as to how Reid really feels about our troops????

Harry Reid’s lying hypocrisy revealed … again. From The Volokh Conspiracy:

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) was among those who denounced yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling upholding the Federal Partial Birth Abortion Act. Commenting on the decision, Reid said “A lot of us wish that Alito weren’t there and O’Connor were there,” indicating his desire that there has been a fifth vote to invalidate the statute, as Justice O’Connor had provided the fifth vote to invalidate Nebraska’s partial-birth abortion ban in Stenberg v. Carhart.

What is curious about Reid’s statement, as NPR and some news outlets have noted, is not Reid’s criticism of Alito — Reid opposed Alito’s confirmation — but the fact that Reid supported, and voted for, the federal statute upheld in yesterday’s decision! . . .

Typical liberal, always trying to play both sides of the issue. Political charlatans like Reid will never fall under the full weight of the lamestream media.

Did Clinton Aide Tutor Valerie Plame?

Two days before outed CIA agent Valerie Plame testified before Congress, she and husband Joseph Wilson had dinner with Hillary Clinton — and an intriguing fourth party.

Joining the three was Sidney Blumenthal, a journalist who served as a senior advisor to President Bill Clinton for 3 1/2 years.

“Do you think they might have worked on talking points for Valerie’s congressional testimony?” wondered journalist Eileen McGann, co-author with Dick Morris of several books about the Clintons.

“Remember: Sidney was advising Hillary about how to spin the Lewinsky story. He’s the one who put out Hillary’s comments that Bill was just helping a troubled young girl.

“Sidney’s been awfully quiet lately, but maybe he’s been helping out the Wilsons — and thereby Mrs. Clinton too.”

McGann pointed to a passage in Hillary’s book “Living History,” about the morning Bill told her about news reports that he’d had an affair with a White House intern: “Bill woke me up early. He sat on the edge of the bed and said, ‘There’s something in today’s paper that you need to know about.’”

McGann compared that to comments Plame made before Congress about how she found out that columnist Robert Novak had revealed her identity as a CIA operative: “I found out very early in the morning when my husband came in and dropped the newspaper on the bed and said, ‘He [Novak] did it.’ And I quickly turned and read the article and I felt like I had been hit in the gut.”
