Who needs the United States Constitution? I hear it is up on eBay for a tidy sum of fifteen cents. The postage costs more. The cost of placing the document on eBay costs more. Sounds like a typical government transaction to me what with toilet seats going for thousands of dollars due to the procurement process and all.

The liberals that disgrace this Nation we call America every day that draw free breathe is an affront to every Freedom loving human being on this planet we call Earth. They will repeat their lies so often to wear down their opposition to the degree that fighting back becomes untenable. One in particular is the monstrous lie that President Bush once said that the Constitution was nothing but a GD piece of paper. Think about that one. If he had said that, don't you think that the liberals that occupy their political seats would have had a field day with it? That particular urban legend was started by the POS liberal rag known as Capital Blue. Google it. And for you idiots out there that drool all over Snopes, well, you figure it out. Snopes is good for urban legends and email chain mails. And that is all they are good for. Period.

I ran across a post over at Do The Right Thing entitled, "Responding to the Relentless Liberal Tide", posted by Dean. That post jogged my memory of a post I wrote back in October of 2007, entitled, "Fighting the Dems to Keep America Safe: FISA". (I find it "ironic" that Obama voted IN FAVOR of FISA when he said to his moron supporters that he was dead set against it.)

In Deans' posting, he quoted David Limbaugh and I immediately went to a quote I used in my post from Orcinus. They say nearly the same thing and it bears repeating. I have been preaching and teaching this same data for nearly three decades. From Orcinus:

For those of you that have given up the fight or have exchanged the Truth for a Lie in the name of "getting along", I may have pity for you if I thought that you didn't know any better. Most of you do know better so whatever befalls you, you will deserve it because you brought it upon yourself by the lack of courage and stamina.

As David Limbaugh stated, I too have noted that the American liberal is very steadfast in their ideologies and will blow with the wind which creates a contrived duplicity which is hard to follow if you are not paying attention or if you swallow the evening news nonsense or if you read the print media and regard them as the Gospel. Apparently, some of our fellow "conservatives" have been compromised and have fallen for the liberal ploy. But, they will deny that, evidence to the contrary.

Mr Limbaugh mentioned the conservatives abandoning the fight. Indeed they have. One of the fights they have abandoned is the Constitutional issue of Obama's natural born citizen status because they read a report in Snopes. These same fair-weather conservatives have derided Snopes in the past and have opined about who is fact checking the fact checkers. I find the conservatives that have abandoned this fight for inexcusable or inexplicable motives to be a Sign of The Times.

In my 53 years on this planet, I served this Nation we call America for most of my adult life in and out of military service chasing down terrorists that were already here on Home Turf. Through the years, I have witnessed first hand how our American liberals - home grown Enemies of the State - cater to the "underprivileged" terrorists and have granted them American Constitutional Rights although they were and still are not American Citizens. I always questioned that and went about my business protecting this Nation in spite of the idiots that made rules we most assuredly did not and would not adhere to. I defended the Constitution and not some ignorant rule an idiot dreamed up that was diametrically opposed to the Constitution I was sworn to protect.

Some "conservatives" have lauded Obama's "centrism" with his Cabinet appointments. Obama is no more a Centrist than these self-vaunted conservatives are smart. Obama is not a Centrist and these conservatives are certainly not smart. Obama is perhaps to the left of the Leftists and these conservatives have the intelligence levels of several boxes of turtle droppings. Neither amount to a grain of salt and are now classified as untrustworthy. I have found these alleged conservatives so untrustworthy that I have unsubscribed from their web sites and will no longer link back to them or use any of their writings. Period.

Traditional America has been under attack for decades. As the conservatives try and play the game of Nice-Nice, their "friends across the aisle" stab them in the back and do it in such a way as to create an environment that the conservatives thank their "friends" for destroying our Nation. After all, they don't want to make any waves and be called mean names. If you truly want to know what is happening in this Nation, it would behoove you to read, memorize, print out and pas along the List of 45. You can also buy the book The Naked Communist and study it. The List of 45 is in the book and the same List of 45 was presented to Congress in 1963 and is part of the Congressional Record. Go find it. I did.

I am pleased that others are willing to carry the fight to the enemy and have no intentions of giving up to be counted as "fitting in". I don't want to "fit in" if it means getting along with those bent on destroying this Nation. Screw that and screw them all. If the fair-weather conservatives concede when the going gets tough, who needs them? The answer? The American liberal needs them and they might as well change shoes.

A Nation Divided

What has happened to this Nation? When did we become this politically split? Not since 1860 and possibly a few years before have we been this politically split - two ideologies diametrically opposed. Which side is correct? The Litmus Test would be the United States Constitution. It would be wise for either side to determine if their policies currently in place and those being proposed and currently being campaigned upon pass the Constitutional Litmus Test.

Voters have to determine which candidates are closely adhering to the United States Constitution or at least the closest to our Constitution. The problem is this - very few of us actually know what the Constitution actually says about any issue.

I have finally run across a prominent writer that has decided to brave the fires that will soon come. I am pleased that someone other than myself has come out and warned of a possible American Civil War. Something has to give. We cannot continue down this path of being so diametrically opposed one against the other because sooner or later, the colliding ideologies will no longer be sated by verbiage.

Sooner or later, one will give in to the other. The question is, which one will win out? Which one offers Freedom, unhindered, and which one creates an air of dependency on the government for everything? Which one frees its people and which one enslaves its people?

Name me one socialist/Marxist nation that has a problem with too many people wanting to move there. Just one. I dare say that there doesn't exist a socialist/Marxist nation that has a problem with people coming in but they do have a problem with people trying to get the hell out. Prove me wrong. You won't be able to but the challenge is there.

Without the delusions and conspiracies concocted by the always creative political left, their whole house of Marxist cards will come crumblin' down. [...]

If I have said this once, I have said it countless times; Barack Hussein Obama is unfit to command. He is unfit to command a garbage dump let alone the most powerful nation in the known universe. He has zero experience and has absolutely no accomplishments in life in general let alone politically. His taxing policies he wants to set forth are unconstitutional no matter which way one slices and dices and spins. His stand on abortion is much worse than the unconstitutional SCOTUS debacle called Roe v Wade. His associates throughout his life have been enemies from within and have tried to overthrow the United States government and some have even declared was on the United States at one time.

His foreign policy explanations prompted Joe Biden to inadvertently warn the people of America what a danger the poor lad is. Joe Biden told the American People that there WILL BE a GENERATED international crisis within 6 months of an Obama presidency to "test the metal of the man". Joe Biden also has stated that he would be honored to serve WITH John McCain because the country would be better off with John McCain than Barack Obama. He also has stated that the country doesn't have time for a Obama presidency to undergo on-the-job training.

Barack Obama has stated in so many words that he hates this nation and I can only imagine how his loud-mouthed wife says about this nation that I have fought for and bled for along with MILLIONS of others.

His achievements? None.

His taxing policies? Unconstitutional.

His stand on abortion? Perfectly fine to murder unborn children.

His associates and associations? Dubious at best, criminal at worst and too many radicals to keep up with.

His Foreign Policy expertise? None and his statements are dangerous.

His respect for and honor to this Nation? AWOL, void and hateful.

His bigotry level and racism? Highest levels I have seen in 53 years.

And it is DEVASTATING." I agree. There has been more vetting of Joe the Plumber than there has been on Barack Hussein Obama and there is a reason for that of which we can only guess. However, when news anchors get orgasmic chills up and down their legs when they talk about Obama, one can only guess what the hell that is all about.

When each and every criticism of Obama is met with the RACIST charge, one has to wonder what the hell that is all about. To emphasize that, now the term "socialism" is considered to be a RACIST statement according to an idiot by the name of Lewis Diuguid,writing in the Kansas City Star Editorial Page. The title to this post was actually robbed from an entry at the Astute Bloggers previously linked. It is the very last entry in a most eloquent rant. The three entries before go thusly:

The remaining article goes along the same way as the above but I would like to add my personal view on this subject. I call it the Dems and Terrorists Syndrome, DTS for short. The link provided is but a small inkling into the research going into this subject. What I have found so far is a direct correlation to the violence spikes in Iraq (also in Afghanistan but mostly in Iraq) and the political rhetoric of the Democrat Party. Without disclosing all I know at this time, the evidence is damningly overwhelming.

We know that the Democrat Party leadership tried their hardest to lose the War in Iraq for political gain. Political Power means more to them than the safety and well-being of our Troops in and out of combat zones. Just ask John Murtha. In all of 2006 and 2007, time and time again, the political rhetoric encouraged, emboldened and enabled the enemy. Some of our politicians and their citizen support structure rendered aid and comfort to the enemy. Look to Code Pink for the most blatant activity in this regard. Remember, the War In Iraq is no longer a viable campaign issue - to the Leftinistra, the Armies of the socialist American liberal.

Keeping the above in mind, John Whitehead at Right Side News writes: Is it Time for a Rebellion? I would say most assuredly yes. It is our Constitutional Right to do so. We can do it one of two ways...via the ballot box or taking up arms. We have the Constitutional Right to "change our government" when it becomes our Lords and not our Servants. Our very Founding was exactly that. What was it Thomas Jefferson once said?

“God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion …. And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms …. I am willing to die for that which I believe and from the cowardice revealed from the ones that feign a false Patriotism, I doubt - seriously doubt - that they would be willing to sacrifice their all for their cause. Nevertheless, in John Whitehead's article, he was referring to the recent most unconstitutional "bail out" bill that eventually got through the Dishonorable Halls of CONgress, full of con men and women against the will of the American People.

Did Barack Write Dreams of My Father?

My first question is, "does he even know who his father is?" I find it curious that he has oscillated between his blackness and whiteness and has thrown several of each family members under thge bus for one reason or another. I wonder which "father" he was writing about. Anyway, there is growing doubt that Barack was the author of his memoir. I have been reading, listening and watching what comes of this as has many others. Not very many have been writing or even talking about it. However, this is changing. After all, isn't "change" what this election is all about?

In an article written by Charles Krauthammer for the NRO, he talks about the character of Barack Obama. Hell. I have been questioning his character since he became the Golden Child back in 2006. Where have these people been? The guy is from Chicago. The article begins:

Convicted felon Tony Rezko. Unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers. And the race-baiting Rev. Jeremiah Wright. It is hard to think of any presidential candidate before Barack Obama sporting associations with three more execrable characters. Yet let the McCain campaign raise the issue, and the mainstream media begin fulminating about dirty campaigning tinged with racism and McCarthyite guilt by association.

But associations are important. They provide a significant insight into character. They are particularly relevant in relation to a potential president as new, unknown, opaque, and self-contained as Obama. With the economy overshadowing everything, it may be too late politically to be raising this issue. But that does not make it, as conventional wisdom holds, in any way illegitimate. [...]

True. The issues are relevant but we are not allowed to talk of such things. After all, it is racist to question his "grayness" because he is neither black or white...he is a hybrid...just like the REST of the American population. He needs to get over that crap. Rich Lowry also has a piece up at NRO as well.

'People were satisfied,” Barack Obama writes in his first memoir, Dreams From My Father, “so long as you were courteous and smiled and made no sudden moves.”

Such was Obama’s strategy as a high-school student for dealing with white people who might be discomfited by a young black man. Interesting article to say the least. Just don't make any sudden moves.

Barack is also mixed in with the ACORN crowd of which he has denied any association but there is overwhelming evidence that he has and he has lied about it. What is it with Democrats? Why do they always have to lie about everything? Alas, I digress. Back to the memoir he didn't write - or did - or not.

There are a collection of responses to this issue of the real author of Dreams of My Father over at Memeorandum and I have been reading them all. The primary article listed there is from The Corner, penned by Andy McCarthy.

There has been speculation about this which I've ignored, no doubt because there are enough policy reasons to oppose Barack Obama and I don't want to feed into what sounds, at first blush, like Vince Fosteresque paranoia. But I've finally read Jack Cashill's lengthy analysis in The American Thinker. It is thorough, thoughtful, and alarming — particularly his deconstruction of the text in Obama's memoir and comparison to the themes, sophistication and signature phraseology of Bill Ayers' memoir.

There is nothing in Obama's scant paper trail prior to 1995 that would suggest something as stylish and penetrating as, at times, Dreams from My Father is. And when Obama speaks extemporaneously, one doesn't hear the same voice one encounters in the book. Now maybe Obama has a backlog of writing fom Columbia or Harvard that signal great literary promise, but he not only hasn't shared it, he's assiduously hidden traces of it. And, to be sure, writing is different from speaking — in fairness, some of Obama's off-the-cuff bumbling when he speaks is certainly due to the rigors of the campaign which would cause even the most gifted communicator to faulter from time to time. But it's not unreasonable to expect more similarity between Obama the writer and Obama the orator. [...]

The guy has written TWO memoirs and isn't he too young for all of that? Most folks that have accomplished things in life at least wait until their age reaches elderly status before they write their memoirs. This character Obama is under 50 years old. And, just what exactly has he accomplished? Anything? The answer is, nothing. He hasn't accomplished anything substantial, relevant or news worthy.

We already know what he is so what is the big deal to find out who he is? The "what" explains it all. He is a social engineer, modeled after his Uncle Frank (might be the real Daddy) and Saul Alinsky. Both men were Marxists at worst and socialists at best. Neither dogma can coexist in the same country under a Constitution such as the Constitution of the United States. It really is that simple.

Prior to 1990, when Barack Obama contracted to write Dreams From My Father, he had written very close to nothing. Then, five years later, this untested 33 year-old produced what Time Magazine has called -- with a straight face -- "the best-written memoir ever produced by an American politician."

The public is asked to believe Obama wrote Dreams From My Father on his own, almost as though he were some sort of literary idiot savant. I do not buy this canard for a minute, not at all. Writing is as much a craft as, say, golf. To put this in perspective, imagine if a friend played a few rounds in the high 90s and then a few years later, without further practice, made the PGA Tour. It doesn't happen. [...]

What is more, when Ayers speaks, even off the cuff, he uses a cadence and vocabulary consistent with his memoir. One does not hear any of Dreams in Obama's casual speech. [...]

Read the rest of the articles linked in this post and you will draw the same conclusion. Barack did not write his "memoir". Call me cynical or anything you want but, knowing what I know having served my nation for decades analyzing people, places and things as well as having nearly memorized the List of 45, Barack Obama is being used as an instrument for the overthrow of the United States government. Do you want an American Civil War Part 2? Either elect or allow to be elected, The One, the Messiah that Farrakhan so declared.

Revolution: We Said This Day Would Come

Those that have read my articles, pieces and posts for several years now know that if there was one thing I and the associates here at A Newt One have said is this: one day there would be an American Awakening and that there would be a cresting of the Conservative Tsunami and that Conservative Tsunami would sweep the anti-Americanist thugs into that Abyss of Obscurity that we have been preparing for them. Now is that time.

The #dontgo movement has been the catalyst in this regard and that is why the MoveOn cretin and whining spammers have attacked it as they have attacked ALL other avenues of dissent against them. It is the MoveOn cowards that crush dissent and try to squelch others' Constitutional Rights of Freedom of Expression. Even CNN has at least seen the light...sort of.

This is a huge event and the moonbat anti-Americanists hate it...they see what remains of their influence dwindling and circling around the toilet water as it roils around being flushed with the rest of the refuse.

Why Left and Right Must Unite

Would the left and right uniting be a good cause? Could this reunion be beneficial to the American way of life? The answers, obviously, would be an emphatic and resounding, "HELL YES!" The next question would be, is it possible? The answer to that question is "Rather" esoteric, don't you think?

When I first received this link and article in my email from my friend Cassy, my initial response was that I thought Cassy had gone off the deep end...I was wrong. GASP! Snooper wrong? EGAD! What has the world come to? A deeply felt thank you goes out to Cassy...this has given me pause to consider.

The article is from The August Review, written by one Patrick Wood. It is indeed a noble cause and at the same time, wishful thinking. Our society has devolved into a quagmire of politicians seeking political gain at the expense of National Security and National Sovereignty. As long as the politicians from both sides of the House would stay out of the way of We The People, perhaps a reunion could be possible. Alas, those of us on the Right have no intension of bowing down to the March to Socialism the Left so espouses. The problem is, the followers within the Left have no clue what their leadership directs. The first priority would be to reeducate the Left and, at the same time, reel in the fruit loops on the Right, namely, the Paulievs, whose minions are no better than the A.N.S.W.E.R. crowds.

I wrote an article at one time entitled, "We Had A Patriotic Nation Once". That article received a second place ranking of TOCB in comments totaling 140. It seems Patriotism, in this country, is considered to be arrogant and filled with blood-lust. The very notion that Patriotism has become a four-letter word is abhorrent to this DAV. Until this revulsion of Patriotism is neutralized, this notion of reuniting the Left and Right towards one gaol, primarily, to defeat this nation's enemy, is subject to psychological investigation.

Many items need to be explained and retaught and, that road alone is indeed an uphill battle. There are several avenues to go on the offensive over and there are an equally number of topics to address. The problems are manifold and so manifestly ensconced into our society by the elitists that the process will require a deep acid etching to remove the deep-rooted fallacy of Globalization.
