Fiqh Council Declares No Conflict Between Islam and Constitution

 The Fiqh Council of North America issued a resolution declaring that Shari'ah and the Constitution are not in conflict. Are they practicing al-Taqiyya or telling the truth?  Examine the details to find out.

On Being Faithful Muslims and Loyal Americans

Like other faith communities in the US and elsewhere, we see no inherent conflict between the normative values of Islam and the US Constitution and Bill of Rights.

    Contrary to erroneous perceptions and Islamophobic propaganda of political extremists from various backgrounds, the true and authentic teachings of Islam promote the sanctity of human life, dignity of all humans, and respect of human, civil and political rights. Islamic teachings uphold religious freedom and adherence to the same universal moral values which are accepted by the majority of people of all backgrounds and upon which the US Constitution was established and according to which the Bill of Rights was enunciated.

    The Qur’an speaks explicitly about the imperative of just and peaceful co-existence, and the rights of legitimate self-defense against aggression and oppression that pose threats to freedom and security, provided that, a strict code of behavior is adhered to, including the protection of innocent non-combatants.

        The foregoing values and teachings can be amply documented from the two primary sources of Islamic jurisprudence – the Qur’an and authentic Hadith. These values are rooted, not in political correctness or pretense, but on the universally accepted supreme objectives of Islamic Shari’ah, which is to protect religious liberty, life, reason, family and property of all. The Shari’ah, contrary to misrepresentations, is a comprehensive and broad guidance for all aspects of a Muslim’s life – spiritual, moral, social and legal. Secular legal systems in Western democracies generally share the same supreme objectives, and are generally compatible with Islamic Shari’ah.

    Likewise, the core modern democratic systems are compatible with the Islamic principles of Shura – mutual consultation and co-determination of all social affairs at all levels and in all spheres, family, community, society, state and globally.
As a body of Islamic scholars, we the members of FCNA believe that it is false and misleading to suggest that there is a contradiction between being faithful Muslims committed to God (Allah) and being loyal American citizens. Islamic teachings require respect of the laws of the land where Muslims live as minorities, including the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, so long as there is no conflict with Muslims’ obligation for obedience to God. We do not see any such conflict with the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. The primacy of obedience to God is a commonly held position of many practicing Jews and Christians as well.

        We believe further that as citizens of a free and democratic society, we have the same obligations and rights of all US citizens. We believe that right of dissent can only be exercised in a peaceful and lawful manner to advance the short and long term interests of our country.

    The Fiqh Council of North America calls on all Muslim Americans and American citizens at large to engage in objective, peaceful and respectful dialogue at all levels and spheres of common social concerns. We call upon all Muslim Americans to be involved in solving pressing social problems, such as the challenge of poverty, discrimination, violence, health care and environmental protection. It is fully compatible with Islam for Muslims to integrate positively in the society of which they are equal citizens, without losing their identity as Muslims (just as Jews and Christians do not lose their religious identity in doing the same).

    We believe that emphasis on dialogue and positive collaborative action is a far better approach than following the paths of those who thrive on hate mongering and fear propaganda. Anti-Islam, anti-Semitism and other similar forms of religious and/or political-based discrimination are all forms of racism unfit for civilized people and are betrayal of the true American as well as Islamic values.

    May the pursuit of peace, justice, love, compassion, human equality and fellowship prevail in the pluralistic mosaic that is the hallmark of our nation.

no inherent conflict

    So the Qur'an is compatible with the Constitution?  Compare Surah An-Nisa' 4:89 to the Bill of Rights.

4:89. They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So take not Auliyâ' (protectors or friends) from them, till they emigrate in the Way of Allâh (to Muhammad ). But if they turn back (from Islâm), take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither Auliyâ' (protectors or friends) nor helpers from them.

Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791. Note
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

    Allah issued a command to kill apostates. The Constitution forbids laws abridging freedom of religion.  How do they hope to square that circle?  Here is one more example just to pile on.

5:38. Cut off (from the wrist joint) the (right) hand of the thief, male or female, as a recompense for that which they committed, a punishment by way of example from Allâh. And Allâh is All­Powerful, All­Wise.

 

Amendment 8 - Cruel and Unusual Punishment. Ratified 12/15/1791.

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

sanctity & dignity of human life

    The Fiqh Council asserts that Islam promotes those values, so we shall delve into the two most authentic Islamic sources: the Qur'an and Sahih Bukhari to discover the truth of the matter.  The council did not cite the Qur'an in this resolution but others have, quoting Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:32.

5:32. Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs, evidences, and signs, even then after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allâh by committing the major sins) in the land!

5:33. The recompense of those who wage war against Allâh and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.

    Muslims love to quote 5:32, but never quote the next verse. Why is that?  One phrase from that ayeh says it all: "wage war against Allâh"; what does it mean?  Tafsir Ibn Kathir has the answer for us. "`Wage war' mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways. ".

    The Qur'an justifies killing disbelievers because of their disbelief, equating it with waging war against Allah.  One hadith in Bukhari's collection, widely accepted as the most authentic of the six canonical collections, exposes the sanctity and dignity of human life assertion as an egregious lie.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

    While the first sentence of that hadith is sufficient to demolish the "religion of peace" meme, it informs us that our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until we recite Shehada and do things their way.  Only Muslim lives are sacred.

    The last sentence of that hadith makes another point crystal clear: only Muslims have human rights.  The assertion that Islam promotes the sanctity & dignity of human life and human rights is fully exposed as a lie.

uphold religious freedom

    Allah said something else entirely, the polar opposite of religious freedom. Surah Al-Imran holds an important clue in ayat 85-151. [Click the link and scroll down to read the context.]

3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.

    If Allah won't accept choosing Christianity, will his slaves?  The answer is in the context.

3:110. You [true believers in Islâmic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad  and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma'rûf (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islâm has forbidden), and you believe in Allâh. And had the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are Al-Fâsiqûn (disobedient to Allâh - and rebellious against Allâh's Command).

3:111. They will do you no harm, barring a trifling annoyance; and if they fight against you, they will show you their backs, and they will not be helped.

    #111 tels us the intended outcome: war against Christians & Jews.  Consider the highlighted clause in #110; what is the meaning of "best of peoples"?  The answer is in a hadith and it does not reflect freedom of religion.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, Number 80:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Verse:--"You (true Muslims) are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind." means, the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam.

    Examine the highlighted clause.  Bringing us to Islam in change is violent & coercive, the polar opposite of religious freedom.  The ultimate contravention of freedom of religion is found in Surah Al-Anfal 8:39 & At-Taubah 9:29.  Those contain the jihad imperatives; fight until loops. Note the terminal conditions, which I have highlighted to make them stand out.

8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

    Muslims are commanded to wage war until only Allah is worshiped; until Jews & Christians are subjugated & extorted. Tell me again how the teachings of Islam uphold freedom of religion.

universal moral values

    Universal moral values such as the sanctity of marriage?  We turn next to Surah An-Nisa' 4:24 to examine the morality of Islam.

4:24. Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those (captives and slaves) whom your right hands possess. Thus has Allâh ordained for you. ...

    Muslims are prohibited from copulating with married women except those they own. Of course the prohibition of rape is another universal moral value upheld by the teachings of Islam; or is it? There is a hadith which speaks to this issue with stunning clarity.  Moe did not say "don't rape them' he ruled against al-Azl.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 5, Book 59, Number 459:

Narrated Ibn Muhairiz:

I entered the Mosque and saw Abu Said Al-Khudri and sat beside him and asked him about Al-Azl (i.e. coitus interruptus). Abu Said said, "We went out with Allah's Apostle for the Ghazwa of Banu Al-Mustaliq and we received captives from among the Arab captives and we desired women and celibacy became hard on us and we loved to do coitus interruptus. So when we intended to do coitus interrupt us, we said, 'How can we do coitus interruptus before asking Allah's Apostle who is present among us?" We asked (him) about it and he said, 'It is better for you not to do so, for if any soul (till the Day of Resurrection) is predestined to exist, it will exist."

just and peaceful co-existence

    In Surah Al-Baqarah 2:143 we discover the meaning of just: Muslim. If it ain't Muslim, it ain't just. Examine the highlights carefully.

2:143. Thus We have made you [true Muslims - real believers of Islâmic Monotheism, true followers of Prophet Muhammad  and his Sunnah (legal ways)], a Wasat (just) (and the best) nation, that you be witnesses over mankind and the Messenger (Muhammad ) be a witness over you. And We made the Qiblah (prayer direction towards Jerusalem) which you used to face, only to test those who followed the Messenger (Muhammad ) from those who would turn on their heels (i.e. disobey the Messenger). Indeed it was great (heavy) except for those whom Allâh guided. And Allâh would never make your faith (prayers) to be lost (i.e. your prayers offered towards Jerusalem). Truly, Allâh is full of kindness, the Most Merciful towards mankind.

    Surah Al-Imran neatly wraps up the issue of co-existence. Examine the highlights carefully and click through for the full context; to the end of the Surah.

3:64. Say (O Muhammad ): "O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians): Come to a word that is just between us and you, that we worship none but Allâh, and that we associate no partners with Him, and that none of us shall take others as lords besides Allâh. Then, if they turn away, say: "Bear witness that we are Muslims."

    The above cited verse and its context give a strong hint, but fall short of complete clarity; they require external confirmation which is contained in Moe's extortion letter to the Byzantine Emperor.  The extortion letter preceded the  ghazwat on Tabuk, which is the main focus of Surah At-Taubah.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 1, Number 6:
...The contents of the letter were as follows: "In the name of Allah the Beneficent, the Merciful (This letter is) from Muhammad the slave of Allah and His Apostle to Heraclius the ruler of Byzantine. Peace be upon him, who follows the right path. Furthermore I invite you to Islam, and if you become a Muslim you will be safe, and Allah will double your reward, and if you reject this invitation of Islam you will be committing a sin by misguiding your Arisiyin (peasants). (And I recite to you Allah's Statement:)

'O people of the scripture! Come to a word common to you and us that we worship none but Allah and that we associate nothing in worship with Him, and that none of us shall take others as Lords beside Allah. Then, if they turn away, say: Bear witness that we are Muslims (those who have surrendered to Allah).' ...

word that is just

    The "word that is just" is Islam. The call is to 'come to Islam'. That is the dawah which precedes invasion if it does not result in surrender. . 

Peace be upon him...

    But war will be upon him who rejects the call to Islam. 

become a Muslim;  be safe

    If you do not become a Muslim, you will not be safe; Muslims will wage war against you. 

Bear witness that we are Muslims

    Why say that except as a veiled threat? The basis of that threat is revealed in Surah Al-Hashr  59:13.

59:13. Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Banî An-Nadîr) breasts than Allâh. That is because they are a people who comprehend not (the Majesty and Power of Allâh).

    Allah told Moe that he and his army scared the Jews more than Allah did. Moe had built a well deserved reputation for rapacious rapine; which is what Allah talks about when he says that he will "cast terror".   The context is confirmed by another extortion letter dictated & dispatched by Moe to Ethiopia.

LETTER TO THE SUCCESSOR OF AS'HAMA THE NEGUS

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

From Muhammad, Prophet of Allah -

To Negus, King of Ethiopia.

His Prophet (Sal Allaho Alehe Wasallam).

I bear witness that there is none to be worshipped except Allah. No one is His associate or partner. He does not stand in need of a wife or children. And I affirm that I am his servant and his Prophet.

I invite you to believe in Allah who is One. If you want security, accept Islam.

O people of the Book! Ignore all matters of difference and dispute, and agree to a thing to which you and we are equally committed, and it is that we should not worship anyone except Allah. And neither should we associate anyone else with Him nor should we regard anyone else as our Sustainer. If they object to it, tell them, "you will bear witness that we believe in Allah."'

If you will not accept these, the responsibility of the transgression of your Christian people shall be yours.

self-defense ...

    Muslims want us to believe the fabulism that Islam only fights defensively. I already showed you the ayat containing the primary imperatives of offensive jihad. In the early Meccan period, when Moe was weak, with no army, he preached tolerance and forbearance.  At Medina, as his army grew, he preached defensive & retaliatory combat. When his army was ready to take on Mecca, he issued 8:39 & 9:29.

    Shari'ah puts proof to the egregious lie: Reliance of the Traveller, Book O and Al Hedaya Volume II, Book IX fall short of perfect clarity individually, but together they are mutually clarifying.

O9.1 ...

In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, "Jihad is a communal obligation," meaning upon the Muslims each year....

The destruction of the sword  is incurred by infidels, although they be not the first aggressors, as appears from various passages in the  sacred writings which are generally received this effect.

War must be carried on against the Infidels, at all times, by some party of the Muslims.

protection of innocent non-combatants

    Islam is so moral, isn't it?  Offensive wars of conquest are ok so long as women and children are protected, right?  Yeah, right!  Lets examine the reality of this egregious al-Taqiyya.  In Sahih Muslim 19.4294, the second most authentic of the canonical hadith collections, Moe's orders to his field commanders are listed. They are ordered to avoid certain acts that would profane a holy war.  See also Sunan Abu Dawud 14.2608.

...Make a holy war, do not embezzle the spoils; do not break your pledge; and do not mutilate (the dead) bodies; do not kill the children....

What do embezzling spoils and killing children have in common?  Mull it over for a moment, we'll get back to it.  Next we turn to Malik's Muwatta, #4 in authenticity, for a real eye opener.

Malik's Muwatta Book 21, Number 21.3.8:

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that a son of Kab ibn Malik (Malik believed that ibn Shihab said it was Abd ar-Rahman ibn Kab) said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade those who fought ibn Abi Huqayq (a treacherous jew from Madina) to kill women and children. He said that one of the men fighting had said, 'The wife of ibn Abi Huqayq began screaming and I repeatedly raised my sword against her. Then I would remember the prohibition of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so I would stop. Had it not been for that, we would have been rid of her.' "

A fighter about to kill a woman remembered Moe's prohibition and spared her; what a gentleman!  But why did Moe proscribe killing women and children? Obtain a clue from Surah Al-Ahzab.

33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

Who was made captives? Tafsir Ibn Kathir has the answer.

...(a group you killed, and a group you made captives.) Those who were killed were their warriors, and the prisoners were their children and women. Imam Ahmad recorded that `Atiyah Al-Qurazi said, "I was shown to the Prophet on the day of Qurayzah, because they were not sure about me. The Prophet told them to look at me to see whether I had grown any body hair yet. They looked and saw that I had not grown any body hair, so they let me go and I was put with the other prisoners.''...

    What would they have done with Atiyah if he had reached puberty?  Such fine, peaceful gentlemen who do not kill children.  Why don't they kill children?  The next clue comes from Shari'ah, codified in Reliance of the Traveller.

O9.13 When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman's previous marriage is immediately annulled.

    For the kill shot, we turn to the Religious and Moral Doctrine on Jihad by Ibn Taymiyyah.

.... Some [jurists] are of the opinion that all of them may be killed, on the mere ground that they are unbelievers, but they make an exception for women and children since the constitute property for Muslims....

    What do captive women and children have in common with the spoils?  They are part of the spoils!! Killing them is prohibited because they represent a source of wealth, to be sold on the slave market. 

Shari'ah protects religious liberty

    Examine the code from Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9 to see how Shari'ah protects religious liberty.

O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax...

 

O9.9

The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax...

    Of course, waging war upon people until they convert to your religion is a great way to protect religious liberty.

Shari'ah & secular law

    The Fiqh Council says they are compatible; are they?  Our Constitution prohibits "cruel and unusual" punishments. Shari'ah requires lashing and amputation. 

O16.3

The penalty for drinking is to be scourged forty stripes, with hands, sandals, and ends of clothes. It may be administered with a whip, but if the offender dies, an indemnity (def: o4.4) is due (A: from the scourger) for his death. If the caliph (def: o25) increases the penalty to eighty stripes, it is legally valid, but if the offender dies from the increase, the caliph must pay an adjusted indemnity, such that if he is given forty-one stripes and dies, the caliph must pay 1/41 of a full indemnity.

P21.1 Allah Most High says: "Thieves, male or female--::eut off their hands in retribution for what they have earned, as an exemplary punishment from Allah. Allah is Almighty and Wise" (Koran 5:38).

Islam is compatible with democracy

    Democracy involves man made law and a process of consensus. Islam requires Allah's demonic law.  The two are incompatible because they are polar opposites.  Our laws are made by our bicameral legislature within limits set by our Constitution. Islamic law is the Qur'an & sunnah.

    Moe was an autocrat; how can his successors be anything else?  Surah Al-Ahzab  has a clue for you.

33:36. It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error.

Anti-Islam = racism

    What race is Islam? It was invented by an Arab, but it has conquered Asians, Caucasians and Negroes. So, what race is it?  Islam is a deen: way of life. That deen is intra-species predation.  One hadith in Sunan Abu Dawud makes this fact abundantly clear. It offsets jihad against commerce and agriculture as inferior economic systems.  It declares jihad to be the original religion of Islam. 

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:

I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

Islam plays the race card and the hate card to silence its critics because it can not refute the fatal facts displayed above.  Islam is the polar opposite of American values: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Can there be any greater arrogance than that which at once seeks to destroy our way of life; to kill or enslave us and demands that we tolerate it in silence?

Islamophobia: Reinforced by a Failed Offense

It appears that UCLA may be teaching rhetoric & polemics while ignoring logic. Last spring, the Student Council passed a resolution against "islamophobia", intended to ban criticism of Islam.  The David Horowitz Freedom Center responded with an advertisement placed in the Daily Bruin.

    The advertisement uses a list of recent terrorist incidents to illustrate the falsity of the islamophobia meme.  The proof is reinforced by citations to Islam's canon of scripture & tradition:

    The points about misogyny & genocide are clearly made, beyond any possibility of refutation.  The advertisement could have been longer, more detailed and elaborate but it did not need to be.  It clearly established the fact that fear & loathing of Islam is rational, not irrational.

    The Muslim Student Association and their allies in the left wing  fired back with a joint response.  Of course the response did not contest the above listed Qur'an & hadith citations. Instead, it revealed the arrogance & illogic of the enemies of liberty.

Friendship can be forged under the most unlikely circumstances. Therefore, we formally thank the David Horowitz Freedom Center for providing us with this opportunity to find common ground against a common problem.   

   So Horowitz brought the MSA together with J Street as friends. There is one little problem: Allah forbids Muslims to be friends with Jews. 

5:51. O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliyâ' (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliyâ' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliyâ', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allâh guides not those people who are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong­doers and unjust).

By forming an alliance with J Street, the MSA have put their souls in jeopardy; they are in a state of sin, swinging their balances to the left.

 On Oct. 13 , the David Horowitz Freedom Center published an ad in the Daily Bruin titled “Not All Fears Are Phobias,” wrongly identifying Islam as a perpetrator of terrorism worldwide.  

   
    When Muslims engage in terrorism, in whose name do they perform it?  Terrorists have made us familiar with takbir: "Allahu Akbar!" . They shout takbir while detonating themselves and slitting throats. There is something Allah said, that he would "cast terror":

    Allah said that he "cast terror into the hearts" of disbelievers:

    Allah commanded Muslims to severely punish their victims so as to 'strike terror" into those "behind them" so that they might "learn a lesson": 8:57.  Allah told those "with eyes to see" to "take admonition" after the destruction of one Jewish settlement.  He told Muhammad that the Jews were more afraid of him than they were of Allah in 59: 13. Allah commanded Muslims to build a mighty army to "strike terror" into the "enemies of Allah" and "your enemies". 8:60.

    And Moe said that he was made victorious with terror. Muslims are commanded to emulate Moe, so we must expect them to be terrorists since their role model was one.

The ad presents one step in a campaign to isolate the American Muslim community, all but labeling the entire community a security threat. The David Horowitz Freedom Center attempts to legitimize a policy of exclusion and suspicion of American Muslims and galvanize a susceptible population against them.

    The key words inform us of an important fact: the authors are students of Saul Alinsky. 

The Horowitz ad has made students on campus feel uncomfortable, upset and unsafe. While Muslim students feel it attacks their personal identity, others see the ad as unrepresentative of their values. This ad creates an environment where a specific community feels unsure of whether it can express its identity without fear of backlash or condemnation. The university has an obligation to protect its students in this capacity, especially when UCLA is among the most diverse campuses in the United States.

    The ad states verifiable facts about Islam. Exactly how does that you feel unsafe? Did the ad contain an exhortation to assemble with torches & pitchforks to roust the enemy?  Did it call for the establishment of extermination camps?  If the ad contained either explicit or implicit threats, why don't you point them out?

    This is America; we are Americans.  What need is there to express another identity?  Don't UCLA students identify with this nation? 

The campus Muslim community expressed widespread dismay and unease over the message embedded in the ad. They were outraged at being implicated in the actions of extremists, a tiny percentage of the overall population. Many members of the MSA felt unsafe and wary of a campus that might have endorsed a blanket criminalization of a religion rather than attributing blame to the individuals who committed the crimes.

    The ad's title leaves nothing to the imagination; it says that fear & loathing of Islam is rational and well founded on Islamic texts and actions. There is no hidden, subliminal message; the ad is open, not cryptic.

    Are you Muslims? Do you believe in Allah; his promise & threat?  Believers are Allah's slaves, purchased with the promise of Paradise, so that they fight in his cause, slaying and being slain. The Qur'an makes this crystal clear in 9:111.  Fighting in Allah's cause guarantees you a place in the celestial bordello::61:10 
Shirking jihad condemns you to eternity in the fire: 9:38.  If you take "any step" to injure or enrage disbelievers, you get extra credit toward a better seat in the celestial bordello: 9:120. If you are obedient believers, you are implicated. 

actions of extremists

    Was Usama an extremist or was he a believer, obeying Allah and emulating his messenger?   Moe waged war, pillaged & plundered. He lopped off the heads of 900 men and boys who surrendered after a two week siege. Return to 33:26-27 and examine Sunan Abu Dawud 38.4390. What Moe said and did is normative Islam, not extremism.

    According to Moe, 999/1000 are going to Hell. Those going to Paradise are the tiny percentage.  Remember that jihad is fard al-kifaya, not fard ayn. Only those called to fight are directly obligated the rest are excused once a sufficient number have responded. "Seventy-thousand or seven-hundred thousand of my followers (the narrator is in doubt as to the correct number) will enter Paradise holding each other till the first and the last of them enter Paradise at the same time, and their faces will have a glitter like that of the moon at night when it is full."

    Islam is a crime syndicate; a predatory way of life, not a religion. David Horowitz can not make Islam criminal, Moe did.  Islam's mission is mercenary.

    Another declaration, bowdlerized by Khan but included in Bewley's translation, leaves little to the imagination.  Bukhari  Ch 61 # 2756: ...It is mentioned from Ibn 'Umar from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, "My provision has been placed under the shadow of my spear, and abasement and humility have been placed on the one who disobeys my command.

   There is more, and I will gild the lily with it. Sahih Muslim Book 019, Number 4327:
"The spoils of war were not made lawful for any people before us, This is because Allah saw our weakness and humility and made them lawful for us. "

    Moe also said that the keys to the treasures of the world had been given to him. He said that his companions would spend the treasures of Rome & Persia in jihad.  Another of his sayings brings the matter into focus: ..."By Allah, I am not afraid that you will be poor, but I fear that worldly wealth will be bestowed upon you as it was bestowed upon those who lived before you. So you will compete amongst yourselves for it, as they competed for it and it will destroy you as it did them." ... Moe feared that they would get too much of spoil & jizya.   His  companions shared that fear, thinking that it would be deducted from their reward in the celestial bordello. ..."Then worldly wealth was bestowed upon us and we were given thereof too much. We are afraid that the reward of our deeds have been given to us in this life." 'Abdur-Rahman then started weeping so much that he left the food. "...

    One hadith in the collection of Abu Dawud makes the issue crystal clear beyond any shadow of doubt. read and re-read it until reality sinks into your consciousness.

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:

I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

Jihad, commerce & agriculture are alternative economies; Jihad is preferred.  What would they give up and what should they return to?  Jihad is their "original religion". What is jihad? The legal definition is given in Reliance of the Traveller, O9.0: "Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, "... .

If the David Horowitz Freedom Center really wanted to combat extremism, it would be urging us to communicate and learn from our classmates instead of preaching a dogma of intolerance. In actuality, placing the ad encourages the spread of extremism, divides our community and leads to demonization of student populations.

It allows Muslims to rape captive women.

    Who has Horowitz prevented from speaking?  Did he attempt to prevent the publication of your screed?  His ad is a response to your resolution which calls for the silencing of his speech.  Are you so blinded by self righteousness that you can't see your own hypocrisy?  Last year, members of the MSA at another campus shouted down Israel's Ambassador, preventing him from speaking to students. 

    I took your screed apart point by point, bringing your hypocrisy to the surface where everyone can see it. You could have attempted a point by point rebuttal of Horowit's ad, but instead you chose to utter & publish a smarmy smear, projecting your own negative traits  onto him. 

Raising Cain

Politico and Real Clear Politics are in full bloom with multiple scandal stories about Herman Cain.  It seems obvious that the scandal was engineered by a poliical rival or rivals in co-ordination with the left wing media. 

    Ambiguous accusations, hurled without evidence of wrong doing constitute a sly, slickly contrived fishing expedition.  The purveyors of scandal throw out the amorphous charges in hopes that the accused will expose some previously unknown vulnerability in a mad scramble to defend his reputation. 

    I have no clue whether the Perry campaign was behind the scandal stories or not. I would be more inclined to suspect Obama & Romney but the recent hiring of a past Cain consultant by the Perry campaign seems to light the path in that direction. 

    My unfounded opinion is that Pawlenti & Perry are stalking horses for Romney, their mission being to suppress less popular rivals, suck away their media 'oxygen' and discourage other wall flowers from sprinting into the race.

    Playing the scandal card carries some risks.  If the player is identified, he will be tainted with a reputation for mud slinging, losing considerable moral authority in the process.  If the victim is able to deflect the charges, the increased media attention may prove beneficial rather than detrimantal to his campaign.  If nothing else, it will lead to increased name recognition.

    For the true believers who share the candidate's ideology, scandal mongering can serve to cement their attachment to the candidate, so that they will redouble their campaign contributions and efforts.  There may be blowback against the Romney & Perry campaigns even if they were not the source of the scandalous story line.

    Mark Levin had a good rant about the scandal Tuesday, from a lawyer's view point.  Tonight he opened the show with another excellent rant about the scandal.

Ron Prosor and the Fatal Fact He Dare Not Reveal

Security Council-"Situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian Question"  Israel's UN representative, Mr. Ron Prosor, spoke to the Security Council today, bringing to the surface several truths while evading the most fatal fact. The concluding paragraph of his remarks  at once sums up thespeech and points out its hollow core. 

Sustainable peace must be negotiated. It must be nurtured. It must be anchored in security. It must take root in homes, schools and media that teach tolerance and understanding, so that it can grow in hearts and minds. It must be built on a foundation of younger generations that understand the compromises necessary for peace. A brighter future in the Middle East must be forged from within, when we are open and honest about the challenges before us – and resolute in our determination to meet them together.

    I have concluded that will be on the 33^rd day of the month of never. Is there any Israeli elected or appointed to high office or likely to be elected or appointed who has the requisite fortitude to openly speak the truth about the permanent war against Israel?  I doubt it; I doubt that any such leader will arise in the foreseeable future. 

    It is true that peace can not be imposed without genocide. It is true that Israeli settlements are not the obstacle to peace. But it is not true that a two state solution is possible or would be if the Arab institutions would cease inculcating hatred, glorifying & inciting aggression.  The Arabs will not cease those activities and if they did, it would make no difference.

    Ambassador Prosor can not speak that simple truth, expressing that fact would be fatal to his career.  The content of the Qur'an, exemplified by Moe's sunnah, rules out peace.  Peace is not possible and never will be. Examine the fatal facts. 

• 1:6. Guide us to the Straight Way 

  1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).  

• 2:161. Verily, those who disbelieve, and die while they are disbelievers, it is they on whom is the Curse of Allâh and of the angels and of mankind, combined.
• 5:60. Say (O Muhammad  to the people of the Scripture): "Shall I inform you of something worse than that, regarding the recompense from Allâh: those (Jews) who incurred the Curse of Allâh and His Wrath, those of whom (some) He transformed into monkeys and swines, those who worshipped Tâghût (false deities); such are worse in rank (on the Day of Resurrection in the Hell­fire), and far more astray from the Right Path (in the life of this world)." 
• 9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. 
• 9:30. And the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allâh, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allâh. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allâh's Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth!

  9:31. They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allâh (by obeying them in things which they made lawful or unlawful according to their own desires without being ordered by Allâh), and (they also took as their Lord) Messiah, son of Maryam (Mary), while they (Jews and Christians) were commanded [in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)) to worship none but One Ilâh (God - Allâh) Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He) . Praise and glory be to Him, (far above is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him)."

  9:32. They (the disbelievers, the Jews and the Christians) want to extinguish Allâh's Light (with which Muhammad  has been sent - Islâmic Monotheism) with their mouths, but Allâh will not allow except that His Light should be perfected even though the Kâfirûn (disbelievers) hate (it). 

• 98:6. Verily, those who disbelieve (in the religion of Islâm, the Qur'ân and Prophet Muhammad ()) from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikûn will abide in the Fire of Hell. They are the worst of creatures.
• 7:167. And (remember) when your Lord declared that He would certainly keep on sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection, those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment. Verily, your Lord is Quick in Retribution (for the disobedient, wicked) and certainly He is Oft­Forgiving, Most Merciful (for the obedient and those who beg Allâh's Forgiveness).

      Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him."

      While we were in the Mosque, the Prophet came out and said, "Let us go to the Jews" We went out till we reached Bait-ul-Midras. He said to them, "If you embrace Islam, you will be safe.You should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I want to expel you from this land. So, if anyone amongst you owns some property, he is permitted to sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle."

  Narrated Ibn Hawalah:

      The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: It will turn out that you will be armed troops, one is Syria, one in the Yemen and one in Iraq. Ibn Hawalah said: Choose for me, Apostle of Allah, if I reach that time. He replied: Go to Syria, for it is Allah's chosen land, to which his best servants will be gathered but if you are unwilling, go to your Yemen, and draw water from your tanks, for Allah has on my account taken special charge of Syria and its people.

    Jews: "earned Allah's wrath", "sons of apes and swine", "worst of living creatures". Allah commands Muslims to wage war against Jews and promises to continuously send someone to humiliate and torment them. Who will he send?  Allah has, on Moe's account, taken special charge of the Jews.  And Muslims are going to let Jews live in peace? Yeah, right. 

Impossible!!!

    Three ayat absolutely rule out that possibility.  Israel, by recovering a tiny fragment of her ancient patrimony seized by Muslims in 638, proves the fact that Allah is an impotent idol whose promise is vain.  This fatal fact makes peace between Jews & Muslims absolutely impossible.

• 8:65. O Prophet (Muhammad )! Urge the believers to fight. If there are twenty steadfast persons amongst you, they will overcome two hundred, and if there be a hundred steadfast persons they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they (the disbelievers) are people who do not understand.

  8:66. Now Allâh has lightened your (task), for He knows that there is weakness in you. So if there are of you a hundred steadfast persons, they shall overcome two hundred, and if there are a thousand of you, they shall overcome two thousand with the Leave of Allâh. And Allâh is with As-Sâbirin (the patient ones, etc.).

• 13:41. See they not that We gradually reduce the land (of disbelievers, by giving it to the believers, in war victories) from its outlying borders. And Allâh judges, there is none to put back His Judgement and He is Swift at reckoning.

Allah promised a 10:1 kill ratio.  He reduced the ratio because the Muslims could not cut the mustard.  Allah's judgment: Islamic conquest is final; there is none to put it back!  Allah gives the land to Muslims through conquest and the gift is irreversible!  This is your first clue.

    Allah promised permanence of conquest yet Israel recovered some of her land. Allah promised a 2:1 kill ratio, yet Arab armies, fare more numerous, were defeated in 1948, 1967 and 1973.  Israel is proof of the fact that Allah is an impotent idol; Islam is an impious fraud!  To Muslims, that is the worst possible blasphemy and they can never tolerate it.  They absolutely must reconquer Israel to restore Allah's honor.

    Israel will never obtain peace & security until Islam becomes extinct. This is the fatal fact which none dares to acknowledge.  Pretending that it does not exist is suicidal because, like Wylie Coyote, Islam will keep attempting genocide & politicide until it succeeds. .

    All Islamic believers are threats to the country. This is because they are obligated to participate in global conquest. I refer doubters & dissenters to the all purpose handbook of Shafi'ite fiqh aka Shari'ah: Reliance of the Traveller.

O9.1: The Obligatory Character of Jihad

Jihad is a communal obligation (def: c3.2).  When enough people perform it to successfully accomplish it, it is no longer obligatory upon others (O: the evidence for which is the Prophet's saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

"He who provides the equipment for a soldier in jihad has himself performed jihad,"

and Allah Most High having said:

"Those of the believers who are unhurt but sit behind are not equal to those who fight in Allah's path with their property and lives. Allah has preferred those who fight with their property and lives a whole degree above those who sit behind. And to each, Allah has promised great good" (Koran 4:95).

If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it. In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, "Jihad is a communal obligation," meaning upon the Muslims each year.

The second state is when non-Muslims invade a Muslim country or near to one, in which case jihad is personally obligatory (def: c3.2) upon the inhabitants of that country, who must repel the non-Muslims with whatever they can).

All Muslims are potential threats.

    Secular o in name only Muslims can 'get religion' and become believers without warning.  Islamic hate literature, web sites, clerics and friends may convince a secular Muslim of the validity of Allah; his jihad imperative, threat and promise. 

    When someone believes that his eternal destiny: paradise or the fire is dependent on his participation in genocidal conquest, what will he do?  Once their numbers are sufficient to confer a degree of  impunity, they will obey Allah, emulate Moe, and attack the disbelievers nearest them. 

   

But they aren't all attacking us.

    Did every Muslim participate directly in the conquests of Arabia, Egypt, Syria & India?   Islamic conquest is fard al-kifaya, binding on all until a sufficient number have responded, not fard ayn.  Read Reliance O9.1 again.  Muslims are obligated to join the jihad when called.

    How is it possible that revealing these fatal facts about Islam is "discrimination" and "against the Constitution"?  Only when we are intimidated or conquered!
When Muslims conquer dar ul-harb,  Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians living in the former domain of war are subjected to Islamic law.  Reliance of the Traveller, O11.10 lists five acts which break the contract of dhimmitude, subjecting the violator to the death penalty.

    What is "impermissible to mention" ? Reliance O8.7 lists 20 acts which entail apostasy. Here are the most relevant items from that list. 

-4- to revile Allah or His messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace);

-5- to deny the existence of Allah, His beginingless eternality, His endless eternality, or to deny any of His attributes which the consensus of Muslims ascribes to Him (dis: v1);

-6- to be sarcastic about Allah's name, His command, His interdiction, His promise, or His threat;

-7- to deny any verse of the Koran or anything which by scholarly consensus (def: b7) belongs to it, or to add a verse that does belong to it;

-15- to hold that any of Allah's messengers or prophets are liars, or to deny their being sent;

-16- to revile the religion of Islam;

-19- to be sarcastic about any ruling of the Sacred Law;

-20- or to deny that Allah intended the Prophet's message (Allah bless him and give him peace) to be the religion followed by the entire world (dis: w4.3-4) (al-Hadiyya al-`Ala'iyya (y4), 423-24). )

    Reviling Islam, Allah or Moe gets one killed; any and all criticism of Islam is fatal under Islamic law. That is what they are seeking to subject us to.  The purpose is to render us defenseless against demographic subversion & militant jihad alike.  This is akin to outlawing criticism of Nazism during  WW2.

Justice Department: Counter-Terrorism Training or Indoctrination?

Salam Al-Marayati, President of the MPAC, has an interesting op-ed piece in the Los Angeles Times.  Lets focus on the important points.

    Exactly what "anti-Muslim" training materials are they using?  I want to see a list of the texts & audio-visual materials involved.  Are those materials objective or subjective; what if anything is wrong with their content?

    Allah expressly forbids Muslim-kuffar partnerships in several ayat including 3:28, 3:118 & 60:1. [Click these links for parallel translations,  the next set for context.]

3:28. Let not the believers take the disbelievers as Auliyâ (supporters, helpers, etc.) instead of the believers, and whoever does that will never be helped by Allâh in any way, except if you indeed fear a danger from them. And Allâh warns you against Himself (His Punishment), and to Allâh is the final return.

3:118. O you who believe! Take not as (your) Bitânah (advisors, consultants, protectors, helpers, friends, etc.) those outside your religion (pagans, Jews, Christians, and hypocrites) since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse. Indeed We have made plain to you the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses) if you understand.

60:1. O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies (i.e. disbelievers and polytheists, etc.) as friends, showing affection towards them, while they have disbelieved in what has come to you of the truth (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism, this Qur'ân, and Muhammad ), and have driven out the Messenger (Muhammad ) and yourselves (from your homeland) because you believe in Allâh your Lord! If you have come forth to strive in My Cause and to seek My Good Pleasure, (then take not these disbelievers and polytheists, etc., as your friends). You show friendship to them in secret, while I am All-Aware of what you conceal and what you reveal. And whosoever of you (Muslims) does that, then indeed he has gone (far) astray, (away) from the Straight Path .

    Have MPAC & CAIR  leaders jeopardized eternal destiny by allying themselves with disbelievers or are they practicing al-taqiyya by creating a false appearance of partnership?

FBI training Materials

    Al-Marayati refers to Wired Magazine's Danger Room Blog as his source for his description of the FBI's training materials. Here are his main points:

    Two ayat define believers as those who "fight in Allah's cause", which is to make Islam dominate the world.

• 9:111. Verily, Allâh has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allâh's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur'ân. And who is truer to his covenant than Allâh? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success . 
• 49:15. Only those are the believers who have believed in Allâh and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allâh. Those! They are the truthful.

Islam seeks to drag its victims back to the 7^th century

    Islam seeks to impose Shari'ah: the laws derived from Moe's recitation & sunnah, upon the entire world. That includes lapidation, lashing & amputation as punishments for crimes.

Zakat funds combat

    Shari'ah requires Muslims to pay zakat of 2.5% on accumulated wealth and financial transactions.  The rules of zakat are codified in Reliance of the Traveller, Book H.  There are eight categories of recipients of zakat who receive equal shares;  the seventh category is those fighting in Allah's cause. H8.17

Muhammad lead a violent cult

    If you can find a good working definition of cult, we can argue whether or not Islam was a cult under Moe's leadership. The Branch Dividians of Waco were said to be a cult because their leader arranged marriages and exploited children.  Moe also arranged marriages and exploited a child.  Leaving the cult issue aside, was Islam violent under Moe's leadership?  Several slides in Gawthrop's PowerPoint presentation are derived from the table of contents of The Life of Muhammad.  Those slides consisted of the names of raids, battles, attacks and conquests engaged in or ordered by Moe.

    Part III is the Migration, wars, triumph and death. It begins on page 219 and spans through 678.  Moe personally participated in 17 battles. How peaceful.

Two minutes and forty two seconds into the video  embedded in the last of the cited blog posts, Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D. Il9 reads a list of radicalization indicators including:

• increased isolation from [inaudiable]
• wearing traditional Islamic attire
• growing facial hair
• frequent attendance at a mosque or prayer group
• travel to a Muslim country
• increased activity in pro-Muslim social groups or political cause
• proselytizing
  
  • "If you change Muslim to Christian or Orthodox Jewish, you could find the same kinds of activities." 

    If a Muslim undergoing 'radicalization' seems isolated from his family, it might be because Moe ordered Muslims not to associate with disbelievers.  The baggy pants, long shirt & turban might be warning signs, but not necessary elements of 'radicalization'. 

    Practicing fitra could very well be a sign of 'radicalization'. If a Muslim grows a long beard, shaves his mustache & body hair, those are signs of ardent belief.

    Zealous Muslims are expected to attend the five compulsory prayers every day on a fairly rigid schedule. 

    Hajj is one of the hallmarks of a believer. But pilgrimage to Pakistan is frequently associated with attendance at terrorist training camps.  Dawah is another sign of zealotry.  What  is wrong with police and security personnel observing the initiation and intensification of the listed behaviors?  One who transitions from Muslim in name only to believer is likely to display some if not all of those characteristic behaviors. Any or all of those signs could precede  sudden jihad syndrome. 

    Jews might grow beards and go to the Synagogue.  They might even visit Jerusalem. But how many Jews are hijacking airliners and planting bombs?  Does God command them to conquer the world?  Does he promise them admission to Paradise if they wage war and threaten them with eternal damnation if they shirk? 

    Christians might grow beards, attend Church services frequently, make pilgrimage to Rome & Jerusalem, but how many terrorist acts are perpetrated by zealous Christians?  Did Jesus Christ command them to conquer the world, engage in genocide & practice terrorism?  Did he model those behaviors for them to emulate?

"More important, Muslim leaders, not FBI agents, can more effectively battle Al Qaeda's destructive ideas."

    What destructive ideas, and who really owns them?   In his lecture, Gawthrop indicated that winning the war requires combating the ideas which motivate Muslims to wage it.  I will go farther, listing the worst of them with sources & confirmation in Shari'ah.

• Only Allah has the right to rule. [18:26, 33:36]
• Only Allah has the right to be worshiped. [3:2]
• Jihâd (holy fighting in Allâh's Cause) is ordained for you. [2:216]
  • Al-Jihâd (holy fighting) in Allâh’s Cause (with full force of numbers and weaponry) is given the utmost importance in Islâm and is one of its pillar (on which it stands). By Jihâd Islâm is established, Allâh’s Word is made superior, (His Word being Lâ ilaha illallâh which means none has the right to be worshipped but Allâh), and His Religion (Islâm) is propagated.[2:190]
  • Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion.[Reliance of the Traveller, O9.0]
• Fight pagans until only Allah is worshiped on a global scale. [8:39]
  • The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) [Reliance o9.9]
• Fight "people of the book" until they are subjugated and submit to extortion. [9:29]
  • The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,... • O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you...[9:123]
• "Verily, Allâh has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allâh's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed...."[9:111]
• "...nor they take any step to raise the anger of disbelievers nor inflict any injury upon an enemy but is written to their credit as a deed of righteousness...."[9:120]
• Go to Jihad and go to Paradise or go to Hell. [9:38-39, 61:10-12]
• "The destruction of the sword  is incurred by infidels, although they be not the first aggressors, as appears from various passages in the  sacred writings which are generally received this effect." [Hedaya, Volume II, Book IX, Chapter 1, page 141]
• "War must be carried on against the Infidels, at all times, by some party of the Muslims." [Hedaya, Volume II, Book IX, Chapter 1, page 140]
• A Prophet must make great slaughter before ransoming prisoners for profit. [8:67]
• "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." [Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387]
• "We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve..." [3:151]
• "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved..."[8:12]

    The ideas outlined above come from Allah's word and Moe's sunnah. They define Islam; normative Islam, neither extremism nor radicalism.  Jihad, genocide & terror are the mainstream, not the right fork of Islam. 

"Biased and faulty training leads to biased and faulty policing."

    Perhaps it would be better to have complete and objective training. Everyone involved in terrorism prevention & prosecution should be required to read all of the following:

• Noble Qur'an: Surahs Al-Baqarah...At-Taubah.  Reading 8 of 113 chapters of that book might bore them, but it won't harm them.
  
• To assure proper comprehension of the meaning of the Qur'an, they should read Tafsir Ibn Kathir for the explanations of those chapters. 
• To see how Moe interpreted those chapters, the FBI, police and CIA should read the relevant hadith, found in Riyad us-Saliheen, Book 11, Chapter 234.
• To learn how those ayat & ahadith are codified in Shari'ah, they should read Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9.0 ...O11.11

    Terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam, sanctified by Allah's saying that he would and did cast terror and Moe's bragging of being made victorious by casting terror.  Islam and terrorism are inseparable. Barring all reference to Islam in relation to one of its sacraments is the Acme of suicidal insanity.
