  1. We train our soldiers to prosecute war and then turn around and prosecute them for doing what we trained them for?
    WTF is up with that!!!.

    If this was classified as murder then what happened to a forensic investigation? How do they know it was the Marines and not the terrorists they were chasing that did this? Unbiased, reliable witnesses?

    This whole thing smells worse than the aftermath of murtha’s prune-pie-hole gruntings.

    The enlisted men during my short military career called this “BOHICA” time as in Bend Over Here It Comes Again. Comparable to throwing the contents of many large honey pots into a very large fan…..don’t get any on ya…

    solo you should read the summary of Justin’s Article 32 hearing, they IO says the evidence does NOT support the charges… Looks like Murtha’s lies are going to be exposed at last.

    The damage to these young men and their careers though are beyond repair. That is the most shameful part of this.

  8. Right you are Kathy! I’ve read part of it and find the charges to be folly…left wing folly. The whole thing reeks of left wing deception and lies.

    What proof is there that any civilians were killed in that action at all? Are they basing the charges on murtha’s word or that far left junky Tim McGirk? How many times has left wing bias misidentified dead terrorists as civilians and then exaggerated the numbers to bring down the military and Bush?

    murtha is a traitor and should be arrested and tried as one, along with that idiot Times reporter Tim McGirk.

    This whole mess is another prime example of why the left should never be allowed to hold any position of authority..not even hall monitor in middle school.
