Ain't this interesting? The draft dodger that received a Presidential Pardon for dodging the draft has worked out a deal with the illegal alien so he can go through with the unconstitutional appointment of Hillary Clinton to Sec State. Who needs the Constitution especially seeing that Barack Hussein Obama, who isn't even a US citizen let alone a natural born citizen is going to go ahead and nominate/appoint/select Hillary Clinton?

No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time; and no Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office.

OOPS. I suppose the "he" doesn't mean "she". There's that semantics thing again.
