On my BTR show yesterday, 29 SEPT 08, we talked about how great it was that the socialists were defeated handily in regards to the retarded bail out bill failing.

Well, Rush had to have been listening because we said this exact sentiment but not in as few words: "When the government fails to pass a socialism bill and the market goes south, let it go south." - Rush Limbaugh

And I will ask the following: what program, policy or legislation of note that has had a positive influence on our Nation that the SoH Pelosi or Senate Leader Reid has accomplished in their two years of service? Someone please name me one. Just one. That is all I ask. I have been searching and I have not detected any. And they dare criticize others within and without or Nation? Please. Stop insulting our intelligence.

They are professional and extremely competent. Their morale is high. They are doing a great job. And we are losing the war.

Their troubles with a local sniper demonstrate some of the complexities and frustrations of this war, which the British public don’t even call a “war.” The British soldiers know this is a real war, but the British at home characterize it as a “conflict.” Meanwhile, Americans at home seem to mostly have forgotten about Afghanistan, though luckily they are starting to wake up. Yet it’s obvious here on the ground that this situation could deteriorate into something far worse than we ever saw in Iraq. [...]

CNN reported back a few days ago about the USN firing on Somalian Pirates, aka terrorists. Bringing folks up to date on this, Yahoo! News states that a USN Tanker is under attack by pirates off the coast of Somalia. I wonder if these are called acts of war or criminal activity on the high seas. Then we learn that the USN has driven them off. And then we hear that US and "European"(?) warships have them surrounded. And I guess because we have surrounded them, we have visual contact.

Pat Dollard Blog tells us how talks with terrorists should be conducted. I am sure he forwarded that data on to Czarbie for yet another schooling that he evidently did not receive as a special needs type of guy.

In the aftermath of the terrorist attacks in Pakistan, the US Wimplomat Dept has banned Americans from going to Pakistan and staying in hotels and places that serve food. Yeah. That sounds Constitutional, doesn't it? Screw the Wimplomat Corps. I guess it is safer to sleep on the streets and go pick your own food on the farms over there...more protection I guess.

They did more in less than two years than ours has done in 8. Who are the failures now?

With all of the sarcasm I can muster, I bring you the tale that the Sadrists are not pleased with Iraqi Security. They lost their gamble. They remind me of American Democrats. Shut up.

While Condi Rice (puke) "urges" the UN to take action against Iran for threatening Israel, I sit back at laugh at that prospect. They hate Israel just as Iran does. She needs random drug screening. Doesn't she know that Iran is in Iraq fighting our Troops? Hell we arrested FIVE of them in the Big B for crying out loud and Iraqi and American Forces have stepped up action against Iranian Troops inside Iraq. Maybe that is what has the Democrat counterparts in Iraq (the Sadrists) so upset.

While most everyone with the ability to think straight sees Iraq no longer being the menace it once was, the Democrats seem to think this was a failure. Hell. We ran them out of Iraq and they are now in England.

And, seeing that Czarbie supporters, like Code Skank and crew, visited with the Little Man-Boy from Iran, back in Iran, they had a "destroy Israel and America" parade.

LGF brings us the story of terrorists dying after hijacking a ship belonging to Iran. I reported on this last week...I will have to find that and link it here. Jihad Watch reports here as well.

Pakistan has declared that if OBL and his sidekick are captured in Pakistan, they will not deliver them to the US...they will place them on trial there in Pakistan. Good luck with that. I suppose folks are getting ready for the scheduled winter battles in Afghanistan and making sure that all the players know what the rules are.

And last but not least, Chavez prepares to receive nuclear "stuff" from the USSR Reborn. Sounds like someone needs to brush up on that Monroe Doctrine. I suppose that all they are interested in really is nuclear power but no weapons, just like Iran, eh?

The Czarbie Troofer Gangs - UPDATED

Think back, if you will, or want to, to the days of the Paulbots and Paultard spammers. Remember them? Remember how we all thought that the majority of these morons were actually Czabama supporters because his idiots acted EXACTLY like the Paultards? Well, I do.

Now I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt to the legitimate Ron Paul supporters. If I didn't know personally that Ron Paul was a fruit loop and a flake, I would be 100% behind him. He has some good ideas but he doesn't know how to get there from here. However, 99% of the time when we got the theoretical Ron Paul folks on our comment threads and BTR shows, we knew we had morons. Such is the case with the vast majority of the Obamabots currently infecting the blogosphere on the conservative stream.

Case in point recently as reported here, they attack web sites in the hopes of closing them down. So much for the tolerance they are so proud of talking about but unable to walk that tenet...just like their Czarbie leader. Incapable of leading and miserable at following.

By now we have heard about Czarbie's blatant disregard to constitutional rights of his opposition. Once again, a Marxist comes out and says only Marxists have constitutional rights because they agree with their Chief Marxist Czarbie. He uses "friends" in the legal system to use "the law" - I guess he thinks he is Judge Dredd, the dude with Field On The Spot Judicial Authority over anything, everything and everybody. Remember that? "I AM THE LAW!"

In a wide selection of web sites, one can check out for themselves the thuggery Barack Fraud In Chief utilizes to shut down his opposition. What a whiner, baby and sore loser he is. That goes for his lap lickers as well. The poor thing wants to PROSECUTE his critics. I wonder where that is located in the US Constitution? I wonder if he is going to go after the news crew that has confirmed this unconstitutional intrusion? The DOJ could be compromised as others are beginning to think because apparently, "charges" may be brought up against some folks for opposing the Fraud Marxist Czarbie. Sue my ass morons. On The Bail Out, Constitution And Stupid People

Consider this a PSM - a Public Service Message. I have collected a herd of blog posts and news articles in regards to economy related data. Have fun. I got them tucked away in my Daily Read file which changes from moment to moment. Once I link them to an article or two, they are removed from my Starred List. My Starred List is also linked in the left-hand side bar.

Freedom Dogs brings us a story where Newt Gingrich told Paulson to, and I paraphrase, hit the road and don't come back. Earlier in the day, it was shown where Newt reluctantly gave the nod to the bail out, if certain conditions were met. More than likely, the Constitutionality of the buy out. We shall see.

The WSJ writes about Europe about to go TU as the US decides on an unconstitutional bail out bill fraud. Who cares about Europe? They don't like us anyway. Screw Europe and their socialist crap. Speaking of crap, Boehner said he was going to vote for that crap sandwich of a bill. So, what do we do? Well, for starters you can stroll over to a particular web site and add whatever crap you'd like to see in the bill to make a better crap sandwich, HT Michelle Malkin. On a more serious note, go take a look at the top 10 reasons to defeat this bill just like we defeated the Shamnesty bill.

I already knew this having read the draft of the Sham Buy Out Bail Out Rescue Bill but, in case you don't know yet, Doug Ross says to be very afraid of this bill. To emphasize what he has written, every time I hear from CONgress, "This is a good bill", I shudder almost uncontrollably.

Jim Harper, once again, over at Washington Watch (somebody has to do it) has a very good summary of the draft summary of the Fraud Bill. It is a must read. While Thinkin' About Stuff warns us to watch our wallets, The Weekly Standard says that in theory we have the whole Fraud Bill in writing. I get the nuance. Just for the hell of it, here is their opening volley:

Nancy Pelosi announced today at a Democratic press conference long on self-aggrandizement and short on self-awareness, that the deal is done, and the text is online. Predictably, the government we're counting on to rescue world markets with a plan crafted in one week has not been able to craft a website that can handle such an announcement. I would call that a direct hit. SABOT! Gateway Pundit brings us a disappointment to Czarbie and Pelosi. Apparently, the voter fraud kings and queens of ACORN pork was removed from the "emergency the sky is falling lie". Makes me wonder. What is that $700 BILLION for anyway? Is it for rescuing a non-failed economy or to line the pockets of fellow frauds, like Czarbie and Pelosi and ACORN? (2) USE OF DEPOSITS.—Of the amount referred to in paragraph (1)— (A) 65 percent shall be deposited into the Housing Trust Fund established under section 1338 of the Federal Housing Enterprises Regulatory Reform Act of 1992 (12 U.S.C. 4568); and (B) 35 percent shall be deposited into the Capital Magnet Fund established under section 1339 of that Act (12 U.S.C. 4569).

I will ask again, if this is TRULY a "rescue bill", why then is there so much pork and if there is so much pork, do they really need that $700 BILLION? I find it curious to say the least. Some are calling it fuzzy math. I am calling it fraud.

Another "just have to read this one" story is over at MsUnderestimated. They explain how the current non-issue is identical to the Katrina non-issue. Simply amazing. The causes are exactly the same. DAMN! Now, why didn't I think of that? Along those lines, Mel says that Biden is claiming that Czarbie is the hero of the finance non-issue. WOW! Now that is truly interesting. First he wanted no part in it and now he lays claim to it. What a scamster.

Ed Morrissey tells the tale how GOPers were not invited to the Sham Bill and were then blamed for not showing up...just like Liar Nancy said in this video. Doug Ross brings us testimony as to how secure, roses and green cloverish the Mae and Mac places were. He says it will piss you off. well, I don't need any help in that regard. I am already spring loaded into that position.

The lovely Anchoress says she has three words for us: Prayer. And. Fasting. And that is the end of that. I think she is right because in accordance with the folks at STACLU, the Leftinistra, the armies of the socialist liberal, want to tax Wall Street so "this doesn't happen anymore". Great. Since when did action like that ever stop anything from happening ever? More jibber-jabber.

Not one single fact can be hidden as to the root cause of this alleged meltdown. When even the NY Slimes reports the obvious, hell must have frozen over someplace. Speaking about honesty, ABP is going to irritate Nancy and Harry when they point out - much to the chagrin of the Leftinistra - that it is the Democrats that are "postponing this bill". They are the majority. Hello?

Given the fact, by Nancy's own verbiage, that the Dems didn't have enough of their own behind the bill, I find it curious that they blame the Republicans for stonewalling the issue, especially when their target of smears and lies was McCain. Incredible, isn't it?

Still, in all of this melee, no one has addressed the United States Constitution except a select few. One of them is here: Todd Gaziano writes;

A “resolution of disapproval” provision listed in the congressional Wall Street bailout compromise looks at first blush like an unconstitutional whooper, at least to nerd lawyers like me. Yet, I have an “inside” reason to believe it would not only be constitutional, it would be economically and democratically prudent. My former Department of Justice colleague, Marty Lederman, is on the right track. But it may not stay that way. Apart for the tricky “resolution of disapproval,” there is no evidence the White House or congressional negotiation team had their pocket Constitutions with them. The outline of the deal suggests: (1) the negotiators will not fix the fundamental constitutional problems with the previous bailout bills, and (2) they will raise new constitutional concerns. What The Bail Out Is All About

For decades, ladies and gentlemen, the Leftinistra have tried very hard to either dispense with or rewrite the United States Constitution. While in that process, they have accused President Bush of doing just that. Progressives, socialists, Marxists, communists and American liberals are one in the same. Their friends are enemies of Freedom and they think alike - only government can provide for the masses. Also, these same tried to surrender this nation to the enemy during a time of war yet, once again, the cowards in DC did nothing.

Remember when their friend Hugo Chavez tried hard to dispense with the Venezuelan Constitution and failed? Remember how their hearts were torn asunder and shortly thereafter Nancy was caught with her hand in the inner dealings of the Colombian-Venezuelan conflicts?

In recent days, the Ecuadorian government has itself set up to succeed in completing the socialist cycle and now the USSR Reborn is arming their socio-commie cohorts in the Western Hemisphere. Will we enforce the Monroe Doctrine? I hardly think so. Too many cowards are leading this nation.

Yesterday, an enemy of Freedom, Hugo Chavez had this to say:

No. It was Democrat Party leadership corruption that failed in their oversight. That is what has happened. It was governmental policy that allowed for and nourished corruption within Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and also AIG.

If you recall, when President Bush was forced to come up with something to fix what the Democrats wrought upon this nation, he was accused - by the socialists - of being a socialist. This pleases the likes of Nancy Pelosi, George Soros and the rest of the Enemies of The State from within. I make the assertion that this has been a contrived and concerted effort on the part of the Leftinistra. There are many videos available of men and women giving testimony that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were perfectly sound. Today, we know differently.

Today, Nancy Pelosi even admitted as such, although she doesn't realize it. She said that the party was over for the capitalists. This pleases her to a level that not even she could or would have been able to dream of. It was her party that allowed the nonsense to run amok and it was her party that refused there was a problem and it was her party that fought reform. Of this there is no doubt or question. Yet, we have politicians deathly afraid of coming out and revealing this in official capacities.

This makes me question my service to this nation. Was it all for nothing? Was my son's service all for nothing? Was my wife's service all for nothing? Did we serve so the politicians utilizing their powers to corrupt and breed corruption could negate the very Constitution we served to protect while they worked to undermine it? Did we serve so they could swear their Oaths of Service only to defraud the American People all in the name of political correctness?

Is it pitch forks at dawn time? Do we utilize our Constitutional Authority as citizens to take our government back from the socialists that occupy the Dishonorable Halls of CONgress Critters? Do we perform our Constitutional rights via the ballot box or do we just march on DC and physically challenge them and remove them from office?

Many of the Leftinistra that have frequented blogs that I contribute to and a host of others that I do not yet visit from time to time, have stated many times that our Constitution needs to be overhauled. One even came onto my BTR show last Saturday and stated that the Constitution contained over 100 errors in it so it is pretty much a useless document. Imagine that? When challenged, all the fool said was that Sarah Palin was a such and such and so was her daughter. The response was typical of a moonbat libtard.

In the same show, we had a liberal that came in and tried to disrupt but when asked to stay on topic, the visitor did just that and we had rational communication after they apologized for being a jerk. The Leftinistra in DC are incapable of this and more's the pity.

If this bail out bill goes through, ladies and gentlemen, it will end Free Markets. It will end Free Enterprise. It will set a precedent that we Conservatives cannot accept...or will not. This bail out bill, referred to as a rescue bill - a matter of semantics - is nothing more than a socialist spendathon and no matter the verbiage to the contrary, it will be a typical unenforceable bill. I have read the draft and although I am no legal beagle, I see no checks and balances therein. I also see no justification for it other than the usual socialist and emotional drivel. The draft is zero balance on common sense.

I read at The Crypt earlier today what Boehner said in a closed-door session:

In a closed-door session with House Republicans, Minority Leader John A. Boehner just called the financial rescue deal a “crap sandwich” – then said he’ll vote for it when it comes to the floor Monday. [...]

It is statements like this I fond wholly unacceptable. On the 17th of September, Paulson said the world was falling apart and we were soon going to float into the sun. That hasn't happened. And it isn't going to, either. This issue is a non-issue and the markets will fix itself. They always do with or without government intrusion and, quite frankly, they fix themselves faster when government stays out. So, why vote for it? When the likes of Kucinch isn't voting for it, there is something horribly wrong with it.

The Democrats no doubt wanted his support for the final product, and that must have enhanced the Republicans' position at the table. If voters understood the events of the last week, they would probably return control of the House, and perhaps the Senate, to the Republicans. The mainstream media will make sure that doesn't happen. [END]

Statement by the President on Bipartisan Agreement on Economic Rescue Legislation

Today, a bipartisan group of Members of Congress, working with my Administration, reached agreement on economic rescue legislation that is urgently needed to address a crisis in our financial system that threatens the entire U.S. economy.

I appreciate the leadership shown by Members on both sides of the aisle, who came together to write a very good bill. This bill provides the necessary tools and funding to help protect our economy against a system-wide breakdown. The bill will help allow access to credit so American families can meet their daily needs and American businesses can make purchases, ship goods, and meet their payrolls. And this plan sends a strong signal to markets around the world that the United States is serious about restoring confidence and stability to our financial system. Without this rescue plan, the costs to the American economy could be disastrous.

Many Members of Congress contributed important ideas to improve the legislation my Administration proposed. I appreciate the negotiators considering those ideas and incorporating them in this agreement.

Members of Congress will vote on this legislation soon. This is a difficult vote, but with the improvements made to the bill, I am confident Congress will do what is best for our economy by approving this legislation promptly.

Mr President: what is the exact reference in the United States Constitution that authorizes this action? I need to see the chapter and verse that you and Congress utilized to reconcile this action with the Constitution that you all have sworn to uphold.

The Leftinistra are using this event to once again shed blame from themselves onto you and your Administration. With all of their rhetoric to the contrary, this action pleases them beyond their wildest expectations and you are falling for it due to that bleeding heart of yours.

Where IS The Text of the Unconstitutional Bail Out Bill?

I sure would like to read that thing that Nancy said was up for study. The Crypt wants to read it as well. Apparently Nancy lied again? I suppose there aren't enough unconstitutional proponents of the bill within the GOP? Good. Maybe the damn thing will die the death it so "richly" deserves.

It sure is confusing when even Kucinich says he will vote it down and Newt Gingrich has stated that he is supporting it. Michelle Malkin says that Newt got back onto the couch with Nancy. Video of Newt reluctantly giving the affirmative nod to the unconstitutional bail out is here.

Michelle has the pdf version of the latest travesty here. It is 110 pages of dead trees which represents an illegal attempt to defraud the American People. I sure hope this thing dies. It is being praised as a bipartisan accomplishment and I am now totally and 100% against bipartisan anything. All that means is for the American People to bend over and take a Mac truck up the anal canal. Nice.

I started this post about an hour ago and have reviewed several pages of this abortion of Congress. The people in the picture above need to be run out of town on a rail. Page 6 of the draft irritates me beyond acceptable levels. Page 6 is the Title I. Troubled Assets Relief Program, Section 101., Purchases of Troubled Assets garbage. Page 9 is the preventing unjust enrichment by participants of the program clause. Um...what about "non-participants"? Like the Congress Critters that got us into this to begin with?

SEC. 104 on page 14 really gets to me...FINANCIAL STABILITY OVERSIGHT BOARD. REALLY? What makes anyone believe that the oversight board will be any different than the one already in place that was deemed perfectly fine before? Who will be the oversight for the oversight board and where in the hell is there anything about accountability? I got all the way up to page 60 on a quick review and there isn't any accountability therein...not that I could tell.

I'm done. Kill this thing and kill it now, now, now. The majority of the nation sees this whole thing as a power grab so the minority will win. 51% say no and 49% say yes. Simply amazing. So, naturally, the worse Congress ever is going to side with the minority. How constitutional is that?

Eric Cantor is saying that the GOP hasn't signed onto this yet so Nancy is calling them unpatriotic. So now, we have yet another definition of Patriotism in this nation as issued by an anti-Americanist socialist whore, Nancy: if you don;t go along with this, you are unpatriotic. If you do not support an unconstitutional bail out bill that is not supported by the United States Constitution, you are unpatriotic. So, if you do support an unconstitutional bail out bill, you are Patriotic. I just wonder to what. I wonder what Jim DeMint says about Nancy's idiocy?

This is MacRanger of Macsmind. As you know I was hacked by operatives of the Obama Campaign last month. Well, it happened again. Basically they flooded the site with “sql bombs” according to the host that caused the shared server to stop running. Subsequently be had to disable the site. This had to do with running the “Obama wants to Disarm America” post which more than 2 million people viewed on the site. Just like the goons in Missouri, the Obama truthers can’t let the truth be known. I’ve now moved the blog back to blogspot at macsmind.blogspot.com at least temporally. Because of the hacking job I had to move to another host but unfortunately they haven’t got the server up yet to redirect the traffic to blogspot. I would appreciate a mention to your readers. I’m getting a couple of hundred emails about “what happened”, but as you can imagine it hard to get the word out by reply.

BREAKING: Czarbie Was Asked To STOP Wearing That Bracelet

If one is to wear a fallen's bracelet, the least one can do is remember the man's name without having to look at the bracelet to remember.

Anyway, the KOSmonoffs have the poll as such: Czarbie 50 and McCain 43. I suppose Zell Miller is all wrong in their estimation. Zell has said many times that the ceiling on the American Democrat is 48 and will eventually decline from there. Why? Simple. The DNC is becoming more and more irrelevant and out of touch. Lindsey Williams was a Baptist Minister for nearly 28 years and was the Chaplain for the Alaskan Pipeline. Many say he is a quack for many reasons one of them being his appearances on the Alex Jones show. If that were the only defining factor, I might agree. However, his credibility in the area of faith and religion and the lack of any incriminating evidence of any wrong doing anywhere, I consider him to be a credible source.

In his book The Energy Non-Crisis, he explains in detail why it is that we are lied to on a daily basis by many people. The book was published in 1980 so I thought it to be appropriate to rehash that which Lindsey Williams has been talking about ever since.

Just where in the hell in the United States Constitution does it authorize this total insanity? I don't care who it is that has worked on what and with whom. I want to see the chapter and verse these people use to justify this government intrusion on the Free Markets. Anyone?

So, a Tentative Deal has been reached. We have heard this before and thankfully, it was a bald-faced lie. However, seeing that I haven't seen Harry Reid with this kind of a face-shattering smile in a very long time, it just might be true.

Paulson doesn't look all that happy. Perhaps his Czar-like powers have been stripped? Who knows? Given the cretins in the picture have a dismal record of actually giving a damn about We The People, I don;t trust one single one of them. Do you?

Does anyone also find it curious that the language being used is all too familiar in regards to nothing has really been accomplished? I am talking about the "all you have to do now" type of thing.

Good Lord. So, they took 144 pages of an outline, made notes and created more outlines, killed more trees in the process and have decided that now is the time to actually write up the verbiage that no one will ever understand. I just hope that someplace within the text of the actual legislation that there is a remote reference to the authority of the United States Constitution which allows this and authorizes it.

McCain 1 - Obama 0

Some call the first Presidential debate a draw and some are calling it a win for McCain. Naturally, the Leftinistra are calling it a win for Obama. Obama's performance can be clasified as a win if one is a socialist and vague dunce.

The only segment that can be considered a draw is the very first question. It was a draw in that McCain missed two opportunities to totally shred Obama. McCain waited until the third segment to eviscerate Obama and in the third segment, Obama began to lose his composure. I believe it was the constant smirk on McCain's face that got to Obama.

Several times, Obama debated himself and, as pd.com says, kicked his own butt. The NRO agrees; Obama clearly lost. Perhaps the smirk on McCain's face was due to the fact that for most of the evening, Obama insisted that McCain was right.

I will give Obama credit for a fine performance, however. The usual stammering and stuttering was not nearly as present as in other off-the-cuff caught-without-a-teleprompter moments but he did have several of those moments. Most of them came during the trouncing he received during the Commander In Chief tests but, don't tell these folks that he failed miserably.

In case one is wondering, John McCain has some substantiation. Please check out his web site here for the Debate Facts listings. Therein one will find just how many lies Obama stated as truth. For example, missile defense, bombing Pakistan and his many stands on the Troop Surge are indicative of one blowing with the wind. John McCain has said and done some things that just absolutely drive me crazy - just like GWB - but there is one thing you can be sure of; he most assuredly sticks by his guns and does not blow with the wind or pollsters. Obama on the other hand, well, he speaks to the moment to whomever he is trying to reach and has been known to hold every view on every issue in the same paragraph.

If you are interested in a Debate Score Card, Hugh Hewitt has one. His blog also has a postmortem review and a Master-Grasshopper analogy. Don't forget, Obama has a bracelet too.

Donald Douglas has a great review as well. Obama, if anything, proved that he is all about growing the government and not the country. He thinks government is the country whereas McCain sees and knows differently. And, on that point alone, the Leftinistra will drool all over themselves spinning the debate as an Obama victory. Naturally, the Marxists agree with each other. Of that there can be no doubt.

Obama had his Kissinger moment and was duly spanked. He was also schooled on Iraq. As we discussed this debate on my BTR show, we are not fighting 2 wars...we are fighting 1 war. Using Czarbie's pathetic rhetoric, we are fighting 80+ wars. What a silly man. The entire evening, Czarbie was schooled by The Teacher...the man with experience. Pretty much during the evening, Czarbie said that McCain was right and McCaiin said - rightfully - that Czarbie didn't understand.

Yes, Sir! The debate was handily won by Senator McCain, soon to be President Elect McCain. McCain may not have shredded Czarbie as we had hoped or wished that he would. However, perhaps he is acting Presidential and we are wanting blood.
