Nothing does this DAV's wounded heart better than watching the utter and complete destruction, self-imposed, of the DNC. For decade upon decade, the enemies of Freedom, personal responsibility, honesty, integrity and morality have systematically tried to, and have widely succeeded, destroy this Nation which many have given the ultimate sacrifice to preserve.

Regardless of the howling, the wailing and gnashing of teeth to the contrary, this Nation was founded on Judeo-Christian principles. Are we perfect? Hardly. However, the Founding Fathers knew that they were also not perfect but knew who was. They strove for perfection realizing the goal would never be met. We as humans can never reach that Utopian perch of perfection. Ever.

The proponents of Utopia are willfully ignorant of what that is and means. Sir Thomas Moore wrote the book "Utopia" in 1516. The foundation of Utopia stems from the Greek "ou topas" which literally translates into "not place" which is transliterated into No Place. It is fine and dandy to dream of such a place but when reality settles in and honesty is allowed to come forward, Utopia or the Utopian Ideology cannot exist because Utopia is No Place. I would rather be someplace in reality than pretending the perfect world of No Place exists. Such is where the DNC dwells...smack dab in the middle of nowhere.

What does the Founding Fathers and Utopia have to so with the McCain-Palin Tsunami have to do with anything? Everything. The DNC leadership has the propensity to ignore issues, pass blame elsewhere, will not accept responsibility, will not admit or acknowledge their own mistakes and shortcomings. They have a tendency to ignore things long enough in the hopes that whatever it is that has a possibility to derail them will merely vanish. They have the Utopian Reality Syndrome and it is a lethal case. They live in a realm of No Place where No One is at fault because Everything and Nothing co-exist in the middle of Nowhere. No Place has No Borders and Everything and Nothing means Something, subject to wind direction.

For instance, Patriotism has now been redefined as paying taxes (video here). Joe Biden has pretty much set up the image that if you don't pay all the taxes he thinks you should pay, your Patriotism is waning and lacks what it takes to be a Patriot.

Once again, the DNC has turned their backs on the man of whom they say they greatly admire and that wold be President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Among other things so stated in his inaugural address, he said this: (video here) (HT Jon Sanders)

Seeing that it has been the federal government that had dug this whole do to taxes, taxes and taxes, how in the hell can they expect us to pay even more to further their socialist crap? Another President in another time once said that government was the problem and it still is.

Joe Biden and Barack Obama are sycophants of the socialist ignorance running amok in this country. Utopia does not exist and there are no roads that lead to No Place.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard has now been given full authority in the waters off the Iranian coast and Pakistan has now prepared to halt oil shipments to NATO in case they are attacked.

General Odierno assumes command of MNF-I, and General Petraeus relinquishes command, comes home and visits with his CIC. The Change of Command went off without a glitch. Some are equating General Petraeus to Eisenhower.

Not that this upsets me or anything but it does concern me. What were the Somali pirates exposed to when they tried to pirate a ship? Whatever it was, it killed them. The ship was Iranian so there is no telling what was on board.

Our Embassy in Yemen was attacked which, confirms that we are still at war in the GLOBAL War On Terror. The death toll was at 10 then increased to 16 and there may be more. In the attack, an American civilian was killed. At any rate, 25 have been taken into custody.

While AQ is on the ropes in most places, but they seem to be popping up in Yemen and terrorist training camps have become uncovered in Canada and there just may be a sleeper cell operating in Texas while Iran continues to arm the Taliban. I suppose Nancy will be thankful for that so the Iranians can bring peace to Afghanistan like they did in Iraq.

And 7 GI's were KIA after their chopper went down in Iraq.

Breitbart brings us an account of CBS News: Palin Shuns Reporters Traveling With Her on Campaign Trail. After all, did she not say in her VP speech at the GOP Convention that she wasn't going to DC to make nice-nice with the dinosaur media?

Maggie's Notebook brings us the story of how the media distorted Sarah Palin's words and tried to twist them into her linking Saddam's Iraq with 91101 which, clearly has never been stated by anyone in the Bush Administration. The moonbats have tried to convince people that GWB did connect that dot but most of us know better than that.

Bradley Burston brings us a story about What is truly frightening about Sarah Palin. And, it does my heart good that such a Conservative Republican Libertarian scares the hell out of the status quo. Screw them and screw Bradley. Sarah Palin supports Israel you big dummy and Barack does not. You, Bradley, scare the hell out of me. More on this at Memeorandum.

Michelle Malkin brings us a story that reminds us all that we have to continuously fact-check the liberal fact-checkers. This was all so obvious when FactCheck presented some erroneous facts in regards to Nancy Pelosi, T Boone Pickens and the largest land and water grab in US history. More on that later.

Sonlit Knight brings us the story on how the GOP is fighting the Palin smear in regards to yet another non-issue issue in regards to the Non-Troopergate issue. The press was all over that one and it now appears that the witch hunt has died a painful death.

Now, what if all of this was a Republican? Just once and only once, I would like to see if the folks calling themselves journalists actually adhere to their ethics creed.

I don't understand why no one is holding Sen. Obama accountable.

My brother has been in Iraq for 17 months. 17 months he hasn't seen his 2 little girls, his wife, or any of the rest of us (his family). And no one cares that Sen Obama decided to use my brother and others like him in Iraq for some kind of political game.

No one gives a damn.

I don't understand how supporters of Sen Obama who have family or friends in the military are choosing to brush this off.

What isn't there to understand? I am not trying to sound crass or rude either when I ask that question. It has been readily evident to me for years now that the Libocrats want America to lose the war and the more Troops we lose, the better their chances are to win an election and lose a war...just for political power.

However, we have stopped them from doing that...lose the war. However, again, they are complicit and directly responsible for the at least 60% of the casualties among the Troops in Iraq and Afghanistan and I am working on proving that.

I shall never give that up and I am not ready to give up the fight.

Rangel and Congressional Lack of Ethics

Pelosi once said that she was going to create the most ethical Congress in the history of the United States. I find that peculiar to say the least. I have a distinct impression that she either doesn't know what that might entail or she has redefined the term.

Unlike the DNC - excluding Stevens and the Foot Tapping Cretin of the GOP - whenever a GOP Party member is either involved in something or may have been involved in anything that could be seen as unethical, they are removed from service. The DNC types however, just keep the business as usual thing going. Unless of course, they are sent to prison. In recent days, such is the case with Charles Rangel.

On 11 JUL 08 in the New York Slimes, an article appeared entitled, For Rangel, Four Rent-Stabilized Apartments, and this was the beginning of the current issue. What will the most ethical Speaker of the House do about it? Nothing. So much for ethics. But, what did Rangel do?

Apparently, he has used his position and prestige to circumvent NYC housing laws. The details are in the NYT article and many bloggers. I have a small collection of articles and blog posts stored here for your benefit and use. The short list includes JWF, NY Post, Mr Pink Eyes, The Hill, Suitably Flip, Michelle Malkin, Pat Dollard to name a few.

The New York Times has stated that Rangel should release his ill-gotten gains and Rangel has even said that he si going to evict himself. In so doing, he has admitted to wrong-doing and has given credence to the charges of the appearance of unethical behavior, allegedly unbecoming to a Congress Critter. However, not so fast.

On 16 SEPT 08 in The Hill, it was announced that there is no word yet on Rangel's resignation from the Chairmanship of the House Ways and Means Committee. The article appeared at 0733 EST and Pelosi had not made up her mind yet. So, 2 months and 5 days later, Pelosi has been unable to determine if this smells like fish wrapped in a newspaper yet? If this had been a GOP type, the DNC Hangmen would have been lining up at the door. If this were a GOP type, the GOP Speaker of the House would have already made the decision to oust the crook.

On 16 SEPT 08 in The New York Post, published at 0907 EST, it was announced that Rangel rejects the call to remove himself from his posh position. At nearly the same time, the NYT reported that Rangel was not giving up his seat, ethics be damned. And, on top of that, Ms Ethics is supporting his decision. Simply amazing.

Democrat Charlie Rangel who is chairman of the committee that writes the tax laws as been outed as a tax cheat and a fraud. He needs to resign, if not from congress that at least his chairmanship of the House Ways and Means Committee. [...]

Iraqi government sources have revealed to the New York Post that Presidential candidate Barack Obama demanded that Iraqi officials stop negotiations with the Bush Administration to withdraw U.S. troops from Iraq. Read the story for yourself by clicking HERE.

Fearful that the success in Iraq would harm his political aspirations, Obama sought to keep U.S. troops in Iraq so he can continue attacking the Bush Administration for not imposing a timetable for withdrawal. If these allegations prove to be true, it should be the end of the Obama campaign. The report says this was a demand Obama made to Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari.

Obama should have the decency to recognize that he lacks the moral character to serve as Commander-in-Chief, and he should withdraw from the ticket. I have never heard of any candidate deliberately trying to get Americans killed to prove their point. According to the New York Post story, not only did Obama seek to get the Iraqi to stop negotiating with Americans on the troop drawdown, he also tried to bully General David Petraeus to agree to a hard withdrawal date.

The hypocrisy of Barack Obama - to say, in the United States, that he wants a speedier troop withdrawal date - while telling the Iraqis to stop negotiating is appalling. Even supporters of a quicker U.S. withdrawal must be sickened by his conduct in Iraq. If there were ever a candidate who has demonstrated the lack of character and leadership to represent the United States in foreign affairs, it is Barack Obama.

In another post entitled, Democrats Want Economy To Tank, located here, I brought to your attention another example of the hideous and double standard ways and means of the Leftinistra within our own government. Again, this isn't the end of the story.

As more and more data becomes exposed and more prominent writers than I begin revealing the treasonous and treacherous activities of one Barack Hussein Insane Obama, we begin to see the inner workings of Czarbie's handlers, mainly George Soros.

Roger Guy at Radarsite brings us a list - a growing list - of fellow Enemies of The State and their consortium of those that would subvert America's founding. That piece is entitled, Obama's Endorsements From Our Enemies. IBD Editorials brings us Obama's Double-Dealing Diplomacy that will create an atmosphere of more harm to our Troops all in the name of political gain. As I and many others have so stated, this should be the Scandal of the Century as WUA so stipulates but we will not hold our breathe on that one, shall we? From IBD:

Yes. Country First, Czarbie. Czarbie says that he also puts country first but no one really knows what he means or which one.

At this point, it is not yet clear what official American negotiations Senator Obama tried to undermine with Iraqi leaders, but the possibility of such actions is unprecedented. It should be concerning to all that he reportedly urged that the democratically-elected Iraqi government listen to him rather than the US administration in power. If news reports are accurate, this is an egregious act of political interference by a presidential candidate seeking political advantage overseas. Senator Obama needs to reveal what he said to Iraq's Foreign Minister during their closed door meeting. The charge that he sought to delay the withdrawal of Americans from Iraq raises serious questions about Senator Obama's judgment and it demands an explanation.

Exactly so. When will the investigations begin? When will a Special Prosecutor be appointed? When will the Logan Act finally be enforced? Not only does Czarbie need to "explain" what he said, he needs to pony up to the bar, be a man and admit his blatant Logan Act violation and remove himself from any and all political office holding anywhere within the United States and her territories and possessions. Period. Perhaps he would be more at home in a socialist environment in which he feels is the best for mankind.

We already know and have seen and witnessed the Czarbie Camp admit to the Logan Act violation in the process of trying to refute the allegations. Hot Air has a blurb on this but the story keeps growing and growing. Let's take a look shall we?

In my original piece, I placed a quote from the New York Post as follows:

Next we have the failed rebuttal which is actually a confirmation that Czarbie did in fact have these "chats" on his world tour of Look At Me I Am The One.

In fact, Obama had told the Iraqis that they should not rush through a “Strategic Framework Agreement” governing the future of US forces until after President George W. Bush leaves office, she said. [...]

I see no difference between the two quotes whatsoever. None. No daylight between them. They are composed with different verbiage but the intent and message is the same. I will provide a Snooper paraphrase for you and, yes, you can quote me if you so desire:

I am The One and I will be The One that you will have to deal with in February and I need, no, I demand that you ignore that cracker Bush guy and listen up. Leave these idiot jerks with guns in your country until I get into office so that I can claim the victory and bring the Troops home. You guys REALLY screwed up by getting all of these benchmarks accomplished and it really pisses me off. So, do not agree to anything the current President has to say about anything. OK? Are we clear?"

And that about sums it all up right there as far as I am concerned. Newsbusters asks a really silly question but, to be fair, it has to be asked: Why Is Media Ignoring Accusations Obama Interfered With Iraq Withdrawal Negotiations? You can read that one right here. It really is a silly question though, isn't it? We already know the answer as we are thinking about asking it, don't we? Don't we? The piece ends thusly:

[...] This is a new low for Senator Obama. The Senate should investigate this as a violation of the Constitution and seperation of powers, but don’t expect them to. The media should be all over this, but you will hear as least as possible about this from them. [END]

Unless some in DC and within Law Enforcement actually grows some spine, this action and others like it will go unaddressable to the nation's peril. Some enemies within will claim Free Speech and disregard the consequences thereof.

The Obama campaign spent more than five hours on Monday attempting to figure out the best refutation of the explosive New York Post report that quoted Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari as saying that Barack Obama during his July visit to Baghdad demanded that Iraq not negotiate with the Bush Administration on the withdrawal of American troops. In other words, the Iraqis should not negotiate an American troop withdrawal.

According to a Senate staffer working for Sen. Joseph Biden, Biden himself got involved in the shaping of the statement. “The whole reason he’s on the ticket is the foreign policy insight,” explained the staffer. [END]

So, now, Joe Biden is involved in trying to cover up and explain away a clear Logan Act violation. Sweet.

Democrats Want Economy To Tank

The economy that the Democrats shaped and formed is having its troubles but the economy is fairly secure. However, there are issues and these issues are making the Democrats happy, especially the Czarbie Democrats. As in past times, whatever will make America look bad, the Democrats will be more than happy to "capitalize" on that and although they are to blame for it, they will surely attempt (and mostly succeed) to pass that blame elsewhere for political gain. Why? Because they want a New United Socialist States of America, that's why.

Over the weekend there was bad news in the business sector. The Democrats are largely responsible for it but when asked, Oompa Loompelosi denied it and blamed President Bush. Let's look at that.

Yes indeed. This is a problem and the Democrats created the problem. It is such a problem that the Obamatards are filled with glee and are hoping that it gets worse. I think that is pretty sad that the Hope and Change jerk-off wants the economy to tank so he can win an election. And people trust this jerk? Doug Ross brings up the fact that Czarbie has known for almost forever about all of this and did nothing but take their contributions...some say they bought him. I agree. Macsmind reminds us of a New York Slimes article from 5 years ago when President Bush was demanding oversight but was stopped by...democrats. And, America Needs Me brings us more data on The Fraud, aka The One, aka Czarbie. It is apparent that Czarbie doesn't want Hope and Change like he leads everyone to believe. The Hope and Change he wants is a socialist America with its own Czarbie controlled Civilian National Security Force.

Wouldn't it be nice if our political leaders instead of pretending to be adhering to the United States Constitution actually did adhere to the United States Constitution?

Wouldn't it be nice if whenever our political leaders both on the State and Federal levels of government reconcile each every piece of introduced legislation with the United States Constitution?

Wouldn't it be nice if our political leaders on the Federal level would actually state that if the powers they seek for themselves cannot be reconciled with the verbiage of the United States Constitution, then it is referred back to the States? Imagine that? Didn't we fight a Civil War over this?

Wouldn't it be nice if SCOTUS would actually have the personal and professional integrity to not hear cases petitioned to them and refer them back to the States?

Wouldn't it be nice if the Federal Judiciary didn't interfere with State Rights?

What would our Founding Fathers say today when the SCOTUS tells any State what laws are valid and which ones are not? What would the Federal Judiciary namely SCOTUS say if We The People stood up and said something like, "We do not recognize your imposed authority."? Do you think they would be distraught or indignant? I would say that they would be.

We have a Federal Judiciary run amok. We have Congress Critters run amok. We have political leaders that wave a copy of the US Constitution over their heads while stump speeching yet have no idea what it says or how it applies to anything.

We have people in this country that aid, abet, enable and embolden our enemies in a time of war and claim Freedom of Speech. Freedom of Speech, my friends, has its limitations. There is such a thing as accountability for those words freely expressed. There is such a thing as consequences for rendering aid and comfort to the enemy.

We have American citizens that while referencing their Constitutional Rights, they advocate the overthrow of the United States Government by replacing it with a morphed form or convoluted socialism-communism-Americanized liberalism which is diametrically opposed to the United States Constitution. Pick a subject and see for yourselves. But, first, one must first know what the Constitution states.

For instance, National Health Care or, as some would call it, Socialized Medicine. Some are calling for the Federal Government to provide or make provisions for National Health Care. That sounds nice doesn't it? Reconcile that with the United States Constitution and I just might go along with it. However, it cannot be reconciled with the US Constitution so it shouldn't even be brought up after the first time. Good idea? Sure. Constitutional? Certainly not.

However, because a Federalized Health Care Plan is indeed unconstitutional, that doesn't mean that the individual States cannot offer their people in those individual States State Health Care if the people in those States desire that to be their particular State Law. End of discussion in that regard.

Happy Constitution Day America. Get back to that Founding Document. Learn it. Read it. Memorize it. Study it. Quote it. Apply it. Whenever you hear of some federal legislation being presented for debate, ask the following, "What is the chapter and verse as so stated in the US Constitution that backs this legislation up." Pick a subject - any subject - and find it in the US Constitution. If you cannot find it, the issue belongs to the individual States, period. End of discussion.

So Pakistan has ordered military action against the US, eh?

With the breaking news that once again, terrorists were hiding among the villagers and induced an attack, I hope that the anti-Americanists in this country are happy with themselves. All in the name of BDS and hatred of the country they live in, reaping the benefits of the freest nation on the planet, innocent civilians were killed. These scum in this country do nothing but embolden the enemy. I sure wish someone would open up Open Season and make it a no bag limit.

We hope that the agreement about this strategy formation will be signed soon. And as usual, we are working, our parliament is working now for finalizing the draft of a new law for election provinces, and I hope that, as I heard the news yesterday, I hope that today it will be finalized, because the groups -- head of groups of parliament are now gathering in parliament to reach -- to finalize this. In our country, we are now busy to reconstruct our country and to rebuild our country.
