Logic and jurisprudence won the day, again. The report came over the wires via Reuters some time ago and it is sure to tweak the teets of the Leftinistra the globe over. Wishful thinking and rhetoric were tossed out of court, rightly and justly so. Especially since it was a foreign court. Since when is the United States under the jurisdiction of foreign courts, while we are prosecuting a war? Are these people that brought the suit, without merit, daft?

Exactly so. One World Socialist morons need not apply.

First off, since when do non US citizens qualify for United States Constitutional Rights? I would like to see the chapter and verse for that one. As for the Geneva Convention(s), I would like to see chapter and verse where terrorists are afforded protections under the Conventions. Terrorists are scum of the earth. They are murderous trash. They are Jihadi wastes of human flesh that murder in the name of their godless moors.

There are some terrorists whining at Club Gitmo about their religious rights being trounced. In my opinion, they have no rights. They get three squares a day, they get free health care, they get all their murderous teachings of the Koran so they can learn to hate and learn to kill all infidels, they have bathing facilities...hell they have it better off at club Gitmo than they did sleeping with their damn goats in some friggin' cave someplace.

Screw 'em. And while we are at it, screw the idiots that think International law trumps the sovereignty of the United States.
