This Blog Is Moving

Greetings. After this weekend, this Take Our Country Back Blog will be moving to the new web site. Too many conservatives are getting zapped by the intolerant dweebs of the Obama Goons and seeing that this editing platform is a free site, Blogger can do pretty much what it feels like doing. Hence, I now have a paid site and will be migrating the last 1400+ posts shortly.

So, one day, you just may click this page somewhere and it will show up as "private". It has been fun but the intolerant Czarbie Goon Squads are brain dead idiots. They can come play at the new site which I OWN outright.

Which War Is It?

Barak Obama at the Wilson Center

It is time to turn the page. When I am President, we will wage the war that has to be won, with a comprehensive strategy with five elements: getting out of Iraq and on to the right battlefield in Afghanistan and Pakistan; developing the capabilities and partnerships we need to take out the terrorists and the world's most deadly weapons; engaging the world to dry up support for terror and extremism; restoring our values; and securing a more resilient homeland.

The first step must be getting off the wrong battlefield in Iraq, and taking the fight to the terrorists in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

He might as well said, "I am a moron troll and I thrive on repeating lies for long enough and often enough so that the evolutionary process of the average American's attention span will accept them as truth."

Barak Obama has disappointed me with that speech. He has shown ITS true colors and his entrenched and infectious BDS and power-grab attempt has shown that he is merely another damn moron.

UPDATE!!! Apparently, as I surmised as I read the two articles on this subject, Barack has taken a shot at both feet, knees and a direct hit to his nimble and apparently tiny mind. What a meat head.

Jimmy Z at A Newt One opined thusly...
Although leftwing media are reporting it as 'tough talk,' the truth of the matter is that in Obama's desperation to be 'tough,' he's coming off as a naive and immature child in the adult world of politics. We are not surprised, and we are pleased to see his implosion so quickly.
Uncle Jimbo at Black Five states;
In a monumentally lame attempt to prove his tough guy cred Barack Obama trots out his cunning plan to invade a sovereign nation in defiance of it's leader, who is more or less an ally.
And then he adds...
Nice pander Cakeboy
Reuters calls it all Tough Talk because Hillary got his goat...
Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama said on Wednesday the United States must be willing to strike al Qaeda targets inside Pakistan, adopting a tough tone after a chief rival accused him of naiveté in foreign policy.
The Benton Crier calls Barack out on the mat as follows:
And while Bush has embraced Pakistani President Gen. Pervez Musharraf as a valued ally in the war on terror, Obama said he would take a harder line. He said Musharraf must do more to shut down terrorist operations along the Afghan border or risk a U.S. military attack against the foreign fighters and the loss of hundreds of millions of dollars in U.S. military aid.
Isn't that reminiscent of the Japanese-American relationship before the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor? Just curious.

Yep. Barack has shot his wad. He is finished.

David Warren wants to know if we have permission to win the War In Iraq.

Phillip Carter has the "Oh My God Victory?" disease.

Quin Hillyer has a GREAT article about how the Republicans need to stop complaining and attacking each other but he misses a very important issue and he needs to take the blinders off. Can you spot the issue he missed?

Jim VandeHei attempts to explain why GWB is in no mood to yield.

Ralph Peters said:
Long before the fall of Baghdad, The New York Times was as dogmatically pessimistic about the Bush administration's efforts as it was gushingly supportive of Joseph Stalin in the 1930s. It even promoted the least-qualified op-ed writer in North America as its point man for its attacks on our military: Frank Rich, whose experience was with ballet slippers, not combat boots.
Michelle Malkin wrote:
Over the past few days, the bloodthirsty jihadists have demanded that South Korea immediately withdraw troops from the Middle East, pay ransom and trade the civilian missionaries for imprisoned Taliban fighters. The Taliban leaders have made good on threats to kill the kidnapped Christians while Afghan officials plead fecklessly that their monstrous behavior is "un-Islamic."

The constant sprinkling of pixie dust is meant to render Petraeus' coming September report unassailable -- the political equivalent of basketball advice from John Wooden or a sex assessment by Jenna Jameson.

For months now, I've been trying to blow some of that pixie dust off Petraeus so that, come September, his vaunted report will be seen for what it inevitably will be: one more stall tactic designed to deny reality and delay the inevitable.

Michael Hirsh the Dingaling Lockstep Follower of the Blind wrote:

This hypocrisy is lost on no one. As I wrote in this column more than a year ago, containment is probably the only approach left in the Mideast. “You may be hearing a lot more of it as the Bush administration hunkers down for its final two years. Containment of Iraq’s low-level civil war, which shows every sign of persisting for years despite the new government inaugurated this week.

A Newt One published:

The toll is falling in the most dangerous provinces, not just in the Baghdad 'surge' zone. US troop fatalities in Iraq have plummeted from near-historic highs just two months ago. The number of deaths attributed to improvised explosive devices is down by more than half. The decrease is an apparent sign that, by at least one indicator, the surge of American forces is doing something it set out to do: tamp down the violence. Violence is down in the four most dangerous provinces.

Atlas Shrugs is telling it like it is in that CBS is misleading the American People about the dangers of Islam.

The Conservative Moose and Squirrel said back on June 12th that "...in one of the great uprisings of modern politics, Middle America rose up and body-slammed the national establishment." (in reference to Shamnesty)

Forest Opine, back from a 2-week hiatus rants:

Something is going on with Michael Moore and CNN. I’m too lazy to dig into anything about lefty vs. lefty-er like this so I have no idea what’s going on at all, but here’s a piece of advice to Mrs. Moore: if CNN is criticizing you for your accuracy in filming a movie about health care from a leftist point of view, you’ve gone too far. You are at least a garden variety Stalinist.

Maggie's Notebook charges the populace to pay close attention to Queen Moonbat SoH.

Sister Toldjah has this little diddy:

Many Democrats have anticipated that, at best, Petraeus and U.S. ambassador to Iraq Ryan Crocker would present a mixed analysis of the success of the current troop surge strategy, given continued violence in Baghdad. But of late there have been signs that the commander of U.S. forces might be preparing something more generally positive. Clyburn said that would be “a real big problem for us.”

That is REALLY sad that a political party would be more concerned over their political aspirations than to be rejoicing with the men and women fighting for THEIR security and that VICTORY is at hand.

JB Williams reminds the world:

If you harbor terrorists, you are a terrorist. If you assist with the arming and or training of terrorists, you are a terrorist. If you provide logistical or financial support for terror activities, you are a terrorist...

Ed Morrissey over at CQ comments on CAIR: Free Speech Vs Prior Restraint

This seems to be the main strategy of CAIR -- to sue people into silence. Let's not forget that CAIR also supported the Flying Imams and their efforts to sue the people who complained about their suspicious behavior to airline and security personnel here at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Now they want to threaten legal action against their critics in order to intimidate them.

Right In A Left World reminds us of the Separation of Mosque and State

UPDATE: Schools and Universities are installing foot baths to accomodate Muslims students who religious beliefs dictate they wash their feet prior to saying their prayers 5 times a day. Not remaining silent, the ACLU of Michigan says, "Indeed, if the university refused to allow Muslim students to wash their feet in the sink without there being a viable alternative, we would have concerns about whether the university was unconstitutionally interfering with students' right to practice their religion."

Miss Beth cannot resist giving us visuals we can relate to in regards to the reactions to an imminent victory in a war...an American War, by the way.

Mighty Mouse Speedy Fingers over at Wake Up America fills us in how a Presidential Aspirant plans on invading a country with nuclear capabilities and life-long associations with terrorist groups bent on the destruction at all costs of the Western Nations.

Before I even start on how naive this sounds, lets recap Pakistan's Nuclear capabilities for a second:

Please do.

Have you actually clicked around and read every piece?

So, which "war" do we fight and are we going to win or lose it?
