As we all know, the Leftinistra tried so very hard in all of 2006 and 2007 to lose the Iraq War for political gain, regardless to the casualties of our Troops. The Troops didn't matter to them. Political Power did. That said, let's take a look at some interesting items.

Today, the President spoke for the last time to the United Nations and reminded them of their commitments, duties and responsibilities that they themselves placed upon themselves. Naturally, they aren't able to but President Bush reminded them just the same. I bet he is very happy about not having to talk to such a useless organization. (transcript here)

After the Little Man-Boy from Iran addressed the United Nations, Ben at ANO explains what he said that the alleged media missed. And, I am pleased to announce that the US Delegation walked out when the terrorist from Iran began to speak.

By now, we all know that Harry Reid would not allow the Support The Troops Resolution in regards to recognizing - OFFICIALLY - that the Troops Surge did indeed work. Having said that, why has he not been tarred, feathered and sent out of town on a rail? I suppose he is offering up some kind of sympathy for them because they returned the favor by blowing some stuff up in Pakistan. Maybe Reid needs to move to Spain. I even wonder if he gives a damn that among the dead are two Americans.

Better men than Reid know what the deal is and this Marine can school Harry the Fraud on any number of issues.

U.S. Marine Cpl. Garrett Jones was re-deployed just a year after losing his left leg to a roadside bomb while serving in Iraq as an infantry fighter. In previous wars, Jones would have received a medical discharge and returned to civilian life. But the Pentagon has made it possible for Marines who’d like to return to the front lines, to return.

This makes me wonder if this is why Reid then stated that Czarbie doesn't have a clue. Kind of interesting isn't it? "Hey Barack! Can I have some of your money?" "Are you kidding? Energy Freedom Day 01 OCT 2008 Soon Upon Us

So now the FBI is involved in investigating the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac boondoggle, eh? Now they investigate? Well, there's nothing better than closing the barn doors after the horse got out, is there? I sure hope they go after the Congress Critters that failed miserably in their mission of oversight. Is this another distraction from the No Oil Zone crisis?

In other news, the Democrats are quite pleased with themselves now that the repeat of 1973 has started in Georgia. Georgia is experiencing fuel shortages and long lines at the pumps. Just in time for the debates too. I find this interesting. Georgia isn't the only state in the south experiencing and I sure hope the folks down there know who is responsible...the Democrat Party. Once again, the Democrat Party has failed their constituents. Get the ropes ready.

Want proof the Democrat Party is responsible? Yahoo News has the story on how the DNCers have capitulated and the moratorium will expire in seven days. Within the past few days, as Congress wrestles with the financial quagmire that they caused, the DNcers tried to sneak in an extention on the moratorium during debates on the continuing resolution to finance the government operations, and they failed. They know that they are on the wrong side of yet another issue and will now try and claim that they have seen the light. From Hot Air:

The AP posts a story that the Democrats "let" the moratorium expire. Wrong. They tried to extend it and failed. See the last sentence in the third paragraph above. This is an apparent victory for We The People but, as a HT Gateway Pundit, LFR thinks that there is indeed a catch. It could very well be. Nothing about the DNC surprises me but what does surprise me is this: too many of my fellow Conservative bloggers seem to apply logic when talking about the DNCers. Folks, this issue is NOT over until the drilling begins and begins in steadfast earnestness and urgency. Period. Until then, the libtards haven't given up anything and I don't see any White Flags yet.

I can understand the elation from the GOP in this regard but I will raise the flag of caution and to not let up the pressure one bit. When the enemy is down, put a boot on their neck. That is how you achieve the true and ultimate victory. No regrets and without remorse.

So, the economy is theoretically in the tubes because 1% of the Mortgage Industry is stressed out due to the lack of Congressional oversight with those over seeing the Banking Industry being Democrats saying that there wasn't an issue until it became an issue due to an election. Amazing.

Anyway, I do believe that this has been a contrived non-issue issue that the Leftinistra are so good at making campaign issues distracting from the real issues. The real issue, in my estimation, is the fuel costs and the ways to get those fuel costs back down to affordable levels. As I have reported before, there is really no acceptable reason why gasoline at the pump should be more than $1.00 per gallon...yes, I said ONE DOLLAR per gallon. Anything to the contrary is pure bunk. Seeing that ANWR can produce in 3 years, what's the hold up?

Gateway Pundit brings us, as usual, a very good picture that the Leftinistra do NOT have an energy plan, do NOT have an economic plan, they DO have a non-nuclear plan and they DO have a no clean coal plan. What in the hell good is that and what in the hell good is the Leftinistra in this country? And, what makes them think that they are so in touch with anything other than "udder" ignorance, bliss and outright stupidity? And THEY want to rule the world? With what? Nothing to offer except enslavement?

Other than that, the story is dead nuts on. The more I read, the more data flows in about the Annenberg cover up and the Obama-Ayers connections. That Annenberg thing keeps on keepin' on, doesn't it?

Pat Dollard brings us a story about the Little Man-Boy from Iran saying that the USA military action is responsible for the Global Economy crash. Simply amazing and there are those in this nation that hate it so badly that they will believe it and promote that lie. I saw the little jerk on the boob tube today as he was talking and I was wondering why the fool isn't in jail for war crimes seeing that he has sent Troops and weapons into Afghanistan and Iraq to kill our Troops. I suppose the Leftinistra will say that we deserved it and those acts by Iran are not Acts of War. Well, seeing that we have been at war with Iran since 1979, their opinion(s) don't count.

Czarbie made a fool of himself today as he spoke about the economy and he needs to fire his retarded advisers. With Paulson claiming, and wrongfully so I might add, that the economy is in a meltdown, and I don't believe it...is it any wonder that folks that I do trust are claiming that his plan is unacceptable? Along these lines, Czarbie's tax plan is nothing more than redistribution of wealth...sound familiar? In two articles at The American Thinker, thought provoking pieces wonder if this is The Turn or if we are entering into a Nanny State while lemmings run blindly over a cliff in a rush to fix a non-issue in Here We Go Again.

The Big Bail Out - What To Do

As Burnanke and Paulson are urging "swift action", Newt Gingrich says to say "hell no". I agree. Kill. It. Now. As I have also stated, asked and demanded, just where in the hell in the United States Constitution does it state that every time an idiot defrauds someone else, it is the government's obligation to bail them out and "set the record straight"? Hans Bader seems to agree. ( all things on this blog "economy" here and in my reader here, videos here) If government programs of any sort cannot be reconciled with the United States Constitution, the subject or issue needs to be dropped like a dirty bomb.

Think Backwards has it sort of correct but naturally, they are highly suspect in most things. So, I would urge those folks over there to remember that the Rough Draft of the bill is a Rough Draft. However, the language in the Rough Draft scared just about everybody so I have to give them that.

We can catch the buzz over at Memeorandum, naturally but, no matter who it is that exclaims that the government has to rush in to save the day - or the planet as far as that goes - needs to be shut up. Ask them to reconcile it with the United States Constitution. If they cannot, be gone with them, no matter who it is.

Contrary to the fashion of blaming Bush for all things, one thing is perfectly clear; the sole responsibility of the current boondoggle rests in the laps of Congress, Fannie and Freddie. Period. The Foundry has been following this very closely and in this post, they have identified "attachments" by Chris Dodd that are equally unconstitutional: in part;

Provide capital to financial institutions in return for equity Allowing bankruptcy courts to revise mortgages Placing caps on executive compensation

This sounds like more of the same-same and seeing that the guy submitting this nonsense has played a LARGE part in the current DNC-induced quagmire, that alone causes my pinger-detectors to stand at attention. Along with that, this all reeks of setting a precedent to future idiocy. The Weekly Standard suggests one of these possibilities. It has something to do with the expression "we can put a man on the moon but...(fill in the blank type of thing).

Some are calling this economic shock and awe. I am calling it dumber and dumbest. I am sick and tired of the Congress looking down their collective noses at the rest of the nation when it is they and they alone that bear the entire cause of this unacceptable situation. Let them take their funds they have received; let them take their millions and pony up to the bar. Let's have them appear before an investigative panel of citizens and answer hard questions instead of them pretending that they are all surprised and demand to "get to the bottom of this". Please. They are only fooling the stupid people...themselves.

How close was the meltdown anyway and why isn't close now? I have been hearing that the world was ending and that the sky was falling and now it isn't and no one has bailed anybody out yet. So, why the panic?

I once thought that the Pelosi-Pickens land grab and water grab in the Texas Panhandle would have done the Robber Barons of yore proud. Now, I have reconsidered. So has Right Truth.

One other thing and I am sure this isn't my last post on this but, the idiots at Open Left seem to think that there are righteously indignant Democrats in Congress because this is a Republican induced issue when it clearly is not. Idiots. They even cite a pissed off lawyer...damn near laughed my ass right out of my chair. More of that utter ignorance here.

Simply amazing, isn't it? I don;t think they "tried to cement" anything...they confirmed it straight out. They really do suck, don't they? They can't even cheat right. That's because the Main Street Media is all over them. More of that No Oil Zone BS can be found at The Hill, the point of origin...sort of. Well, we let them think that anyway. And then, The Hill tried to make the lamest CONgress ever seem honest. Good God Almighty!

IBD Editorials brings us the goods and 'Crony' Capitalism Is Root Cause Of Fannie And Freddie Troubles. And it has the Democrats footprint all over it. The almost worst part about it is that Czarbie is #3 on The List and he is "Rather" proud of that while he lies his lying ass of about it. (video in the link) It is kind of funny because Sarah Palin (rumor has it) sabotaged his teleprompter. What a fool. The guy is a blithering idiot.

Knowing that their Sham Energy Plan will be vetoed, they tried to lace it into the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Sham Bail Out travesty. Bloody shameful they are. At the same time, one of the Democrat Party idiots that denied that there ever was a problem - until it was cool to blame Bush - is now still promoting piss-poor loans for folks that cannot pay.

I don't give a damn if "Bush Urges Congress to Pass Relief Bill" or not. I don't want to bail or buy anyone out. It is not in the best interests of a nation in the long run if a government run "private industry" gets involved and saves the day in the moment of inconvenience. They soiled their own linen so let them lay in it and stink. Historically speaking, when the government gets involved in just about anything, that particular "issue" grows into a worse monster. Let this Democrat Party quagmire play itself out and allow the market to fix itself. This will be the best way to expose the culprits. This incremental socialism has got to stop and it has to stop now...before there is blood in our streets.

Chris Dodd has introduced a more "aggressive" - read that as more "progressive"; read that as more "socialist" - alternative bail/buy out of crooks and liars put into place by the Leftinistra within the Democrat Party. Chris Dodd, in case you don't know this IS IN CHARGE of banking procedures in this country. Where in the hell was he when it was pointed out that there were major issues with the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac accounting? Oh. Wait. He said that there WASN'T a problem until it became politically expedient to blame Bush - just like a good little lap sucker of Soros would. Damn Dodd and Soros to hell, thank you very much. Something else I could care less about is that "McCain will propose oversight board". I am not impressed and neither should you be. I don't want another useless oversight board because they all fail, as history reveals. I want criminal investigations...PERIOD. I want people in jail. Why are there no calls for the head of Barney Frank and why did he say that the views expressed way back then that the claims were exaggerated? Are they exaggerated now or is this one more political stunt in the realm of political expediency? Seeing that they were all wrong about the Iraq War, what makes anyone believe they are right about anything in the present? Some things boggle the mind, do they not?

I say let the sleeping dogs lay and let the pieces which are crumbling fall where they may. Are people going to lose their homes? Yes. Are people going to lose their businesses? Yes. Perhaps people will then figure out that it is always best to live within your means and not a fabricated one. Perhaps they will learn that it isn't a government program that will come to their rescue every time they make a foolish business or personal decision. Perhaps then and only then will they hold their political leaders accountable.

Then again, when one suffers from BDS, it is always easier to blame Bush for everything. As I do and a host of others know, "It’s an established fact that President Bush began to call for reform for Freddie Mac and Sally Mae long before it was politically fashionable, and long before the present crisis." And that's a fact Jack!

As others try and lie their way out of this, they become more exposed for what they represent...pure idiocy, dishonesty and their stature as known liars. More liars can be found at Memeorandum.

It has been government interference with our financial markets that has caused this and other crises. History also bares this out. As always, just say NO to all government bail outs and buy outs. Always from now until forever ends.

Looking for leadership in this current crisis? Don't look towards Czarbie. He is #3 in pay-offs by the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac crooks and he waited until AFTER McCain said his piece on the issue to come out with the usual DNC tripe of "we can do it better" without EVER explaining what that means. Czarbie can't even follow correctly. How in the hell can he even remotely think that he has what it takes to lead? Czarbie voted "present" as his answer to most everything...what a fraud he is.

As I have said for decades now...this is socialism at work and STACLU explains it fairly well. This is Socialism 101 at work no matter what you hear to the contrary. Socialism gets a death grip on a nation when it can get its filthy hands on the economy.

Gateway Pundit has the chronology of this crisis and the evidence is clear: Bush and McCain tried to stop this bleeding but Democrats stopped them. Naturally, the cowards on the left haven't the courage to accept responsibility so they have to brush it off onto someone else. Such cowards they are indeed.

I agree with Newt Gingrich: "Gingrich on the Bailout: Before D.C. Gets Our Money, It Owes Us Some Answers". Well. Actually, they owe us prison sentences.

So, naturally, like good little socialists themselves, they now chime and jump in and say that the Big Blow Bail Out (BBBO) should include homeowners.

In the aftermath of Czarbie falling like a rock in the popularity contest and unable to shake away from his associations with known enemies of the State of which he lusts to be First Czar of, his followers have gone over the deep end. No matter how many people he throws under the bus and exposing that he is loyal to one thing and one thing only - himself - he cannot escape the fact that our enemies across the globe are hoping that Czarbie becomes the next President of the United States. That simply isn't going to happen. They hope he becomes First Czar because they know that he is a coward and unable to lead; he can only follow.

Seeing that everyday, his followers have now decided to quote Julius Caesar: "If you must break the law, do it to seize power: in all other cases observe it." This quote is located on a post penned by a socialist bimbo named Larisa Alexandrovna (go figure). The post is located here and is entitled, "Welcome to the final stages of the coup...". Naturally, the pathetic fool says that the Bush Family is taking over the nation with the bail out but, the Plan hasn't passed yet and it more than likely won't...hopefully.

What this moonbat either doesn't know or maybe even does and pretends not to know is that her beloved Democrats have created this financial faux pas. After all, it is fashionable to blame GWB for everything...such a powerful man he is. Well, being from Texas I can understand why they would think that.

There have been several posts today calling this the GOP socialist plan and I suppose it is a child's way of getting even. After all, the Leftinistra have been shown to be exactly that, socialists, if not flat out Marxists like Czarbie.

I have been holding off on this post for personal reasons but have decided to go ahead and do it. I have a Blog Talk Radio show with some measure of popularity and I am a member of the Heading Right Channel. You will see the links in the left-hand side-bar. I have noticed on my shows and many others that ever since the GOP Convention where in the aftermath Czarbie began to really drop like a rock, many trolls came out to play and say things like, "I hope McCain dies" and started getting in the chat rooms and calling in to the shows to lob some personal attacks and generally make asses of themselves - not that they needed any help in that regard.

And then, Czarbie himself came out and in a public forum, sanctioned such activity. Note to Czarbie: it isn't helping you, you idiot.

I started collecting blog posts when I ran across this post from HBWT:
